The $43,000 Bounty

As reported last month, the Marc and Claire Headley vs. Scientology Inc lawsuit dismissal was upheld on appeal, see Headley Case Dissmissal Upheld.  The case however is not over.

While using the litigation process to make things as painful financially for the Headley’s as possible, Scientology Inc lawyers very carefully racked up a ‘costs bill’ designed to ruin the Headleys.   A cost bill lists those costs associated with litigation (filing fees, deposition and hearing transcript orders, etc.) that a prevailing party may collect from the defeated party at the end of the case.

What some people do not know is that when the case was dismissed by the lower court in 2010, and while the Headleys were preparing their appeal, Scientology Inc took the unusual course of aggressively pursuing collection of their $40,000 plus cost bill from the Headleys.   The Headleys had to prepare and argue more costly motions to stay collection pending appeal.  The lower court denied their motion, but the court of appeal granted it – putting collection of costs on hold pending the appeal.

Now that the appeal has run its course, and Scientology Inc has prevailed, they have added costs associated with the appeal to their bill and threatened the Headleys with aggressive collection tactics should they not cough up $43,000  pronto.

If the Headleys did not pay within a reasonable time, Scientology Inc promised it would put liens on their property, perhaps even repossess their vehicles. With two small children, and a third one on the way, the church promised no quarter would be given.

When Marc asked for a grace period or a payment plan, he was sent the following proposal:

See the full story at the Village Voice.

When Marc told me about this I suggested that based on other recent Miscavige pay outs for information on me – including one in the high six figures – Marc should take the deal, but ask for six or seven figures himself.  Marc, being the man he is, would hear nothing of it.  He told Miscavige to take his offer and shove it.

Marc went out and sold anything of value he owned that wasn’t absolutely esssential for the surival of his family.  He scraped and I bet, though he’s not the kind of guy to ever admit it, borrowed enough to pay the cult on the barrelhead.

Though Marc clearly doesn’t see eye to eye with me on Scientology technology, there are bonds of brotherhood between former members of the cult that are a heck of a lot thicker than money.   When Marc made it clear he was going to get the money to pay the bill come hell or high water, I told him I was going to recommend to the contributors to the Indie Defense Fund that we forward the balance in the fund to him to defray the hardship.

Marc was the first to expose the house of horrors that David Miscavige created, the hole at Scientology Inc headquarters outside Hemet, California.  Many have validated me for having courage to stand and speak out about those same abuses.   However,  my decision was relatively easy compared to Marc’s and Claire’s.  They preceeded me (with very little knowledge of Scientology Inc critic destruction techniques) and in fact their actions in doing so tweeked my conscience to speak out in the first place.  Marc and Claire have also given their continuing support in many ways to refugees from Scientology Inc at every level.

I think Marc and Claire are worthy of and are entitled to our support.

There is an $8,500.00 balance in the Indie Defense Fund.  Virtually all of it was donated for the purpose of handling Scientology Inc.’s lawsuit against Debbie Cook.   In keeping with my policy on donated funds, I will give people whose money remains in the fund an opportunity to participate in decisions as to how it is expended.  It is my intention to provide Marc and Claire with the $8,500 dollars remaining to help handle the hardship caused by raising the funds necessary to pay the costs bill from the litigation.  If anyone who did not already receive a refund from the Debbie Cook case litigation – whose funds therefore are still in the Indies Defense Fund – does not agree with this intended disposition of the remaining funds, please write to me at casablancatx@hushmail.com.   Tell Mosey how much you donated, when, and where to return the funds to.   Otherwise, my intention is to write a check for $8,500 to Marc and Claire.   The check will be written and sent on Monday 17 September.  So, if you have an objection write to us no later than  Sunday 16 September.

Tom Cruise – Hunkered in Miscavige’s Bunker

The Vanity Fair affair is not going to be pretty.   As folks are preparing for the Cat 4 or 5, I want the record to be crystal clear that I put Tom Cruise on notice more than three years ago that this was coming.

Tom Cruise Put on Notice in August 2009

You can check the history of this blog to see that I gave him every opportunity to consult his conscience and choose an ethical course.  Instead, he chose to hunker down in David Miscavige’s bunker.

A little word of advice to Tom from L. Ron Hubbard: paraphrased, it is never too late to trim your sheets.

Love And Respect For Family

Check out this article on one of the fastest growing religions in America:

http://news.yahoo.com/amish-population-booms-us-201114305.html

The Amish don’t spend millions each year to promote themselves.

The Amish don’t build gaudy, multi-million dollar shrines to themselves with state-of-the-art a/v gadgets to cajole people in.

The Amish don’t proselytize at all.

Apparently, the growth of the Amish is simply due to their nurturing and respect for their families and decent treatment of their own.

Imagine that.

That imagining reminded me of the Village Voice interview with Mimi Faust of the reality show Love and Hip Hop Atlanta.  She recounted her childhood when her mother abandoned her for Scientology Inc.’s para-military priesthood (the Sea Organization).   It reminded particularly of this bit of street-wise wisdom that she imparted:

I asked Mimi what she thinks of Scientology today. She didn’t want to badmouth it, and assumed that some people find something positive in it. But she pointed out that it was her understanding Scientology wants to unite people. “Well, how are you going to keep the world together if you can’t keep your family together?” Mimi’s interview at VV

The Luglis Reveal Truth in Italy

A rather significant front-page article ran this week in a major Italian newspaper.   One of its subjects, Renata Lugli, wrote a short introduction to the piece.   It precedes the article below.

Anyone that studied and understood the materiel contained in the PTS SP Course , knows that suppression decreases when the person can do something about it.

If I have to choose from the many suppressions that I received from David Miscavige, thanks to his deadly tentacles of his “church”, the one that was most damaging was the violent intrusion in the very personal matters that relate to my family .

No church, that can call itself a church, can assume this right. But this conduct has been pursued by the use of third parties with a vicious ability to turn theta truth into ENtheta perversions.

The effect that David Miscavige wanted to create in doing that was to instill in my son Flavio, a Flag Staff, an unnatural sense of hatred toward me, with the purpose of convincing him to work against me and my family by having him perform the ungrateful task of spying on us and report to OSA.

The intention of David Miscavige and his minion in OSA was to “punish” me and my husband because we did not wanted to disconnect from the other son of ours Tiziano, that left the Corporate Scientology . Even after Marion Pow and Mike Sutter (RTC/OSA mission) had come to Brescia and stayed for one week to convince us to disconnect from Tiziano and after that our son Flavio was for hours on the phone trying to convince us to do the same. The famous or better infamous policy of Disconnection!

