News from the Mecca of Quickie Grades

Here is the latest from the Mecca of Miscavology:

Hello! I want to share the NEW news to you, that this past week at Flag Oak Cove the Grades completions were highest ever! One couple arrived to Flag last week to get moving on The Bridge, and the husband has completed HRD, ARC Straightwire and is now on Grade 0. The wife completed Grades II and III and is now on Grade IV!!! An elderly lady, who has been stalled on the lower Bridge for several years, started on her Grades 2 weeks ago.  When she was told to come and do her Grades at Flag and that “Yes, you can do your Grades!” – she worked it out to go in session daily and she completed ARC SW, Grade 0, Grades I, Grade II and is now on Grade III – all in a matter of weeks! What are your plans on getting through your Grades and NED?

My answer to the Mecca rep’s question is: I don’t have any plans for getting through Grades and NED, I am already through them. However, my plans for those I am getting through Grades and NED is to ignore the stat push Mecca, and continue to listen to and apply LRH. That includes, but is not limited to, the following three C/S Series references.

Flag Squirrel Organization

Below is a promotion sent out to the Flag Service Conultants internationally. Attached to it is a briefing by Snr CS FSO, Richard Reis. I had heard about Flag requiring people en masse to do one hundred hours of objectives and was floored by that news of outright squirreldom. I doubted the veracity of the report. Now that I have it in writing, let’s confront what is really happening in the Church of Miscavology. Its collapse is happening much faster than I ever imagined it could occur.

First, if you have not already seen it read my post regarding the insanity of Flag promoting the delivery of Grades.

That Flag promotes and delivers grades is a huge indicator that no Clears are being made around the world for Flag to reg to Flag for OT Levels. To have Flag bypass the orgs to deliver Grades further drives the shriveling orgs into the earth. Recent reliable reports estimate Fort Harrison occupancy to be less than fifty percent. Several years ago, anything under 90% was a flap of magnitude, and that was when Flag was delivering the upper OT levels.

With that backdrop, the latest news from Flag is that Flag Service Consultants are to reg T.R.s and Objectives Co-audit students to Flag! They tout having over one hundred students on T.R.s and Objectives already.

Note this little sleazy curve ball in the Reis briefing:

“Even on a case with only a light drug history, a TE of 100 hours for TRs and Objectives is not unusual.”

It is fraudulent to say “it is not unusual”, when in fact it is NOW STANDARD PRACTICE AT FLAG.

The one hundred hours of objectives order came from Miscavige. How do I know? First, Richard Reis is a freaking Oxford Rhodes scholar and has an eidetic memory of all of the Tech volumes. He would not order this without a gun pointed to his head. The only one with the power to enter such an off policy order (and the viciousness to put a gun to someone’s head to carry it out) is Miscavige. Miscavige specializes is off beat “failed executive C/Sing” actions, even in Cram Orders, like “50 hours of Op Pro by Dup”. Finally, Miscavige is the only dedicated practitioner of Black Dianetics who is on the chain of command above Reis. And this is Black Dianetics, simple and plain.

The first few independent groups I announced (CW, Mexico, and Mountain View) and others not yet announced are getting flooded with reaches by people looking for help to try to understand what has happened to the Scientology many of us used to know. I think the effort is going to need to be stepped up. Miscavige’s effort to destroy the Mecca is close to done. A lot of people are going to be looking for direction in a hurry soon if this suppression continues unchecked.

Currently at Flag we have a course room totally dedicated to delivering the TR’s and Objectives Co-Audit. We have over 100 students and our co-audit supervisors are also Flag trained Case Cracker Auditors. This course room delivers over 500 auditing hours each week. I am sure that many of you know somebody who is taking a long time on this part of The Bridge. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to experience Flag and move up The Bridge with very little financial strain and they can complete in a matter of weeks. Once someone has completed the Purification Rundown his next step on the Grade Chart is “TRs and Objectives”.

LRH said that a “Failure to run Objectives fully and completely, especially on a case with an extensive drug history, can set up the pc for less than optimum gain on Dianetics.” It is obvious that this is a key level that when fully done can set one up to rocket through the rest of The Bridge.

It is very definitely the key prerequisite for going onto the Grades and being able to move through the Expanded Grades in the LRH TE of one month with all EPs obtained.

TRs and Objectives is not necessarily a short rundown or level. For some cases it can run into hundreds of hours of auditing. Even on a case with only a light drug history, a TE of 100 hours for TRs and Objectives is not unusual.

