Winds of change

The way real change will be effectuated is by more and more people standing up  and expressing their views.   The internet is being most effectively used by those who employ its tools to network and activate folks. Cyberworld lurkers – who create or live in alternate universes – are an ineffective anachronism.  In the Scientology world, they are Miscavige’s dream as he relishes inducing fear and anonymity is a hallmark of fear.

Miscavige specializes in marginalizing dissent or free-thinking people. First by threat of declare, then by declare, then by manipulating “disconnect” employment, and then making menacing noise with investigations and the like.  It is all bark and no bite. If one understands the mechanics of suppression, he or she will recognize it is all an attempt to drive people’s anchor points in, make them afraid, and make them PTS. Ultimately, DM would like to drive every independent Scientologist into a dark closet,  cowering as he or she types ineffectual, profanity-laced protestations in the dark.

There are plans afoot to facilitate real Scientologists coming out of those closets and creating a safe environment for one another.  The What Your Fees Buy series on this blog reveals something not yet mentioned.  That is, DM can’t even distract his biggest obsession. There is no possible way he can touch people in many locations across the world deciding they aren’t going to be PTS to him anymore, they aren’t going to fly below the radar, they don’t have to hide in order to survive.

To stand and communicate one’s convictions and defend the rights of other friends to do the same is the remedy for Miscavige’s brand of terrorism.  It can make one feel healthier and more whole. If enough people follow your lead, it will lead to the end of the Scientology reign of terror.

Please start thinking about this.

The church of Regology

Please see the email below from the OT Ambassador I/C Int to all OT Ambassadors. Note the outpoints. That “War is Over” event was Miscavige’s “I did it all” propaganda. His egoism knows no bounds. “This was the monumental turning point for the church and was the point that ensured we have a church.” Quite the contrary, once exemption was attained Miscavige decided HE had a church to have his own way with.

OT Ambassadors, whose original stated purpose was to drive people on up to OT, have apparently been reduced to being IAS reges. Did you know there was not a single justification for the continuance of the IAS as an entity after October 1993 and exemption? It was founded for the purpose of ensuring Scientology could withstand the IRS. This personal hobby horse of Miscavige’s had accumulated somewhere on the order of three quarters of a billion dollars by 2005. He forbade it disbursing anything but minimal funds for handling attacks. And yet that is precisely what the money was donated for handling. Now they have FCS’s and OT VIIIs – sixteen years after the fact of its irrelevance – diverting donations for services to move people up the Bridge to send to Miscavige’s slush fund.

Notice how the OT Ambassadors are to “organize the call-in” and are instructed to “so let’s get with the Field Control Sec and be in coordination on this.” DM cross ordering Div 6 by way of public converted into reges for his personal slush fund. It doesn’t get much darker than that.

September 21st, 2009

Hello,

Graduation this week is going to be incredibly special as all orgs on the  planet are going to watch the IAS Victory – the  IAS 1993 “War is Over” Event. This was the monumental turning point for the church and was the point that ensured we have a church.  You have all been issued new quotas for the IAS to be completed before the October 15th IAS International Event.   You are to fund raise for your quota after this event.

You are to organize the call-in and get everyone in the field in for this
event. It will do a lot to revitalize the field for sure.

So lets get with the Field Control Sec and be in coordination on this.

I need to know you are gathering the troupes so write me back that this is underway!!!

This is the most exciting time ever ever in the church.

I am expecting excellent results.

The Joe Howard Paradigm – tech outside the Wall

I encourage everyone to read what I call the Joe Howard Paradigm at http://www.scientology-cult.com/new-model-for-scientology.html

Also please consider what LRH once said in a similar vein:

“And I believe that the freedom of the material which we know and understand is guaranteed only by a lightness of organization, a maximum of people, good training and good, reliable , sound relay of information.  And if we can do these things, we will win.  But if we can’t do these things, sooner or later the information which we hold will become the property of an untrustworthy few.  This I am sure, because it has always happened this way.”
From the tape, “What Scientology is Doing” 6 June 55, Anatomy of the Spirit of Man Congress.

