Uncertain about Clear for eternity

This pic signifies that we are back for the time being. I apologize for a number of responses to this post being nuked by hackers.  There were a dozen or so pending when the attack occured.  Since this is a hot topic, apparently affecting many please resend any comments you can easily reconstruct.

Here is the original post in full:

A number of people have come to see me to help sort out arduous, extended mind-games the church has played with them concerning the subject of Clear.

It is quite remarkable that the church has had such success in confusing so many people about a subject that is simplicity itself.

The basic on the chain is the McPherson case. In the summer of 1995 DM personally wrote an extended C/S r-factor to Lisa McPherson that denigrated all Flag tech terminals on her case and falsely declared her as Clear. Apparently having recognized herself she was not experiencing the calm that others had described the state as including, and having lost all faith in anyone beneath the COB himself sorting out what he had declared sorted out, Lisa became increasingly frantic and desperate about what was going on. Within three months Lisa had a psychotic break and died after a seventeen day squirrel Introspection Rundown at Flag.

After McPherson died, Miscavige successfully withheld from even those handling the criminal and civil cases that he in fact had initiated the chain of events leading to her death. Then in his inimitable every-outpoint-is-a-why style of evaluation, DM instituted a number of arbitraries to make the attestation to the state of Clear an engramic episode. He created a pendulum swing whereby it became an increasingly complicated process to attest to Clear.

DM briefed Flag tech terminals and tech and admin staff in a number of SO installations that there was no such thing as past life Clears. He said that all past life Clears had long ago been accounted for. Anyone with much technical training knows how specious and illogical such a claim is. But, for the many staff and public who were caught up in never ending Clear invalidation at the hands of the church, and subject to non-stop propaganda about DM’s immaculate conception, it seemed their confusions about Clear would go on for eternity.

Two people who were directly invalidated by such Miscavige briefings have visited me, had their confusions about Clear sorted out, attested and quite happily moved on.

Another trick perpetrated by DM is to pester those who have already attested to Clear with doubts and never-ending interrogations about their states before allowing them onto OT Levels. He’s got the tech heirarchies at Flag and AO’s programmed to program such people with endless sec checking. It seems the EP of those sec checks is not to have someone certain about Clear, but instead to become “certain” that DM is Source.

Two people who were subjected to that type of treatment visited, were easily sorted out and are now solo auditing their OT levels.

DM has g0ne so far as to redirect public who have been on the OT Levels for some time back onto Dianetics auditing; a high crime of some magnitude. This is particularly suppressive when one considers LRH devised a simple C/S to handle terminatedly anyone who might have gotten onto the OT Levels absent certainty about his or her Clear state.

A bloke who had been put back onto engram running after NOTs visited, the LRH C/S was performed, and he no longer has any doubt or reservation about his Clear state.

If five people thoroughly confused about their Clear states, all of whom sorted out next to instantaneously, could find their way to the middle of nowhere to get resolved – I fairly wonder just how many there are similarly situated within the C of Mestology.

There is no reason to be confused about Clear for eternity.

DM agent – Pablo Lobato

Over the past couple weeks  Pablo Lobato gained the trust of former Capt AOLA Ivan Obolensky under the guise of having mutual reality on the C of Mestology’s need for reform.  While lying about his intentions, and tacitly granting Ivan full assurance of confidentiality, Lobato reported Ivan’s  thoughts and feelings to his OSA handler.  After Ivan shared with Pablo that he intended to come visit me in Texas, Pablo  set up a meeting with Ivan.  Ivan met with Pablo with the intention of helping Pablo with his complaint about how DM’s disconnect policies were effecting Pablo. When Ivan arrived at a location Pablo designated for the meeting, Ivan was ambushed by RTC agent Hansuili Stahli who accompanied Pablo. Hansuili then spent an hour taking his best black propaganda shot at me in order to dissuade Ivan from visiting. Ivan politely listened and the next day flew to my home town. We had a very productive three day conference.  You will be learning more about the fruits of that early in the coming new year. Ivan is a powerhouse unleashed.

A note to Dave: Your boy Pablo is blown. Everybody who matters now knows who he is working for.

Another note to Dave:  You made yet another big mistake in attempting to use your Cold War intelligence tactics against a very able, experienced, popular and intelligent SO executive. I am aware of a number of other similar ops you are engaged in in present time. I assure you, most – if not all –  of them will similarly backfire on you. While you obsess on my humble abode winds of change are being seeded around the globe.

