Scientology Regression

Michael Moore, President of the International Freezone Association, posted an article on the iscientology blog apparently in protest of the message this blog, and my book What Is Wrong With Scientology?, have been proposing as a course to assure the future relevance of Scientology:  integrate, evolve and transcend.   In his article, What is RIGHT With Scientology, Mr. Moore asserts that the reason Scientology has a bad rap is because:

In today’s western society man is cultured into believing that he is basically bad, cannot be changed for the better, and is a body only run by a brain and all efforts are in the direction of reducing man’s level of responsibility through the encouragement of laziness and increased regulation. Through repetition such mores become the accepted norm and efforts to introduce a more causative approach for man, such as Scientology, hit this head on. Hence it takes time to assimilate a new and radical ‘think’.

“All efforts” in “today’s western society…are in the direction of reducing man’s level of responsibility through encouragement of laziness and increased regulation” and apparently to condition him into believing “he is basically bad, cannot be changed for the better, and is a body run by a brain”?   This statement is so sweeping and absurd as to communicate to the world that Scientologists are uninformed, isolationist cultists.   Perhaps, even fascist cultists, given the  political slant he apparently felt compelled to toss in.  At best, it is a complete effect point of view, rivalling the victimhood that Scientology Inc. instils in its members to be totally certain and right in the face of the most fantastic wrongnesses.

Mr. Moore goes on to assert:

There are many philosophies and religions with promises either based upon behavior or practicing certain rituals to assure oneself a place among the gods so to speak. But not one of these religions or philosophical ideologies or practices, prior to Scientology, attempted to increase the abilities, responsibility and causative levels of an individual using a practical application of the philosophy in the form of a technology, the techniques of auditing and the bridge over which to travel to attain higher states of being in a measured and predicable fashion. On the contrary it was a case of pray hard or meditates (sic) hard and leave everything to the gods.

Does anyone have an idea what religion and philosophy is promising people a ‘place among the gods’?  Ironically, of all religions, this claim fits Scientology more than any other, what with the hyperbole of ‘powers’ and total ‘causation’ to be had by following its rituals and behavior.  His sum up of every religion and philosophy outside of Scientology as ‘pray[ing] hard or meditate[ing] hard and leave everything to the gods’ is far more ignorant and bigoted than anything that would possibly emanate even from David Miscavige’s Scientology Inc.

Moore’s  article more than bristles at the repeated suggestions on this blog that Scientologists recognize the similarities between it and other practices (which incidentally, never once imply that a single Scientology auditing procedure be altered).  His implication that there is no possible gain to be had by the hundreds of millions of people on this planet who in some form or another confront their minds is indicative to me – aside from serving to make Scientologists look arrogant and narrow-minded – that he does not understand the first thing about how Scientology auditing actually works.  He apparently believes it has to do with the ritual and not the act of seeing something exactly as-is, so as to as-is it.  Yes, yes.  The ritual is remarkably workable.  It is directed and patterned and performed  with an exacting discipline that is extremely effective.  But the ritual does not blow the charge – the individual observing, or witnessing, exact time, place, form and event is what blows charge.  To say that witnessing never happened anywhere else in the world ever is to tell the world you are a pack of mislead idiots who never did anything worthwhile with your mind and yourself as a spirit.  I got news for Michael, that attitude got Scientology where it is today.

Are there any practicing Scientologists out there who see these types of public statements as uninformed, bigoted, and/or arrogant?

Are there any practicing Scientologists who believe it is a wise course to attempt to integrate, evolve and/or transcend?

I really would like to know the answers to these questions.

I don’t think piling on or launching assaults on the alleged character deficiencies of me or Michael will contribute to anything constructive.  I really think we need answers to the two questions posed.

My Story ~ My life within and without the church of scientology

It’s hard to know where to begin, and yea, long story.

I’ll start with a brief history pre- Scientology.  Drugs, Inc.  Youth gone awry, as too many  of us went 60’s & 70’s.  I did enjoy some of it, although who can remember why?  Spiritual enlightenment… Nirvana?  For me it became a spiritual quest in fact, Timothy Leary, Tibetan Book of the Dead, et al.  Several weeks of 1973, age 19, in and out of the likes of psychiatric reality, at the hands of family who were trying to save me from the drug culture.  Bless their hearts.  It took months, but I eventually realized the game, that the only way out was admitting they were right and I was wrong.

