Get ready, ’cause here I come

Because OSA is in the know as to my travel plans, I think it is appropriate that all Independents also know. I’ll be in the UK from this coming Monday until the following Tuesday, the 15th. When I travel – or anyone else on OSA’s flight surveillance list – the church knows about it in advance. That is because of their institutional practice of invasion of privacy through improper use of the airline reservation computer network. That is why you only ever hear Private Investigator stories from me after I have traveled by airline. They don’t have the cojones to come near my home.

The OSA network is frantically scurrying across the United Kingdom in preparation for my arrival. Tommy Davis is even venturing over the big pond to hunker down in defense. DM’s inimitable anti-Data Series think predicts that Mike Rinder and I are up to all sorts of mischievousnous that we are not up to. It is remarkable how much power they have granted us. But once again, their over-reaching paranoia has already pushed a number of erstwhile Loyalists out of their own camp.

If anyone in those parts who did not know about my trip wants to get together, get hold of my man Martin Padfield (contact information under Independent Scientologists section of this blog) to coordinate. Maybe a bunch of us can spend a convivial evening together in celebration of the holidays and independence. That I am sure will go a long way in sending further red herrings DM’s way. You all might even get your picture in “Freedom” with some inane caption. Ultimately, it will do wonders for your ethics presence.

My sincerest advice to my old comrades in the OSA network – from Sun Tzu:
There are roads one does not follow.
There are armies one does not strike.
There are cities one does not attack.
There are grounds one does not contest.
There are commands of the sovereign one does not accept.

Cheers!

Steve “Thoughtful” Hall ferrets out DM’s spy network

Steve Hall (center) and real friends

Steve Hall has apparently really got DM’s goat. The latter has targeted the creator of Scientology-cult.com with repeated infiltration efforts. He has three missionaires who used to be RTC (until DM dismantled the place in late 04) working frenetically to flip “friends” of Steve presumably to build a “dead agent” pack on him.  The irony is precious. All three missionaires doing DM’s bidding were historically disaffected as all hell with DM through the eighties, nineties and at least to mid 2000’s (Marion Pouw, Mike Sutter and Hansuili Stahli).  They were also notably incapable of duplicating and applying fundamental Scientology. Now, to compound the comedy, all the marks they have been flown around the world to handle were  severely disaffected with Scientology (yes, the subject – not the management or DM) when they approached me shortly after I put my webpage up several months ago. Since they seemed to have no use for the subject we fell out of comm. So, DM has only successfully brought back on board people who have no use for Scientology. A coincidence? I think not.

All of DM’s spy v spy  nonsense is all about cutting communication, simple and plain. Let’s take a look at what LRH has to say on the subject of those devoted to cutting communication:

“Why should it punish any variety or state of communication? Because communication is the only way out. To continue an entrapment it is necessary, then, to punish communication or some phase of it — to enforce or inhibit communication. In order to continue a barrier, to continue a trap in existence, you would have to debar communication. So therefore, a universe which operates all too often as a trap resolves  — an escapement from that universe occurs — when communication is expertly and knowingly handled. And when it is not well handled, it’s punished. Now, therefore we get a fixation in this universe.

“Now thereness is simply a part of communication. It is the creation of a station or a terminal from which one communicates. And that is thereness. So thereness and communicatingness are punishable things by those who desire to entrap. And they are good things to those who have some tolerance for and some desire for freedom.

“So we get the make and break of personality, of beings above and below a theoretical line. And above this line a person would find nothing terribly wrong with thereness and he would certainly find nothing wrong with communicating or being communicated to. And above this line he can survive as himself in full knowingness. And below this line we would have an obsession to punish or a feeling that there should be punishment for thereness and communication.”

Thank you Steve for continuing to be there and and for continuing to effectively communicate.

Dave Miscavige and Dave Lubow, Lebow, or Lebeau

lebow

An old photo, but you get the idea

Dave Lebow of the infamous Las Vegas and Minton investigations fame (see SP Times Monday edition) is the perfect dramatization of the other Dave’s management style and case. He pitched up in Denver today. Was he going deep cover?  No. Was he doing some sophisticated investigation? No. He was attempting to terrorize Mike Rinder’s girl friend.

