In this brief respite, a few words below from wise men describing what it is we are dealing with here. This week David Miscavige, Dave Lublow, John Allender and the better part of the entire OSA Network have been scrambling hard to keep the general public ignorant. Even while we delivered three complete Scientology Grades, by tactics of attempted intimidation and bribery they have sought to keep the outgoing storm of truth at bay.
Thank God for honest folk. Common folk. Folk with conscience and integrity. Folk who are motivated by something higher than fear and material gain.

Everything we do here is aimed toward waking people up. Part of that process is helping to restore Personal Integrity to those who have been conned into checking it at the doors of Radical Coporate Scientology organizations.
The video below shows a person who was positively effected by our getting true information out about a rather insidious and dangerous cult. Anyone who may consider my words here a tad strong, consider the implications of a group creating the mindset that it is rather honorable to volunteer to go out to ruin someone’s livelihood and life in order to deprive them of their constitutional and human rights to communicate.
Thomas Paine in The Age of Reason nailed the mindset required to commit such felonies and its consequences quite competently more than 200 years ago:
It is impossible to calculate the moral mischief, if I may so express it, that mental lying has produced in society. When a man has so far corrupted and prostituted the chastity of his mind, as to suscribe his professional belief to things he does not believe, he has prepared himself for the commission of every other crime.
Radical Corporate Scientology produces this state of suspended conscientiousness as a matter of standard operating procedure day in and day out. It is often hard to break from because of the blackmail and punishment the “church” metes out to anyone who dares wake up and exercise personal integrity.
L Ron Hubbard wrote the following:
It is fascinating that blackmail and punishment are the keynotes of all dark operations. What would happen if these two commodities no longer existed? What would happen if all men were free enough to speak? Then and only then, would you have freedom. On the day when we can fully trust each other, there will be peace on earth.
And so congratulations to Paulien Lombard for your exercise in Personal Integrity. Thank you for bringing us a little closer to peace on earth. My hat is off to you.
Whatever Mark Bunker’s views, and whatever I may think of them, Mark Bunker is a decent, honest guy. I thought so when I saw him in Clearwater in 2000 when he was the video guy for the Lisa McPherson trust. I thought so when I saw his famous video beseeching Anyonymous to tone it down a few years back (garnering him the handle Wise Beard Man – or Wisebeardman). I thought so when he volunteered to convert my original trashy one page webpage into a WordPress blog format. And I think so today. Bunker has kind of taken on the role of Little Switzerland, or Big Switzerland depending on your point of view, in the ecclectic community of ex-Radical Corporate Scientologists and never-Scientologists protesting corrupt cultic practices carried out in the name of Scientology.

It may be surprising to some to see comments from me on Marty’s
blog but I feel kind of at home here as a visitor. I don’t agree
with everything Marty writes but I enjoy reading what he has to say
and I’ve learned a lot from following his posts. I’m also indebted
to him for exposing a lot of newsworthy stories since this blog
launched. It’s seems like virtually every day there’s some tidbit
that rumbles the ground at the Int Base. Enough tremors keep
happening and he might actually shatter the locks on the doors and
free people like Heber Jentzsch from captivity.
I’ve been speaking out about Scientology’s deceptive and abusive
side since 1999. In 2000 and 2001, I moved to Clearwater, Florida
to work with Bob Minton and Stacy Brooks at the Lisa McPherson
Trust. We may not have gone about it the best way possible (okay,
we didn’t) but we were there because we wanted to draw attention to
abusive practices like disconnection that are still hurting members
of Scientology today. Even then, we were open to working with
people like Greg and Debra Barnes who still believed in Hubbard and
the tech but wanted to get their message out that management was
squirreling the tech, forcing six-month sec checks on people doing
OT VII and declaring them Suppressive for daring to quote Hubbard’s
policy to back up their charges.
