Well, they even gotta lie when the truth would serve them better.
Please see the Tampa Bay Times coverage of the Headley suit fiasco reported on here and the Village Voice earlier today.
In particular see this statement by David Miscavige church of Scientology Inc. spokesperson Karin Pouw:
The Headleys asked the church to allow them to pay the fee in four monthly installments, but the church said no, they said. The church received no such proposal, Pouw said.
Now, please compare that to a letter the same Karin Pouw sent on church of Scientology Inc. letterhead to Vanity Fair a few days earlier, and particularly this passage here:
Mr. Headley claimed he was incapable of paying the court-ordered costs to the Church. Within days of losing his case, Mr. Headley’s attorney represented that his client could only pay $1,000 in total. Then he offered $1,000 a month for 30 months, reflecting Mr. Headley’s lack of funds.
Miscavige, did Marc make an installment proposal?
Or, Dave, didn’t he make an installment proposal?
As the late great Earle Cooley would say, how do you want to leave it?
…pause…
you can’t even lie straight in bed, can you?
The right side of the mouth doesn’t know what the left sides saying, consequently it’s all gibberish.
Dear Marty,
You got it right on , why lie .

Could somebody please post the lates bloodpressure readings from DM? I am getting concerned here. 🙂
OK, this is off topic (sorry), but I want to give it a shot… does anyone have a copy of the 1995 LRH Birthday Event video or knows anyone who has it, or any idea how to find a copy…?
All to the sound of music soundtrack- So Long. Fairwell.
Dave: (to Karin)
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, good night
Karin: (to Dave)
I hate to go and leave this pretty plight
Dave:
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, adieu
Adieu, adieu, to yieu and yieu and yieu
Karin:
I’d like to stay and do all my conditions.
I’ll scrub and lick and even work the kitchen.
Dave:
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, goodbye
Karin
I leave and heave a sigh and say goodbye
I’m glad to go, I can’t track all the lying.
Dave:
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, goodbye
Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye
Goodbye Karin!
We’re purchasing several copies of Blown For Good. Ours seem to have been borrowed and not returned. We’ll have a couple of copies of the book for our lending library.
I have a question for ya davey boy…if Marc was lying in that book, how come no lawsuit? If the Enquirer was lying in their expose`, why no lawsuit? If all the accounts of you beating up and torturing and humiliating and invalidating staff is a big lie, why no lawsuit? If you really had nothing to do with the Tom Cruise fiasco, why no lawsuit?
Because the allegations are all true?
Here’s a question for all the fence sitters and OSA spies and current sea org execs…since it’s obvious miscavige is guilty as alleged, why no comm ev?
I want you to take a deep breath, face LRH and tell him your justifications for retaining a total sociopathic liar as your “ecclesiastical leader.”
And just for fun, please find me the policy where LRH posts anyone as “ecclesiastical leader.”
I received an email today which sat me back in my chair to ponder what has been expunged by the management of the Church of Scientology in it’s dealings with the public and more importantly those that gave their all for the true goals of the religion – the staff member. And yet they have been reduced to a savage, almost bare fisted form of survival. How can so many past staff members of Scientology be so hated by the present mangement and David Miscavige?
It’s the potentail of common decency or to put in Scientology terms – pan determinism for which the human condition extolls. For when one is spiritually free and risen above the threats of slavery or intimidation one can exercise compassion and reinforce human values upon another wise vicious game of dog eat dog. Please read this email.
Two Choices
What would you do?….you make the choice. Don’t look for a punch line, there isn’t one. Read it anyway. My question is: Would you have made the same choice?
At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question:
‘When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection. Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do. Where is the natural order of things in my son?’
The audience was stilled by the query.
The father continued. ‘I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.’
Then he told the following story:
Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, ‘Do you think they’ll let me play?’ I knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.
I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, ‘We’re losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we’ll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning.’
Shay struggled over to the team’s bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted.
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay’s team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.