I think my own technical training narrative supports  this line of thinking.

I worked pretty hard for 12 years in support of obtaining tax exemption for the Church. My primary motivation was that it was called for in LRH’s estate planning which was designed to make Scientology available to everyone ultimately. His estate planning  called for a system of checks and balances so that one madman could not lord over and destroy all of Scientology. When exemption was attained it took me about a month to confirm my suspicions that the checks and balances had indeed been usurped by a madman. The control was so thorough that to even subtly object would mean being shipped off to a gulag and made into a mouse. I got on my motorcycle and rode across the country for nine days.  When I phoned my father from San Antonio Greg Wilhere intercepted the call – he sat for days by my father’s bed side who was terminally ill with cancer for this purpose. He begged me to speak to Miscavige. I did, and Miscavige pleaded with me to meet him in New Orleans. I met him. Miscavige swore to God he would cease acting like a madman, and promised he would stop abusing people. He told me if I returned he’d send me to the ship to train and move up through OT III (I was Clear at the time) since I had worked so hard and safeguarded the church forever and thus deserved it.

I accepted since training in and applying Scientology was the only reason I joined the Sea Org in the first place. Miscavige sent his most trusted Class XII Greg Wilhere to join me to twin with me and report on me. He sent Snr CS  Int Class XII Ray Mithoff to audit/sec check me. Both have recently executed declarations under the penalties of perjury that they are DM’s top technical dogs and I am a lunatic who has no certificates.

Now, you have probably seen that I have copped to committing physical violence on staff members – on several occasions in 2001 and two occasions in January 2004.  Mithoff’s and Wilhere’s decarlarations reminded me of some more physical battery I performed on several occasions.

a. I lightly  kicked Wilhere in the shins on a number of occasions, just hard enough to wake him up when he fell asleep while “coaching/suping” me on TRs, and meter drills, and while auditing me.

b. I lightly kicked Mithoff in the shins on a number of occasions just hard enough to wake him when he feel asleep on me in session.

Note, since I left the Sea Org a number of others have reported similar batteries upon those two for the same reasons.

Because no one on the ship had any idea I had blown, but for Greg and Ray, and because they only knew me as IG Ethics, nobody fooled with me on study. It was just me and LRH as far as I was concerned. I absorbed it intensively because it was the opportunity I fought for twelve years to obtain. I never once in almost two years of study doped off.  I demanded to and did TR O two hour blinkless – even though I had to look at a dozing twin. When it came to the meter drills, the Class XIIs couldn’t do them with me because their needles were painted to the dial. I had to sup myself on those too, using greenhorn staff whose needles reacted like normal beings.  And – long before the Golden Age of Tech, and despite orders from the two Class XIIs I didn’t need to – I did the dating drill all the way to a done routinely with no flubs. That is the way I applied LRH because I was dead serious about thoroughly duplicating his tech and using it as he did.

When I started student auditing, another Class XII – Margaret Supak – C/S’d my auditing. Not long into Grade O auditing she sent me to cramming for “comm cycle additives” for asking a distraught p.c. “what’s up.”  Of course, the p.c. told me and it was the first of many, many cases I would crack by simply using communication, my meter and trying to audit like LRH did. You might have noticed that it is ILLEGAL in the current Church of Miscavology to audit anything like LRH did in the many auditing demo tapes he recorded.

Well, when I refused the cram, Wilhere came in to handle me. He couldn’t. He had zero altitude or credibility with me for the outnesses noted above and because I caught him and reported him for destroying the Freewinds Captain’s marriage by constantly and covertly flirting with his wife.

Mithoff then laid down the law with me. He told me the numerous LRH references I provided to him stating to the effect that the only way an auditor can seriously run aground is by failing to understand what is going on with the pc before him, and that one must use two way communication (required by the auditors code) to be sure he does, were trumped by Class VIII data.  I told him that rather than accept verbal tech from him, I was now forced to go study Class VIII. I listened to all the Class VIII lectures and read all the written references I had not already read on Academy training.

