How ironic is the latest Press Release from the RCS? Once again, you are warned to put down any hot coffee and grab yourself a barf bag.
The arrogance of asserted superiority and “facts” in the face of stark evidence to the contrary is not limited to POB at his international circus tent performances. Apparently the assertions know no bounds and are being spewed into the broad public arena too. Like the infamous “Comical Ali” (Saddam Hussein’s propaganda spouting spokesman) it seems the RCS thinks that if they pronounce obvious, massive lies with a straight face, the world will believe them. And, like Comical Ali they are oblivious to the fact that everyone is laughing at them.
But really, it should come as no surprise.
In 1981 LRH wrote the HCOB entitled The Criminal Mind. In it, among many other things, he says the following:
THE CRIMINAL ACCUSES OTHERS OF THINGS WHICH HE HIMSELF IS DOING.
Apparently they add it up this way: “If I accuse him of robbing, then it would be assumed by others that I have not robbed a bank.” By loudly voicing a condemnation of a crime, the criminal, with a crooked think, supposes people will now suppose he is above bank robbery and won’t suspect him.
Now, with that in mind, check out the latest church Press Release.
I have not included the entirety of the rambling, self-congratulatory puff-piece listing numerous false stats, as nobody should be required to read such drivel. But here are a few salient sections (in italics) with my comments following each:
On the 63rd anniversary of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Church of Scientology urges mandatory human rights education as the key to its full implementation of the Declaration. [The RCS would do well to educate itself on what the UDHR holds – so many of its Articles are being violated daily by the church. Remember “If I accuse him of robbing…”]
Human rights are the rights that belong to everyone without exception—to people of any color, creed, age, ethnicity or gender…. [Except anyone who dares express an opinion contrary to those held by David Miscavige and his clubbed seal followers.]
The United Nations estimates that 2.45 million people are trafficked each year, nearly a billion live in hunger, and almost half the world’s population subsists on less than $2.50 a day, making it clear any momentum generated this year must continue and that education and insistence on human rights has never been more vital. [Right… “victims of human trafficking are not permitted to leave upon arrival at their destination. They are held against their will through acts of coercion and forced to work or provide services to the trafficker or others. The work or services may include anything from bonded or forced labor to commercialized sexual exploitation. The arrangement may be structured as a work contract, but with no or low payment or on terms which are highly exploitative. Sometimes the arrangement is structured as debt bondage, with the victim not being permitted or able to pay off the debt.” Does thing ring any bells with anyone? And come now — $2.50 a day would be a raise for those in the RPF…]

For more than four decades, the Church has worked to make the Universal Declaration of Human Rights broadly known. The Declaration appeared in the first edition of Freedom Magazine, the Church’s human rights journal, in 1968…. [Ah yes, wouldn’t a copy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights look just swell in one of the modern day Freedoms “exposing” the pc folder data of “apostates” alongside the cartoon caricatures, photoshopped images and name calling that Mad magazine would reject? Surely you jest about Freedom mag – can anyone imagine someone from the United Nations reading one of those recent rags? They even turn off KoolAid drinkers and they can stomach almost anything.]
“There are many examples in history of what individuals can accomplish by demanding their rights and insisting on the rights of others,” says Rev. Robert Adams, Vice President of the Church of Scientology International…. [Is this the absolute pinnacle of irony or what? The unknown VICE President of CSI is making the pronouncement on behalf of the International Church about its largest worldwide campaign on Human Rights Day. And it is the VICE President rather than THE President because?… Well, we all know the answer to that, the President, in keeping with the great traditions of upholding human rights and dignity that the church has become so well known for, is held in the Hole, incommunicado for a decade. He has been “disappeared.” And POB doesnt dare announce the fact publicly, or appoint a “new” President as that would make it obvious Heber is “gone.” POB has Heber held incommunicado until he dies and then he can make a grand pronouncement about him. This is no idle speculation, after keeping Mary Sue in similar circumstance for years, Miscavige was thrilled when she died as she was no longer a “problem.”]
The arrogance required to make these statements boggles the mind. But then again, this IS what the Criminal Mind does. While strangling babies, Jack the Ripper is on TV campaigning for children’s rights. While violating human rights and destroying people’s lives daily, engaging in human trafficking and stealing money with false promises and hope, Pope on a Box is loudly announcing to the world that HE is the champion of Human Rights (and I mean this literally – check out the Scientology.org website and you will see all magnificences are directly attributed to the most magnificent one of all).
As a public service to one and all, but especially to POB who probably has never actually READ the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, following are some of its 30 Articles. It doesn’t take a double digit IQ to scan through these and determine whether the RCS is upholding or is in direct violation of them.
Article 1: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 2: Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 4: No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 7: All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
Article 9: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Article 19: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
Article 20: (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. (2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
Article 30: Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
So, here’s a challenge for the RCS. How about educating YOUR people as a first step? All those little booklets and videos are really cool.
But of course, that would also mean telling them the truth about what you are actually doing with Heber Jentzsch, what sort of dirty tricks you are employing against those who expose your abuses, and letting everyone know the truth about what is really going on with Scientology expansion.