A note to readers:  It is becoming increasingly easy to detect DM’s agents. The telltale sign is their awkward discomfort at acknowledging the WHO behind the C of Mestology’s decline and fall, and their proclivity for attempting to finger LRH and his writings as cause for this.

A further note to Dave: We have documented how your registered agents are out attempting to convert former staff and public’s ARC breaks with you into generalized hatred toward Scientology and LRH.   You may succeed in burning your own organizations to the ground. You may succeed in bringing me down. But, I promise you  – try as you will – you will never succeed in destroying LRH’s legacy of the tech. It is too late for that.

A final note from the Tao Te Ching:

Men are born soft and supple; dead they are stiff and hard.

Plants are born tender and pliant; dead, they are brittle and dry.

Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible is a disciple of death.

Whoever is soft and yielding is a disciple of life.

The hard and stiff will be broken.

The soft and supple will prevail.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Concerned Citizen is a regular contributor to this blog.  CC suggested that today we post something concerning the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Since Mike and I have spent the past 24 hours evading a network of PI’s attempting to usurp our human rights in a number of ways, CC’s request piqued my interest. I then did a rapid review of the 30 articles of the Declaration of Human Rights and  counted no less than 25 articles that Miscavige’s organization is regularly violating.  His use of celebrities and childen to front for his serial, institutional violations  is  intolerable and should be put to period.  CC’s submitted post follows:

I would like to contribute a post, since there was no post today and it is the 61st Anniversary of the Universal Declaration Human Rights.

You see, today across the world people are gathering to talk about the pressing issue of human rights, globally. Many important issues are discussed and put forth for great minds to formulate plans that will improve the lots of those whose human rights are violated in so many places around the world.

But the subject of the Church of Scientology’s international management and their abysmal record on human rights is hardly mentioned in any media. Since the Church is fond of promoting its laudable activities on behalf of human rights, even going as far as to re print the declaration, and since I know most Scientologist are genuinely concerned with human rights. And since it thinks itself, somehow as the only exempt body on earth, with the power to set these rights aside. I thought it appropriate to mention it.

Someone has to mention it. It has been recorded with meticulous time place form and event in thousands of pages within the group of blogs and sites here listed. I know many people will consider these stories the delirious hallucinations of a very sick group whose overts and crimes have driven them to dream up all this horrible stories.

I know they will think this, because I would normally dismiss all these allegations that exact same way, even after I myself was subjected to a lot of the humiliation, slander, and other violations well documented in the various pages of this blogs and sites. Make no mistake, everyone has experienced the occasion when his words or actions, were misunderstood, twisted, or mis-represented. It could very well happen. But this many times, by these many people? What are the odds of so many people’s stories matching so well?

Suffice it to say that today I’m a different person, today I see these people differently, everyone raising their voices and those perpetrating these un-thinkables. I’m aware of those whose hate and crimes drive them to fabrications, I can spot those a mile away. But I can also recognize that the large majority of people speaking up and protesting herein, are not sick with hatred and delusion, instead I see these people as people I failed; I and those still in and supporting the corrupt management after witnessing the decline, the abuse and standing by explaining it away.

Even anonymous, god help me, I see differently. I don’t agree with them in many things, but I see them as a group of people trying to force this formidable machine into compliance with the human rights it professes to cherish. I also know the majority of Scientologist are not aware of the abuses, of the treasonous disdain they are regarded with by the management. And would not in their right mind, and with the full information from which to derive the inevitable and truthful conclusion that these are not empty accusations, condone them.

It is possible to look at something and not see it, it is possible to hear something and not listen, and that is what is essentially occurring inside the Church. To all of you loyal Scientologist I say, I understand your reaction, and your anger when reading my words. I understand that without knowing me you will decide I’m so ridden with guilt, that I make all this up to assuage my agony. But when at last these abuses reach you, when you too come to realize these stories are true, we will be here to help you get back on your feet. In the mean time, let us all consider the value of Human rights and make a conscious decision not to ever again stand by while watching any of these rights being violated or set aside by anyone for any reason.

Here is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Here are the Church’s Youth for Human Rights videos explaining these rights. They are great videos, if only the church would follow its own advice and respect these rights they understand so well, they can explain them masterfully. How ironic

Inquiry of Oz

Below is a story that was published in today’s Sydney Morning Herald.  I am interested in your views as to whether you think this helps steer  things into better focus, or whether it simply exacerbates a wholly negative situation.  I have no strong view one way or the other, so I am  interested in other viewpoints.