For two long years I had to bear this suppression, till the case of Karen De La Carriere/Alexander Jentzch made it explodeIt was exactly then that I took a firm decision: it is our duty to make the Italian public aware of what David Miscavige and his minions are doing.

And by “chance” after a week I met with the news reporter Leonardo Piccini that works for LIBERO and thanks to his interest in the matter we have been able to send back the flow to David Miscavige & Co. to balance the flow we as a family received from them.

What was Miscavige expecting when he designed all of his plan against my family? That a mother would let someone steal her son and would just take the violence and abuse of that and stay silent? Just look at someone destroying the most precious things that one has:, his/her family, and just sit in a corner like a beaten dog and do nothing?

David Miscavige does not have the faintest idea to which extent a mother will go.

He can possibly stop the President of The United States with his lobbying, but he will not stop a mother!

I want to cite to you a sentence taken from a song that Lisa Marie Presley just wrote, and this goes to David Miscavige:

“You haven’t seen nothing yet!”

You should have known that you better not touch a family, and you should have learned this lesson from Sun-Tzu:

There are roads one does not follow. There are armies one does not strike. There are cities one does not attack. There are grounds one does not contest. There are commands of the sovereign one does not accept.

The Exposure of The Designer Lugli

‘I WAS ONE OF THE BOSSES OF SCIENTOLOGY AND NOW I TELL YOU THE  TRUTH ABOUT THE CULT’

Written by LEONARDO PICCINI

The accusations do not come from a nobody, but from a major figure in Scientology, who starting from 1974 has done all of the awareness steps required to reach the top called OT VIII. This person is Claudio Lugli. He is a fashion designer.

§§§§§§§

THE PERSONAL STORY

I Will Explain What Kind Of A Nightmare Scientology Is

The Fashion Designer Claudio Lugli has been for years a leader in the Church founded by Hubbard. Since he and his wife got out: ‘They take away from you your money and your dignity. They even took a son from us!

…. He is a fashion creator, dressed people like Miles Davis, Pino Daniele or movie stars like John Travolta, and Chick Corea, but also the charismatic leader of the church founded by Hubbard, David Miscavige.

We meet in a luxurious loft in Brescia, and words flow like a river: “Me, my wife Renata and our two sons Flavio and Tiziano have been following Scientology since ever. We have been amongst the pioneers and the founding members of the Church of Hubbard in Italy, and we took great care in expanding and financing its operations. But today we decided to end with the Miscavige Organization”

“It has not been an easy decision, because it is never easy to find out a truth that makes vanish, just in one shot, 36 years of dedication and support to values that have been trampled on used just to support greed and personal interests.”

Because his majesty David Miscavige, lives the high life, the thousands of Scientologists that are still part of his cult  are totally unaware of this.

Renata Lugli is even more direct: “We found out that through the years a lot of things changed and that ‘Church Management’ betrayed the faith and the ideals in which we believed in”

To follow the story has been necessary to address issue that every Scientologist has at heart and discuss of what is happening in Hemet, California, the International Base where David Miscavige lives.

“For us is not easy to talk” – says Renata – “because one of our sons Flavio , a 35 years old boy, is still inside what I define as the MISCAVIGE CORPORATE Scientology. He lives in Clearwater Florida, north of Tampa, and it is 15 years that he is working as an auditor in the Sea Org, the advanced organization of Scientology. People there are made to work even 20 hours a day, sleep in a modest room and have a salary of $ 20 a week. But when you talk about Miscavige … things change. A friend of ours worked directly under him in the “Special Personal Service Unit”. This unit is reserved only for Miscavige and his wife. While other staff members almost starve he spends more than a  $1,000 just on food per week”

Miscavige and his wife have one Chef full time working for them plus an assistant Chef and several stewards and butlers. The head of Scientology eats every two hours, and he follows a specific diet, a low fat diet.

“Naturally all the food must be extremely fresh and of the best quality available. And for lunch and dinner Miscavige must have two different choices always available to him , and this means a 4 full course menu for two different people every single day”

Salmon for Miscavige comes fresh from the East Coast of USA or Canada, but the lamb must be only the one coming from New Zealand that has been fed by a special kind of corn. And steaks?  Everything absolutely biological, like filet mignon first quality.

“When Miscavige celebrate his birthday or when he is having guest of the caliber of Tom Cruise  – (The actor has been a Scientologist since years now-)  Claudio lugli says – everything becomes even more  fancy and extravagant: preparations began even 3 or 4 days ahead and servants have to follow a special “wish list” . And if what the master Chef created is not considered good enough, then, orders are placed in the best and most fancy restaurants available, and there is no limit, because the boss needs to be satisfied.  Foie Gras and truffle are the norm.”

And let’s talk about his residence:

“It is comparable to royalty, things not even imaginable to the Sea Org rank and file or the regular Scientologist.”

Miscavige owns fabulous buildings in Gilman Hot Spring, in Los Angeles and at Flag. In England he even has a castle at his disposal.

“Everything has been designed and custom made for him, only the very best and state of the art is used furniture wise”

Miscavige has a fleet of cars that only international collectors normally have, and also a large number of bikes and:
“If there is anything expensive that he does not own yet , there is no problem, it will be put in the next birthday or Christmas wish list “

Mrs Renata adds: “Per what Mr Hubbard wrote, money donated by parishioners had to be used to disseminate Scientology, they have never been intended to make live a life of luxury to somebody at the helm of the church. Hubbard never lived a kind of life like that, with such a flaunted style of life like Miscavige does, and this is also another proof of how much the original ideals of Scientology have been betrayed.”

And Mr Lugli adds:

“Miscavige invented a new, perverted mechanism to take money from the parishioners: the so called “Ideal Orgs”. I saw with my very eyes, in Padova at an event, a lady going up on stage and announce to a crowd of Scientologist that she would donate the three apartments she had just got as an inheritance fron her parents to the “Ideal Org Project”, the Scientologist were in ecstasy.

And what can we say about Mr Richie Acunto, he was rewarded as “Diamond Meritorious” because he had donated something like 10 million dollars to the “Ideal Org”! Richie was a good friend of Tiziano, my son, he married Tiziano and Jamie, but the point is that part of the money he had donated have been used to hire and pay something like 50 Private Investigators that for MONTHS besieged my son house in Hollywood because he had left the Church. Richie Acunto shortly after went bankrupt with his company the “Survival Insurance”, a huge insurance company, but this was of no interest to Miscavige. He has a very big team of people that specialize in fund raising, they even go to the parishioner house in the middle of the night and force him to pay some money.