I bumped into Marty once during that time and encountered Mike
Rinder on several occasions, notably during the first picket the
LMT did after opening our doors. Bob’s message that night was
“Reform Scientology now. Dump David Miscavige.” Years later, Marty
would tell me that another message that stuck with him from that
time was “It’s Safe to Look, It’s Safe to Talk.”
Bob Minton faced a global assault from Scientology until he
couldn’t take it any more and caved. Bob made mistakes, as we all
do, and Scientology exploited those mistakes. I witnessed the
assault and the heavy toll it took on him. He was a good and
decent man and he was my hero. I recently sat down and interviewed
Mike Rinder who oversaw the campaign against Bob. Here’s a very
brief clip from that interview:
There are many critics of Scientology who can’t forgive Mike and
Marty for their actions while in Scientology. I’m sure there are
many Scientologists who will never forgive me for speaking out
against Scientology. I’d rather look past that black and white
attitude and find a way to communicate and curb the abuses that
brought Bob Minton into this fight to begin with and that are now
being hurled against people like Mike and Marty.
I said I felt at home here at this blog. Part of the reason is
that I set this blog up for Marty. I did it because I wanted to
hear what he had to say. He had a webpage up that was hard to read
and I’m sure was hard for him to update. I took a couple hours one
Sunday afternoon just taking the information he had published and
putting it into this blog format. I sent him the link and told him
I’d be happy to walk him through using the site if he wanted to do
so. We had never talked or met and I wasn’t sure he would welcome
my intrusion but he liked the idea so for a couple weeks I answered
his questions and cleaned up the formatting on posts he made, then
the training wheels were off and he was up and running on his own.
Since then he has dwarfed my site’s readership and changed
Scientology’s landscape, and I learn new things almost every day.
I’m currently making a feature film documentary about Scientology
called Knowledge Report. The basic point of the film is that people
can believe anything they want but Scientology doesn’t have the
right to behave anyway it chooses. I’ve interviewed several
Independent Scientologists and plan to interview more soon. You
may not agree with every aspect of the film but I think overall you
should be happy with the finished product. Here’s a little sample

Sent only to my small group of dear friends who share my spiritual quest –
First, a quick review of the significant points of my Bridge: In 1989 Flag certified me as Clear, based on a Clearing session with L. Ron Hubbard a long, long time ago. I then trained through Level 4. In July 1999 I had done Solo I and Solo I Certainty, and had arranged the money and time to get through OT III in Los Angeles in six months. Instead, my Clear status was cancelled. ASHO told me that at the time of my session with LRH he “was not Clear” and that he had “found out more about Clear after that time.” It took several days for me to get over my grief and my outrage at the insult to LRH, but, eventually, I saw that I had no other choice. During the next six months, my time and money were eaten up doing the entire lower Bridge under protest. When I left, I had not yet “re-achieved” Clear, and my personality had changed drastically.
From July 1999 until June 2011 I experienced chronic depression and financial and 2-D difficulties. In 2002 I moved to Clearwater and in my nine years there had three different short auditing cycles, in which Flag did not “crack my case” nor alleviate my crippling depression. My auditors were either students, despite my having paid professional rates, or they and also the examiners were wooden and appeared to be scared stiff that they might do something wrong, acting as though they were being watched every minute.
I somewhat out-created my own dismal situation, managing to disconnect myself from a detrimental 2-D relationship and recovering financially, but it has been quite an ordeal spiritually, physically and emotionally to do it against invalidation, overrun, rejected F/Ns, and denial of gains – very, very painful. I was never “myself.”
About two years ago I got the knowingness that I was either not going to make it, or not be allowed to make it, but hung in there because there was no other option and in desperation and fear that I would go into my next lifetime in this sad state of affairs, and continued to flow money to Flag for future auditing.
I also did more training, e.g., PTS-SP for the second time and about 2/3 of the Basics, finishing the fabulous PDC tapes in April of this year, shortly before moving away from Clearwater in May.