Intimidating and violent: defector
Date: December 02 2009
A former Scientology leader says bullying is widespread in the church, writes investigations reporter Nick O’Malley.

Coerced abortion, violence, intimidation and demands for ever greater ”donations” have become unofficial Church of Scientology policy, beginning at its Florida head office and leaching around the world, the church’s most senior defector has said.

Marty Rathbun, who until 2004 was the church’s second-most powerful man, answering only to the present leader, David Miscavige, said the church leadership was obsessed with destroying dissent and increasing revenue at any cost, the NSW Greens MP John Kaye told Parliament last week.

”It is all about image and money now. It is power, money and image, and it is a direct reflection of Miscavige’s personality. It is flowing down from the top,” Mr Rathbun said, according to Dr Kaye.

Mr Rathbun was one of four senior executives of the Church of Scientology to defect since 2004 and provide information to the St Petersburg Times in Florida, where the church is based.

Mr Rathbun, who still believes in the practice of Scientology and the teachings of its founder, L. Ron Hubbard, said many of the allegations detailed in letters written by former Australian church members directly reflect unwritten church policies, Dr Kaye said.

Dr Kaye’s speech follows the tabling in Federal Parliament of those letters by Senator Nick Xenophon. They accuse the church of bullying and intimidating its members, of denying access to medical treatment and of demanding that members cover up crimes.

The church’s Australian president, Vicki Dunstan, denies the claims and has accused Senator Xenophon of abusing parliamentary privilege. She says the allegations have been invented by disgruntled ”apostates”.

But according to Dr Kaye, Mr Rathbun said: ”The common big three things that they [the Australian complainants] are hitting on are the craziness around what is imposed on the families, including the encouragement of abortion, the incredible commercial emphasis on getting money by any means necessary and the heavy-handed tactics used to silence dissent.”

Mr Rathbun said the church had sought to bully members of the Sea Organisation – Scientology’s 8000-strong international leadership group, loosely comparable to a priesthood – into having abortions when Mr Miscavige banned anyone in the group from having children in about 1986, shortly after Hubbard’s death. Members of the Sea Org, as it is known, symbolically sign billion-year employment contracts.

”But accidents occur and people got pregnant,” Dr Kaye reported Mr Rathbun as saying.

”The answer to that became, you know, people began to encourage people to have abortions …

”I know at International Base [the church’s head office in Florida] in the late 1980s and early ’90s, it was a pretty regular practice that [pregnant] people were told, ‘do you want to let mankind down?’ ”

Mr Miscavige thought Sea Org members would be easier to control and better able to devote long hours to fund-raising if they had no children, Mr Rathbun said, according to Dr Kaye.

Mr Rathbun also traces the culture of physical violence and intimidation raised in some of the Xenophon allegations to Mr Miscavige, Dr Kaye told Parliament. ”In about 2000 he got more and more uncontrolled physically and was beating people regularly and assigning more and more tortuous punishments,” Mr Rathbun says.

”It got to the point where it was acceptable up there, and I think it rolled down to the other churches … I received reports that it was happening at the continental bases like Australia and England and South Africa, and it became part of church culture.”

Mr Rathbun even admits to assaulting Mike Rinder, the organisation’s Australian-born head of communications, who also defected.

”It became a culture. I am no angel, I participated. On two occasions I beat Mike up. You know, it was a fight. It wasn’t like a smackdown, you know, where Miscavige comes in and you can’t do anything. He fought back but I am a bigger guy and it is something that I regretted.”

Mike Rinder declined to be interviewed for this story. However, in previous public statements he has confirmed the story.

According to Dr Kaye, Mr Rathbun said the church had become ever more obsessed with raising money.

He estimates that when he left the organisation in 2004 the church had a ”war chest” of about $750 million set aside to fight off attacks from legislators or media organisations.

”A lot of people are under so much pressure to increase the sums of their donations that they took huge risks in business or in finance so a lot of people are having personal catastrophes now. Loans are being called in, values of things they invest in have crashed,” Dr Kaye reported Mr Rathbun as saying.

It had become common practice to demand employees work 70 or 80 hours a week for as little as $50 pay.

According to Dr Kaye, Mr Rathbun said the church used various methods to silence dissent in its flock.

”One is disconnection from family,” he explains. ”If I declare you a ‘suppressive person’, if I expel you, you are never going to be able to talk to your family again.