The whole affair was short lived but unfortunately necessary to tell the rest of my story.

That bit of life, far behind, thanks in no small way to L. Ron Hubbard’s discoveries, the Reactive Mind, the Purification Rundown, Scientology Drug Rundown and further rehab with Scientology studies and auditing.  I realized in an auditing session many years later, looking all this over, I was indeed fully responsible for that situation and my condition.  To me it was never that big of a deal except that I knew I had to come clean and deal with it before moving onwards as a Scientologist.

To be fair to myself, it wasn’t all just drugs and rock & roll.  I was quite able and productive, had become a Gov. certified weldor by age 18.  And for 7 years worked at such lofty positions as a weldor for the Naval shipyard in Pascagoula, putting together quarters (ships are built in quarters) of war ships the size of large office buildings, or welding locomotive frames and helicopter rides to offshore platforms in the Gulf.

Home from one of those young life adventures, a close friend handed me a copy of DMSMH by LRH.  Mid 70’s. I read enough to realize it was the road I had been looking for.  I realized about then too that peyote & naked hippie chicks did not equate to Nirvana; though at times close… what can I say.

So I threw away my flower power and found Scientology.  No Mission near me, so I found more LRH books in libraries, Dianetics 55, Science of Survival, The History of Man (right down my alley at that time…lol ).

By 1978 I had thought up a getaway, away from dead-end friends, the military of all things.  I figured it would get me away from the scene I had grown up around and put some structure and discipline in my life – my actual thoughts at the time.

During my induction in Chicago, the US Army gave me a choice, between MOS (Military Occupation Specialty) or choose your overseas destination.  Prior to the naked butt induction stations I had discovered Alaska was considered an overseas tour and that was my choice to the desk clerk, as I’m standing half-undressed he checked the box for “Alaska” and in the same sweep checks, “Infantry”.  Hooah!

Several very hot Kentucky summer weeks later, 27 mile hikes, crawling in mud, throwing hand grenades, a 60lb pack and after more advanced training, I found myself dropping out of a helicopter on a remote snow covered bitter cold mountain top in the Chugach Range, Alaska.  It was mid February , 1980.  At least I was back to good condition and finally getting somewhere in life… arctic survival training!

Later on that same year I found the Mission in Anchorage.  After walking around the block, contemplating, I walked in the front door.  My life within Scientology began, late 1980.  I did the Comm Course, then Book One, etc..  I became a local celebrity of sorts auditing a new person through her birth engram, and then blowing a local dentist through a chronic migraine, gone.  Scientology was changing my life, and between my studies and the work-a-day discipline of the US Army, I was surely gaining new ground.

A few months later (still Army for another 2 years) I joined Staff, early 81’.  The bookstore was in total disarray and not very well stocked.  I instant hatted as BSO, SS 0, I & II right off and a little later read through Big League Sales, by Les Dane.

I started selling books, a lot of books, reading and applying every LRH policy on book sales I could get my hands on and managed the book accounts and built up the stock with organized displays in short order.   Several months later I was promoted to PES.  Sometime late 81’ I took earned leave from the Army and went to FLAG for a Les Dane seminar, with Les himself no less!  Les recited the great story how Ron had called him to ok his book for the Church.  I still hadn’t had auditing by this point.

I completed several other services from 81 – 82’ at the Mission, as much as I could beg borrow and steal as a staff member.

Got my Life Repair auditing a year or so later, Student Hat, M-1, ITSE Crs., and sometime early 82’ finally started Bridge auditing ~ still full time Army.

Routing out my military obligation in July 1982, Honorable Discharge, with honors, including the Army Achievement Medal, I thought long and hard about re-upping but had become convinced my immortality was with the Church.

Leaving the military is remarkably similar to CSI leaving and leaves incidentally, including interrogations dependent clearances, medicos, registars (recruiters)… although sans sec checks.  Routing out of the military was then more or less hassle free though, a check list of station sign offs, except for one last butch haircut mandatory.