During these 12 years, my observations began to accumulate into “What’s wrong with this picture?”
Most of the OT 7’s I saw look like ‘death warmed over.’ Nearly all of them are experiencing serious financial difficulties, and some (an inordinate number) have engaged in 2-D or business irregularities, and/or are sick or injured.
Nearly every one of my close friends has been stuck around Clear for ten or more years, also defying statistical probability.
The announcements of newly discovered Tech did not jibe with what our beloved LRH said – that he had given us all that we needed to achieve spiritual freedom. The guy I know from our wondrous Tech and whom I had the privilege of meeting would not have left us with incomplete or inaccurate data. What one is then forced to conclude is that the Tech is being altered and the competence and caring for us by our hero being disrespected.
I observed (and experienced) that the members of the Scientology community in the Clearwater area have no life whatsoever – again, not what Ron said Scientology is for. Instead of Scientology being used to enhance people’s lives, if we were not receiving auditing, we were training or volunteering, or working around the clock to pay for the other three. We had no other life.
When the stories of enslavement, deprivation, and torture came out in the St. Petersburg Times, I defended our leadership, writing it off as Black PR and anomalies. At some point, however, partly due to my observation of the integrity of various whistle-blowers, I was forced to conclude that where there is that much smoke, there has to be some fire.
Twice I was hit up for donations in Ethics cycles, where I of course felt I had no option but to donate, whether it aligned with my FP or not.
On a related note, often I donated or bought a product I didn’t need or already owned in order to help various staff members who were being forced to sell products and services, because I saw and heard the desperation of the staff member.
In spite of the fact that it did not indicate to me in the least to re-do TR’s & Objectives, I started that co-audit course last year, along with everyone else. The little bit of auditing I received before my twin had to get the preps from hell cycle (one year long), in order for me to audit her, was good but not essential. I had already realized that the TR’s & Objectives reg-ing was a “group C.S.,” which by definition is not a C.S. Recently, OT’s and people desiring to get on the OT levels started filling my course room, doing HQS, and I realized that that reg-ing was the second “group C.S.” When I had the chance to go back onto TRs & Objectives, I didn’t.
At Events for the last few years, I noticed the continuous, bright, flashing lights; staccato/fast urgency speech delivery; etc., and could not ignore the similarity to implant station experiences. The one-terminal nature of the pace is so rapid-fire as to discourage participation, even that of duplicating and examining what is being presented and determining agreement or not, cogniting, etc.
The strong admonitions not to look at increasing negative data about the church, despite our beloved LRH having said exactly the opposite – “Look, don’t listen.”
The inconsistency of requiring members to disconnect from family and friends who choose life outside the church, despite Ron having cancelled the disconnect policy in RJ 68 (and I think other places as well), and my having seen Tommy Davis, the head of OSA, declare in a CNN interview that there is no disconnect policy.
I don’t claim to understand what is going on. All I can do, in my personal integrity, is to observe, keep my own counsel, and be brave enough to know what I know. Something is terribly wrong. I do not have the power to change it, so I have to distance myself from it. To this date I have deliberately not gone online to read the researched data on what has happened to our church or the testimonies of others who have chosen to continue their path to spiritual freedom outside the current organized church. Instead, I have observed for myself, compared what I saw to the Tech, and made my own decision. When I finally did so, it was with sad acceptance that my then current painful state was it for this lifetime. Instead, however, joy of joys, I have now located highly trained followers of LRH who will help me on the path I enthusiastically entered in 1984 and was knocked off in 1999, then continuously deterred from until now.
I am so happy to share with you the news that this week my Clear status was verified and I resumed my OT Preps, before I start Solo-ing. As I write this I have a big persistent F/N-smile on my face!