In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay’s team scored again.
Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.
At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?
Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn’t even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.
However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay’s life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.
The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.
As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.
The game would now be over.
The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman.
Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.
Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman’s head, out of reach of all team mates.
Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, ‘Shay, run to first!
Run to first!’
Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base.
He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.
Everyone yelled, ‘Run to second, run to second!’ Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.
By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . the smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.
He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher’s intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman’s head.
Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.
All were screaming, ‘Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay!’
Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, ‘Run to third! Shay, run to third!’
As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, ‘Shay, run home! Run home!’
Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team
‘That day’, said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, ‘the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world’.
Shay didn’t make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!
AND NOW A LITTLE FOOT NOTE TO THIS STORY:
We all send thousands of jokes through the e-mail without a second thought, but when it comes to sending messages about life choices, people hesitate.
The crude, vulgar, and often obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion about decency is too often suppressed in our schools and workplaces.
If you’re thinking about forwarding this message, chances are that you’re probably sorting out the people in your address book who aren’t the ‘appropriate’ ones to receive this type of message Well, the person who sent you this believes that we all can make a difference.
There is a wild animal reaction coming from David Miscavige and Scientology inc.
Underneath a wild animal reaction is a Missed Withold.
There is something that is being almost found out.
We do not have it all YET
The almost found out must be within the statute of limitations for there to be such hysterical conduct.
Think of that of which the statute of limitations is not applicable.
Woo Hoo Karen, them’s some powerful words about the Statute of Limitations!
Marty, would it be possible to keep the opportunity to contribute to the Headley’s legal fund still prominent in some way as the blog moves on from the $43,000 heading?
Fuckin’ hilarious Timmy!
Murder has no statute of limitations.
Thank you for the Standard Tech reminder dear lady.
Good observation Karen! I think Naz has must hold the trump card.
186/124 after the last bottle of Macallan.
I agree Karen.
I don’t think we’ve hit the right order of magnitude yet with dm. He is a criminal and I agree that we haven’t found his greatest crime(s) yet.
Of course we have to remember where Miscavige hails from these days, a dark little cloud (the Int base) under a rock at the bottom of the freezing ocean of unrelenting darkness where no matter what he says, he’s always RIGHT, year after year. With supreme god-like arrogance, he believes he can command his reality upon the little peons of the world just like he does among the bottom feeders. Careless of facts, he can’t be bothered. You think I’m joking, I’m not. What have facts ever meant to Miscavige? You don’t get it. He’s MISCAVIGE! His will is the “fact.” Your role is to bend the facts to his will. That is enough for peons. Who needs facts when you have Command Intention? His wishes supersede facts you evil little fucking pigs! Stop trying to make him wrong. Get out of his way!
Seriously, he doesn’t care about facts. Facts are like clothes. He pulls out what he needs to dress up the message so people will accept whatever it is. Dress it up right and they will accept anything it. Don’t like the yellow one? How about a blue one?
Facts mean nothing to him. NOTHING. He’s not in the same world as the rest of us.
No worries Neil, anything donated beyond the Headley’s remuneration will be put back into the defense fund. They’ve already said as much on their site.
And I can only hope beyond hope that something gives to take the monster down!
Well, let me see if I can divine the justification for Karin Poo’s denial of the Headley’s proposal to pay in 4 10 grand installments. The DID propose to pay in 1 grand installments but never in 4 10 grand installments so therefore they never made SUCH a proposal. See, Karin is absolutely RIGHT and she can sleep the sleep of babes tonight assuming she will be allowed to go to bed. Corporate Scns are literally literalists when it suits a point they think they are trying to score. I think this comes from living that famous Mexican curse: May your life be filled with lawyers. (Earle Cooley excepted.)
Sherb, that was powerful. I even got something in my eye while reading it, and lost my breath somewhere towards the end.