Moving On Up a Little Higher

if the c of s is really doing a tribute to the UDHR, what about a mention of Eleanor Roosevelt who was the original, ‘champion’ of human rights despite numerous obstacles. It seems like a self evident declaration now, but wasn’t at the time.

My first thought was how misguided and stupid those at the top have become. Just in this last year any review of the actual video’s where church staff attack the Independent view for having any self observant thought contrary to the party line. It is stunning. I could expect this one on one but to put a release out to the world and look like a fool. No, they shouldn’t lie to the public within the church but to lie to the world and lay bare your false rhetoric is such an admission of failure. End game readily in sight!
BTW – OSA lurkers. Look up your own history. Freedom didn’t start as a magazine, but as a broadsheet. I even believe it was then refered to as Freedom Journal/newspaper. The LRH reference was noting human rights and at that time it really did believe in Human Rights!!

Mike, not only has POB never read this declaration but I can see that noone in OSA has read the US Constitution because someone copied it almost word for word. And those who published it never read the US Constitution or they would have spotted this as a horrible case of plagiarism .

Each point within it could be a post in itself. Many times I knew that what I was seeing or experiencing within the Church was a violation of tech and policy…and to see it as also a violation of Human Rights takes it to even another level.

LRH was a great Humanitarian…and the Declaration supports what he envisioned with The Aims of Scientology.
I wonder if John Allender and Nurse Rachet have ever read this? They spent everyday of their lives, over the past recent months, violating every point on this! It is almost beyond belief that people can do such actions and not see what they are doing. Well…I guess that’s what robots do….they don’t see or think…they are simply programmed to do what their programmer installs.

Unfortunately, its not only likely, it is guaranteed. IF they were not totally brainwashed, they would have escaped from the gulag. The fact that they havent walked means, ipso facto, they are brainwashed. They certainly believe they are downstat DBs who are not worthy of even being in the presence of his magnificence. They have been introverted with so many invalidative sec check/false purpose questions that they have to mock up answers for in order to ever have them end (the “What evil purpose or counter-intention do you have towards COB?” type questions — not even “Is there….”) that they are unable to think clearly or see anything other than what they are TOLD to see.
They COULD leave. It is possible. A lot of people have done so. If someone managed to break down the gates to Gold and get them in a room they would attest to being “happy and well treated.” It’s sad. They are not strong enough to make a move. Oh yeah??…. I didn´t realize that when I was detained on the Ship for over one year (- guess others who were detained there also not). The “Church” must have forgotten to make it known in the CoS and in the Sea Org. I was specially missing any knowledge and application of the Articles 3./4./5. Or are these not applicable for the CoS but only for the rest of the world?
Maybe also the many hundreds who have spoken out already about the abuses and the Human Rights Violations in the “Church” and in the Sea Org are all hallucinating?
Having experienced the Int Base, I find these supposed Scientology “human rights” organizations disgustingly hypocritical. But it’s interesting that these organizations don’t actually DO anything about human rights. They do not receive reports of human rights violations or act on them. You cannot report human rights violations to them – they have no organization there to actually receive such reports or do anything about them. They do not lobby for human rights. They do not take a stand on specific human rights violations. All they do is promote READING the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In other words, it’s another frothy front with no substance.
HN: Yes, I weep too. It is why I keep working to expose the RCS and POB. If I really was “no sympathy” I would simply ignore the whole rotten enterprise and carry on auditing myself. There are a lot of extremely decent, very talented and highly competent people who have been turned into cowering shadows of their former selves. But I know how they come back to life when they finally break free. I have seen it in so many…. It’s worth fighting for.