I can’t say I’m pleased, but at least I now have a better understanding As I indicated in my earlier email, I made my decision to disconnect from the current church organization based solely on my own personal observations and experiences. Just this week I have gone online and read data that explains the reasons for and source of the outnesses I saw for myself, and, unfortunately, my experiences and my many feelings of “What’s wrong with this picture” all make sense now. Many of the people who have left the church during the last 20+ years are highly trained Sea Org and other org staff who know the Tech, so they recognized that it has been and is being altered, and have made public exactly how that is.
It appears that the Scientologists dedicated to keeping the Tech pure as LRH gave it to us consider themselves “Independents.” Ron trained auditors to then go home and independently audit people, and that is what they are doing, all over the country.
As I am not in a position to put in the needed Ethics on the outnesses in the church, my objective is simply to avail myself and others of the Tech Ron left us, unadulterated. My postulate is that the evil that results in people being denied gains and otherwise being deprived of freedom and happiness will burn itself out and the church will again be faithful to LRH.
I recognized a remarkable development recently that I believe warrants discussion.
When I began to speak out about two year ago, I walked onto what appeared to be a very black and white playing field. It appeared to be occupied by two opposing forces, the church of Scientology vs. the anti-Scientologists. In fact, after observing a while I noted that there was not a vast difference between the two exteme sides of that spectrum. That in fact the two extreme sides (Miscavige Radicals) and those who vehemently professed anti-Scientology views (the whole subject should be retired, not merely the organization reformed or de-fanged) were reduced in some ways to creating one another, and resisting one another so strenuously as to perhaps even be flirting with becoming one another. In late 09 and well into 2010 my wife and I were subjected to a number of intelligence operations and juvenile pranks – from being egged in London, to having our blog taken down, to having a locksmith attempt to re-key our home (on our alleged order that never occurred). Some were followed or preceeded by ominous sounding phone calls (altered electronically to sound techno-Anonymous) about how terror would continue to rain down upon us. Clearly, in the light of Anonymous pranks of that period, it was made to appear as if we were the targets of Anonymous.
Initially it was easy to believe that it was Anonymous exerting extraordinary efforts to terrorize us. Except, there was one little problem with that easy conclusion. Individual members of Anonymous reached out and provided proof that in fact these were not the acts of Anonymous and proof that some of the activity could be traced back (definitively, albeit sometimes without admissable documentary evidence) to being carried out by card carrying, Kool Aid drinking Radical Corporate Scientologists.
The Radical Corporate Scientology (RCS) ops were relatively slick back then. For example, even while Why We Protest (Anonymous’ on line forum) was making me the brunt of the bulk of their verbal, written attacks (late 09) Miscavige’s RCS managed to derail – and delay by six months – the Anderson Cooper 360 5-part series (A History of Violence – Scientology) by somehow “linking” me to Anonymous. I was literally made to – among other things – document how absurd that proposition was in order to satisfy the nervous nellie lawyers at CNN Atlanta and Time/Warner New York.
In studying the phenomena that came to be labelled Anonymous I came across a very well researched and measured piece of jounalism that I believe most accurately described how a group of predominently young Chanology hacktivists found the perfect trolling target in the uber-paranoid “church” of Scientology. What the article did not cover, but I did in the post The Great Middle Path Redux (link provided above), was that so too had Radical Corporate Scientology – and specifically its head David Miscavige – found its perfect justification for dramatizing being the victim. That of course is a necessary, continuing target of Miscavige’s so as to justify continuing to bankrupt gullible cult members for the sake of his “defense.” I recommend this piece to anyone wanting to understand how this match made in hell came to be:
After observing this conflict play out, and vicariously and sometimes unwittingly participating in its unfolding, over the past two years, I have to hand it to the late-teen/early-twenty somethings. They prevailed. And they did so predictably per the very philsophy they protested. Again:

Let us fast forward to the present. For the past three months solid, David Miscavige’s Radical Corporate Scientology has become fully that which it so forcefully resisted.
All one need do to see the proof of it is to peruse this blog from April 17, 2011 forward to the present.
