The real heroine of the events over the past days, weeks, months and years is a woman. Mosey has been my rock of Gibraltar from the get go. She’s been my auditor in life, my partner, providing incredible perspective and sanity in an universe seemingly gone mad.
Perhaps a bit of context will begin to communicate it.
First, on the heels of the Southern California insanity well documented in the last week of August on this blog, and after one hundred and thirty something days of siege, Mosey arranged with Carol and David Kramer for a brief respite for us in Arizona. While the cult surveiled as per usual, David and Carol made a relatively peaceful day for us in Sedona possible.
On the way home the next day, we were assaulted first thing in the morning at the Phoenix airport. (note Carol, go get em girl). Note, days after Mosey’s warning David Miscavige sent a team to Mosey’s father’s home. One was wearing a surgeon’s mask indicating he was contagious – quite a sickening terroristic move given Mosey’s father is a recent heart transplant recipient.
After a full day of flying and connections, within ten minutes of arriving home, the SQBs arrived on the apron of our driveway. Somehow the ranting about Germany seemed like background noise compared to Norman (Bates) James Moore (whose demented, anonymous year of stalking my wife is well documented on this blog) leering at Mosey through sunglasses. As you can see in the following clip, I was a little off in my post of Friday night. It was not my request to stop leering at my wife that Norman chose to ignore, it was Mosey’s request. While the footage is obscured since I was holding the camera while yanking Norman’s sunglasses, you might notice the footwork of Mosey in the scuffle. She saved Norman from something far more serious than a mere scratch, and saved me from something far more serious than a mere four hours in jail; all without speaking a word.
LRH noted in the PDC that a thetan can be reached far more effectively through aethetics than through reason – aesthetics being such a fine wave far more in harmony with theta. So, ’nuff said, one of our songs:
After 155 days of lying to the people of Ingleside on the Bay, the San Patricio County Attorney and Sheriff, the San Antonio Express and Mark Collette of the Corpus Christi Caller Times about there being no affiliation between SQBs and the “church” of Scientology, the “church” of Scientology International’s Director of Legal Affairs winds up with his bloody fingerprints on the pistol.
And, whoever heard of a “victim” on the run from the long arm of the law? There may be good reasons.
The affidavit of Norman James Moore is sworn on the 7th day after the event (perjured to read the 6th day) which happens to also be the night (early afternoon for POB) I appeared on Germany’s biggest talk show getting agreement from the government of Germany that Scientology and the “church” of Scientology are two different kettles of fish, and that the latter stinks to high heaven.
Why do you think POB had Norman put the date of the incident as the 2nd (rather than the true date of the 1st)? Maybe because I’ve got plenty of video of Norman and the SQBs on the 1st trying to prevent me from going to Germany. In any event, Norman – by perjuring himself – has committed yet another Texas crime on behalf of his dear leader.
It’ll be interesting to find out why the warrant was issued on the 8th and sat eight days unserved till 5:40 on Friday the 16th (just after the JoP left work so that no bail could be issued till at least until Saturday and perhaps Monday); and why the SQBs showed up at the end of the street moments before the serving D/Sheriff arrived with not only golf cart, but their blacked out SUV which followed us for the nearly one hour drive to jail; and why the D/Sheriff who got on duty only ten minutes earlier (5:30) received an urgent instruction from the desk Sgt to serve the warrant immediately – particularly when San Pat County can be like the wild, wild west on a Friday night.
Ralph Gomez, Bart Parr, Joanne Wheaton, John Allender, Allan Cartwright, David Miscavige – you can run but you cannot hide for long.
Stay tuned – I have a feeling it’ll get curiouser and curiouser and then it’ll die an ignominous death just like that being dramatized by the architect of this sickness. Regardless, the unanswered questions will be answered.