It looks like that a parallel organization named IAS has accumulated funds in the order of a billion dollars.

But Miscavige’s perversion knows no boundaries: like a new born Caligula, that became famous because he appointed his horse as Senator, so Miscavige decided “to put the rank bars” to his dog and appointed the dog Captain. And if the dog barks at you that’s a sign that you “are out ethics” and so you will be punished.

“Ethics” in Scientology is a word that comes up continuously.

“If you are there you are like a prisoner in the STASI” – says Renata – “Things keep getting worse and worse, sons and daughter are estranged from their families, and they can keep just casual contact by phone with their parents or family members, and there is always somebody there listening and monitoring their calls.  You have to report each other to the “Ethics Officer”., he is the person that has to know everything so that things run smoothly without ANY external influence. And if your family thinks differently, or worse get out of the Church, they are considered immediately “apostate”, and barred for ever.” Renata keeps on telling me: “One week ago a boy that had just turned 27, his name is Alexander, died in very obscure circumstances. His father is Heber Jentzch, the President of The Church of Scientology International, but his mother, one of the highest trained auditor on the planet, and directly trained by Hubbard, was not allowed to see her dead son. The Church had imposed to Alexander not to have any contact whatsoever with his mother . This type of behavior is called “DISCONNECTION”, and now this practice became very usual and families are thrown in despair because of it.

But I would have never thought that this practice could go beyond death! That situation troubled me very much, because I have a son too that disconnected from us, two years ago, when we decided to leave Scientology.”

“In Scientology, a follower can be punished” her husband says- “they use what they call the RPF, Rehabilitation Project Force; it is in essence like forced labor, and you have to clean toilets, paint a wall, and various menial jobs for 8 hours a day, plus 4 hours you have to study, And this goes on for years, for some even more than 10 years. And what about THE HOLE ? That’s a place where staff members are kept against their will for weeks and weeks, intimidated and prisoners, and they have to sleep on the floor and eat some slop – armed guards are always present , movement sensor are in place, and doors are locked. Plus there is the constant threat of physical violence, and people in the HOLE are subjected to physical and mental degradation of the worst kind.”

MISCAVIGE IS ACCUSED BY EX MEMBERS IN USA

IN THE USA THE SUPREME LEADER BEATS HIS JUNIORS .

ONE OF THEM WAS TREATED LIKE A PUNCHING BALL

Scientology in the USA is under a very serious schism problem. Some ex members are giving unprecedented accounts of information on what happened at the highest levels of their organization.

Those are statements that are coming from the highest ranks and people broke the conspiracy of silence and started giving interviews to the media.

People like Tom De Vocht that was managing for years the “Headquarters” of the Church in Clearwater – Or Amy Scobee, that was managing the network dedicated to all the celebrities in Scientology – a key figure that had daily contact with people of the caliber of John Travolta or Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes or the like. And even more, top managers like Marty Rathbun that worked almost his entire life together with David Miscavige, as second in command, handling legal affairs.

Or Mike Rinder  for 20 years the head of OSA the Office of Special Affarirs: they left Scientology and decided to give very detailed and strong interviews like the one they all gave to the St. Petersburg Times, in where they reveal the methods that David Miscavige used to keep his power.

Miscavige in 1986 became the undisputed leader of Scientology. Miscavige is 49 and is described by many as being very charismatic.

Many call him just COB, because he is the Chairman of The Board – basically the owner of the Church now, Church that was founded back in 1954 .

The ex members are accusing Miscavige of physical violence , a reality that is permeating the whole of Scientology. Mike Rinder even said that: “I have been beaten more than 50 times by Miscavige”. Rathbun, Rinder, De Vocht they also admit of beatings they did and they did it to “show the boss of what they were of “.

De Vocht says that there is no particular reason why people are beaten or abused by Miscavige: “Miscavige goes crazy for nothing, it is enough that what you say to him something that is not what he was expecting from you. And it could be something that happens, just for his whim – it can be the way you looked at him, or because you were too slow in answering his questions.”

There is a list of people that have been abused and Rathbun and Rinder made this list public in interviews:

Marc Yager: “Has been beaten about 20 times, he was treated like a punching bag”

Guillame Lesevre, about ten times, and Ray Mithoff was regularly beaten very violently on the head and strangled or thrown on the ground – per what Rathbun said.

Rathbun also says that Mike Rinder has been beaten at least a dozen times.

For Rinder: “Was not much the physical pain, but was the humiliation . Because you cannot defend yourself, you cannot raise your hands against the boss.”

But their accusations go beyond that and they say: “ Staff are disciplined with a justice system that include “public” confessions of your sins and the isolation of the sinner and he/she is sentenced to manual forced labor.”

Those are all very heavy accusations and more: “The Church has covered the Lisa McPherson death case. They made a mess trying to take care of her , but Lisa Mc Pherson died after was kept isolated for 17 days at the Fort Harrison Hotel in Clearwater.”

Rathbun was in charge of handling the resulting mess media wise, and he admits to: “I ordered the destructions of incriminating proofs and documents.”

THE QUESTIONS THAT LIBERO ASKED TO SCIENTOLOGY

Libero for several weeks tried to get the following questions answered by the people responsible for Scientology in Italy, but no answers were given.

Here are the questions:

  1. What are the aims of Scientology?
  2. In which areas of the society Scientology  operates?
  3. How many followers there are in the world, and in particular haw many in Italy?
  4. David Miscavige is the highest in rank in Scientology?
  5. How are the living standards of your religious leader, related to a normal member of your Church?
  6. Is it true that David Miscavige owns  luxury cars and bikes
  7. We were informed that many families  because of your policy of “Disconnection” have been separated. Does this policy exists. If so how does it works?
  8. What are and how do work the “Ideal Orgs” . What are the services they offer to followers and members of your Church?
  9. How many people left the Church so far?
  10. What is your attitude toward two famous of those high ranking ex members like Marty Rathbun and Mike Rinder?
  11. What are you saying in relationship to the very precise accusations that Debbie Cook gave under oath in an American Court of Law, in where she talked about THE HOLE and the abuses she experienced   while there?