Miscavige has easily spent $20,000 a day over that three month period on the following:
a) Send unidentified people in bizaree costumes to stand on the property line – and sometimes within it, which I never saw even Anonymous try – shouting insults into the faces of Scientologists trying to peaceably practice the philosophy.
b) Plaster the internet with Lulz sites – by anonymous RCS members – devoted to smearing Scientologists with the most over the top, denigrating, scatalogical propaganda.
c) Smearing practicing Scientologists with the most lurid, personal allegations posted on signs as they approached their oases to peaceably practice their religion. Again, far exceeding any outrage RCS might assign to Anonymous, Miscavige’s attacks included twisting kernals of truth lifted from the confessional folders of those Scientologists.
d) Spend perhaps hundreds of thousands on creating lulz videos about Scientologists that are so over the top and hateful and juvenile that virtually everyone who sees them develops a chilling aversion to the cult of Radical Corporate Scientology.
e) Made Ass Clown moves in public that have forever tainted the cult as exactly that, a cult. The John Allender April 17 antics with the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs miner head-cam has overshadowed even that Anon guy who marched on the church covered in pubic hairs that the church made so much hay over years ago.
In short, Miscavige has become a cheap, lower-harmonic mimic of that which he so strongly cried bloody murder over for years.
Interestingly, while Miscavige and RCS have regressed into juvenile delinquency what has become of Anonymous?
It seems they have for the most part grown up and matured while Miscavige became a lower harmonic perversion of them.
Last year they rallied to the cause of the end of the Radical Iranian fascist regime.
This year they rallied to the defense of Wikileaks founder Julian Asange when the corporatocracy was trying to publicly hang him for letting the truth see the light of day.
Some can still argue that Anonymous’ tactics are over the top, and perhaps even counter productive to some extent. But, no one in their right mind would argue that their intentions and objectives in those causes are as objectionable as those that Miscavige and his cult have adopted and dramatized during that same period.
Miscavige and RCS are dedicating millions to the suppression of internationally recognized Human Rights and constitutionally recognized civil rights. Specifically, they continue to demonstrate to the world that they will, by any means necessary, if left unchecked destroy the rights of FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF THE PRESS, FREEDOM OF RELIGION, AND FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE.
In short, Anonymous people appear to have grown up while Miscavige’s cult has regressed toward fascist infantilism.
As for most of the folks involved in, or watching, this drama unfold: no worries. I think most of you get what just about anybody of any stripe gets, be he or she Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Deist, Atheist, or whatever. We all reap what we sow.
Cult leader David Miscavige put an IAS Freedom Medal around the neck of one Bruce Wiseman for allegedly doing wonders in battling psychiatric abuses. With the honor came the responsibility to carry out such duties till the day he died.
However, Wiseman, like every other Scientologist who has come into close contact with the doctor of death was turned from a man wanting to right the wrongs of the world into a sick puppy wreaking Miscavige mayhem.
Wiseman’s latest hat? Facebook Police Enforcer. Not only has Wiseman joined the Miscavige censorship corps, he has done so in the worst possible way in terms of public relations for the “church” and in terms of visiting injustice on well meaning people.

Placido’s crime? He refused church of Scientology orders to disconnect from the mother (the inimitable Samantha Domingo) of his three lovely daughters and thus from the daughters themselves. The cult applied all manner of pressure and threat to break Placido. It is Placido who deserves a medal for applying the Code of Honor despite every invitation not to. When Wiseman turns his medal over to Placido he will be fit to be trusted by real Scientologists.
Another indication of the twisted universe that has become Miscavige’s mind. Obviously, he has no idea who he is messing with. He is lashing out like a madman and the bunker lurkers who remain are taking on his colors.

Not much comes easy in the Independence game, but one thing we never seem to lack is inspiration. Thanks to all those who provide it in the present. And to those great Americans who have been providing it for more than two hundred years.