In case you were wondering, these numbers are plucked out of the clear blue sky by a random number generator. You may note the difficulty therefore in keeping the numbers straight “more than 180 million” at the start quickly expands, at a rate only surpassed by Dear Leader’s strasight up and vefrtical ego, into “hundreds of millions” at the end.

One good friend, ex Cine Gold who was involved with shooting the “Human Rights” videos realized what human rights were, but it sure didn’t apply to those within the Int base gulag!
I’m sure many of the crew also had that suppressed realization, adding another straw to the pile and it’s a matter of time until the last straw.

You are confusing “Chemical Ali”, Ali Hassan al-Majid, a war criminal that was hanged for his crimes, with “Comical Ali”, Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf, a somewhat silly functionary of the former regime.

I’m with you guys. I have always hoped against hope that many of those people, being trained Scientologists, have withstood that treatment, but unfortuantely there is a lot of precedent in other situations that argue against it.
There is a ‘tech’ for breaking people. Notable examples are Chinese and North Korean ‘brainwashing’ , as demonstrated in the 1950s, during the Korean War. Here’s an article I wrote for another forum:
NEGATIVITY KILLS
The concept of “North Korean Brainwashing” has been bandied about in various threads, so I though it would
be good to inform readers of what this actually is and how it is done.
North Korean Brainwashing is based completely on denying the target prisoners all positive emotional
support, and exposing them to an all negative emotional atmosphere, and actually rewarding them when they
acted to destroy their own ideals and emotional capacity, and relationships.
The North Korean brainwashing camps were unique in that the prisoners were relatively well-treated in the
physical sense. They had adequate food, shelter, and water, and were not physically tortured. In fact,
their captors were careful not to make them angry, as this could have provided them with motivation to
oppose the brainwashing process.
A study done after the Korean War, of 1,000 returned prisoners of war who had been “brainwashed”, found
the majority never got back in touch with old friends and family. They were found to be in a condition
described as in “mental solitary confinmement”. All their bonds of affinity and relationship with others
had been broken, and apparently they had lost their capacity to have positive relationships.
The camps they had been in had no barbed wire surrounding them, and very few guards, yet escape attempts
were very rare.
At the same time,it was found that something like 28% of the prisoners had died in these camps, essentially
by giving up their will to live.
These camps had the highest death rates of any camps anywhere, ever recorded.
Many of the prisoners just went to theirquarters one day, sat in a corner covering themselves with a
blanket, and died, often within two days. Usually no-one of the other prisoners tried to help them,
because the bonds of relationship between them had already been broken.
The researchers concluded these men had died of “extreme hopelessness”.
Here is how it was done:
1. Group members are all channeled into informing on each other. Informers are given rewards. This breaks
the trust between the group members and isolates each person from the others. No-one can be trusted,
because anyone might be or become an informer at anytime.
Interestingly enough, no-one was punished for anything they had reportedly done. That was not the
objective. The objective was to destroy the trust and emotionally supportive relationships the group
members had with each other.
2. Prisoners are organized into smaller groups of 10 or 12, and required to confess bad things they have
done, and also to confessing good things they failed to do. They did not confess to their captors, but to
each other, the other group members. This is a “reverse group therapy” process. This gradually eroded the
caring, trust, and respect the men had for each other.
3. Efforts are made to destroy loyalty to leadership and their country, and their own ideals.
4. All positive support is withheld. For example, all supportive mail from home with any good news or
encouragement was withheld. All mail with bad news was delivered – news of death, pending divorce, dunning
letters for unpaid bills, etc were all promptly delivered.
The goal of this kind of brainwashing is basically to completely ARC break (destroy the positive emotion in
their lives) the prisoners with themselves, with their fellows, with their leaders, their country, and with
life, and eventually their will to live.
Some of the prisoners essentially became like their captors, and became apologists for the North Koreans.
Most did not, but all were severely emotionally damaged.
Much of the information here I took from an audiobook called “How Full Is Your Bucket?” by Tom Rath and
Donald O. Clifton PhD.
They are founders of the field of “Positive Psychology”, which they promoted to businesses, but which has
application to all people.
Positive Psychology has to do with the study and implementation of methods for reinforcing and increasing
mental health in any setting, instead of focusing on the sick, disordered, or pathological.