You’re right. The story in that email speaks volumes about what motivated most people to join staff and to give selflessly of themselves for a greater cause. Those people’s collective hard work and dedication is what created the real expansion of Scientology from the mid-sixties, through the early eighties. It was they who built Scientology into a valuable and worthy group.
It was their incredible power and theta that attracted the psychotic parasite, Miscavige, who has done nothing but feed upon the body of the organization since the day he usurped authority over it. Little remains of the original host, but the shining theta which he thought he consumed, now lives and breathes outside his reach.
The Independent Scientology community is growing every day, and in fact, now appears to be out-producing the corporation in training and auditing completions. And it’s being done without multi-million dollar drywall palaces, an in-house intelligence network, glossy publications, a billion dollar slush fund, tens of thousands of slave workers, people bankrupting their lives, thought police, law firms on retainer, or even a 500 acre base with its own movie production facilities.
Hell, the Indies don’t even have a Supreme Rulah to control every frikken atom that moves in their collective universe! How ’bout that?!
BINGO.
The reason I said “wild animal reaction” is that Miscavige incredibly overreacted in a way that is completely out of proportion to an “old story” in a way that shows he feels completely threatened.
+++++ Miscavige ordered six letters from Karin Pouw and Church lawyers to be published on Scientology’s website. (Scientology News) DM uses these letters to praise himself while damning Vanity Fair. These letters are so transparently dictation “straight from COB” that it makes one wonder about Miscavige’s state of mind these day: Just how mad is he?
+++++ in these letters, Miscavige admits through an attorney that OSA has a “mole” or internal asset in Vanity Fair’s Los Angeles Office. In doing so, DM admitted that the Church was essentially conducting de facto surveillance on Vanity Fair’s Los Angeles Office in order to bias the outcome of any coverage of Miscavige or the Church. Miscavige is offended that the Los Angeles office of Vanity Fair was by passes and the New York office of Vanity Fair kept this all under draps !
++++++DM is so sloppy these days that he allowed to slip the fact that super agent Kevin Duvane of CAA is in OSA’s pocket to block and prevent unfavorable network broadcasts against the Church.
++++++++ Chairman of the Board David Miscavige is so terrified of the truths told about him in Marc Headley’s book “Blown for Good” that he let the fact slip that he wants to seize the rights just as he had OSA seize the rights to CAN (Cult Awareness Network). However, DM is apparently so cheap that he overplayed his hand. If Marc is just another “apostate” then why does Miscavige want Marc’s book so badly? He describes it as “Old News.” LOL
+++++++++ Once again reiterated through the letter his attorney sent to Marc Headley that his, Miscavige s aim, is to destroy free speech and silence former Church members whenever possible through whatever means possible: threats, bankrupting a person in court, divulging pc folder contents, disconnection, etc.
++++++++++++ Miscavige told the incredible lie that sessions are not recorded and that pc folders are treated with the utmost privacy. Even their own publications show recorded sessions. OOOooooooooooooops.
I posted this earlier but Marty is moving with such speed that it got buried…
+++++These pimping /dating service stories are OLD OLD OLD news, they are sooooooooooooo old that we are not going to get excited and hysterical about ancient history.
+++++Only bitter apostates made up these stories, altogether simultaneously
+++++They are all Liars and only doing it for money, megabucks.
+++++Now please put your attention on the New Ideal Org in Malmo Sweden and in Moscow Russia.
+++++++ Miscavige is flying around on planes, Tom is flying around on planes, so much that they could not have any time whatsoever to check out little starlets, it is all made up fantasy by the defrocked apostates….check out our hate pages and you will see how bad they are….
With so many SO missing. ???
I just donated what I could.
I hope the Headleys come out of this with the entire amount covered and an extra 43,000 on top of it.
To anyone who hasn’t read Blown For Good, it’s a great read with a beautiful ending.
To David Miscavige:
What goes around comes around.
Yours is surely coming.