I am a Scientologist, and I know that LRH’s technology works 100%
if applied correctly. I started my journey in Scientology in
1988 in Germany, and over the years I have learned a great deal: I
am a trained auditor – Class 5 Graduate, FPRD, HRD. As a trained
Auditor I have delivered several thousands of hours of auditing to
others. I am also a trained supervisor. Additionally, I have done
many courses to learn about Scientology Ethics and Administrative
Technology. Furthermore, I have gone up the bridge to OT8 (I have
attested to OT8 in 2007).
In recent times I have come to understand that many parts of
Scientology technology is no longer being applied in a standard
manner. I have also observed that worldwide Scientology statistics
are downtrending with Scientology organizations not expanding.
Furthermore, I have observed that prices for auditing and training
in Scientology are exorbitantly high so that only a small
percentage of people are able to go up the bridge and experience
the wins LRH had intended for them. Being that I am trained in
LRH’s PTS/SP technology, I know that these circumstances are not
mere chance but purposely made to be so by a suppressive person; I
firmly believe that this suppressive person is the self-appointed
dictator of the Church of Scientology: David Miscavige.
In the last three years I have conducted extensive research.
Although you may have been driven to silence, by means of
suppressive intimidation by the Cof$, I highly recommend that you
conduct your own personal research to come to the truth, without
leaving SCIENTOLOGY. Below you will find some websites that you can
visit to learn more. My research made clear to me that David
Miscavige is a Suppressive Person. By methods of intimidation,
false propaganda, and general suppression Miscavige uses his
position to eliminate the application of standard LRH technology
and stops Scientologists from going up the Bridge to total Freedom.
Following are some factors to think about:
Over the years I have visited many organizations and as per my
observations these orgs were struggling and not expanding at all,
although the many Miscavige propaganda events falsely try to
convince you otherwise. Scientology organizations are not expanding
because people are purposely held back to go up the bridge:
Scientologists are harassed into donating for all kinds of things
BUT the bridge: the IAS, Super Power projects, Planetary
Dissemination, or for ever-changing LRH books (They are now being
“corrected” for the fifth time to FORCE public to buy them again).
Miscavige’s newest invention to extract money from Scientologists:
“Ideal Orgs”. As a trained EstO, I understand that LRH advises
against “Having to have before one can do”; however, Miscavige
convinced Scientologists that we need posh palace-like org
buildings in order to be able to expand Scientology organizations.
Miscavige’s largest money making machine – the IAS – has gathered
hundreds of millions of dollars from Scientologists over the past
decades; so, if posh buildings are the answer to org expansion why
are those millions of dollars not being used to purchase these
buildings? Why are Scientologists being forced into further large
donations for “their ideal orgs”? However, what are those millions

Another example of stopping Scientologists going up the Bridge and
to deprive them of even more money is the inventions of Bridge
steps that have to be “re-done because we found another LRH
reference.” Furthermore, the invention of “the Golden Age of Tech”
which is a method to learn LRH’s tech verbatim is a means to force
auditors to re-do their prior training “because the old training
was no good.” They of course have to pay for their entire training
again. Golden Age of Tech is a direct violation of LRH’s study
technology and against the way LRH trained auditors: LRH never
wanted you to learn the tech verbatim but instead to achieve conceptual
understanding by applying standard study technology. And by the
way, “the new idea”: “Golden Age of Tech” has not produced any
expansion of Scientology as it was promised by Miscavige.
– For the general public Scientology has become a controversial
subject at best – however, it holds truer to say that Scientology
is being viewed rather as a cult, avoided and detested. LRH writes
in KSW Series 1, “Trouble spots occur only where there are “no
results”. Attacks from governments or monopolies occur only where
there are “no results” or “bad results”.