Great post, such hypocracy! Karen 1 had started taking up various articles and detailing specific violations on her post at EXSMB. She had some great examples of the churcn violations. I thought it really made a great platform for whistleblowing but may have been targeted to the wrong audience. For example, Article 2 can be elaborated with personal experiences of loss of family, personal time, etc. as a result of DM decree. Such as no more babies. This could be done with each article. Really the people who need to know this are the current church members. Perhaps if they saw repeated specific violations by many members it might dawn on them that they have been wearing rose colored glasses and maybe, the “apostates” might be able to shed some light on them. One can wish, right?
Also, Jeff’s comment above about the lack of action from the commission regarding human rights violations was quite interesting. I hadn’t occurred to me that this who idea was just smoke and mirrors but it does not surprise me a bit.

I fully understand. I was at the point in the past that I questioned why I thought the way I did. I had people I knew behind the razor fence – Heber was one. I couldn’t fully understand why they did not just rise up and rebel against the insanity of it all. I had to put myself in their place to understand how this could be so. I so truly believe in the inherent goodness that I know at some time they have the ability to come to the full beingness I knew. It is empathy and not sympathy that I felt.
What I had to confront was the scene was so suppressive they would degrade and lower themselves beneath it bit by bit and not see the outcome in advance. So covert is the degradation that one must first start to agree and then is entrapped into the downward spiral. I think daily for an outcome to this and know that a continuation of communication will speed this process along. Therefore, I, along with others continue to post. It is with the intention to assist in the ability of others to rise to cause over their situation.
The obstacle at first was to overcome the thought stopping that I was wrong to observe and think about what I perceived as fact. The truth was not allowed and this took some time to overcome. I fully can understand why there is a length of time to decompress and rise above the chaos to be able to see it for what it is. I sometimes ask also questions to get others to question and think on the line with me, and I have to admit that I find the playing with irony sometimes entertaining. Sometimes it is also not easy for me to put the concept which I try to convey simply into (English) words.

And I remember how the many postings and replies helped me to desolve the thought-stop and to sever the invisable line which was holding me still connected to the “thought police”.

The declaration does have US constitution/Bill of Rights undertones, which isn’t surprising as it pushed through by Eleanor Roosevelt who took a personal interest in having a universal statement of intent after WW II. The intention was for governments to incorporate these intentions into their own domestic legislation, and at least in Europe it has been successful as far as direct effect via the ECHR (European Convention on Human Rights which almost identical to the Universal declaration). Most EU countries have a legal mechanism where one can bring a case, citing breach of human rights, to their domestic court, and once domestic remedies have been exhausted, Strasbourg will ultimately decide.
Anyone interested in the evolution of human rights would be interested in, ‘Human Rights and End of Empire’ (Simpson) which is a fascinating book.
Thanks for posting this, Valkov. Very interesting and for certain people at Int are subjected to some version of this, though it is much more abusive than what you write here. One day it will be interesting for me to reconnect with people I once knew at Int (incidentally, among the finest I have ever known) and help them come to life again. For certain it will happen at some point. Even Hitler’s Third Reich lasted only a dozen or so years.
Today is my 8th anniversary of blowing from Gold and I have never for a second regretted it. We were given 2 1/2 hours to go shopping for Christmas presents to send to family and I decided to give myself a Christmas present that morning instead. It was only a few days before Christmas and the presents would never have arrived in time anyway. Instead I called them that evening, an early Christmas present, and they were overjoyed. While I think it became much harder to blow after I did, I know many others who have left, so I have to agree with Mike that the people who remain are broken souls and we should not forget them. They each have their own reasons for remaining but those reasons stem from false data. Using the IAS war chest to help them start new chapters in their lives would be a good use of parishioner donations.