I grew up in Houston, Texas and discovered Scientology there, in 1971.
I was on mission staff, Div. 6, late ‘70s.
I have never been in the sea org.
I stepped back in to Scientology (after years of being off lines, to what was once a workable technology, that had been transformed into a vile mind-rip….who knew?), in 2005.
At that time I did not have the ability (had run into a wall), nor the information, to stand and see what had happened or what was happening….one of those ‘forest for trees’ things.
The ‘you are not clear’ was declared and the ‘advanced’ program began.
The very close whisper in my ear “we can get a commendation in to your ethics file”.
OMG….I needed a commendation?
The arguing back and forth with my auditor regarding set ups for OT V, when I had only completed through OT III….“it was called something else back then” and he proceeded anyway.
All I wanted to do was to leave….wrap it up and get out, which I did.
No starting on V setups.
Something was definitely not right….I felt like an intruder, I felt like I was a slug crawling back in, I felt the weight of being wrong, and of course, I thought it was all me.
Hunting season had just opened and I was the hunted….unknown to me, were the existence of predators at Flag.
I left after almost four weeks with the original intent (and agreement) of two weeks.
Relatively unscathed….relatively speaking.
I began my own search of WTF? in very early 2010, and had quite the shock of discovery.
Prior to my search, I had always been a good little doobie, not looking, not questioning, no inquiries, just being quiet, maintaining a low profile.
After the initial shock of looking was wearing off, with the month or so it took for me to ‘settle down’, came answers to ‘why?’ or ‘what happened?’ or ‘how come?’.
Funny how seeking answers for your own self, lends itself to being able to see, which also keeps you from continuing to trip over things and thus the ability to pick your own self up, off the floor.
I have dug down into the rabbit hole, with the many twists and turns, with many statements, documents, and photos to see….taking my own look, doing my own research.
The amount of information out here is enormous.
The many testimonies I have read, corroborating one to the other, was evidence enough. The sheer numbers alone of all those similar testimonies, was survey enough.
My deep appreciation, and heartfelt thanks, to Marty, Mike, Amy, Matt, Karen, Jeff, Marc, Steve, Jason, Luis, David, Jesse and all the others along the way, for being able to see, step out, gather their wits, speak up and light the way for others, with the truth.

I am just a regular person out here, without personal witness to the abhorrent treatment of others within this ‘church’, outside of my own experience with crush regging, inval/eval and an ‘unclear’ declare delivered, interfering in my non-interference zone, but nevertheless, regular or not, I draw the line, here and now, witnessed by you.

What the church of Scientology is today, is most definitely a gross mutation of yesteryear. I am here to tell you, that what is going on within the ‘church’ today, is someone’s claymation of a really bad, tortuous dream.
I am done with knowing of and not speaking out publicly (with my abrasive voice in print), about my opinion and views of these ‘church’ ordered mafia tactics, pirate like rape and pillage, the spying, the harassment, the covert and overt attacks, the manipulation to cover those attacks, the willful third partying, the very visible reverse of the Code of Honor, the infiltrations, the lies and the continual lying, the complete ignoring of basic data, the desire for material things that glitter, the hacking into, the willingness to harm others, the child abuse, the total disregard for families with the malicious (knowingly) splitting up of families, the obvious desire to be admired coupled with a pompous attitude, the stalking, the hiding, the cover-up of crimes, the prostitution of integrity for money or status or position or collecting ‘ahhhs’, the lack of compassion, the exploitations, the backstabbing, the theft of private information, the intimidation, the degradation, the ‘pretended’ care for others for a stat, the creation and use of live puppets, the endless supply of parishioner money used to purchase any and all ‘cover’ deemed needed for all the aforementioned gross activities (on all flows).
The above ranting list I have given, is no doubt ordered and approved, not to mention demanded, by the leader of the ‘church’ of Scientology, David Miscavige.
If this disgusting treatment of others, was not directly ordered by the small one, then you and I both know, it would not be happening, at all…..he is the leader. He does lead. And look at what is coming forth, emanating out from this leader….like mucus and froth, from the mouth of a rabid dog….it’s disgustingly obvious.
The corrupt, criminal and immoral activities/persons, grouped together acting out their own versions of ‘Spy vs Spy’, veiled by that word, ‘church’ all the while justifying their actions with a cloak of ‘greatest good’ is just insane and just as contagious as a virus.