”Two is your business career, because you lose your network.

”And three is, you are never ever going to be able to get to the holy grail in Scientology and reach spiritual enlightenment because you are expelled. That is three big clubs, and they are being used, increasingly, to extract ever larger and larger sums from people. I don’t know what happened in Australia, but I am telling you that it would have stemmed from the phenomenon I observed. It is consistent with that and it has rolled down from the top.”

Ms Dunstan denies Mr Rathbun’s accusations, describing him as a bitter liar with an axe to grind ever since he was dismissed from the church for ”gross breach of duties”.

Dr Kaye called on the two main parties to support Senator Xenophon’s call for an inquiry into the church.

”These explosive revelations underline the urgency of investigating the operations of the Church of Scientology in Australia. It is possible that recognising the organisation as a religion was a grave mistake that has granted legitimacy to a cult that bullies, intimidate and exploits,” he said.

”There is a growing case for comprehensive examination not only of the church leadership in Australia but also of the church itself as a religion.”

C of S launches torpedoes at Health Care legislation

The Church of Scientology’s “social reform” arm CCHR  is out full force executing DM’s far right wing political agenda.  DM is working sub rosa to undermine President Obama’s efforts to pass health care legislation that will take the nation closer to universal coverage. See the proof below in the form of communications of Bruce Wiseman and Michael Duff.

In addition to corroborating my assertion that DM has turned the Church toward support of fascist politics, this campaign warrants two other observations:

a)  The Church’s justification that the bill contains psychiatric funding is specious. I have handled on my lonesome more than one person the Church has bilked for thousands upon thousands of dollars and dumped when they considered them “illegal” for thoughts they harbored or for having seen a Mental Health professional sometime in their pasts. Now, it is fine and dandy for the church of Scientology to be “against” psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy, if and ONLY if it takes responsibility for those who turn to those practices in time of travail. They clearly will not since they have proven they are not even up to handling a person with a SINGLE thought that doesn’t pass muster with them. They are not about to take responsibility for the millions in need of help.  So, here is another present time continuous overt of magnitude the church is committing on a daily basis that is making the world MORE insane and unsafe. The church’s regard for the workability of Scientology and its regard for people in need of help could not go much lower in my estimation.

b) Am I imagining it, or did Tommy Davis swear to the press in response to Paul Haggis’ letter of resignation that the church doesn’t get involved in political issues? Well, I don’t know how more involved it can get in politics than raising donations to fund the sabotage of the President of the United States’ attempt to provide American’s with health care.

Subject: Fwd: Update

Hi guys!

Here’s an important update from Bruce Wiseman.  And when Bruce says it’s time to act – it’s time to act!  Please take a minute or two to read below and fax the senators listed.  Call too, but faxing is key.

And CCHR needs about $3500 in donos to get peeps out East to help stop this legislation (I pasted his earlier email below this one if you didn’t see it before) so flow there too if you can.

Subject: Update

First, thank you all for the tremendous out flow to both Congress and CCHR Int following yesterday’s email on the Health Care Bill.  It’s really appreciated! (And if you intended to send some bread, but haven’t had a chance yet, please do. 323-467-4242).

Okay, here’s an update and a final run at this vote. (In case you missed yesterday’s email, I have attached it). This is for you hard core Freedom Fighters.

1-   They changed the vote from Friday to Saturday. So we have two days. Most recent media says Saturday around 2PM, but it is not pinned down.
2-   Some of you have responded saying the phone lines were busy and / or message machines full (which is very likely a plus point). But to get your comm across, you can fax, which is MUCH BETTER than email.
3-   After yesterday’s quantity, we are now refining for quality – targeting key Senators.
The key “swing” votes on this are going to be democrats who are fiscally conservative and / or are up for re election in 2010.
These have been kindly listed below by supporter Jim Mayer. Please read his intro comments and ACT. Call or fax.
Yes, it may take a few minutes, but this is one of those times that we have to step up to the plate.
LET’S WIN THIS ONE!
Best,
Bruce

Here is Jim’s communication. He lists 15 Senators. Ideal scene would be comm to all. But if you were going to pick a few, the top three, it would be Blanche Lincoln (#1), Ben Nelson (#2), Mary Landrieu.

Here’s Bruce’s email from a day or so ago:
I am writing to ask that you do two extremely important things.