False report = doubt. Was that a Flag Order by Hubbard? All I have seen coming from the Church in the form of statements has been false reports. In fact any Scientologist reading up on current events and seeing what the Church is releasing in the form of statements is watching their “government” lie. David must have a very low opinion of Scientologists to suppose they are comfortable with that. They are not. People are tired of t governments telling lies. Hubbard didn’t like it either. Remember Snow White? I think about that and how Scientology Inc. under Miscavige has become the same suppression that Hubbard had to fight and Mary Sue went to prison for. Int management has become a corrupt government.

“We take care of our own”
Thank you for this wonderful story!
Donation done. If ever there was a good cause …
Brilliant 🙂
Yup. The Sherman Tank is parked in the bunker.
Marc & Claire, I just returned from a trip and I’m getting caught up. In the time I’ve followed Marty’s website I haven’t been aware of your history. Your integrity is inspiring. We’ll be sending money later today.
Neil, good idea. I recall the white house petition was revisited with progress on it. Headleys are half way there as i write this.
misinformation
This story brings tears to my eyes every time I read it.
+1
The reason Miscavige and company believe that Vanity Fair would pay the Headleys 43 grand for his information, is that Miscavige is totally willing to pay that amount and much more to silence people (or control of their information). The Criminal Mind at work.
so your saying David Miscavige thinks he can beat up Chuck Noris. Man this guy is deludid.
Karen is right on. The reaction of DM and the church indicates a huge MWH on DM’s parts and is a glaring outpoint in this whole story. We discussed it over dinner last night.
The other outpoint is the behavior of TC. I saw him off course in the media but I also had the chance to meet him in person for a few hours in a private setting. He struck me as a maybe easily over excited but genuine person, in no way though as a mean prick that would dump for example his love interests like a jerk. He is by nature more of a gentlemen than that. So him breaking up the love affair by stepping out of it the way he did and his current denials are somewhat out of character. My impression of him is to have more class than that. So somebody may have manipulated him to do both.
If one put these things together and tries to make sense out of it, one possible explanation is that TC was told something by DM of such gravity that he felt justified to break up the way he did. Now if DM had a vital interest in and is behind the scenes the cause for this breakup and maybe he did not tell TC the truth, but lied and manipulated TC, we have a possible explanation for the wild animal reaction of DM Karen observed and analyzed so well.
The longer this topic is brought up the more likely TC will come to a point where he starts asking questions himself and may discover that his bff has lied and manipulated him in such a severe manner, that this could be very damaging for their relationship.
So the screaming withhold here could be something DM did to TC and that is almost found out. This maybe something completely hidden and is known only to very few people outside of DM and TC. I have a feeling Shelly might be able to shed some light on this.
Something might have happened there of such a magnitude that it could threaten the hold DM has over TC.
Just my 5 cents.
seems awfully low, given what he is going through.
Isn’t it interesting that an independent movement of a self proclaimed “church” has to continually teach the entity they moved on from the most basic tenant of what “religion” should be based on – Simply, helping out those in need with compassion and grace. Whether it be the financial support for the Headley’s, or direction and guidance for the newly excommunicated, this much is clear:
“The blown” can count on the “bitter apostates.”
I personally have no vested interest in Scientology, nor have I ever been a member. I follow this “space opera” of yours purely out of fascination (its the best reality show around).
I just wanted to take a moment to commend this community for helping out The Headley’s and all the others who have woken up with no place to go. You all might want to start thinking ahead on how to improve this process even further… I smell a mass Exodus coming.
I guess there is always the possibility that Tom finally hit his own tipping point and took a good hard look at his BFF, miscavige. And a faint glimmer of the truth hit him like a ton of BPC. Hummm…gotta happen someday.
Only problem is we have all our correspondence in writing and we only offered two payment plans. The first involved no payment at all and that was our lawyers idea. That got the “spy for us” reply letter. The second was 10K/month with the final balance on the fourth month. That was reply that got a verbal “we are now going to start “aggressive collection actions.”
Hey Davey…what do you think would happen if Tom started talking? I mean really really talking?