Proof of Life – the Mclaughlins

For those unfamiliar with how the IAS was hijacked by Miscavige and converted into a crush regging machine that overshadowed all previous corporate Scientology regging abuses in a matter of a few short years, please see this discussion between Mike Rinder and me:

The Hijacking of the International Association of Scientologists

Since that very accurate report on the depowering and imprisoning of Janet (Light) and Colm Mclaughlin, I have learned that they are alive and well and outside of Miscavige’s physical prison system.  They are living relatively free in Southern California.   Proof of life:

Janet Light Mclaughlin

Colm Mclaughlin

It remains to be seen whether the Mclaughlins step up and do something to cleanse their consciences and somehow serve the process of freeing others similarly situated.

But, I reported on their imprisonment and so now report on their subsequent freedom from captivity.   I wish them healing, health and happiness.

The Waterkamps Declare Independence

Gerhard Waterkamp and his family are living testament to the power of the Code of Honor.   They stood up to the German government and now they are standing up to its latest alter ego – corporate Scientology.

The Waterkamps

I was born and raised in Germany in a roman catholic family. At age 14 I cognited that the Roman Catholic church was in the majority not a spiritual organization concerned with the advancement of the spiritual aspects of humanity, but an organization with the purpose of controlling populations. There were a lot of good Christian people in the church and I loved some of the monks in the Dominican order I where I served as an Altar boy and ran youth groups for the church. But really, the church was just there as a control operation. So I forfeited my life in heaven and exchanged it for an eternity in hell – at least that is what my priest told me when I told him I was quitting his operation. I hurt my mother as she was a strong believer in catholic doctrines and I am sorry for that.  But it was more important to me to act on my principles and convictions than to take heed of other’s feelings, not to mention threats of eternal fire and other scary stuff. As a young kid in postwar Germany you were still very directly confronted with the horrors of war and the holocaust. And there was one question on my mind: How in the world could good and decent people stand by when their jewish neighbors were put on a transport and killed? The answer eluded me for more than 40 years.

But that was it for me on spiritualism. My mind was set, it was all a fraud. On a vacation trip 1979 in Portland Oregon somebody dragged me and my girlfriend into a building, made me fill out answers to 200 questions and then sat me down to look at a graph. Oh boy, was I screwed up. The lady looked me in the eyes and said: “you are a spirit”. I just went, ‘hey stay away from me with the ghost stuff, but what do you have to fix this screwed up graph?’ She mentioned the Dianetics book and wanted to sell me one. 1980 back in Germany I finally bought it and read it in 3 days. I was fascinated. This guy Hubbard understood everything I had read from Wilhelm Reich, Erich Fromm and what I knew from my dabbling in some of the eastern philosophies and Baghwan/Osh.  Not only that, this Hubbard guy was able to operationalize the data so you could do something practical with them. I was hooked.

I joined Scientology and the Bremen Mission as part time PRO (Public Relation Officer). There was this huge misconception about Scientology in Germany and I wanted to do something about it. So I went to all the public enemies of Scientology in the area, introduced myself, explained what Scientology is and left my card in case of any questions. That was 1980 and the world was good. I did auditor training in the mission and the grades and Scientology changed my life for the better. I married, brought my wife into Scientology and she became a very successful course supervisor in the mission. There were no PR issues in Bremen and the Bremen Mission was the only one recognized with a special non profit status. No attacks, we just had a good time; quite an untypical picture for Germany at that time.

Gerhard and Sabine back in the day

I really enjoyed the tech just a few things were off. If there would be such a thing as an insanity meter (like a Geiger counter just counting insanity particles) there would be an interesting phenomenon. The higher you went up management lines (not public or tech lines), the more insane it became. This thing would start with a quiet happy humming in the Mission over to a sound of a male cat in heat while in Hamburg Org to an outright concert of a dozen foghorns in Kopenhagen. These sea org recruiters that came to the mission were plain nuts and the IAS regges borderline violent insane. I experienced the slaughter of Wiebke Hansen, whom I knew very well when she was ED of Hamburg Org. David Miscavige made a draconian example of her and most was kept from public, but I knew her and people very close to her well and saw much of the bloodshed.

I loved the tech and saw it work; the nuisance of Scientology management was something one had to put up with. Nothing is perfect. So I issued a personal restraining order for all IAS regges and ignored recruiters. My wife and I went up the bridge to OTVII and I did my L’s, trained up to NED auditor and some OEC. We did Clear to OTVII at FLAG. Again I loved the tech, but the management at FLAG was insane. I was at the level of CFO for large corporations at that time in my career and the PR situation in Germany got really catastrophic (and worsened from there). Federal government officials at minister level told the German industry they should not have Scientologists in management. The stuff that was going on would make a witchhunt look like a stroll in the park. It was enough to read the Dianetic book to get fired from a job of some importance as happened to a trainer of the German Olympic fencing team. The hysteria in Germany grew wild. All fueled by a grossly misbehaving church and interested parties like the German Verfassungschutz which faced dissolution when the wall came down and they were in urgent need of a new enemy image to justify their existence, or Ursula Caberta a politician who saw this as a vehicle for her own self importance and getting taxpayer funding. I had the opportunity to befriend another big name critic in Germany much later. Renate Hartwig had written several anti Scientology books and was one of the most influential critics of her time. When I talked with her we found out the Verfassungschutz works even dirtier than OSA. No kidding – it is possible- but she wrote a book about that after we came to know each other and stopped her attacks on Scientology.

There was no differentiation (as there is now) between Scientology as a religious philosophy and Scientology as an organization. So as a public who participated in Scientology as a path of spiritual enrichment you were automatically branded with all the hysteria created against the church. I hoped (as it often turned out), that when people knew me and my family, they would recognize that the hysteria is not true and I hoped I could get some credit for good work and by setting a personal example.

Oh gee, was I wrong. 1995 a few weeks before I was to be announced the CEO of a 5000 person division of a large multinational manufacturer, the roman catholic church finally got even with me for deserting them as an altar boy. A roman catholic priest got a hold of a FLAG magazine listing my wife and me as OT VI completions and passed it to my employer. A few days later I was escorted by security out of the building. The owners wrote me a letter stating how disappointed they were, as per their own words, I had been one of their most energetic and productive executives and how in the world could I do it to them to be involved in Scientology.

Shortly thereafter the German Verfassungsschutz contacted one of my sisters with an offer: Work with us against Scientology and all is forgotten and forgiven.

Darn it, principles and convictions can be such a bitch.

Here I was, without means to support my family, publicly ousted as a bad guy and practically blacklisted from management positions in Germany. But here comes fate in the form of the US government to the rescue. We won the green card lottery! Next we were going through medical exams, background checks and other fun activities to be finally able to enter the US legally and permanently in August of 1996.

