As we were puttering out of the marina a guy had just arrived in a sailboat with his dog. He was travelling all around the gulf on the cheap. He mentioned he would sure like to sample some redfish as he’d heard it was local and real good eating. We said we’d try to hook him up. And of course Mosey came through. On the way home, we pulled up to his boat and his jaw dropped when Mosey handed it over across his gunwale. He became one of our staunchest supporters when we were under siege.

That’s SO nice. An impromptu act of hospitality means much, much more than the most lavish and pre-planned feast. This post says more about you and Mrs. R. than any propaganda or press-puff. Humanity at its very best. It may well be tiredness and the Scotch – but I almost shed a tear at this comment. After ALL you have been through, to welcome and share food with a total stranger… few would have the grace to do this.

Definitions of domestic terrorism
The statutory definition of domestic terrorism in the United States has changed many times over the years; also, it can be argued that acts of domestic terrorism have been occurring since long before any legal definition was set forth.
According to a memo produced by the FBI’s Terrorist Research and Analytical Center in 1994, domestic terrorism was defined as “the unlawful use of force or violence, committed by a group(s) of two or more individuals, against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.”
Under current United States law, set forth in the USA PATRIOT Act, acts of domestic terrorism are those which: “(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended— (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.”
The PURPOSE of the Fair Game policy is to intimidate and coerce a civilian population! A justice policy to keep the Scientology population in line! While commanding them NOT to subscribe to the demands of civil law!

I agree 100% with your post, and it reminded me of a movie I saw recently which aligns perfectly with what you are saying.
The movie is about the Nazi invasion of Rome where they had a plot to kidnap the Pope. It is a true story about how the Pope refused to back down to the Nazis, but also refused to contribute to their violence and terror. He didn’t leave Rome as his advisors had suggested, but stayed to protect the city and fight the evil. He insisted that the commander come to him to talk. He asked the Nazi commander what he thought he was doing. The commander only offered the usual : I am following orders.
The Pope told him to LOOK ! He indicated the commander was carrying out EVIL. He also told him that he was a child of god which had a much higher station (and his purpose should align with that) and that we are all children of god. He actually handled the Nazi and got him to see how he had gone criminal and evil. The Nazi was speechless but then asked to go see the chapel. He was in awe and had a huge realization. He actually called off the program they were running, he didn’t kidnap the Pope, and they all retreated from Rome. Amazing TR4 to entheta origination and action and an amazing enlightenment cycle!
If only DM and company could have that cog!! If only OSA folks could LOOK and confront the fact that they are doing EVIL despite what they think they are doing to ‘save’ the church. I was reading everything I could to help me make up my mind. One day I saw in one of the hate/propaganda sites, a photo of a bunch of sex toys, out of any logical context, just there to smear you and mosey. And following were ugly vile comments.

I had an auditor come by here and torture two 14 year old children as to their “overts and with holds”.
That is one sick product from Scientology. I know of one class 12 in the Independent movement who wholly believes his success is scouting out other’s crimes.

For an auditor to ask them to mock it all up again because the auditor is curious as what that person can mock up, is shoving a person BACKWARDS.
Don’t ask someone to let go of the past, then when they achieve it, ask them to mock it up again.
This is when the auditor gets lost in OPP. “Other person’s past”.

I wanted to respond to the video of this misled woman talking to Mosey. Hope I got my comment in the right place.
I was at the base when the tech started getting changed. I’ve been audited with that new definition of and FN….OMG. What could’ve taken about half an hour took 8 HOURS! I was drained mentally and physically afterwards and of course got yelled at by several people as I got back to post, now with backlogged jobs the others had to do while I “was in session.” Very bad of me…going in session. And especially taking that long. That’s all my fault of course. I was going in session about once a year.
The freakin’ “church” is NOT standard in any way, shape or form anymore. It’s a disgrace to what could be if just the basic technology was kept clean. This woman has no clue, and while Mosey tells her over and over again she doesn’t have all the information she ignores that. Of course.
Before it all went to the dogs I had some fantastic auditors at the base. Easy to talk to, effective, caring. Fortunately after the session I had described above I never went in session anymore. Thank goodness–I would’ve gotten really beat up emotionally and probably wouldn’t have found the wherewithall to get myself out of there successfully. (I think that was the point! Create more robots.)
Now, on the other hand, I’ve had some sessions with Marty and he was better than anyone else who ever audited me. So what does that say about “standard?” And from reading the comments in their guest book I am one of those hundreds who have said similar things and raved about their visit and the care and the auditing they received.
Most people reading this blog already know this to be true, but it’s good to say it every now and again. Maybe someone else on the fence reading this will now “have more data” with which to process what the heck is going on in that “church.”
These six month sec checks on OT’s is plain criminal. Here is a clear OT sitting there and the auditor wants to know what they were up to last Friday night. If they had a critical thought about David Miscavige. Nagged about a television program they watched or something they read on the net or something someone said to them or touching their own body! Or feeling desire! This is plain CRAZY!
You CAN get a person to a place where they are CASELESS.
Then you can ask them to mock it all up again and keep squeezing them! Yeah! Because there is a scarcity!
The thing I ask myself is this. “Have I met anyone in Scientology that IS caseless?”
I can think of one, then another, then another, then a LOT! You can SEE people that are caseless by what they write here or on the Internet!
But when you push people up to that state, then ask them to mock it up again, you are discounting the product. When you declare them suppressive, you are discounting the product.
You take away a person’s case, then if the person is having social issues that MAKE THEM uncomfortable, you can help them sort out PURPOSES.
These are VERY different things.
Even when dealing with alcoholics, the alcohol is not considered a liability until it becomes a PROBLEM for the drinker.
A large percentage of the services sold in the Church today is sold against getting people to MOCK UP A NEW CASE. A lot of the “ethics cycles” have to do with issues or case the CHURCH has, and they put this onto the customer giving the customer a PRESENT TIME PROBLEM.
You are NOT supposed to give your customers PRESENT TIME PROBLEMS! These are dished out wholesale! “We need ____ before we can __________.” IS a present time problem you are laying on the CUSTOMER.
Who had a present time problem with the buildings the Orgs were in? Tom Cruise! It was HIS problem! Miscavige forced ALL SCIENTOLOGISTS to think with it!
Few people have the strong dignity that Mosey shows. And fewer still the sheer enjoyment she shows in her face when fishing.
And still manage to have one of the world’s great love stories unfolding.
May the 12th of September go down in history as the moment the ship hit the iceberg …

Mission: To facilitate and enhance the prosecution of domestic violence Class C misdemeanor cases and thereby quickly intervene and provide for the victim’s safety, hold the batterer accountable, and prevent the violence from escalating into more dangerous crimes.

A. Shift the burden of filing and prosecuting from the victim to the State of Texas.

While I may not always agree with you, I admire that you and Mosey have remained committed to each other, showing so much strength, love and loyalty, which is (besides a hopeful legal victory for you and a harsh, deserved punishment for them) the biggest slap in the face to this evil empire, who sought to ruin all you had and only made you both stronger.
Mosey, as a woman, your strength, grace and poise is really something to be revered, and I stand in awe of you. You could have easily walked away at any point during the brutal harassment you constantly faced, but you remained steadfast in your love, loyalty and integrity, and demonstrated that nothing and no one can take those things away from you.