Well, I think Pouw is telling the truth both times. Here’s why. Headley proposing $1,000 a month for 30 months is a different proposal than four equal quarterly payments. Therefore _technically_ Pouw can say she was being precise when she claimed that the Headley’s had made no such proposal.
But of course this is a technical, legalistic reading trying to get Pouw off a hook from which she cannot wriggle free.
If she had said “The Headley’s did not make that exact proposal, but they made a different installment proposal that we could not accept” she would have been being honest.
Where she remains on the hook, un-free-able, barb stuck firmly in lower lip, is in the phrase “no such” (“The church received no such proposal, Pouw said”).
That’s because the phrase “no such” means no to the thing being referenced or anything like it. Pouw then would have to try to free the hook by claiming that the Headley offer wasn’t exactly like the one she was asked about.
But at that point she might as well be claiming that the sun in the sky today is not exactly the same as the sun that rose yesterday (it’s not exactly the same from a science point of view, but it’s still the sun and the same one from a human experience point of view).
Oh, the inside of Pouw’s mind and reasoning must be like a pretzel or Moebius Strip trying to keep all the semantic manipulations straight!
I don’t get the title of this post, “Miscavige Still Lying About …” Since when does the Demented Midget tell the truth about anything?
Except, this from Marc:
Only problem is we have all our correspondence in writing and we only offered two payment plans. The first involved no payment at all and that was our lawyers idea. That got the “spy for us” reply letter. The second was 10K/month with the final balance on the fourth month. That was reply that got a verbal “we are now going to start “aggressive collection actions.”
Wow. Talk about a “wild animal response” (in my wog vernacular I’d say “trapped wounded animal”, but same thing.) Actually lying about something that can easily be proven in writing! That is absolutely mad and delusional (and making the lies public, too!) This is unfolding at the level of an epic Greek tragedy…except even as the hubris-filled despot is destroyed by his fatal flaws, the victims of his ravings are sadly all too real…
I was fascinated by Karen De La Carriere’s thoughts…about the deadly secret (s)? DM may be afraid are about to be exposed…the one(s) without a statute of limitations attached? Maybe I’ve read too many true crime novels, but it’s hard not to wonder…
Nail, meet hammer.
Here’s what is exciting and must have dm starting to chew the rug (reference intended to Hitler who went really crazy at the end – LRH mentions this somewhere) —
In LESS than 24 hours from the Headley’s plight being posted on Tony Ortega’s site and subsequently on Marty’s blog — over $26,000 of the ask of $45,000 has been raised. NOT pledged but raised as the Headley’s site asks for credit cards.
MOST of the money has been donated in small amounts and most of the donors are “anonymous” — doesn’t mean they are part of anonymous but just not posting their names.
ALSO — the comments on Tony’s site are THE MOST I’ve seen — over 750 at this time …
It is truly heartening to see so many people come together and help such a courageous and lovely couple.
Be sure to watch 20/20 tonight …
Christine

After Thursday’s statistics evolution, his blood pressure is certainly straight-up-and-vertical ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑
Marty, thought I’d post this as a reminder – saw this posted by Marc on the donation site:
“A few months back, Claire did an interview for a TV show called 20/20 on ABC. We she was done talking, the entire video crew had tears in their eyes. It was a very powerful interview. That show is supposedly airing tomorrow night. ”
That would be tonight, Friday Sept 7.
Marty, I just read “Craig and Sally Jensen” amongst contributors on Headley’s dono website. They apologized for all the millions they contributed to the C of $. Someone pulling a leg or the real deal?
Linda — there are donations from Shelly Miscavige, Marc Yager, Flag Security, Suri and a bunch of others…. Don’t think the Jensens have extracted their heads from their assholes yet.
According to LRH’s information on the Letter Registrar functions (letter correspondent with the public receiving services), one must communicate IN THE REALITY OF THE PERSON. Only then can ARC be achieved.