The Waterkamps come to America

When I had a job and money I got calls every day from the church to give money. When I was destroyed and still stood by my religion – silence. There is one individual though I want to thank. Maria Robb, she gave us our first job to get started in the US. She and her husband are nice and very decent people, too bad they are not looking. Maria, if you read this, if you ever need help, you have an open invitation, I owe you one.

From 1993 to 1996 I audited on OTVII and felt in1996 I was done, but Flag was again in turmoil and the C/S did not know what to do. I guess they were working on the re-release of OTVII at that time. I also noticed increasing outpoints with the church. There were falsehoods wherever you looked. I gave $45,000 starting in 1993 for Super Power because Bruce and Charmaine told me they needed the money to finish the building and release Super Power in two years’ time. I saw the importance and wanted to help. I visited Bruce about 7 years later and when I asked him why isn’t Super Power released yet he enthusiastically told me that COB is now involved and redoing and redesigning the whole interior and there will be wonderful statues. He clearly ignored the blank look on my face and definitely discounted the good state of my memory as I vividly recalled him telling me the urgent vital need for the money to release Super Power 7 years earlier. The statements of the church and the actual facts were just not adding up. 10,000 on OTVII makes no sense with the delivery model that everyone has to show up every 6 months in Florida. But the delivery model makes a lot of sense if you want a steady stream of prospects you can knock over for money. While the OT materials are downloadable with a Google search and are public domain, a pre OT had to go through a ever more complex procedure of locks and allowed locations for the materials for “security”. With the help of Murphy’s law this will lead either to paranoia or sure liability assignments, because the lock of one of the snappers on the briefcase in the locked cabinet in the locked office of the locked house was not locked. Oh boy, people in such a liability are an easy job for regges. As my favorite DofP and Reg the late Hy Levi said in the Truth Rundown. “It is all about the money.” Once you understood this, a lot of the insanity made sense.

I could tell hundreds of observations I made during 1988 and 1996 at Flag. I spent more than a year there, but it all adds up to this: The statements made by church officials do not match what is done.

During this time I was at a great point with OTVII and I had to rebuild my life in the US. I figured I would focus on that and all will sort out for the good, just give them more time. I hate to admit how wrong I was.

On another note I am a strong believer in human rights. So I went to Leisa Goodman the human rights director in the church in Los Angeles and told her: “If the Church is so for human rights, why don’t we do anything against the human rights violations in Germany?” Six weeks later Leisa came back and we started working on several media projects. During this time I met Mike Rinder and Heber Jentzsch on many occasions. We met Tommy Davis, Isaac Hayes, John Travolta and Chick Chorea when we testified in front of a government committee about human rights violations in Germany. And I am grateful to all of them for this. It is my fierce conviction that no government has the right to  the prejudicial treatment of an individual based on his or her membership – or perceived membership – in a certain group or category as the German government is doing.

Heber with the Waterkamp girls

My oldest daughter became involved in Youth for Human rights and was named President for this organization. One day she came home and said she had resigned from it because she felt she was used just as a puppet and her role was just fake. She did not want this as it felt like a lie.

Time went by. My daughters both went to Delphi LA and graduated form 8 and took off to college. Which brings us close to present time.

John Travolta and the Waterkamps Advocating for Human Rights

In January I read in a German online magazine that Debbie Cook had written anemail. Anyway, it was about time to pick up my spiritual path that I had postponed in the hope the insanity would be finished and I would have a smooth ride. So I started to check up where the church is. Of course over the years I got hundreds of calls to buy the basics, do this, do that but I told them I do stuff when I am ready and that is all I have to say. So here I am reading the different websites and oh my god, it has gotten much worse. In 1996 the church was more misleading than really flat out lying. When I watched the Truth Rundown I knew first hand what was true and what wasn’t. And everybody on those videos gave their viewpoint correctly and gave the truth. I then read the statements of the church and they were flat out utter lies. Denying the undeniable. I saw the church had completely lost it. Not because of what the critics said, but in the responses of the church. Freedom mag had become solely hate pages s consisting of character assassinations. I was used to Leisa Goodman and Andrew Milne who cared about facts and while I felt they were under undue pressure at times, would never turn this kind of garbage out that the church put up on their websites.

So I started more thorough research. Anybody can write stuff on a website, it was time for independent verification. Just one example of what I discovered. I found out and got it first hand how the church had taken a friend of mine for over $100,000.00 in sec checks, because he had mentioned critical thoughts about David Miscavige. And the church did not stop there. They were in the process of breaking up his family after 40 years of marriage. Daughter turning on father, wife turning on husband all in the name of the church. It was heartbreaking to see how the church was degrading decent human beings into being scared, robotic and confused individuals. The wife had done OTVIII twice and was in complete obedience to the church and treason to her husband of 40 years, all just because he could not take the treatment he was given any longer. The family had agreed for 4 years not to talk about Scientology matters so nobody could write knowledge reports about each other. Here is the hammer, they are a field auditors group highly trained in PTS SP tech and did nothing else in their day to day life than Scientology.

While the tech that I studied was designed to bring about spiritual freedom, the current church uses it to make slaves. They want control, they need obedience and to own you so they can own your money. I am not as highly technically trained as others, but I can observe the products the church puts out these days. After 4 months I came to the conclusion the church has morphed into a fascistic organization that destroys lives. The final end product of this church is enslaved individuals, destroyed families, destroyed relationships: in short, destroyed lives. I saw this over and over and over during my research. It was not the exception, for anybody having temporary gains there were 10 disasters. The church arbitrarily applies policy where it fits their purpose to cover up their crimes. There is no honest application of green on white or red on white anymore.

So I knew what was coming, when I sent a request to Flag and other Scientology organizations for a return of my unused money. They can live with the fact that I talk to Marty, Mike and Karen. They cannot live with the fact that I want the money back that they owe me per their own policy.

Which brings us to present time. This morning the rumor mill started and the facebook police went into action:

“Sorry to tell you Sabine Waterkamp got declared a few days ago. I have unfriended her and also blocked her on Facebook. I suggest you do the same.

Any questions? Call Daniel, Chief MAA at Flag, (727) 423-1269. That’s how I learned of the sad event.

ML, Sandee”

The irony is this this email is sent around to our friends by Sandee Ferman. Sandee was fired from Delphi Academy a few years ago because she was involved in massive fraud by falsifying statistics at Delphi Academy for years which brought the school to the brink of disaster. The church has to use known frauds these days to do their dirty work.