Yeah, like Tommy before him, Dave Lebow has been relegated to direct attempts to intimidate women.  Lebow tells Mike’s gal that he’s been staking out Mike’s apartment for days and sees no activity, he’d been surveilling her place and sees Mike’s car has been there but no sign of Mike. Lebow says he wants to know how to get hold of Mike, because “for god sakes, my photo is all over the St Petersburg Times.”  Dave is apparently livid at what he considers a terrible invasion of his privacy. Kettle…Pot…Black?

Dave told the woman he wanted to know how to get hold of Marty. Hey Dave, my email address is on my blog for tens of thousands to see and use daily. A photo of my freaking house is in your boss’s “Freedom” magazine.

Get a life.

Harassment of Haggis – it will backfire

dirtytricks

church goes Old School Cold War on man of conscience

If anyone listened to my interview on CBC radio last week, you may recall I said the church would not be foolish enough to mess with Paul Haggis. Well, my friends in and around the OSA Network and within the journalism community have informed me of facts that have disabused me of the notion that the church retains any smarts.  Apparently, I sorely underestimated DM’s level of desperation and madness.

OSA has instituted a Cold War era operation wherein Paul’s counseling files have been culled for “transgressions” the church thinks might make news. Tid bits have been leaked to “independent journalists” (who in fact are not independent and are not really journalists). It is being done in a J Edgar Hooveresque manner, making it look like  “reporters” have on their own initiative found some cracks in Paul’s armor and “old friends” have had some come-to-Jesus moments where they feel compelled to talk about Paul.

As much as I have underestimated DM’s depravity, he has underestimated our resources.  We are watching this unfold and when and if it comes to what DM considers fruition, he will be hoisted by his own petards.

What your fees buy VIII?

I got a call Wednesday from the Texas Bar Association. The attorney said he was investigating a tip they received that I might be practicing law without a license. The basis of the tip was a Craig’s List ad I put up last year sometime offering my paralegal services to lawyers. He asked if I did any paralegal work that was not done under the supervision of lawyers. I truthfully stated, “no”, to which he said that ends the inquiry. I then asked for the name of the informant. He said the bar was prohibited by policy from disclosing such. I said it was pretty odd that someone would lodge a complaint when I only ever worked for a single attorney, and never took a job based on the ad which probably expired sometime last year. He agreed that was odd, and informed me that while their policy prohibited them from investigating an informant he would note the oddities for the file.  Having come to know this relatively small community in South Texas, I consider it extremely unlikely the informant could be anyone local.

I am hoping Miscavige will order a similar complaint to the overseers of counselors in Texas concerning this very web blog.  We would have an absolute field day with that.

For those who accuse me of trying to paint myself as a victim through this series, you are missing the point. Miscavige does not possess the power to make me a victim. I am posting this series on What Your Fees Buy for two reasons. One, people should be informed about how their fees are being misused. Two, Miscavige’s lines of attack need to be exposed wherever they are discovered. Otherwise, unchecked, he might well throw enough jacks on the road to pop a tire or two.  Each blowout he causes prolongs his continuing abuses and his mission to drive Scientology in the direction of the People’s Temple.

What your fees buy VII

The fourth wave of PIs has arrived in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas (four sets of PIs and three sets of lawyers makes VII).  The two newest gumshoes are hasseling my wife’s ex husband’s current wife. They want to know about my relationship with Mosey (that’s what friends call her and I don’t want to associate this Saint with Yingling).  The former husband has never met me. And his wife never met me or Mosey.  Aside from the waste of Church donations, as has become his habit, Miscavige has created yet another enemy for himself and another ally for us.

Church puts PI Vinnie Parco on Rathbun

The church put PI Vinnie Parco onto the same flight as me.   Parco is a private eye who looks like he came right out of right out of central character casting. Vinnie so overtly attempted to befriend me it was ridiculous. Vinnie is so incompetent, I caught him debriefing on his conversation with me by cell phone at a lay over in Houston. Here is a You Tube video of Vinnie so you know who he is.

Like you could miss him?