Shortly after I found myself at ASHO for The Hubbard Registar & Salemanship Course.  Full time training for about 2 months then, berthing with Sea Org at the complex with a half dozen snoring per small room.  No furniture, stuffing my suitcase under my bunk and eating cheese on white bread for lunch – at least it was free.

I graduated with an internship of sorts, regging for ASHO and LADay, and with honors from the CO ASHO.  I forget her name, but remember she was impressed I had got a new public to leave his Rolex watch with me while he went to get cash for his first course… .

Back to Anchorage, trained now to get Div 6 booming, more books sold, bodies in the shop, new starts continued all-time highs for a few months.  The small course room was packed.  The issue became keeping them, lost it seemed best known to God.  Where are all my new starts?  I’m not doing this for nothing!  So I went to Seattle to train as a Course Supervisor.

I want to shift for a moment and tell something of the transients we had in Alaska during the ‘80’s.

Several from those beginnings today still hold Executive posts inside the Church, a few went on to the Sea Org, and some are now interestingly enough, in the Independent Field.  A few more Indies remain nameless not yet in the open.  I can tell you there weren’t many mundane characters, we were there at the time on the same terms battling the forces of evil from all sides (including each other at times) to get Scientology into one of the more remote populations on the planet.

The players:

Bob Hamilton, original OTVII, E.D. the first Scientologist I ever met and Mission Holder during the 80’s, completed NOTS early 80’s.  Now PES at the Seattle Morgue last I heard.  I no longer hear from him after I told him recently he needed to wake up, though not in so few words.

Jerry Racheff, OTIII at the time (early 80’s), now OTVIII.  We became friends during those years, and even lived together during some harder times in Alaska.  Jerry is now the E.D. San Francisco FDN.

Jan Racheff – Silber, went to do her training through CL IV at FLAG early 80’s.  We were on staff together for several years in Alaska first half the 80’s.   Jan went on to become the E.D. of Mountain View Org. and moved on to marry Marc Silber.

Pat Parodi and Nancy Parodi, both OTVIII I believe and last I knew were still FSMing in the LA area.  I heard Nancy finished CLVI.  She was on staff in Alaska when I joined, Pat came up from LA in the early 80’s.  They moved on to LA mid 80’s.

Forrest Crane, OTIV, CLVIII  Forrest and I were on staff early 80’s, he audited my Grade I, then in ’83 thereabouts went to ASHO/AOLA to finish his training through CLVIII C/S.  He left contracted Mission staff and held his ground against joining other Orgs and years later made it, on his own dime no less, and came back to Anchorage in 1990 as a Permanent CLVIII to audit for the Mission – and did so beyond his 5 year contract.  After finishing his contract, he was excited about starting a field practice, but shortly came the Golden Age of Tech and his certs were no longer valid ??? and that he must retrain GAT, including all the new prerequisites – enforced by none other than Heir Miscavige… on down and across the entire field of Permanent Auditors.

Mario Robles and Holly Robles  They came up to the Mission early ‘80’s as tech and ethics terminals.  Mario audited my HRD.  I’ve lost track of these terminals. Last I knew, circa 2002, Holly was in Las Vegas working with OSA and they were separated.

Rey Robles (brother to Mario).   Ray was also at the Anchorage Mission for a while, maybe a year or two.  He is now auditing in the Freezone, apparently has been since 1990 according to internet news.  His stories are easily found on the internet but we haven’t been in comm since Anchorage.

Lynn McDaniels.  My 2D in the early 80’s.  Mostly I remember she wrote a lot of KR’s on me.  Last time I saw her she was OSA, late 90’s.

Bill Pinton, Clear, Grad V, came up from Seattle to replace the Robles’ as our auditor.  After his contract Bill and his new wife moved back to Seattle, circa 89/90.  Bill and I smoked a lot of ciggies together and talked cars and conspiracy theories.  I lost track of them too but I understand they had at least one child and Bill died of cancer sometime in the 90’s – I only found out years later.