1-   Many of you know that there is a Health Care bill rolling through Congress, which contains several Orwellian mental health provisions which CCHR Int has detailed in earlier emails.

The bill has passed the House and is now in the Senate. A crucial vote is scheduled on the Senate’s version on Friday that will determine the course of this legislation. It is a procedural vote, that is a vote “to proceed” -meaning that if 60 Senators vote, ”Yes,” the bill will proceed. But without 60 votes, the bill cannot proceed.

We do not want it to proceed. We don’t want it proceed because it is full of psych programs.

Call your Senators TODAY. Really. Today. Here’s the link to find your Senators.

http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm

Click the link. Find your Senators. Call them TODAY (you have two) and tell them to vote NO on the motion to proceed on the health care bill.

This is important. Don’t delay. Do it now.

2-   Call CCHR Int 323-467-4242. Ask for Tulia or Samantha and cough up a little bread – $50, $100, $200, $500 to help us with the $3500  we need to fight this thing. Give us a hand with this.

It’s important.

Thanks very much!

Steve “Thoughtful” Hall ferrets out DM’s spy network

Steve Hall (center) and real friends

Steve Hall has apparently really got DM’s goat. The latter has targeted the creator of Scientology-cult.com with repeated infiltration efforts. He has three missionaires who used to be RTC (until DM dismantled the place in late 04) working frenetically to flip “friends” of Steve presumably to build a “dead agent” pack on him.  The irony is precious. All three missionaires doing DM’s bidding were historically disaffected as all hell with DM through the eighties, nineties and at least to mid 2000’s (Marion Pouw, Mike Sutter and Hansuili Stahli).  They were also notably incapable of duplicating and applying fundamental Scientology. Now, to compound the comedy, all the marks they have been flown around the world to handle were  severely disaffected with Scientology (yes, the subject – not the management or DM) when they approached me shortly after I put my webpage up several months ago. Since they seemed to have no use for the subject we fell out of comm. So, DM has only successfully brought back on board people who have no use for Scientology. A coincidence? I think not.

All of DM’s spy v spy  nonsense is all about cutting communication, simple and plain. Let’s take a look at what LRH has to say on the subject of those devoted to cutting communication:

“Why should it punish any variety or state of communication? Because communication is the only way out. To continue an entrapment it is necessary, then, to punish communication or some phase of it — to enforce or inhibit communication. In order to continue a barrier, to continue a trap in existence, you would have to debar communication. So therefore, a universe which operates all too often as a trap resolves  — an escapement from that universe occurs — when communication is expertly and knowingly handled. And when it is not well handled, it’s punished. Now, therefore we get a fixation in this universe.

“Now thereness is simply a part of communication. It is the creation of a station or a terminal from which one communicates. And that is thereness. So thereness and communicatingness are punishable things by those who desire to entrap. And they are good things to those who have some tolerance for and some desire for freedom.

“So we get the make and break of personality, of beings above and below a theoretical line. And above this line a person would find nothing terribly wrong with thereness and he would certainly find nothing wrong with communicating or being communicated to. And above this line he can survive as himself in full knowingness. And below this line we would have an obsession to punish or a feeling that there should be punishment for thereness and communication.”

Thank you Steve for continuing to be there and and for continuing to effectively communicate.

Noise

There has been a lot of hoopla of late from the far left of the Scientology spectrum. What with the news from the Inquiry of Oz and the rumored class action suit concerning IAS and Superpower refunds. As per usual these cats are acting like their soul mate Miscavige. Come out with hats and whips blazing, diverting attention and energy with efforts that in the end will have miniscule, if not negative, effects.

Inquiry of Oz.  If Senator Xenophon’s speech is the template for the proposed Inquiry, the hate and falsehood within it will sink it out of sight ultimately.  The snide references to “so called religion” and attacks on the efficacy of the tech are built in mannas for Miscavige.  He can position the entire matter as an over zealous attack upon a recognized religion.  And he’ll use the nature of the attack to raise many tens of millions more in IAS donations. The ass clowns have already declared victory with as much conviction and certainty as DM proclaims Scientology has attained “explosive” expansion. The perfect GPM.  It is a shame Xenophon didn’t go in with a cooler head as certainly there are abuses in DM’s kingdom that would be prosecutable if approached with rationality. Some might argue that Xenophon can reframe it and try again.  He can try, but as the proverb goes, “the toothpaste is out of the tube”, and his opening speech will forever be used against him to characterize whatever Inquiry ensues.  I have tried to warn people from the dark side that their penchant for hype and overkill dooms otherwise potentially fruitful avenues for reform. But they listen to rational counsel about as closely as DM does.