As expected nobody from the church has informed us.  They are too cowardly to confront us. Nobody has shown us any declare, no committee of evidence, nothing. Hi Freya, if you are still at OSA and read this our fax is 818-951-7352. You should send us at least a copy so we know what we are accused off.

Now get this, when Sandee was asked for more information this is the response:

Daniel, Chief MAA at Flag, reports they connected up with unfriendlies and started speaking out against the Church. They also requested refunds. It was pretty clear to me. I just got off the phone with him. I gave you his cell phone number.

But I got even better; the church called the step father of Jake Leistra, a young man who was the boyfriend of my youngest daughter. We took him into our house for some time and helped him also financially, while his parents were giving him in his own words no money at all.  He ate our food, slept in our guest bed, drove our cars and got any support we could give. We even took him on occasional vacation trips paid for him no questions asked. When he had to move his furniture we carried it with him and let him use our cars. So his stepfather, who does not support Jake with any money at all (Jake’s own words), tells him we were declared and sends him to AOLA.  Jake went to AOLA and got a SP declare shown and reports back to my daughter that the declare states Sabine and I are talking to undesirables and that I asked for a refund of unused money on account. Oh, by the way, they not only showed him this declare, they showed him the disconnection policies and worked him over. After that,  Jake (like a little spineless marsh mellow), rolled over and made himself a doormat. He called my daughter on the phone telling her he needs to break up with her because her parents are declared. The church even breaks up girlfriend and boyfriend, and robs a young man of the opportunities for a better life.

Chick Corea: Wake Up! Your little helpers in arms in the fight for Human Rights are having their own violated by your ‘church’ at this moment

So here it is, the church confirms on official lines, that when they are asked per their own policy to repay money that they hold for parishioners they pull out a declare to avoid paying it. It is all about the money. Not to mention they confirm they have a disconnection policy.

Not that I care what the church does. The church has less moral authority than the gopher in our front yard to assign me anything. I do not give notorious liars and suppressives any importance. The church has proven through their own hate websites and their many documented crimes against human beings, their corruption of Scientology technology with the effect of destroying and suppressing human beings and their constant blatant violations of policy that they are in treason to LRH, the goals of Scientology and all of mankind.

I am a Scientologist and I stood up for my religion against discrimination in Germany and I will stand up for my religion against a suppressive group like the current Church of Scientology. I am an independent Scientologist.

But I need to thank the church for helping me to answer the question I had on my mind for 40 years. How could Nazi Germany and the Holocaust happen?

Obviously you need to put up a higher purpose, like saving the aryan race or saving the planet. A lot of good, willing people will come and really help with this positive goal. Then you put them into a pressure cooker, military drill, sleep deprivation and work them really hard. Next you make it a crime to receive any other communication than the one approved by dear Fuehrer and work them even harder, then you shoot some of them for the just and good cause (to save the aryan race or the planet or whatever your item is) or just beat them up publicly to instill fear. And you keep that up for some time and everybody who says “wait a minute” is sent to the death camp or RPF and you end up with a group of robots that stop thinking and do the most incredible things like killing other human beings just for a different opinion, race or skin color.

To my friends still in the church: It takes people with spine and knowing the price of freedom to prevent this from happening.

My beautiful and wonderful wife of 26 years, Sabine, who went with me through all of this, claims number 357 on the Indy 500 list and I’d like to be 358.

BONUS addition – Gerhard’s letter to the Flag MAA:

Open letter to Chief MAA Flag Land Base

Dear Daniel, It came to my attention that you started to dramatize your PTSnes on my and my family’s communication lines. First I want to alert you to the fact that I as a Scientologist resign from the Church of Scientology as said church has abandoned the goals and the creed of Scientology as laid out by L. Ron Hubbard. I am in full support of the religious philosophy of Scientology but the current Church of Scientology demonstrates through their actions on a daily basis their disdain for the tech, policy and basic human decency and should not be allowed to have the word Scientology as part of their name. You are sending local operatives to contact friends and acquaintances of me and my family and spread vicious lies about us. I sent your operative Sandee Ferman a cease and desist notice and if this is not immediately complied with I will file in court against her and the church civilly for harassment and start also criminal proceedings. I also demand that you immediately cease and desist in all activities directed against me, my familiy, my business, and my business and social relationships.  In the event that you choose not to cease and desist, or in any other manner, choose to retaliate against me, or any of my business associates, including vendors with which I have done business, I am prepared to protect my legal rights to the maximum extent permitted by law, including a civil action and a request for punitive damages. Secondly any Tortious Interference with prospective economic advantage of mine or with contractual relationships of our business with clients and vendors entitles me to economic losses, and damages for mental distress and since I can prove malice on your part I will also be entitled to punitive damages.  I am fully aware that you and your agents are in contact with one of my business associates spreading lies about me and will monitor the situation and if you do not stop the tortious interference I will put your and the churches ethics in on that. Since FLAG does not have enough ethics and decency to respond to justified and on policy refund request, but elects to start a smear campaign against me and my family, this constitutes willful infliction of emotional pain for which I will have to obtain damages as well in a separate lawsuit. Here is a suggestion, before you end up in the RPF of the RPF because in your PTSnes you are currently screwing this up beyond belief: apply correct ethics for a change. Put in Ethics at Flag, so that FLAG as an organization applies the refund policy correctly and ethically as laid out by LRH in HCOPL 23 October 1963, REFUND POLICY. Do the same to CCInt and the Super Power project. Bruce and Charmaine obtained fraudulently funds from me with the help of outright lies and deception. I am not interested in a fight with the church. The church has made itself completely and utterly irrelevant for me personally and for society as a whole. With their predatory regging practices, outright PR lies to cover up their crimes people are defecting in droves. Your church is more a laughing stock than anything of importance. No wonder it ranks in polls in the US in reputation even under radical Muslims.  Fighting the church is a waste of time and energy and attention units. Fighting the abuses and crimes committed by this church though is necessary to keep an ethics presence and control your dramatizations. You may not know this. I fought side by side with the president of the Church of Scientology Heber Jentzsch against abuses and human rights violations of the German government and gave my career to protect my religion. Do not make the mistake to think I let the church get away with abuses against me, my family or my business.  The church put my friend Heber Jentzsch into the hole and he failed to look through the lies and deceit put up by David Miscavige and his enablers. I am still defending Scientology this time against an abusive and corrupt church against the enemy from within. So get your ethics in and handle your PTS situation and get ethics in on this cycle. Pay me the money back that is owed to me and stop this nonsense. That is your job and what LRH expects from. Not to instigate smear campaigns, that is what crooks are doing. If you want to check out of the Sea Org and its insanity I will help you to get your life together.