Of course I found out Mithoff was lying or simply hadn’t a clue what Class VIII is about – and thus no clue what Standard Tech actually is. LRH lays in with an atomic branding iron that Class VIIIs study all the tech  and it is drilled and applied and finally one can simply sit down and “play the piano.”  Just like he advised policy be applied in the intro to the OEC. You don’t argue one line of one HCOB against another. Just as you don’t argue one line of policy against another. Incidentally, that is ALL that DM’s technical hierarchy and international management have done for years. They produce nothing. They use tech and policy to stop all day long. And right when some enterprising soul does something adventurous like do an eval, or initiate a sane tech program, Miscavige will enter some blanket order that “evals are canceled” (actual DM order), or Snr CS Int Office can issue no orders (actual DM order).

When I left the ship I had trained through Class V Grad officially. But, because of my experience with the Class XII priesthood, I effectively did the Briefing Course and Class VIII. That is because Mithoff could not explain to me why a number of integral LRH lectures were not on the Academy level checksheets he and DM had issued in LRH’s name.  Rather than limit myself to the 8-12 lectures on each Grade – and then again at NED and Grad V and HSSC – I did a computer search and pulled and listened to every lecture LRH ever gave that touched on COMMUNICATION AT LEVEL 0, PROBLEMS AT LEVEL I, O/W AT LEVEL II, ARC BREAKS AT LEVEL III, AND SERV FACS AT LEVEL 4 , etc.

My first assignment upon going to Flag to work under the RTC Rep in late summer 95 was to handle the ethics (including sec checking), TRs and metering of the Class XIIs at Flag. They were a piece of work – with only a couple of exceptions – because like Mithoff and Wilhere they couldn’t even keep their eyes open for a session, couldn’t sit still in a chair, couldn’t read a meter, all the while asserting they were the priesthood and could not learn another single thing about Tech – they were IT.

In the middle of all this, their (and DM’s) product Lisa McPherson and her tragic death took me off that project  before completion.

Over the next several years more of their flubbed products were assigned to me to handle by DM because he had no where else to turn. That included a virtual who’s who list of Scn celebrities and executives. Nearly all of them I FES’d, C/S’d, examined, and serviced as Ethics Officer and Chaplain  in addition to auditing because every time a Class XII either at Flag or Int got involved it was all about making themselves right for their own overt products. Miscavige not only condoned that,  he ordered it in place once he saw that was the only way he could stop some serious squeeky wheels from collapsing and possibly hurting his image or creating an external PR flap. Suffice it to say none of them went the route of Lisa McPherson – quite the contrary. I handled many cases tangled up in a ball from overt L’s delivery. Because of time constraints and his necessity to handle direct requests from VIPs themselves, DM ordered me to Read it-drill it-do it on NOTS and the L’s.  I later was able to complete Class IX training formally, but not before I handled a number of NOTs ball ups.

When Miscavige had his final psychotic break (which he never came out of) in November 1999 (see my St Pete Times filmed interview for particulars) he started targeting me and all of international management in bizarre ways (much covered in the SP Times Series).  My attempts to continue myself up the Bridge were torpedoed by Miscavige – twice pulling me off NOTs with NO justification when he had learned I had arranged an auditor for myself. I audited hundreds of hours of NOTs without having received a NOTs session. I audited Tom Cruise from start to finish on NOTs without having received NOTs myself. And even when that was done, I managed to get onto the program – and while getting Tom through OT VI – and being his review and six month check auditor, Miscavige again ordered me OFF NOTS.