If this is not ‘trickle down’ insanity, I don’t know what is.
This is a very solid mockup of case, with no real responsible party….a ship destined to sink.
What comes to mind right now, is a comment someone made on this blog a while back…(I forget who)…and three of the words in their posting just jumped out at me….”crimes of magnitude”.
Those words really stuck…because I can only guess what those crimes might be, and the little I do know now is, in my opinion, enough to sink the Titanic all over again and I’m sure all I’ve seen is the tip of that iceberg.
Reminds me of a time I was in a bank, when it was robbed.
The detective interviewing me afterwards, had been delayed in his arrival, making all of us wait (as witnesses to the robbery) for more than an hour (we couldn’t leave until we had spoken with him).
When it was my turn with the detective, I had asked what took him so long to get there and he said “I was investigating something worse than this.”
I said “worse than armed robbery?”
I could only guess at what that was.
A crime of magnitude.
Like I said, I’m just a regular person out here, but I can still smell sewer stench, even when I don’t know exactly where the sewer is….I just know it’s there.

I am done with ignoring the elephant in my own room, I’m done with not saying out loud my strong disagreement with a ‘church’ using federal and state tax dollars for medical care (when those in need are ‘allowed’ to seek that care), for dental care (when those in need are ‘allowed’ to seek that care), and the push for abortions (being pregnant has for some reason become an overt for those ‘within’).
These things, in my opinion, are medical and dental free rides from Joe Public, the very ‘wog’ who is belittled by the elite from within. Joe Public who is footing the bill for a number of things for this ‘church’…..go figure that one.
The entitlement mentality of this ‘church’ is pathetic to say the least, when the unbelievable amount they have in reserves is used as a personal cash-stash by an elite few.
That the vast amount of ‘church’ reserves is hidden, while tax dollars are demanded, used and accepted, all the while no taxes are paid into the pool from which they drink, is in my opinion, criminal and may just spell ‘evasion’…..I believe it has been spelled that way before.
Which reminds me, don’t ‘churches’ offer their members, an accounting of all their funds?
Also, I am done with not saying anything about the little to no pay for staff, and with the taking of that little to no pay from staff, as gifts to others, without prior permission.
(again, it’s that entitlement mentality)
I am done with not saying anything about the theft of parishioner’s donations used to impress, seeking admiration from, certain celebrities. This is done using slave labor, to create ‘gifts of magnitude’, for reasons we do not know…..yet.
I am done with knowing and not stating aloud, my repulsed reaction to the willful degraded accommodations, the no sleep forced upon staff, the imprisonment and the threat of imprisonment, and the intentional withholding of sufficient food from the staff…..all so as (in my opinion) to not dip into its own mega funds socked away for someone’s better use, and for what I believe to be the successful creation of a weak and malleable crew, while a very few (at the top of this so called ‘church’) live large and live well, on the backs of others.
How easy is it to manipulate and control those who are physically weak from hunger and no sleep, pushed to cruel limits?

And what about the ‘churches’ missing persons, such as Shelly Miscavige (beloved wife of der leader, still wearing a wedding band…MIA?)…..where is she? dead? alive? hidden? muffled?

I also have been curiously interested in and follow the purchase of the ideal orgs, as ‘church’ property.
The unsuspecting and very giving loyal, local public, who provide their presence to be morphed into the live puppets for the weekly shows, in order to be squeezed for money is truly sad.
Week after week, they are called in, and squeezed to get more money to hand over (no matter any hardship created as consequence).

All of this, to purchase a building, and then unbeknownst to the public, the following turn of events will be more puppet shows, to collect more money to rehab that building.
The rehab is to some insane level of glory to (fill in that blank).
Rehabs ending with gold, glitter and automatons….and then, the third and most stabbing implementation of this squeeze machine, is the rent, to be paid right back to the ‘mothership’ for the use of that very ‘special’ building.
All outrageous, all non-stop, an all demanding squeeze machine.
Choose your real estate, make others pay for it in cash, title to you, then collect the rent.