I served closely with some of those Christian groups for about 3 months in the Orange Texas area post Hurricane Katrina. They were some of the most incredible human beings I ever met.
Small country churches assembled mobile field/emergency response kitchens, hundreds of thousands of dollars each, the farmers and ranchers coming out and manning them for months on end, for free, covering their own expenses. They were feeding 3-7,000 people per meal, three times a day, free. I don’t remember the bible verse they operated on, but it was something about feeding the tired and weary. They wanted and asked for nothing in return.
Our relationship started when I ate at one of their camps. I was so impressed I met the team leader to ask how I could help. They had most of what they needed, but were short of water, there was no safe clean drinking water for a hundred miles any direction. Water was being imported from Austin Texas, water for cleaning and washing as well as cooking, at a cost of something like $3-4.00 a gallon. They asked if we could help drop the cost of their water. I got together with one of my vendors who provided trucking, we put together a purification system, and got them all the water they could use. These folks wanted to pay us, they wanted nothing for free. We provided provided water and purification at no charge, tens of thousands of gallons, and my vendor friend, who is a fellow Christian, provided the trucking at no charge. We had extra diesel fuel which we gave, they made sure none of our staff were ever hungry.
This was a dynamic of real world giving and doing that I had never experienced, on that magnitude in my earlier life in Scientology. A few people did so much so selflessly.

I’m glad you posted the actual articles of the universal declaration of human rights rather than say the church of scientology’s dumbed down version; like you say the articles are not exactly difficult to understand.
My concern with the church of scientology expounding mandatory education in human rights is they will have their own twist because of course they never violate human rights; the right to religious freedom means to right to be subjected to the abuse of the church of scientology for instance. (How dare you violate Heber’s human rights by suggesting his rights are being violated) ^^ < the previous sentence may contain traces of irony and sarcasm.

DM did never anything for me, but you are so wrong about the applied philosophy Scientology, Rory. Scientology is not about money, time, and “wanting the soul”. We don’t even use this term.
Before Scientology, I was a lonely loser, using medical and street drugs. After I applied it, I changed my personality (did really suck) had tremendous spiritual gain and meet a wonderful woman. We married 15 years ago and have a fantastic son. Financially and socially, we did also great. Whatever I invested in Scientology, I got it back, because I APPLY THE TECH.
Scientology also helped me to understand very complex philosophical questions that other religion never answered.
I will be always grateful to LRH.

From my recall, one of the key duties LRH gave to CMOI was to ensure that the LRH Communicator Network did not get disestablished. LRH was concerned that an SP could come along and dismantle orgs by knocking out the LRH Communicator Network.
LRH Communicator’s across the planet ensured that LRH policy was applied and they ran LRH programs in orgs. These programs always expanded orgs. An example of one program was the “Green on White” program. This program helped staff and public stay on source by not allowing verbal tech, or destructive orders (like fundraising) as any staff or public could always say “show me the LRH green on white policy”.
DM dismantled CMOI, (all in the hole now) then blocked the LRH Comm Network from running any LRH programs and ordered that LRH Communicator’s are only allowed to run DM programs. This is how org’s are being destroyed and why we have so many small and failing org’s across the planet.
If a staff member or public now said “What LRH policy are you referring to?” he would be labeled “disaffected”, “ethics bait” and his bridge progress stopped. The retort to “but that is in violation of LRH policy” is now “It’s Command Intention”.
Public and staff can no longer request help from the LRH Comm of their org as DM has stifled them.

Right to leave a game and a right to your own sanity – that is also frowned upon with the same veracity as a Gestapo recruitment Officer.
The nuttiness of ‘towing the party line’ seems to know no bounds within the RCS. I try to image what it must be like at weekly production meetings at an Org these days and the only pictue I get is akin to drinking wet cemet.
If one was bold enough or exterior enough, taking a good look at the words, ‘human rights’ one could run those as a dichotomy (opposites; two things which when interplayed, cause action), but that is a bit aways up the line for the moment.