Meanwhile, Miscavige took over all TRs and metering passes at FLB through his rep office as the first phase of his Golden Age of Tech.  They prolonged and complicated the TRs to the point where auditors were churned out who could ARC break a Saint in a New York minute. The metering coaching was so complicated that his metering comps were left with one certainty, “there is no way to know for sure whether something is an instant read or not.”  And then the drills.  He had a group of tech bustees putting them together. In the last couple weeks before release he had me and Snr CS FSO Richard Reiss testing the drills and correcting them for return to Tech Comps for corrections.  Richard and I sent reams of pages of drills blackened with our edits and notes back to Comps. By the time the release event arrived, we had tested perhaps 60% of the drills, and had seen very few of our corrections back for verification. But, in Miscavige’s world, the EVENT must go on. Scientology is but one series of events for him (Hitlerian backdrops and all). There is serious out tech embedded throughout DM’s Golden Age of tech. For example, have you ever seen an auditor assess “buttons” on you back to the stone ages, and by the time you start taking them up, you are talking about problems you never even conceived of having at the start of session?  I contend a simple “what’s up?” (Two Way Comm) with an eagle eye on the meter would have resolved 95% of those situations. In fact, I’ve seen it happen because that is Standard Tech, not hammering the pc like he was a defendant before the Spanish Inquisition.

Now, my coverage of Miscavige’s practice of Reverse Dianetics is well covered in this blog, as well in a segment of the St Pete Times filmed interview.

My point in all this is simply this: The Church of Scientology under Miscavige has created a priesthood of Reverse Dianeticists. The only way I escaped it was the circumstances of not being junior to it during my own training. It was me and LRH with no vias or interruptions. I had no sup, I had no Qual, the only people assigned to “handle” my training got in the road of it.  I would not allow the apex of DM’s tech hierarchy (Mithoff and Wilhere) to confuse me with their warped interpretations. And today I would not let either of those blokes audit my dog.

Interestingly, the only “Scientology priest” I have run into on the outside also justifies his omniscience on his Class XII status. Eerily, he too possesses a signal inability to sit comfortably in a chair or read an emeter, and has twice been reported to me by pc’s of his for falling asleep in session. He inquired through one of his trainees about my post warning people against fooling around with Ls. I responded that the biggest problem I ran into with botched L’s cases was their having been run on tons of unreading items. This newly minted “Class XII” responded that he had no idea how I could have determined someone was run on unreading items. Need I say more?

Incidentally, the priest Class XII was so offended that I reported that two of his pc’s reported he’d fallen asleep mid session that he viciously attacked me for being a mere read it-drill it-do it Class XII. He told me I haven’t a clue how to handle Ls, since he is the only man in the world outside the Church with a full set of the L’s material. I told him I’d have a discussion with him on the subject once he showed me his carefully guarded holy grail. He came unglued at the suggestion that his priesthood of mystery be shattered.

I think my experience supports that the Joe Howard Paradigm may well be the best way, if not the only way, to break the Reverse Dianetics priesthood of Miscavology. People are all going to have to take a measure of responsibility for their competency with the tech. They are going to have to learn enough about the fundamentals to judge whether the person who solicits them to audit them has the quality of TRs and requisite understanding of the tech to warrant their own time and effort. One is not given that opportunity within the Church incidentally. One ought to have the freedom to exercise that judgment.

If, as Joe suggests, some enterprising souls set up Qual units devoted to training and correcting auditors, it seems they all ought to be independent so that the most effective make it because of their stellar products, and the shoddy substitutes die out because of their lack of results. Such delivery would not be too difficult – because the “secrets” of Class VIII and Class XII are simply the reverse of what I have known Class XII’s to be capable of: to wit, if your TR’s are as natural as the wind and your metering is a accurate as a laser, you have made it. There is nothing you cannot handle.

To allow anyone to attempt to consolidate and monopolize the tech could lead to another Dark Ages like we are attempting to break through today.

I maintain that one gets out of the tech what one puts into it. If one is studying for the purpose of attaining some status or to make lots of money, he or she is going to be a lousy auditor. If one is studying it for the purpose of attaining a higher level of understanding of mankind and its plight, he or she will attain something approaching that. If one is studying it because of a driving purpose to help others as best as one can, he or she will make a great auditor.