Class Action suit.  Solicitation is now in progress for a proposed Class Action lawsuit that will allegedly reap refunds for IAS and Superpower building donations.  Bad strategy. A number of people have obtained refunds – and others are in progress – to obtain refunds of payments to church affiliated no-exchange operations.  By word of mouth more and more people began to seek their own refunds. Then a couple of far left spectrum lawyers caught wind of the easy money and decided they’d cash in by monopolizing the action. Dumb move. Every class action suit brought against the Church in the past was similarly hatched by gold digging shysters, and they went the way of the dinosaur. It is just plain stupid strategy to put all one’s eggs in one basket – particularly against such a well-heeled, well-oiled litigation machine as the church.  Prediction, either the lawyers will destroy everybody’s chances for refunds by having their heads handed to them by a judicial precedent prohibiting such refunds, or at best those who sign up with them will wind up getting a small fraction of their refunds in a settlement maybe five or ten years down the road.

Now there is an outside chance one or both of the above hype du jours will take some of this into consideration and significantly change course.

Excuse me. I gotta put my helmet on. Every time I express an opinion critical of the critical ones, they start throwing rotten vegetables and fruit with as much ferocity as Miscavige used to punch on Rinder for counseling a bit of reason.  Like I keep saying, its a match made in heaven.

Story of a Squirrel Part II – Black PR and Disconnect

The Mother of all Squirrels is now butchering LRH justice policy and even public relations and external affairs policy. While his henchboy Tommy Davis is out telling media outlets that DISCONNECT has been canceled, DM has Church staff and public applying PR Series 18 – How to Handle Black Propaganda Campaigns while literally coercing DISCONNECTION.  Just as he has reversed Scientology tech to introvert, belittle and control staff and public, he is now reversing policy. In this case, instead of defending against “whispering campaigns” and outright attempts to destroy by making minority group members social pariahs through false propaganda (which LRH accuses the criminal ilk from the very best persons’ set of doing to Scientologists in the PR Series HCO PLs), DM is directing staff and even public to carry out such campaigns against dedicated Scientologists.

DSA Orange County has been busy-bodying all around SoCal on a whispering campaign against Independent New OT VIII Mary Jo Leavitt, spreading rank generalities that are allegedly the basis for a declare which nobody has seen. When that failed to put a dent in Mary Jo’s resolve,  the Church sought to directly split up her family, beginning with attempting to alienate her intelligent and gracious son Greg.  The Church put the screws to the “OT” parents of Greg’s fiance.  The pressure was upped until the fiance was coerced into threatening to disconnect from her future husband. When Greg refused to agree to throw his mother under the bus, the fiance called off the wedding and disconnected from Greg.

Laying waste to a future generation of Mary Jo’s family apparently was not good enough for the DM crowd.

Public Miscavologist Jojo Zawawi was rolled out by the Church after  running a similar disconnect black propaganda campaign against Independent OT VIII Sherry Katz.   After being exposed on this blog for running that dark operation, she found time to attempt to undermine  Mary Jo and Greg. The church’s tactics have gone from cowardly to sub-sniveling.   Jojo joined the fray by recently writing to all of the Facebook friend’s of Greg urging them to disconnect from Greg because he did not comply with ORDERS TO DISCONNECT FROM HIS MOTHER.  Here is is the message verbatim:

“Greg has joined his mother (Mary Jo Leavitt) in leaving our
church. Mary Jo is publicly attacking the church and is being
declared.
I have personally verified this with OSA Int. I recommend you
delete your Facebook friend connection. If you have any questions
on this, you can contact your local DSA / OSA representative.

–JoJo”

Neither Mary Jo nor Sherry Katz have received an official declare order. Yet, dozens of erstwhile friends have disconnected from them based on the Black Propaganda whispering campaign waged against them. Three other close friends of mine have been similarly dealt with; nothing but rumors, black propaganda – and a lot of disconnection. They have heard on the grapevine from now-former associates that they have been declared without receiving anything in writing.  That is a direct violation of a number of Hubbard justice PLs.