Thus, the only way for David Miscavidge to actually understand and duplicate ANY particle of information, the data needs to be “translated” and transmitted INTO HIS REALITY, at the tone of Covert Hostility (1.1), in either of the three “languages” the poor soul is only capable to assimilate:
1) Sherman-Talk © ®
2) David-Miscavidgian Incomprehensible Giberish Run-On © ®
3) Verbal & Written Miscavidgeian Diarrhea © ®
This marvelous blog contains numerous transcriptions wherein of the three languages hitherto aforementioned , from which a person can extract the galactic linguistic inflections, and then reiterate them for His Minority The Supreme Leader of the ®adi©al ©hu®©h of $©ientology to comprehend.
► He can only understand HIS languages. Unfortunately, any other attempt has proven to be futile. Θ
Wham! Excellent analysis.
Miscavige is so screwed up his definition of “Bitter Apostate” is anyone who criticizes HIM. By that fact alone, of course all sources are “ex-Scientologists” and “Bitter Apostates.”
Yes – this is REVERSE Scientology here. A Scientologist knows about varying the question to uncover the exact overt (or truth, as the case may be) and people who are LOW on the tone scale, or REVERSE Scientologists, use the “vary the question” tech as a smarmy way to AVOID RESPONSIBILITY: “I DID NOT KILL HIM…. on Tuesday.” But, Dan, since you are a Scientologist, their lame trick showed up like a sore thumb.
Mark
Yes – despite my vary the question comment above, it is a flat-out LIE. They don’t even evade – they just LIE, LIE, LIE.
Yes, they have way too much invested in the charade. Imagine losing a good portion of your employees if Jensen spoke the truth, assuming he would. If Jensen had an inkling of care about this, I would assume he would be on the “hey, now, let’s all handle this internally.”
Ain’t going to happen. I talked to under cover people two years ago, and longer, and it’s always the same “we need to handle this internally, using the appropriate lines.”
The “appropriate line” has become: You mention any question of the POB, you get labeled PTS or SP – or, in my case, you get an auto-email from their email list service saying you have been removed from the list… or NOTHING at all.
So, we can safely say that LRH policy is not being applied in the church that supposedly is there to safeguard his legacy.
Mark Patterson
Meant to say, Imagine Jensen losing a large portion of his employees at Diskeeper/Condusiv because he lobbed a question POB’s way.
Yes, it came from a Flag Order (Sea Organization tech/policy letters)
No report = Doubt
False Report = Treason
That, as Marty says, is exactly how I had already read, duplicated (and remembered) and understood the scene up to this point.
Sorry to be so general, but seriously, some of you need to keep up.
The Jensens may be here eventually. They are in deep, its a long climb out of that hole when your weighted down with all those medals. Interesting how their wealth is part of the trap they are in. The Headleys refusal to be trapped or compromised by wealth is one of their greatest assets as their reputation soars in the estimation of people all over the world, in ways the Jensens reputation never will. We all choose the path we are on.
If they asked Pouw if the Headleys offered to pay four monthly installments as per the 1st quote but the Headleys offered to pay $1000 a month over 30 months then Pouw is technically correct they did not receive an offer to pay (in full) over four months.
I know what you’re saying Mike but while we know that the church will outright lie they also like to play clever symantics too. Unless I’m missing something reading this on my mobile both statements can be “true”(ish).
What? Exactly what is mis-informed?