Unfortunately, the organized (oxymoron in Miscavology’s case) hierarchy of Scientology has proven unworkable. We can argue for three lifetimes whether it is because of some defect or omission in policy or whether it was an SP who foiled the best laid plans. It is irrelevant in terms of delivering the tech now. A Black (Reverse) Dianeticist has set himself up as Source and those weak enough to continue to tolerate it within management have bought into the program 100%. And believe me, there are nothing but weaklings left in DM’s vicinity.  DM is continuing to alter training patterns and material so as to lose the effectiveness of the technology and in practice reverse its product.

It seems to me that it is incumbent upon those who care about the future of the technology that they do what they can to make it available outside of the control and continued alteration of Miscavige.

What your fees buy VIII?

I got a call Wednesday from the Texas Bar Association. The attorney said he was investigating a tip they received that I might be practicing law without a license. The basis of the tip was a Craig’s List ad I put up last year sometime offering my paralegal services to lawyers. He asked if I did any paralegal work that was not done under the supervision of lawyers. I truthfully stated, “no”, to which he said that ends the inquiry. I then asked for the name of the informant. He said the bar was prohibited by policy from disclosing such. I said it was pretty odd that someone would lodge a complaint when I only ever worked for a single attorney, and never took a job based on the ad which probably expired sometime last year. He agreed that was odd, and informed me that while their policy prohibited them from investigating an informant he would note the oddities for the file.  Having come to know this relatively small community in South Texas, I consider it extremely unlikely the informant could be anyone local.

I am hoping Miscavige will order a similar complaint to the overseers of counselors in Texas concerning this very web blog.  We would have an absolute field day with that.

For those who accuse me of trying to paint myself as a victim through this series, you are missing the point. Miscavige does not possess the power to make me a victim. I am posting this series on What Your Fees Buy for two reasons. One, people should be informed about how their fees are being misused. Two, Miscavige’s lines of attack need to be exposed wherever they are discovered. Otherwise, unchecked, he might well throw enough jacks on the road to pop a tire or two.  Each blowout he causes prolongs his continuing abuses and his mission to drive Scientology in the direction of the People’s Temple.

Mike Rinder

IMGP0561

A recent comment on this blog stated “Mike Rinder spent many years of his Scientology career ordering or exacting unethical tactics against critics of Scientology because that was his job”, and  “I hope you were aware that this (harassment) was going to happen, because that is what Scientology’s OSA does to its enemies. It ain’t all DM. Ask Mike Rinder.”  When I used to peruse the natter boards I saw plenty of comments demanding Mike Rinder confess his alleged sins to named and unnamed critics.  While I am sure Mike will express whatever regrets he might have to whomever he believes deserves them – because I’ve seen him do so – it occurred to me a lot of folk have some pretty odd notions about the type of person Mike Rinder really is.

I have confessed in a number of public forums to inflicting physical violence upon Mike on two occasions, both during my final days at Abu COB prison.

Having recounted that nightmare on a number of occasions and having had a lot of time to reflect on those twisted times I came to recognize what a quality person Mike Rinder is and always has been.

Miscavige leaned on me hard for many years to treat Mike “as an SP.”  That pressure was particularly intense when Mike would, in his inimitable style react in a nonchalant, collected fashion to Miscavige’s wild dramatizations while demanding some horrible fates be inflicted upon some person exercising his or her God given right to express disagreement with Miscavige abuses. That included members of the media and members of the general public.

Mike’s attitude of “why sweat it? People have opinions. I’ll express mine or the Church’s in response, and we’ll move on” triggered many a Miscavige psychotic break. It was what motivated the at least one dozen severe, criminal assault and batteries I witnessed Miscavige visit upon Mike.  Realize, that is only what I witnessed with my own eyes. Mike conservatively estimates there were more than fifty such acts of violence, and I believe he is being very conservative as is Mike’s wont.