DM doesn’t want to issue  written declares because it will expose that he has nothing on these people. All any of them has done is speak up about DM’s escalating attempted cancellation and  nullification of LRH (LRH Policy, LRH Tech, and even the memory of LRH) from his Church. If he issues a declare the recipient is entitled to a comm ev by a panel of his peers  per the Suppressive Acts PL  and DM doesn’t want his closely censored minions being exposed to any of the tomes of evidence of that that the accused possess.

All of the alleged verbal declares though have one thing in common; all recipients have been told he or she is an SP for being connected with an alleged  squirrel.

To Mary Jo, Sherry, Christie, and my other friends whose names will appear here soon: Don’t you ever doubt that you are in better standing with LRH than anyone still pledging allegiance to DM will ever be. If you ever receive that Golden Rod, wear it like a badge of honor. To we in the know, it will always signify that you stood up for LRH by refusing to do precisely what you were accused by the Church of doing.  You refused to remain connected to a squirrel, in fact the mother of all squirrels.

Jim Logan story

The story at this link accurately recounts what I did to Jim and Annie Logan:

That Jim has unconditionally forgiven me speaks volumes to what a mountain of  a man he is.

Gary Morehead, Jim Mortland, and Amy Scobee are thanked for their courage and integrity in letting the truth be known.

Employment Discrimination – It is Unlawful

DM’s demons are running a counter offensive to TRUTH. He is having public – his newest cannon fodder – hustling about in phone and internet chains promoting that certain people who might support the TRUTH are “declared.”  Of course, we’ve yet to see any golden rod. I guess that would a) promote the quality of people that are finally saying “I ain’t standing for this anymore”, and b) set in to motion some pretty ugly comm evs (after all per the Suppressive Acts PL anyone declared is entitled to a comm ev).  What the Dear Leader’s minions don’t seem to get is that they are serving as agents in activity that in some cases is a clear violation of law. That occurs when the effects of such campaigns result in the loss of the target’s job.

DM knows it is unlawful, but he is so damn arrogant he thinks he can get his unthinking agents  doing his bidding and that will create some sort of buffer that will insulate him. By cultivating his brand of arrogance in “high-roller” public Scientologists he counts on them to be ruthless and “unreasonable” with their employees. He counts on them to do his dirty work.  And in this way he thinks he’ll make life tough for anyone who contemplates having an independent thought.  But, a change is coming. A new breed of cat is standing up for its rights.

Since employment discrimination is one of the big three levers of coercion and extortion employed by Miscavige’s church (along with family break up, and denial of “eternal salvation”) he isn’t about to take it out of his arsenal.  Therefore, it behooves those who are the potential effect of it to know their rights and remedies.

Creating secular employment conditions or terminating employment on the basis that an employee follow, or not,  dictates of a religious organization (especially its Dear Leader’s mandates) is unlawful and is a violation of the civil rights of the employee.  An entire Federal apparatus, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), exists to remedy such illicit employer conduct, http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/religion.cfm

If you find yourself experiencing any of the following, realize your rights are likely being violated:

a) being regged for church donations at your place of employment as arranged or condoned by your employer and objected to by yourself.

b) receiving any type of pressure from an employer – directly or indirect – to follow church mandates, “command intention”, or suggestions to increase one’s church related activity.

c) being casitagated or invalidated at your place of employment for expressing objections to demands or suggestions that you even listen to, let alone agree with, church propaganda or doctrine.

d) being referred to or even reported to the church for failure to agree with church doctrine or propaganda.

e)  Your rights are also being violated if you are treated differently because of the religious beliefs of a spouse or family member. This provides protection from inhumane wielding of the disconnect card, or threats for studying material you believe clarify and enhance your religious beliefs. See this from the EEOC web page:

Religious discrimination can also involve treating someone differently because that person is married to (or associated with) an individual of a particular religion or because of his or her connection with a religious organization or group.

If you have experienced any of the above, it is a good idea to start documenting every instance of it. You can write contemporaneous reports in protest and lodge them with your employer. You can demand a witness be present or to record it when a-e above are attempted.  You can save emails and memos that document it. Regardless of its effectiveness on the job, at the end of the day you will have the evidence you need to vindicate your rights.

If your religious thoughts or utterances put you in a lowered employment status or endanger your job, your employer is violating your civil rights. You can be the effect of it and succumb, or you can be vigilent and protect your rights. The choice is yours.

This is not an invitation to create some huge controversy at one’s place of employment. Quite the contrary, all it is intended to do is, in the words of LRH,  “MOVE THE PTS PERSON FROM EFFECT OVER TO SLIGHT GENTLE CAUSE.”