Anyways, 1983’ish, the Mission was not without trouble by now.  Forrest had left to do his training, and not long after we held a BOI on the E.D. due to some flagrant out finance he had swindled from the field, lied about and had made some unauthorized transfers of Mission and Public monies to get his NOTS clean up.  Many were pissed.  I remember Jerry Racheff was hoodwinked out of thousands.  During the BOI Nancy Parodi questioned whether he was even a thetan !!  Times were tough in Alaska, lol !

In 84’ we were graced by Jeanne Bogvad, CO LAD.  She had come to Anchorage to promote the newly released FPRD.  Just what I needed I was sold, after all I had been stalled after GDII for a few months by then!  I flew to LA that summer.

This was the first time my eligibility for auditing came into any serious question.  Jeanne told the DofP to have me sign a waiver and audit him, he was an upstat staff member!  Her words.  And that was the end of any further discussion about it.

And for the first time went exterior as a thetan… life changing floating TA.

It was also around this time the ED had returned from FLAG for a “clean up of Mayo NOTS”, and just that suddenly I couldn’t stand to be around the guy.  Couldn’t stand it. So enturbulating I routed off staff on an LOA a short time later.

Nearing the end of this year off I negotiated a new lease for a sweet building on a highly trafficked intersection mid-town Anchorage to get us out of this “body shop” – the Mission had moved above an auto body shop south of town (long story) in the middle of nowhere.  This was prime location, large (to us) but it was empty, no partitions, no offices.

I caught some heavy flack for it, but I didn’t care nor agree, hell I was going to be regging the money anyway and without any other consideration about it, we had to move away from this body shop!

A week or two after I organized an evening event in the new space.  Almost all the field showed up, also excited you could tell.  We hadn’t moved yet and so they sat on the floor as I spoke, but they were into it.

Realize we’re not talking a 50,000sf behemoth Morgue, we were moving from about 1200sf above an auto body shop to about 4,500sf, consisting of two large empty rooms.  To us it was huge, to me, it was ideal  – pun intended.

Basically I just gave everyone a locational tour, and passed around some mocked up floor plans I had drawn up with pencil and told them we needed their help.  It didn’t have to be nothing fancy, but that we needed offices, partitions built, we need a course room and we needed auditing rooms…  Moments later, one of our field, a builder/developer, offered to supply all the materials and labor!  Just like that we had it going on!  Others donated furniture, more desks, tables, their time. I built bookshelves and mocked up the reception area.  True to his word Dave Pennington, Clear, L’s, had the materials delivered and his crews arrived and built the offices and we had an Ideal Mission in a matter of a few weeks.  I would love to hear how Dave is if anyone knows.  Last I knew he had left the Church early-90’s after finishing his L’s.

And BOOM perhaps for the first time, we did, far better than ever before (or since).  Before I finished my contract and finally left in the summer of ‘88 to FLAG to train, and straighten out my cycle at CCLA we went from 5-6 staff up to 26 staff and I continued regging for both Div6 and Div2 and ran the promo lines and the Div6 staff and events and recruited more staff and our Tech was delivering training and auditing and sending public on up the lines as we were supposed to, Seattle, to LA, FLAG, etc.  The Mission I left summer of 88’ was doing very well and held a lot of promise for Anchorage.

As to filling in the rest of the story, I went off to CCLA in Sep 87’, paid through NED.

The first day in the HGC at CCLA I was declared an illegal PC and told to train, and just that abrupt. That former life degradation I had long since risen above hitting me in the face all over again, smashing.

What could I do?  I couldn’t fight an LRH HCOPL even though I questioned in my own mind even back then who had re-written it.  LRH had been gone for a year and a half and I just couldn’t believe LRH would allow this to happen were he here.

My next course per the CS was Pro TR’s so I decided to do what I was told, I stayed and trained.  I finished all the theory and was ready to start the TR’s and then just as abruptly was informed that I couldn’t do TR’s, determined by the CS because I was mid a major auditing action………… WTF???  !!!  Just like that, in a matter of a few weeks, after 6 years as a dedicated executive staff member, STOPPED on BOTH sides of the Bridge.  Try thinking with that.

Back to Alaska.

I finished my contract in Anchorage, recruited a replacement, packed my car, stuffed some cash in the glove box and drove to FLAG, 6000 miles, solo, summer of 88’.