One thing struck me as very odd when I returned from two years of training on the ship after the IRS exemption and my 93 blow. At that time ARS was the big wave of attack being dealt with at OSA. Several times I heard Miscavige ranting at Rinder and/or Kurt Weiland about getting the PIs out on those posting on the board, especially those saying things about Miscavige in particular. Mike and Kurt both were reluctant to.  I understood their reticence.  Last time I was on external lines we pretty much reserved PIs for serious threats like hundred million dollar lawsuits, or potential IRS jeopardy assessments that could have literally resulted in all Chuches being shut down overnight.  Our experience had been that when you started playing heavy handed with someone who was merely critical or expressing an opinion all you were likely to accomplish was creating a bigger situation. And it was that kind of  “counter intention” that resulted in many of Mike’s punishments.

In a sort of way Mike Rinder was of service to those simply wanting to communicate. That included the media. In fact,  for the past six months Miscavige has been squandering the capital of credibility and trust that Rinder was primarily responsible  for gaining with the media over his many years of service. Miscavige and his  minions are taking extraordinary measures to silence several media outlets from airing his crimes and are spending the credibility capital like drunken sailors on shore leave to do so.

Fact of that matter is that for all the abuse Mike Rinder took, if he had had his druthers and the Church had followed his lead rather than Miscavige’s on external lines, a hell of a lot of people today invested in exposing Miscavology for the tragedy it is would be out doing something more positive like promoting solutions to world hunger and global warming and the like.

In retrospect, for all the heat and abuse Mike took for counselling equanimity for 95% of Miscavige’s external FLAPS, Mike Rinder was right 95% of the time.

I am glad to count him as a very close friend.

The fourth wave of PIs has arrived in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas (four sets of PIs and three sets of lawyers makes VII).  The two newest gumshoes are hasseling my wife’s ex husband’s current wife. They want to know about my relationship with Mosey (that’s what friends call her and I don’t want to associate this Saint with Yingling).  The former husband has never met me. And his wife never met me or Mosey.  Aside from the waste of Church donations, as has become his habit, Miscavige has created yet another enemy for himself and another ally for us.

re: Yours of September 11, 2009

Dear Monique,

Thank you for your letter of September 11, 2009. Thank you also
for confirming:

1. That you, indeed, are the personal attorney of David Miscavige.

2. That your April 15 2009 trip to Denver, accompanied by four
staff members and another attorney, to attempt to intimidate Mike
Rinder into silence was directed by your client David Miscavige.

3. That you are an avid reader of my blog and Dave is apparently
paying attention.

4. That you and your client apparently believe that the only
utterance by me on my blog that you have any objection to is the
one you have noted in your letter.

With respect to your objection that I ascribed “false words” to
you and Mike Rinder, I never ascribed any words – either false or
otherwise – to either of you in my September 9 comment. If I
ascribe words to you, you’ll know it by the quotation marks I put
on either side of them.

With respect to your claim that I “ascribe[d] conduct to [you]
that [I] know to be false”, my two sentence description of what
went down in Denver on April 15 was indeed a fair and accurate
summation of what occured. Your repeated requests to “settle” in
an effort to prevent Mike from speaking to the media, and your
intimidations that to do otherwise would mean “war” cannot be
denied. I doubt that anyone other than your client would disagree
with my summation were they to hear the full content of the
conversations.

Monique, as far as your allegation about my “position in the
anti-Scientology community” is concerned, the sad truth is you
are being paid several hundred dollars per hour to carry out the
dictates of your client and thereby forward the aims of anti-
Scientologists. His heavy-handed tactics provide them with
ammunition to justify their misguided broadside assaults on the
subject founded by L. Ron Hubbard.

Sincerely,

Mark “Marty” Rathbun

911 – Hiro’s unsung Heroes

10:30pm Sept 11, 2009

In the midst of the activities of today, I have given many a thought and moments of reflection on the attacks that occurred on our country and our people in 2001, September 11th.

On one hand I feel shaken and awakened at the idea that our country was attacked, recently, and in broad daylight.