– Miscavige uses LRH’s Ethics and Justice Technology in a
suppressive manner to silence critics. Scientologists who question
rather unquestionable matters within the church are “handled” with
harsh ethics or even justice. Scientologists such as highly trained
OTs and Church executives who are trying to uncover Miscavige
crimes are being falsely declared suppressive persons in order to
force their families and friends to disconnect from them (see below
websites). The Gestapo-like ethics and justice machinery of
Miscavige cull these people’s PC folders for overts revealed in
confidential sessions and publish them on SP Declares; examples
are Mark Rathbun or Mike Rinder. What other church does this? Would
LRH do something like that? NO, he would NOT! In this context
whatever happened to these highly ranked Sea Org members who had
dedicated their lives to fulfill LRH’s mission and worked for
decades within the CofS: Mr. Mark Rathbun (former RTC executive),
Mr. Mike Rinder (former Office of Special affairs executive), Ms.
Amy Scobee (WDC executive); these executives after having
recognized D. Miscavige as an SP have left the church (NOT
Scientology). And most of all: Where is Mr. Heber Jentzsch, one of
our most favorite leaders in Scientology? What has Miscavige done

– An increasing number of credible victims and witnesses report
physical beatings and mental abuse of Sea Org members and
executives conducted by David Miscavige. He even has a prison
called “the hole” where he imprisons staff for weeks, months, or
even years at a time. Mr. Mark Rathbun reports, “Miscavige’s abuse
of Scientology executives and staff became so extreme and
continuous, he resorted to locking all of CMO INT and Exec Strata
into a building and called the prison “the Hole.” RTC, CMO/WDC,
Gold, IAS, CST, OSA Int and ASI executives and staff have regularly
been deposited in the Hole and subjected to Reverse Dianetics,
including physical beatings and severe mental abuse for months or
even years at a time, (Mark Rathbun, 2009).”
– Suppression of OTs: Here I will quote Mr. Mark Rathbun,
“Miscavige has turned the top end of the Bridge into a dead end:
First, he has programmed the Advanced Organizations, including the
FSO, to regularly security check pre-O.T.s, and then use their
confessions to coerce them into paying more money for atonement, a
practice not unlike the Medieval Catholic Church selling
indulgences. Second, he has imposed an unwritten code of behavior
amongst O.T.s. They are regularly made to conform to correct dress,
language, political thought, and even ideas as to how to use their
personal time. Said practice is anathema to the very purpose of
Scientology, which is to make a person more his- or herself, more
insouciant and independent thinking. Third, Miscavige has entered
arbitrary “contribution as a Scientologist” requirements mid-levels
which can be satisfied by making cash “donations.” Fourth,
Miscavige requires pre-OTs to attend his regular propaganda events
(see Factors 22 and 23) and are treated as ethics bait until they
enthusiastically embrace his projected public image. This enforced
acceptance of falsehood makes attainment of OT technically
impossible. Thus, Scientology, as practiced in Miscavige’s orgs, is
auditing one toward conformity, solidity, lies; in other words,
down the tone scale, or, the precise opposite direction to the
intended aim of auditing, (Mark Rathbun, 2009).”

With the above being declared, I would like you to know, my dear
friend that I no longer can agree with the practices of the current
Church of Scientology and that I hereby resign from this church. On
a positive note: I will remain a Scientologist and apply Ron’s
technology independently from the current Church of Scientology.
Let me also advise you to do your own research and to disconnect
from this suppression as soon as possible. You will experience a
resurgence of power, happiness, and expansion. Additionally, let me
tell you that there are many decent Scientologists in the field
continuing to apply the technology independently of the CofS; among
these people are OTs, highly trained auditors, and ex-sea org
executives. If you are worried for your bridge progress once you
have left the current Church of Scientology: Do NOT worry in any
way. There is help – better help and standard technology outside of
the suppressive Church of Scientology. Knowing the suppressive
methods of this church they will publish an SP Declare for me
sooner or later; at that time you may be forced and intimidated
into disconnecting from me; if you do so I will respect your
decision. However, if you decide to do your own research and free
yourself from this hidden source of suppression I will be very
happy for you, my friend.