The solution then is to Co-Audit which not only allows one to get as many hours of auditing as one needs without financial strain, it also affords one the invaluable experience and gains of helping another spiritual being advance toward freedom. Getting in both sides is highly recommended. Ask any trained auditor or C/S.

The Tech of Objectives is unique. The goal is to bring someone fully into present time. LRH said, “As you know a pc can get ‘stuck in the past’ and if you can get a pc out of his engrams and reactive mind (his perpetuated past), he becomes aware of the present.” Also, “The pc is stuck not just in engrams but in past identities. In fact the pc out of present time is being the past. The pc can be made to see he is being the past and that there is a present.”

Without this tech of Objectives, a pc’s chance of making it out is just non-existent. LRH said this flatly when he states, “Without Objectives, no being is likely to recover in his infinity of futures.”

The Tech of Objectives is quite extensive. Each Objective Process has its own unique EP, and part of the power of these processes has been the recovery of the tech of ensuring that each Objective Process is continued until all the EPs for each process run have been obtained. The C/Ses are fully trained in the mastery of this tech and can guide each pc and his twin through to attaining these EPs every time.

One learned while studying the Basics, “He (the preclear) has to come up to a full tolerance of it (the physical universe) before he can get out of it.” The TRs and Objectives Co-Audit is a major milestone on any preclear’s journey up The Bridge toward Total Freedom.

Superpower Rip Off

I just read an interesting post on the Leaving Scientology blog, at http://leavingscientology.wordpress.com/

More than $142,760,000 dollars has been raised for the Superpower building. One public recently learned that one reason the Church keeps crush reging for Superpower – even though an official Church spokesperson told the media recently it would cost no more than $90,000,000 grand total in costs to complete – is that Superpower donations have been siphoned off for projects other than Superpower.  The Church spokesman
also said that $40,000,000 has been spent so far on the empty shell.

You ever wonder why the Church has let that $40,000,000 building shell languish for close to ten years? There are at least four reasons.

First, they don’t have a clue what Superpower is. See Joe Howard’s piece for details at http://www.scientology-cult.com/super-power.html

Second, it is one more excuse to crush reg huge sums of money that one of their Reges has already admitted is used for other purposes.

Third, there is no OT IX and X on the horizon. And DM needs some carrot to keep the OT VIII’s on the reservation. He falsely leads them on as if Superpower is some next step on the Bridge for them. Future posts will detail how OT IX and X are not even over the horizon.

Fourth, the elaborate groundbreaking and immediate heavy construction activity to build the shell was not done for purposes of getting Superpower delivered in the first place. I participated in the planning of that 1998 groundbreaking event with Tom Devocht, Mike Rinder and DM. The groundbreaking show – with bleachers brought in and packed with Scientologists, fireworks, and other bells and whistles- was put on within a couple short weeks after the Church was indicted for its involvement in the death of Lisa McPherson. It was ordered by DM at great expense for the sole purpose of diverting the public’s, the media’s and the Tampa Bay area population’s attention off of McPherson.

Once the last civil case connected with McPherson was settled in early 2004, the Church really put the brakes on the building, racking up nearly $250,000 in building department fines for not completing the building in a timely fashion.

But the reg machine never slowed down one iota. Already, it has created a $50,000,000 slush fund of DM funny money.

Miscavige turns Flag into Mecca of Technical Perversion

In the early nineties I observed David Miscavige (Scientology Inc. supreme leader, referred to as Chairman of the Board RTC) lecture John Woodruff, then Executive Director of the largest Class V organization (local churches of Scientology) on the planet, and his technical heirarchy (those resonsible for technical aspects of auditing) on how to run lower grades (lower gradient steps of Scientology counseling). He chastised them for taking an intensive (12 1/2 hour block of counseling or auditing) or two per grade – about what Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard estimated thorough, properly delivered grades would take on the average preclear (person being counseled). Miscavige boasted how then Inspector General Tech (highest technical person in Scientology heirarchy) Ray Mithoff as C/S (case supervisor, person who directs the conduct of auditing) and then-Inspector General (2nd highest post in Scientology heirarchy) Greg Wilhere as auditor (Scientology counselor) had gotten Tom Cruise through his Grades in less than an intensive per grade.