In reflection — from the videos, news reports, articles, pictures and first-hand accounts I received on the 9/11 attacks — I cannot , to this day, express how saddened I am for those who lost a love one, a friend, an associate, a boss, a junior, a neighbor, a teacher, a fireman, a policeman, a son, a daughter, a store owner, a pet, an office, a home, a church, a park, a school.

I know that on that day when the attacks occurred, my husband Hiro Kimoto was on the top of the New York Org Scientology building doing renovation work, repairing bricks. He had the radio on and heard that a plane had crashed into one of the Twin Towers. He looked up and saw the smoke rising in the sky behind the Time Square sky scrapers. He was with several others of the New York renovations team. They immediately got on the walkie-talkie to alert their superiors in the CLO … and while on the radio the second plane hit.

Hiro and the others realized at that exact point that they were at war.

They determined their priority was to get to the site of the damage and do whatever they could to help.

The CLO responded by organizing volunteers to get to the hospitals to assist the wounded. But when they found that volunteers were not needed, they concentrated on distributing the Way to Happiness brochures as their priority.

Despite orders to do that, Hiro and his friend Chris recruited about 10 people and jumped in a van and got to the location of the attack — later designated as Ground Zero. They first went to local restaurants and got them to donate food – any food they could give. And the restaurants did, with no questions asked — any place they stopped they gave them everything they could. Hiro and Chris packed their van to the gills with food and somehow made it through the first ten barricades. They then convinced the police at the later barricades that they were delivering food to those firemen and policemen who were at the site saving people. They eventually found a high school just a block or two from Ground Zero. They immediately set up a table and put out all the food they brought in. The exhausted and wasted policeman and fireman wandered in as this was the closest, safest place for them to come and eat and regroup. Hiro at that point realized this hat of feeding and energizing those people who are finding and saving lives needed to be worn, so he was now in charge of providing food and water to those who were saving lives. Shortly after, the emergency personnel started showing up to eat, Hiro also quickly realized he didn’t bring enough food…and by far. So he ran into the high school refrigerators finding there was food there, got together with the Red Cross In Charge and got her to get her volunteers to help gather this food and set up more tables and put out all the food they could find.

He recalls there were people in charge of feeding the police, but he found the police were coming to him as he had commandeered a safe space and had it all out and organized and it was large enough to service many people – so this was now the place they came to eat and drink water. Due to the state of things, nobody drank or ate anything the first many hours after the attack occurred.

Everyone was flat-out trying to dig through the rubble and save people. But eventually their energy would drain, they would be tired and dehydrated and realize they needed more energy to save more lives.

It was the first morning after the attacks, when Hiro and his team were rapidly distributing water to anyone and everyone that they started to realize that the air they were breathing was bad.

After Hiro and team established the food station, he realized they needed other basic supplies — such as water, ice, shovels, gloves, masks and rain gear. Water was needed most. He got the word out and got the volunteers he’d recruited activated to search for and get these items brought to him. He was stationed inside the high school as the coordinator to get more food brought in from NY, NJ and as the trucks filled with supplies arrived, they reported to Hiro who organized another crew responsible for unloading these trucks.

By the second day toiletries were needed – soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste etc. So he had these brought in. Then linens, beds and towels so the emergency personnel had a place to rest and clean-up.

By the third day the trucks were coming in from farther and farther places. Even trucks of dog food arrived and Hiro and his team unloaded, organized and made it known that these supplies were there for those who needed it.

It was a race for the authorities to find the living in the 4-story high rubble. He recalls that at the end of the first night, a bunch of fireman arrived at the high school and they were all upset and in tears because they had just lost a bunch of firefighters in their team as a part of the building had crashed down on them when they were trying to save people. Hiro never saw this reported in the press. He said people trapped in the rubble were calling on out on their cell phones hoping to be located before their batteries ran out.

Drinks, juice, energy bars, T-Shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, jackets, rubber boots etc all donated from department stores and the lot came pouring in – so Hiro set up another room with everything hanging so the emergency personnel could come in and take whatever they needed.