Nos I read this, I think I must have missed something (see previous post by me)
He consumes between five and ten thousand a week in services, food, legal fees , personal staff, lodging, clothing, office space, security, and so on from the Church’s resources. Mr. Miscavige is a paid executive with fiduciary trusts for the Church. It presents a conflict of interests if he situates himself as a dependent in the Church and on it’s resources, established for volunteers. He is not eligible for the same benefits as a Sea Org Member, when they are provided for on the basis of being volunteers. This is on the front of every Sea Org contract. It is termed “an allowance” and the provisions for volunteers is made very clear. There are no provisions in the Church for paid executives working for the Church as professionals. He is not a volunteer. He is a paid executive. A more serious crime when he uses Church resources for the benefit of non Sea Org friends, family, lover or spouse. That he has large and spacious accommodations in the living quarters, and residences established for his own exclusive use that he does not even use, while having volunteers sleep in trailers on the floor or on the grounds is a serious breech of fiduciary trust. His living quarters belong to the Church and have monthly value . As a well paid executive and a tax payer and citizen, Mr. Miscavige has duties to the United States Government. That is his senior. He is living in a world where he has seniors. When I view him as a U.S. citizen living in America, he has MANY seniors. His seniors will eventually handle him. The same as they do anywhere else with an employee who was not doing his job or needed any kind of correction.
Mine was just a quickie comment, but I thought your “wild animal” proposal was indeed spot on Karen !! 🙂
Hi Dylan!
+2
I’m sure glad you can keep up with the lies, because I sure can’t.
David Miscabbage the vegetable himself donated hundreds, several times in fact, how [stupid] cool is that !!!
🙂
Perhaps the thing DM did to TC was to instruct staff to break up with Naz without TC knowing about it and then being a shoulder to cry on when TC is told Naz left him without a word or backward glance. And, as you say, if TC finds this out through VF he might begin questioning. And the questioning might lead to leaving. And that would leave DM apoplectic.
Exactly. And if this is what he’s hiding, watch for DM to flee the country and wind up someplace where he will be free from the threat of extradition.
There are fates worse than death for people like Miscavige. No threat intended or necessary. Just saying, oh hi OSA. =:>
Good point – handn’t considered the angle of DM as a paid exec. Does that mean he has to declare his income and other entitlements to the IRS?
Is he actually a tax payer ? Interesting…
Hiya Tara!
Yes.
False report = TREASON makes more sense. Thanks.
The Church of Scientology III: the IRS strikes back. Al Capone style. David Miscavige is out on a limb tax wise.
Question is what happens to the $3 to $25 billion that Miscavige has slushed away in tax havens with the help of his lawyers when he goes down? Pay day for Moxon and Co?
Oh hai OSA. =:->
It is also most inappropriate, that the same attorneys Mr. Miscavige has appointed to take care of the interests of the Church, he has appointed as his attorneys as well. This is a conflict of interest on the part of the attorneys and is questionable ethics. They would therefore be responsible for any mis conduct or infractions on Mr. Miscavige’s duties and responsibilities with regards to the Church that they contributed to while being in a fiduciary trust with the Church’s welfare in their trust and his attorney at the same time. That Mr. Miscavige has appointed an attorney from the Church to oversee the mishap and legal liabilities with regards to Karen’s son, suggest Miscavige acknowledges the Church of Scientology bears responsibility in the matter. If this is being made a Church expense.
Well sure it is within the statute of limitations. Miscavige cannot change, he is a habitual criminal. There are surely hundreds if not thousands of things within the statute of limitations he could be nailed for.
But, Oracle – you forget David Miscavige IS Scientology.
Quick, more shovels to dig where we are at now! DM’s reaction literally tells us where to dig to get pay dirt, i.e. the Sherman’s Tank.
It could be something heavy like murder -for some reason the year 1986 comes to mind- or something utterly stupid, LRH describing it like a ‘flat herring’ on once the MWH isout. All we know it’s being misssssssssed, and misssssssssed and misssssssed!
Greta
Oh, okay. So, she flat out lied. Shame on you, Karin. May YOUR life be filled with lawyers.
Excellent comment.
The lying and wrong indications that come out of OSA PRs, mouths, relayed straight from DM’s brain, are funny.
What a remarkable change it will be someday, when official Scientology ceases their decades long pattern of bonehead Glutz PR.
The Way to Happiness, used from top to bottom to reform Scientology, I think is the biggest tool LRH has left the movement.