His tribute to the women of South America whose fathers, husbands and sons were “disappeared” by fascist dictators to forever be forgotten. Tony Ortega at the Village Voice recently posted an article on a new book, A History of a New Religion by Hugh B. Urban. I recommend the article, and when I receive and read the book I’ll probably recommend it too based on Tony’s review.
I think it is significant that the two latest books on the subject of Scientology by outsiders, both journalistic and scholarly, fully acknowledge the Scientology Reformation.
I also think it is significant that Urban acknowledged what I have repeated from the beginning of the Reformation; that is, that the more Miscavige focuses on me and my friends the less heat will be dished to others. And the result here, and I believe with Reitman too, is that Scientology is receiving the most fair and mature treatment by outsiders it has received in its history. In no small measure due to Miscavige being too pre-occupied to turn everyone investigating the subject into an enemy of Scientology.
Very well done to everyone who has stood up and stepped up.

Miscavige: (turns to Marty) Did you hear that SP?! He couldn’t care less. Totally nonchalant. He is perfectly fine with ME getting smeared! (turns to Rinder) You f****** SP! I don’t want the sons of bitches “investigated”, I want them destroyed! Squashed like F****** cockroaches. Get that fat Nazi bitch Kurt Weiland up here Shelly. Get f****** OSA to make up signs now about the pig who started this – and get some real public who love me – unlike this SP Rinder – go picket his f****** house. (turns to me, points at Rinder) Look at him, he’s just sitting there…I have to handle everything, even my own defense…f****** pie face. (Miscavige cups his hand and whacks Rinder full force on the ear, storms out of room cursing up a storm).
(Rinder is his inimitable, diplomatic style quietly interjects himself back into the cycle, editing OSA’s signs so that they are not so blantantly unlawfully threatening. He also sustains another beating or two for reporting directly to Miscavige that the public in front of such-and-sos home are creating a terrible PR situation. Ultimately, after three vicious beatings Mike survives when a PR flap of magnitude intercedes and Mike has got to clean up, dress up and appear on national TV as the public face of Scientology. Mike somehow regains his equilibrium and comes across as the calm, rational guy he is. Only then does Miscavige stop obsessing on the protesters and Wieland wisely and quietly follows Mike’s advice and calls off the dogs)
No exaggeration. I’ll give examples in my book – but this is a distillation of a day in the life of Mike Rinder at the International Headquarters of Radical Corporate Scientology.
Yeah, I got choked up in Germany. And I’m choking up now because fact of the matter is every time (and they were multiple per week) that I served as a sounding board for Miscavige in this wise, I not only perpetuated the destruction of Scientology, I allowed a great man and a good friend to be tortured and denigrated.