Church of Scientology members would do well to read the writings of Martin Luther King. In the following one sentence King pithily describes the danger of what they have become individually and collectively:
Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.
That people would continue to forfeit their homes, their retirement funds, and their children’s educations in order to line the pockets of a head of a cult who spends that money consistently, and now very overtly, for the purposes of destroying the constitutional rights, the livelihood, and the very life of anyone with the fortitude to step out of cult lock-step is anathema to the very principles Scientology is built upon (not to mention America, and Western Civilization). The Miscavige Cult’s response to this article which was published yesterday was chilling:
1) the cult’s PI Ralph S Gomez stalked my wife and I all day long with three cult members in tow. Seven separate incidents, including the photographing of us at our home and Gomez slowly following us by car during our evening walk.
2) Cult PI Gomez and cult member Joanne Wheaton toured a home across the street from us expressing the intention to purchase it. Once again, under false pretenses.
3) Cult PI Ralph S Gomez foreshadowed a Miscavige cult legal threat to the city. While denying his affiliation with the cult to many citizens over the past weeks, and lying about his identity and affiliations, Gomez wanted to know whether the ordinance was directed at he and his cohorts because of their “religion.”
This coming Tuesday at 7 p.m. the town council will consider the Cult’s application for a 5-day permit to shoot a “documentary” in Ingleside on the Bay. Notwithstanding the fact they have spent ten weeks disturbing Ingleside on the Bay using the cover of “just filming a documentary.” The Cult has applied for the permit under the name Squirrel Busters productions notwithstanding Gomez’ and Wheaton’s exchange last week with an Ingleside Police Officer memorialized in the officer’s report as follows:
I asked Wheaton where she worked, and she confirmed that she and Gomez worked for Squirrel Busters. At that time, I asked Wheaton and Gomez both if they had any business cards for the company, and they both replied no. I asked who the producer was, who the filmographer was, and who the company is owned by. Neither Wheaton, nor Gomez could answer my questions, and continued to tell me they are filming a documentary on Mr. Mark Rathbun, and have simple questions that they want to answer, and until Rathbun does, they will continue to follow him. I asked Wheaton and Gomez if they would have the common courtesy to allow Rathbun privacy while eating dinner, and they both replied, not until we get answers. Neither Wheaton, nor Gomez produced any identity cards that state they work for Squirrel Busters Productions…
They have asked what they might be able to do to help. While none of you have any duty or obligation to do a darned thing about all this, if you feel you and your community are in any way being disturbed, abused, or gamed by the Los Angeles based cult of Scientology (aka Squirrel Busters, aka Falcon Investigations) you might want to weigh in on the cult’s permit application at IOB City Hall Tuesday 5 July at 7 p.m.

I’m from West Texas and I’ve been in Scientology since 1976.
I’ve done all the original OT levels, OEC, FEBC and the New OT levels. I had great wins with all of it with the exception of OT8.
In fact, it wasn’t until I went to the ship in 2006 that I realized the out tech being run on a personal level.
I had suspicions that Miscavige was squirreling LRH’s tech with all the changes, GAT and the new books. It was when I read Mr. Luis Garcia’s letter (the most beautiful doubt formula I have ever seen) that it became truly real to me how bad things are.
In March 2011, my wife visited Marty and Mosey’s home and was declared within days. I was subsequently declared without being contacted or told by the church. I found out later from friends I knew from Flag that, I had been declared. I still don’t know why exactly, but I’m guessing it’s my connection to my trouble making, but cute, wife.
I recently met and visited Marty and Mosey and found out Scientology is still Alive and Well! The wins I had during the visit were unlike any I have ever had before! It just goes to show that Real LRH works! I got my life back and I’m operating on a whole new order of magnitude!