I was at FLAG less than 2 weeks when Jan Racheff heard I was there and found me and wanted us to drive cross country to Mountain View, CA and be an FSM for her new group- Mtv Mission.  She had just come off the Maiden Voyage OTVIII.  After only a few weeks I wasn’t warming up to the Florida heat anyway… so that’s what we did.

And that’s what I did for the next two years full time, mostly 7 days a weeks, during which my Petition for auditing was denied and again told to train… train on what?  No one seemed to have an answer save a loose conversation I finally had with Joy at Steven’s Creek.  She called bullshit not able to do my TR’s and let me finish my course, then Level 0, Ethics Specialist, another round of ITSE, Exec Status I, Personal Org Board Mini Crs (remember that one?), Reg cramming to end all, etc.  After 2 years full time so called “FSM”, 7 days a week most weeks, although not officially staff, as the Reg for MTV I was told by a Sea Org Mission early 90’ I couldn’t hold a post as I wasn’t legal for staff.  What? I had only 5x’d the Mountain View Mission GI from a previous $200k a year to $1M a year, along with some help from key FSM’s, including one on this blog I’ll let name himself.  That same year MTV became a CLV Org.

Anyway I really said fuck it this time, your loss, and I went back to Anchorage mid 1990 to try and make up for lost time… and to make some sense of it all.

A few weeks after arriving in Anchorage the Mountain View GI had dropped significantly and I was ordered back for a BoI !  lol   It was an easy handle though, my reply was simply, no, I wasn’t coming for a Board of Investigation, but rather would request a Comm Ev at AO to disclose all the facts.  I got a call the next day from Marc Silber, that the BoI had been withdrawn.

Forrest Crane, 1990, also just back to Alaska as a new CLVIII and so we got together to pull in the field and clean up cycles and get the Mission going again.  Again some great successes, and we pulled the Mission out of a financial hole with Ethics and Tech.  After several months I eventually began doing less, couldn’t hold a post and started to live my life instead, and I eventually abandoned the “unauthorized” help flow altogether.  During the rest of the 90’s I just did courses here and there as public.

The Anchorage Mission eventually shrank to 3 or 4 contracted staff, and now 1 today.

I personally felt for Forrest struggling as he did as a CLVIII, and we talked about it many times back then, no income, few or no PC’s, little or no pay after all those years training and promises, and then he couldn’t audit in the field because of GAT requirements.  Wild shit.

In roughly 2003 I was informed by the LA Day Tours Reg, Steve Drabin, that I should send up my petition again  as most were being approved now… so I did.  This time I received a letter from Senior CS Int (??) of an “approved program” that will get me back on the Bridge and that my TE was 50hrs.

What, excited, somewhat, but hopeful again?  Not really… but what the hey, one last attempt.

So I rode my Harley from Eagle River, AK to LA Day late summer of 2004, 3500 miles solo.  I had left a couple years of taxes with my accountant in Anchorage to get caught up while I was gone (already paid several thousand in, just not filed yet).  First I routed onto the PTS/SP course  (more Ethics… but of course…) then days later finally got onto my testing and DofP and was excited to finally get back in the chair, only to be told later I couldn’t do my program until my taxes were handled.  Are you kidding me??? I’m the one dealing with this, and I am dealing with it, not you!

Nope, no enchilada, no sause.

A couple days later I was pulled out of the course room by the LAOrg EO and told I couldn’t be on course either, and apparently according to the DSA, I couldn’t even be on the premises!!  LOL

Fuck all, back to Alaska.

April of 2006 I switched Orgs, this time to SFO, my old buddy from Alaska, Jerry Racheff.  My taxes handled now (imagine that) and I started my “Senior CS Int official program”.  50hrs SF Org… So then what?  20+ years off the cans I was given a CLIV intern half my age, himself just off a drug rehab program at Narconon – my luck, and my “program” turned out nothing more than what we all know now as designer Sec Checks.

– are you fricken kidding me ?