Back in the day (New York City in 1978), Scientology was fun. The org sold “How To Choose Your People” and “Miracles for Breakfast” by Ruth Minshull in the bookstore alongside the LRH books. There was no RTC. As students, we wrote weekly “Reports to Ron” and the S.O. 1 line was in place: we could always write to Ron. As a public, I felt that I was undertaking some wonderful adventure. I looked forward to coming to the org for study and for just hanging out.
Fast forward to 2011: the adventure had long since died. In its place were a whole string of arbitraries, nagging questions about apparent wrongnesses with no answers in sight, endless “events” and cutthroat regging. For years I had known that something was terribly wrong but it was only on New Year’s Day 2012 that I finally saw the light, thanks to Debbie Cook’s email.In my years with the C of S, I did a short stint in the S.O. until I was thrown out, did some training and got up to Solo NOTs on the auditing side of the bridge. In the past dozen or so years I experienced many health issues which I attribute to Reverse Scientology, courtesy of the Flag Service Org; however, recently I was lucky enough to treat with an alternative health care practitioner who helped me restore my health.There have been many fine writeups on this blog and elsewhere from other former C of S members detailing the abuses and off policy actions – Luis Garcia’s comes to mind as a great one – so I am not going to attempt to reinvent that wheel; I will just enumerate a few lowlights of my S.O. career and my experience as a Flag Solo NOTs public.In my mercifully short S.O. career (1988-1989):I was human trafficked to another country (and got out of there after four months by hatching an escape plan);
I had become engaged to a S.O. member who was posted at the Int Base, and when Church management got wind of that, they immediately intervened and the engagement was broken off. This was typical 3rd Party – I was told negative things about my fiancé and he was told negative things about me.
At one point I requested a Comm Ev to correct some things that I perceived as injustices. However, when the Comm Ev met, it somehow morphed into a disciplinary Comm Ev, accusing me of things that I had written up in a previous amnesty (which, per policy, is ancient history and not actionable).
A few of my experiences as a Flag public on Solo NOTs:

The incessant sec-checking of Solo NOTs public has been discussed at length on this blog and other sites. You had to be sec checked coming and going, literally: upon arrival and when leaving. It created a paranoia and was a terrific way to use up auditing hours on account. You always had to have a “pledge intensive” in place, i.e. an extra intensive of auditing paid for and ready to be used at any time.

In late 1993 or early 1994, when I had been auditing on Solo NOTs for a couple of years, I reached a point where I believed I had completed the level, so I made a trip to Flag to verify this. When I got to Flag, I was not even put on a meter to check anything. I was simply told that I had not audited as many hours as LRH had audited on Solo NOTs, so therefore I couldn’t possibly be complete on the level but needed to continue auditing. Fortunately, I soon ran out of money and “fell off” the level in December 1994, never to return.

Interesting note: in approximately 1999 or 2000, a Flag staff member told me that there were over a thousand public who were mid-Solo NOTs but off the level.

Now I’m looking forward to joining the party!

Headley Case Dismissal Upheld

The dismissal of Marc and Claire Headley’s case against Scientology Inc. was upheld by the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

headley case 9th Circuit opinion

The lawyer who originally filed the case did Marc and Claire a disservice by putting all their eggs in the Human Trafficking issue basket.  Note, the counsel who argued the case in the 9th Circuit for the Headleys – not the same lawyer who brought the case in the first place – did a noble job with what she had been given to work with.

While the 9th Circuit upheld the dismissal of the lawsuit, the court indirectly condemned what had happened to the Headleys.   After taking several pages to reason why the Human Trafficking standard was not met, the court concluded the decision with these words:

Likewise, we do not decide how the Headleys might have
fared under a different statute or on other legal theories. The
Headleys abandoned claims under federal and state minimum
wage laws. And although the Headleys marshaled evidence of
potentially tortious conduct, they did not bring claims for
assault, battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of
emotional distress, or any of a number of other theories that
might have better fit the evidence. The Headleys thus wagered
all on a statute enacted “to combat” the “transnational crime”
of “trafficking in persons”—particularly defenseless, vulnerable immigrant women and children. 22 U.S.C. § 7101(a),
(b)(24); see id. § 7101(b)(1), (2), (4), (17), (22). Whatever bad
acts the defendants (or others) may have committed, the
record does not allow the conclusion that the Church or the
Center violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Act.

The “church” will call this a landmark victory.  Miscavige will certainly be tickled pink.  After all, they have once again thrown L. Ron Hubbard and Scientology under the bus of public opinion.  They have created a Circuit Court opinion that finds a lot of creepy behavior is motivated by belief in the Scientology religion.

Those who have been watching know that in the end it was Marc and Claire Headley who won the bigger victory.  We know for a fact that the filing of the suit (and all the sweat, blood and tears Marc and Claire spilled in litigating it) resulted in cancellation of Scientology Inc’s forced abortion policy.  It also resulted in dozens of former Sea Org members receiving substantial compensation (pay offs to remain silent – but compensation to create new lives nonetheless).

And, who can tell us how many people were spared the more drastic versions of the following at the hands of Miscavige because the Headley’s stepped up?:

assault

battery

false imprisonment

intentional infliction of emotional distress

With the dismissal, watch for Miscavige to escalate the abuses once again.  Historically, he has always done so when the church produces such a decision. Be alert folks, as per usual, we are the ones that will handle the fall out.

UPDATE:

Barry Van Sickle commented:

Marty is incorrect about the intial lawsuit, and who made the decision to narrow the case to a human trafficking case.. The decsion to place all the eggs in the human trafficking basket was made by the Metzger firm over my objection. The intial lawsuit was filed 4 years after Marc Headley escaped. That created statute of limitation problems for most potential causes of action. Given the 4 year period between escape and lawsuit, the initial case was focused on Business & Profession Code 17200 and labor law violations. The Human Trafficking claims were added later. Also, the decisions to drop the labor claims and not challenge that the Headleys were ‘ministers” were , in my opinion, mistakes , made after I was forced out of the case. I read this blog regularly and have much respect for Marty, but he has his facts wrong on how this case became a human trafficking case and the “minister exception” issue was essentially conceded.