The church of Scientology’s total contribution to date has been a literal dramatization of the Spanish Inquisition which Mosey caught a glimpse of on our way into the Ministry of the Interior:
During my trip this week I heard from some folks that they had heard on the rumor line that other folks doubted the sincerity of my comment a couple weeks back that “I have David Miscavige right where I want him.” My comment did not mean that things are easy in our life. But, we don’t seek an easy life. We’re working on just what we have said we are working on for the past two years. It is well covered in the Welcome section of this blog as well as the section entitled The 31 Factors that Scientologists Should Consider.
If people think that we are wasting much time on the ass clowns who come to our home each day and follow us all around the world, you are not watching very closely. Look at the Bert Leahy interviews. We don’t just have six ass clowns in a golf cart here. That is just the first layer of daily diversionary tactic. There is an elaborate network throughout our region, backed by teams of private investigators who monitor our every move and relay to the ass clowns when to strike. There is an entire unit at OSA INT that does nothing but coordinate operatives throughout the US to make our lives a living hell, impede us, and stop us by any means necessary. And there are OSA operatives throughout the Anonymous network, ESMB site, the Freezone and Independents running backstabbing, covert propaganda campaigns while we are “tied up” under siege. Just look for the 1.1s using the safe Independent Scientology space we are creating to promote such practices as no-training-needed to get onto OT levels, “OT I and OT II are of little importance”: especially coming from “Class VIIIs”,”Class VIs” and folks claiming to be “trained by Ron.” They may as well be saying “Scientology is a fraud, because after all I studied it all, and violently disagree with the Bridge created by Ron.” Think about it. Beware of anyone who has “studied it all” and discourages you from doing the same.
We are doing far more than auditing pcs and pre-OTs and training people and contending with ass clowns. We never lose sight of the mountain and always have the broader, longer view in mind and keep long-term projects advancing. I generally try to adhere to the advice of the Tao: Just do your work and then stand back.
However, today I am going to have to talk about some work in progress. That is because, David Miscavige has caught wind of it and is going absolutely apoplectic attempting to put period to it. It is not minor work. It is of vast importance to the free practice of Scientology for future generations.
Two years ago the German government invited me to come there and to testify about Scientology. I told them they might not like what I have to say since my view is that the work of L Ron Hubbard and the philosophy of Scientology should survive and thrive. Interest waned; and we carried on with our work here.
A couple months ago I was approached by the German government again. This time they informed me they had studied very thoroughly everything I had written and done over the past two years, and that they understood what we have done has accomplished more in curbing “church” of Scientology abuses than any other factor. They expressed great interest in my informing not only their government, but representatives from a number of European countries, about our work, distinguishing the philosophy from the acts of the corrupt organization so that their own actions vis a vis Scientology were focused on actionable abuse and not on belief, faith, and workable help. And so, we agreed to attempt to do so.
While I was in LA last week, Miscavige ordered the ass clowns to pack up and leave our town. They did so, bringing in special trailers to remove their golf carts and a moving van to remove their rooms full of electronic surveillance equipment.
The “church” of Scientology – hacking international airline reservation computers as they do – recently noted our planned trip to Germany.
When I arrived back home last night, six of them promptly arrived at our driveway squealing like stuck pigs about Mosey and I going to Germany.
This morning the ass clowns moved back into the house less than 200 yards from our home that they had quietly abandoned five days earlier, claiming they only came back because Mosey and I were going to Germany.
Our efforts to educate them predictably fell on deaf, cultist ears. However, I believe the record we made of that attempt is very educational. It sets forth precisely why we are going to Germany and it shows the level of Miscavige’s violent disagreement with our mission.
Cleaning up the image and damage that Miscavige has created for Scientology is not very difficult absent his gargantuan efforts to disrupt such work. But, hey we’re not complaining; like I said at the outset, we’re not looking for “easy” lives – instead, we’re going ahead living meaningful ones.
We shall see what Mosey and I can accomplish in three days in cleaning up what Miscavige has been busy destroying in Europe for three decades. My prediction in the long term is that – much like what happened (though little known in the victors’ history books) during the civil rights movement of the fifties and sixties – Europe will embarrass the U.S. into taking responsibility for that which it was bribed into perpetuating. It certainly won’t be boring – and may bring far more concentrated hell upon us than we’ve seen to date from vested interests in the U.S. government and the U.S. media who have effectively become whores for the cult. But, as a wise, effective man once said: You may be a minority of one, but the truth is still the truth.

I don’t mean to keep harping on such a seemingly simple week of activity. It is illustrative however of the suppression that has become Radical Corporate Scientology under the misdirection of David Miscavige. So I consider it relevant.
We’re done in LA for the moment. We want to express our gratitude to the wonderful independent Scientologists who made our work possible against a well financed, zealously executed program to stop HELP. Michael Fairman’s and Joy Grayson’s roles have been covered in a previous post.
What is not known is the behind the scenes work of the incomparable Garcia family (Luis, Rocio, and Ivan). They engineered and financed and executed an elaborate scheme to make our work possible and free me up to get it done while also keeping a number of other ongoing 3rd dynamic projects on track. No grand standing, no motivation for recognition, just straight forward HELP came from the Garcias. This, in my view, is what Scientology is all about.