After 20 years of no auditing, no repair lists, no proper indications, no Bridge progress now I’m running sec checks on the most ridiculous squirrel questions imaginable – based around those few months of my life in 1973.  Grinding as all hell.  Then came the question; “Have you ever lied to the Senior CS Int?”  “Uh… … no.”  But apparently no 3 swing FN (little did I know at the time), so hours and hours and hours around that.  Finally, I came up with an answer, fact that I had not disclosed every single detail of my life during those few months 30+ years ago, minute by minute by moment, during hours and days I was forced to look 33 years earlier I didn’t do while writing up my petition.  Now, suddenly, I had lied to the Senior CS Int. … which of course gets written up… bad I figure, but… it gets even better.

Then finally came the KR’s and Ethics review, then conditions, then false data stripping on the 2D (of course)… but then, comes the heavy near daily (several times a week at my work) ongoing threat of a Type B declare because of an unhandled traffic incident 7 years earlier.  Are you kidding me?  Nope, Type B golden rod sitting on his desk…

I was ordered under threat of declare to immediately fly back to Washington State and turn myself in! The EO said he was protecting the Church, and that if it was him, he’d fly straight up there and turn himself in right now.  I asked, “What, you think the Seattle Sheriff is going to show up at the San Francisco Org over an unhandled traffic situation?”  I got no response but a blank stare.

It had finally become embarrassing enough, and so I told the EO not only no, but hell no, that I was entitled to legal representation, and that’s exactly what I did and shortly after which, a few weeks later an old attorney buddy had the case dismissed.  DONE.  Still, in the interim, I got calls nearly every day, threatening to issue a Type B Declare if I didn’t get this handled immediately.  Jerry Racheff made his EO hold off is the only reason it didn’t happen.  I had paid $12,000 for a program that turned just nutty as hell.

A few weeks after it was all handled as I had explained it would be from the beginning, the EO started calling me for new release book sales, events and Ideal Org raffle tickets, again, weekly.   Now I guess we’re supposed to be buddies.

I routed off vowing never to go back.  I could hardly think anyway by then and for the first time in 30 years I didn’t feel I had control over my future.

I did eventually go back onlines at Mountain View and finished a few Basics, although more than burned out by then.  After half dozen courses I looked around one day and realized this is NOT what I want to be doing.  I became finally fed up, looking all this over again and what it was going to take to get up the Bridge.  More and more prerequisites had developed over the years, and it had been a long while since I could no longer simply route onto Level I, much less get any auditing.

I walked away, July 2009.

I had come to the conclusion I really didn’t want to do these books, again in many cases, in the course room, ahead of all else, especially after half my answers were yellow tagged. I understood my answers, even to some of the dumb ass questions!

So I came to terms I wasn’t going to make it up the Bridge this lifetime and haven’t been back.  By mid- 2011, I finally had to tell my wife I wasn’t going back.  No interest, not what I signed up for, sorry not fun anymore…  I had withheld this from her because she is Clear, preps complete and had her OT Levels paid for at Saint Hill.  Surprisingly, she understood!

And then… for both of us, there was Debbie’s letter.  Forrest and I had been in comm for years about much of this, and he pointed us to Marty’s site… the rest as they say, is history.

In this short order of one year I now have the top Standard Tech auditors on the planet willing to audit me, and I can only continue to look forward to many new on source friends for the first time in 30 years.

An old friend once told me – if it weren’t for the Church we’d both be OTVIII by now!

And that brings me to the final point of my lone wolf story, and one that is rarely mentioned within or without Scientology.  The large untold numbers of simply discarded souls declared Illegal PC by the Church of Scientology, and the countless indignations so many are put through in their sincere attempt to find the truth and be helped, to help and finally “allowed” to go up the Bridge.

Perhaps however, it is as Karen #1 told me almost a year ago now, that I was actually lucky to have avoided most of it.

I leave references to yourselves, many have already been quoted herein, and I’m sure you’ve thought of a few of your own.

A year on I’m still coming to terms with this new responsibility.  No organization to shy away from is quite fascinating.  I’ve come to terms with one thing for sure, I have no doubt who my friends are, or may yet be, as well as who are not.