  • I replied as follows:

I’ll fix the post Barry. You should know that from the moment I received the suit – long after it had been filed – I noted the ballyhoo’d labor violation and forced labor claims would be nixed by the Alamo case precedent (since strengthened with the ministerial exemption line of cases). My advice from the get-go was to go hard to the basket with the plethora of torts committed since the Headley’s left, all very provable and clearly within the statute of limitations. Or maybe you don’t know that – because I relayed that and never spoke to you for another year or so.

ANAT KRIER WANTS TO START INDIE YOUTH GROUP

My 19 year old son has been wanting to go back to CW (Clearwater, Florida) since we moved to Oregon a year and half ago, because it’s the place he knows. That is where his friends that he grew up with and that he shares so much ARC for and with are! As we, parents to teens and young adults, know; the majority of them care mostly about their social life.

I had a huge loss leaving behind what I considered to be my whole universe and my group when I left CW. Imagine how it was for a kid for whom that is all he knew his whole life.
I want to know if you would be interested in the following:
Having young adults from the age of 16-23 who are interested in getting together with other ex-church members in that age bracket to enjoy a weekend camping on one of the islands near CW during fall/winter time this year, where they will create new friends or re-establish communication with old friends. This is also an opportunity for them to just itsa.

I know my son will have a much easier time communicating to someone his age than to me.

We, as adults, all needed a “support group” when we decided to leave the church. Thankfully, there was one made up of Indies, Freezoners, etc. The younger generation is no different. They too will benefit greatly from a weekend with friends their own age and with whom they share a similar reality with. There are several in the CW area interested already, but we’d like to invite young adults from all areas to fly or drive in and participate.

If we can get enough young adults interested, I have a friend in Clearwater who is willing to find a camp site for them and be the coordination point. If you have any suggestions along that line, please chime in.
Those that are interested:

INDIES DAY 2012

Steve Hall posted a nice piece on Indies Day 2012, at Scientology-Cult.com.  We had a great time seeing everybody.  Thanks a million to Natalie and Brad Hagemo and Mike and Christie King Rinder for all you did to make it happen.

FRIENDS OF LRH

I have received a number of alerts that hitting the link to the the great data resource Friends of LRH results in a Malware warning pop up.  I don’t know who the folks are who run that webpage – but if you get hold of Mike Rinder or me we might be able to help you repel whatever attacks you may be under.

Ron Minor Declares Independence in Las Vegas

The David Miscavige dark star chamber continues to cough out poisonous, oily smoke according to the latest below from Ron Minor of Las Vegas.  Good on you Ron for clearing the air and making it known and available to those still choking on Miscavige’s noxious fumes in Scientology Inc.

I began my scientology adventure in 1973. While stationed at Nellis AFB I did the comm course and started training in the academy up to Cl IV. During this time I decided that Scientology was the best way to make a positive effect on the world and joined staff in 74. I was on staff in the Las Vegas org from 74 until 83 holding various technical posts up to Grad V Case Supervisor. I moved to Georgia for a time and did some volunteer work for the Atlanta mission for a brief period of time. I returned to Vegas in 89 and gave staff another try from 90 to 92. Could see how things had changed from the 70’s and left. I’ve recently retired from the manufacturing sector (30 years) and have been working with friends here in Vegas on expanding the independent field.

Recently I’ve learned that a declare has finally been issued on me. I’ve been dead filed for many years now, but someone forgot to issue a declare on me.

In the last few months I’ve been in comm with someone still in. When ethics tried to tell them how bad I was, to their surprise, there was no issue on me. So, they hastily made one. Of course this is one of those …show only when necessary declares.

Not that declares matter at this point, but I thought I would write a letter to some of my still in friends. I’ve posted this as a message to their face book accounts, which they may or may not read. Last time I did this I posted Debbie Cook’s email message and actually got a response. So, maybe this will get through to some.

(Start of the Letter)
Hi, I would like to communicate to you about any declare that has been issued about me.

First, I would like to say, I have not been given or been shown any copy of my Declare. I have heard it is being shown to those who have been in comm with me, but no one is allowed to keep it or pass it on to others. This seems to be the common process now. What better way to spread lies, and not give anyone a chance to correct them?

With a low level knowledge report, at least you are sent a copy (or should be) but when using the highest ethics gradient, the person this is being issued on isn’t even told about it or allowed to have a copy? Also, with the large amount of people leaving the church, this is just another means of hiding the fact that people are leaving.

Scientology is a live religion, made up of you. You determine the face of Scientology.
L Ron always said, “What is true for you is true for you.” If you see things that aren’t true for you, you could leave anytime. All that was asked of you was to truly look at the facts or observe the truth of something, with your own eyes.

Here is the truth about my declare. Most of what I’m covering is based on what I’ve heard from other people who have read the declare.

Practicing Scientology outside of the church…. Yes I’m guilty. I’ve been a Scientologist since 1973. I have continued to be a Scientologist to the present, 2012. Scientology has changed my life beyond my expectations and continues to do so after 39 years. I continue to apply the tech to myself and others around me. As an example, I delivered assists to my X-wife who was dying of colon cancer in 2004. This helped her to peacefully leave her body when the time came.

Running or spreading squirrel OT levels.
You may not realize this but the entire Scientology Bridge is available outside the brick walls of the Church of Scientology. Everything being used are HCOBs written and produced by LRH. The auditors and C/S’s that apply this tech are the same ones that you may have known a few years or months ago. Many are highly trained (some by LRH himself) with the focus of helping the PC or Pre-OT go free. Not working/regging them on obtaining their next “status level” or selling the latest/greatest release. You progress up the bridge the way LRH intended it to be.

Being part of a squirrel group.
If you consider being with other Scientologist who have left the church, then that would be a guilty. But are these people squirrel just for the fact of leaving?
They are passionate about Keeping Scientology working (for some this was the reason for their leaving the brick/mortar Church). They only follow what LRH has written in the Tech volumes or stated on LRH tape recordings.

Going up the entire bridge is easily done outside the brick/mortar Church.

These are just some of the points that I’m aware of in the Declare. There may be others. If you care to share them with me, I would be happy to go over them with you.

Final note, I admire those of you who are still at the brick/mortar Church, doing what you can to keep it there. In spite of all the suppression that you have been subjected to, internally and externally you are working on creating a physical presence of the church.

The question I have to ask you……Is this what LRH wanted?
Did he want large beautiful buildings or planet wide clearing?

If you would like to contact me, my email address is mnor@cox.net