Yes this thing exposes a very insidious “devolution”.
It just really struck me that I had seen this before… and guess what? It is hugely similar to the “devolution” that has taken place in the “lot” of theta in this sector.
Bright, wonderful, powerful beings were systematically inculcated with false data and misdirected to false “whys”. They (read WE) were degraded and overwhelmed, and little by little we decided that WE actually WERE NO GOOD. We decided that we needed to withhold our own goodness and power and honor because it was consistently “demonstrated” that we could not be trusted to act freely. It was made to seem totally useless to fight back, and so we incrementally denied our own abilities, withheld our power, and even our understanding. We eventually decided to no longer even look. We denied our own beingness and signed over our integrety and our honor almost all of our responsibility, and became PTS to pretty much everything. We became “game pieces” instead of “game players”. much less “game creators”.
But you see… Everyone here is on their way out of that abyss. With whatever vestige of hope and truth, and theta that still glimmered in our beingness we have started on the long road of recovery. Some are making excellent headway. Some have passed the “make/break” point and can no longer be struck down.
Our “exteriorization” from “the fiasco that is “the church of David Miscavige’s Scientology” is a microcosm of our “exteriorization” from the larger evil.
Accomplishing this end of “exteriorization” from, and the resolution of the madness that beings have come to consider “normal”, was L.Ron Hubbard’s goal, and I think it is our goal, or purpose, too.
Some will cognite and exteriorize easily. Some will take considerably more work. Some are so heavily in agreement with the implants that they will cling feverishly to the falsehood rather than be willing to be “wrong” again, but we have the tech to ease their passage over to the truth and their rehabilitated honor and responsibility.
I guess that what I am trying to say here is that the ills of the current “church of Scientology” are a microcosm of the same ills that afflict individual beings, society and at large, and will respond to the same technologies that are demonstrably handling earth society and the individual beings that comprise it.

This is language of the UN, not DM. It means that the signing party (usually a State) must educate its citizens on their rights. It is a mandatory condition for the State participating in the Declaration. (BTW, there are other conditions than “Mandatory” and so on in the UN language .. “Conditional”, etc. Don’t get similarly tripped up there..)
This is no sign of DM’s madness, but simply the language of the UN slipping into the stream, here.

When my son disconnected from me, and I started researching on the internet, I discovered that the Church was touting human rights through a group they had set up. I read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and was shocked and appalled when I discovered that in my estimation, the practice of DISCONNECTION would be clearly against the tenants of this declaration.
To wit: Article 16
(1) Men and women of full age, without any
limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found
a family. They are entitled to equal rights
as to marriage, during marriage and at its
dissolution.
(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with
the free and full consent of the intending
spouses.
(3) The family is the natural and fundamental
group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.
The hypocrisy struck me so hard that I immediately sought legal counsel to find out what I could do about this shameful practice. It was a key point to my becoming an Independent.
Also, Article 12 describes that the family should be protected from interference, along with a person’s reputation. As Disconnection occurs after a person’s reputation is totally shattered by being declared, the practice of declaring someone a Suppressive Person, and the subsequent Disconnection, IMHO violates this Declaration of Human Rights.
Just my two cents on this subject.

Of course they would say without a hint of irony and with that unblinking drone like stare that on the contrary they totally support your right to free speech, but they also have the right to “counter” it by calling you a bigot, hate monger and investigating your crimes (faggot).
Yes, very good observation. Because the primary motive for running the campaign first and foremost is public relations. It is NOT social reform. God forbid that they actually have to DO something substantial to right universal wrongs. Anyway, they can’t. Their mutual out-ruds prevent them from doing anything truly worth import and meaning including confronting their own abuses and cleaning their own house.

I didn’t get it until our young teen was in the S.O. And what it took to get her out. It was getting terrifying. I never would have believed anything I read here until I personally experienced it as a parent. The blatant lying is what made me start to look, along with the gross out-ethics, threats to our survival and future Bridges, all the while accusing us of being “out-ethics” and “external influences”, when trying to keep in comm with our child. The clincher was when we were asked, “How do you know (name) wants to even have anything to do with you? She’s in the S.O. now!” LRH would be mortified.
But Kim Jong-il has his own ideas.
And in North Korea, the study of the Declaration of Human Rights is absolutely Mandatory and there will be a quiz – frequently.
Each student must demo each point, to show how the Genocidal Evil Capitalistic West has in the past, does now, and always will in the future violate the Human Rights of the North Koreans.

Once again, I note that the “Church” is legally required to proceed according to LRH admin tech. If it does not, it is committing a legally actionable fraud. And, “it” cannot escape from liability for fraud (including possibly being taken over by a Court Appointed Trustee) by changing its books to “based upon the works of” LRH, since that violates the Tech as well.
LRH’s Tech is quite clear on this point.
So, regardless of what the “Church” blathers along about the Universal Human Rights Declaration, it commits legally actionalble fraud by failing to follow the Tech exactly and without variation.