There was one incident wherein there were emergency nurses who needed help bringing items to the innards of Ground Zero, so Hiro and his crew would assist the Nurses by loaded up their medical items in wheelbarrows and carry them into the site for them. He recalls that one nurse he personally helped ended up passing out later that night due to the bad air and physical exertion.

Note that Hiro and the people who went with him to Ground Zero never got “official approval” from the Church to go there. He said it was always at the back of his mind whether they were going to be considered “blown” or not. But due to their level of responsibility they each realized that handingout brochures at the hospital was not the right thing to do. It wasn’t the right place to be. Ground Zero was.

The next day –everything was closed off and no one could come into the high school. Everyone who was in, was in. So later on, when Hiro saw the CLO EUS PR waving at him behind the barricade trying to get in, Hiro spoke to the guard and convinced him to allow her in. And thus Scientology was allowed in to Ground Zero, along with the Red Cross and Salvation Amy and other volunteers.

After Hiro got the CLO EUS PR and others to able to come to Ground Zero other Scientology volunteers arrived and helped with the efforts he was doing as well as gave needed assists to those who needed it. The Scientology PR then met with the Mayor of NYC and Hiro was proud to be part of this and be able to help and get his Church on the front lines and helping.

Hiro continued to receive all the food supplies at the high school, organize it and set up stations. He then set up other stations closer to the site so the people digging out the debris could have water while doing so.

He did this because he realized his efforts in this way would be more effective than personally digging the people out. He realized it was the police, firemen, National Guard and other volunteers who needed to be taken care of so they could do their jobs.

Hiro and team were there at the most gruesome and difficult time. Before the dust settled. Three days later, the actual damage could be viewed. They worked hard and diligently and created Scientology Org presence at Ground Zero.

Yet in the end, when it came to acknowledge our heroes within the Church who showed up, took action and took charge, our church didn’t do so. CLO EUS PR submitted to Int the exact list of names of who took action on 9/11, but as it turns out DM didn’t have the guts to acknowledge our real heroes and instead deleted their names from the silver plaque that was awarded to the CLO, from COB, for the actions taken at Ground Zero.

During the presentation, the people who were previously from Int and had taken action at Ground Zero (and whose names had been deleted) looked at each other and realized that they were in a never-ending condition that they were never going to be allowed out of — a condition of “a menace and who needed to keep a low profile” as Hiro stated.

This is a true story that needed to be told. It is just the essence of the type of injustice, evilness (and fear) that DM and his minions exude and perpetrate.

None of which has any similarity to LRH policy and technology.

In standard Scientology, there are real condition formulas that anyone can apply easily and to great wins and results. There is never a condition that cannot be applied or gotten out of. There is never a good deed that is gone unacknowledged.

I could go on, and on, and on.

All I can say is that LRH is Source.

Anyone else who attempts to exude he/she is Source is a Squirrel and is anti-LRH and Anti-Scientology.

Even though I am declared, I have the ability to tell right from wrong,

the ability to recognize and acknowledge Source,

The freedom to think for myself and make my own decisions…and to communicate truth.

Host Note:   Shannon is a former Inspector General RTC Communicator. I had five competent Communicators assigned to me from 1982 through 2004. Shannon was by far the best. She was taken out and RPF’d by DM’s Asst. and wife because Shannon reported to me on RTC squirreling in Qual Gold while I was gone for more than a year in Clearwater on the McPherson case. I sincerely apologize for not taking a stand for you at the time Shannon. At least we’re both standing now – along with a lot of others. My hat is off to Hiro and his crew. They were a sub-group of approximately ten Int staff who were swept up in the 2000 purges wherein DM demanded scores of people he did not like, or did not sufficiently kow tow to him, were deported to far-flung Sea Org outposts forever labelled to be on low posts. More on them in a follow up post later this week as I recollect some of the more disheartening travesties of justice that were visited upon them.