Thanks for taking the time to write about Marty’s experience here in OC. It’s my family that’s going through these tough times and I can’t express how much Marty’s efforts have eased the pain with my mother of 73, my sister’s 11-year old daughter and my 20 year old nephew. He has come out here to spend time with all of us, but mainly to assist my sister Gina who just had her 50th birthday and is slowly going through the degradation process from Kidney Cancer throughout her body. We were originally supposed to fly out to Texas together, but her cancer had spread faster than we had anticipated, so out of Marty’s kind heart, he came to her and my family.

About 8 years ago I was fortunate enough to give her some Book 1 Auditing and she had an amazing experience and of course huge cognitions. Unfortunately she didn’t experience the “Implant” that so many of us are aware of, which I’m sure would help her figure out how to handle this process. What Marty has done is granting her so much beingness and has spent many hours with her to ease her anxiety through this process. You mentioned that he’s out here for a “Mission of Mercy,” no one has any idea how much this means to my family and me.
As I mentioned above my mom is 73 and has never received any type of auditing experience. Just after a few sessions she told me she was able to sleep through the night after many of days. Also, I witnessed her actually confronting my sister in a way that I couldn’t have even imagined. This is a 73 year old woman who should be stuck in her own religious and philosophical beliefs, but she went in with a full open mind and confronted many things–WOW! To tell you the truth, I always thought it would be my sister Gina and I going out to Corpus Christi and auditing side-by-side and not my mother. I always felt it was going to be the way it is with my mom, but after her experience auditing with Marty, Monique will now have a new PC here shortly.
You mentioned the experience you had while at OC Airport and I too had a similar experience with him, but it was far more severe while he was leaving my house. The best way I can explain what I experienced was the television show called “The Streets of San Francisco” back in the 70’s. These guys came out of nowhere and completely stopped traffic during rush hour on Santa Ana Blvd right next to the Amtrak train Station. I had my 11-year-old niece in the car with me and several times they tried to ram us. They even drove up the curb trying to catch up to Marty’s car. There must have been 5-vehicles driving completely erratic with no regard for pedestrians or the other vehicles. Also, Leblow was in full force of Road Rage and I could see how determined he was to make what ever means possible to hurt Marty and anyone who stood in his way. One thing he didn’t expect was I was raised here in Santa Ana and I’m as street smart as they get. Yes, we out smarted him in every attempt he could comprise with no avail. I even stopped him from entering the 5-freeway going northbound by stopping him at the onramp- traffic signal by putting myself in front of his SUV. He even taunted me several times and finally pushed me with the front of his vehicle. I went down on the pavement to ensure he wasn’t going anywhere, since he could face hit-and-run charges, and I’m sure everyone who witnessed the incident was shocked to see what had just happened.
Finally the Fire Department showed up on the scene as well as the Santa Ana PD and the Highway Patrol while all the while Marty only had to contend with one of his goons, which he too was lost in the traffic.
Leblow finally met his match and it’s a shame that all the money DM has spend on him he couldn’t even out smart a non-professional PI. Can you believe someone finally stood up to them? I think this is like the book, “The Tipping Point” for DM and his goon squad.
So Marty, many thanks to you for continuing to put yourself out there for all of us.
That which I have wanted since starting in Scn in 1976, I have just attained. Last Friday evening, my auditor and I acknowledged the state. Nothing could have been easier, cleaner or more the way that LRH intended as it was right then.
Though I could certainly rail against terminals and circumstance that kept me from this state for so long, I choose instead to be thankful.
To LRH whose brilliance and responsibility startles me as much today as it did the day I read my first book.
To my auditor, the amazingly cool Haydn James, whose expertise and dedication to task got us through. No Q&A, no bullshit, just standard application. I know it was standard because it was just that easy.
To the firm of Rathbun, Rinder and Hall (I couldn’t help myself) whose willingness to spread the word and take the heat for our movement remains unbending.
To everyone in the movement, every Indie everywhere who has the nerve to stand up and say “NO” to the little man.
And last though certainly not least, my wife Yolanda, who kept me going no matter what.