As anyone who has read Keeping Scientology Working (Scientology’s most emphasized policy letter) might have guessed, it wasn’t long before the once mighty Orange County Organization was beset by lawsuits and its statistics crashed, never to recover. It also was not long before Cruise blew from Scientology for a decade.

In 2001 and 2002 I reported in detail to Miscavige how those quickie grades, Dianetics, and lower OT levels (the highest level counseling levels in Scientology) had blown off Cruise. I knew because I recovered Cruise to the Scientology at that time.

Undeterred, Miscavige kept on his “technical compilations battle plan” the action item to severely curtail the Grades Process Checklists. The checklists were the first Hubbard prescribed ones issued and in use for decades. LRH (L. Ron Hubbard) advised that all processes that he developed for each grade be included; adding that any C/S (or auditor for that matter) worth his salt would recognize the moment a pre clear had attained the end phenomena of each grade and move him or her up to the next one.

As is so common with Miscavige, he never got around to doing the work. Instead, he followed his lust for quickying by simply cross ordering LRH’s issued bulletins, lectures and policies (most notably Keeping Scientology Working and Technical Degrades).

First, he violated long-standing LRH policy that Flag (the highest level church of Scientology service delivery organization) not engage in delivering lower level services. LRH pointed out that such practice would short circuit organizations and missions (feeder groups for organizations) across the planet by violating a vital policy called Danger Conditions: Why Organizations Stay Small.  Miscavige, apparently desperate for Flag public and cash, had the church’s highest internatoional management body (WDC) order  OT Ambassadors (those who refer new people for Scientology services) across the planet to select their lower level preclears to Flag for Grades auditing. If one wonders why the $20-$40 million edifices Scientology public dug so deep in their pockets to erect for Miscavige remain empty they need look no further than Miscavige and this one off-policy order alone. Recent observations of Dallas, Tampa, New York, Buffalo, and Malmo confirmed those “ideal orgs” are as about as active as graveyards.

Miscavige has compounded his felony by having Flag promote quickie grades.

Here is a quotation from a recent widely circulated Flag official promotion:

Kathy Lackey came to Flag on 4 July 2009 ready to start Grade II. She was gotten right into session and completed Grade II on 8 July.

She then completed Grade III on 10 July.

And by 14 July (just 10 days after arriving to Flag) she completed Grade IV and started her L’s!!!

Please compare Miscavige’s promotion with these words by L. Ron Hubbard:

“Within 5 years after the issue of this PL (policy letter), with me off the lines, violation had almost destroyed orgs. ‘Quickie grades’ entered in and denied gain to tens of thousands of cases. Therefore actions which neglect or violate this policy letter are HIGH CRIMES resulting in Comm Evs on ADMINSTRATORS and EXECUTIVES.” – HCO PL 7 Feb 1965 Keeping Scientology Working.

And:

“A condition of TREASON or cancellation of certificates or dismissal and a full investigation of the background of any person found guilty will be activated in the case of anyone committing the following HIGH CRIMES…

8. Boasting as to speed of delivery in a session, such as “I put in Grade 0 in 3 minutes”, etc.

9. Shortening time of application of auditing for financial or labor-saving considerations…

The puzzle of the decline of the entire Scientology network in the late 60s is entirely answered by the actions taken to shorten time in study and in processing by deleting materials and actions.”  –  HCO PL 17 June 1970RB Technical Degrades

I have audited thousands of hours both within and outside the Church. I know from first hand observation in acting as the chief case debugger international for seven years that virtually every botched case I handled was answered by putting in that which had been quickied and omitted by others before.  And Miscavige knows it as I reported all my actions directly to him.

To compound the compounded felony Miscavige’s minions are boasting about putting the quickied Grades preclear straight onto the Ls Rundowns (high powered, very expensive Scientology exercises). The L’s compilation is an incomplete and sloppy product that has been known to Miscavige as so confusing as to be the number two cause of failed and severely complicated cases in Scientology. The L’s have been on the “compilations correction line up” as a top priority for nearly twenty years. The simplicity of how the Ls create as many botched and failed cases as they have advanced cases is mind boggling. It too has been reported to Miscavige directly. He refuses to fix it, and instead promotes it to cases incessantly, knowing that a good fifty percent of them will wind up spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in endless reviews, and a good percentage of those ultimately will blow off from Scientology severely disaffected.

But at $1,000 an hour (the price of L’s auditing), Miscavige apparently figures ‘why work when you can steal.’