My friends are my family and friends whose love and support is unconditional, vise-versa and those who can know and apply the legacy of LRH, it’s correct application the spiritual technology left for us to discover the truth within for ourselves.

I discovered Scientology in 1979. I progressed steadily on the Bridge and today I am an OT5. I apply Scientology every day and in all areas of my life.

In the years 1986 to 1993 I lived 7 years in Norway and Denmark where I opened a branch of U-Man, a company for testing personnel which operated under a WISE license. My company gave services in Norway and Denmark. During those years I was on lines at AOSH EU and did my OT5. In 1991 I went to Flag where I did L11.

In 1993 I returned to Israel and a year later joined staff at the Tel Aviv Org where I served as the Public Relations Officer for two and a half years. At the same time I worked with children with study and behavior difficulties, applying LRH Study Tech. Today I work as an educator, continuing to apply successfully the Tech.

I came to Scientology in 1979 following a friend of mine whom I have not seen half a year. I observed in him amazing changes. His communication improved tremendously, he became effusive and full of affinity, bright, well-spoken. I wanted this too. He took me to the Scientology “Shalom” Center on Ha’Yarkon Street in Tel Aviv. A small place, packed full with people, busy and happy. People were smiling, coming and going.

“What is this?” I asked. They said, “Scientology.” “And what is that?” I continued. They answered, “It’s a philosophy to make the able more able.” I listened, I looked, I came and I won … The Communication Course was amazing. The tiny course room was packed full … if I did not come on time, I’d have to sit on the window sill. And the wins were accordingly huge.

Every piece of Tech, even the smallest, changed me into another being, more able – just like LRH promised. “What is true for you is what you have observed yourself.” This sentence alone rehabilitated my whole beingness. And since then, no person could ever enforce upon me his reality or his “truths”, if I did not observe them myself.

“Look, don’t listen” – Wow! This was an acknowledgement to my existence. From that moment on, no teacher, parent or leader, could tell me, using authority of age, experience or education, something that I have not seen or experienced myself and forced me to agree with him. That was a life-changing win!!! That was one sentence that I really understood.

And since then, there were quite a few things I did not agree with – even when reading Scientology materials. I never hesitated to go to the Course Supervisor or to the Ethics Officer at the Org or to any Tech Terminal, and express before him my disagreement. Knowing that his response will be: listening to me and showing me the proper materials, LRH references, asking me to look at more data. Usually I could see things from a new viewpoint and then agree (or not…) because I saw or realized. No one forced his views on me, no one showed me phrases out of context, no one threatened me and I was never afraid to talk … I am still not afraid! Back then, I did not have to calculate how much my thoughts will cost me in hours of “ethics investigation” before my next step on the Bridge.

When I studied ARC, I really understood the truth of life. I realized that I have arrived at the most sane and intelligent place on this planet. For what is intelligence if not an understanding of the reality of life? And what is communication, if not an understanding of the realities of others and of life? … And affinity was everywhere …..

When I learnt about the suppressive personality, what it really does, what are its intentions and what motivates it, I could easily spot Suppressive Persons. You certainly remember the datum, “They suppress their fellow men because all are Martians intending evil and destruction …,” right? How many such people did we spot? Oops … not 30 a month, right? Because there aren’t such quantities of SP’s being made or born.

Here I am today, more that 30 years later, observing that for many years the amount of affinity around me is declining, the number of people with an independent viewpoint is shrinking. Seeing that people are afraid to talk or to even listen – because somebody might find out and then, exhausting Ethics Investigations, menacing and expensive, lurking around the corner.

And the reality – I am demanded to accept a reality that is not mine. Suddenly, there are lists of Suppressive Persons, people I have known for many years. No matter how much I examine their actions, I cannot find one suppressive act and usually the opposite is true.

Is it not true, then, that the person who today establishes the criteria for declaring SP’s, is himself inflicted with  the idea that, “all are Martians intending evil and destruction …,”?

And so I set out to look for my old friends, intelligent and happy. Those who do not seek impressive buildings, plastered with expensive wallpaper. The environment around me was no longer my group. This is not what I came for, yet since my wins were really great and stable, they could not be shaken.

And so I started to look for my old friends. One by one I found them in other places. Here’s what I found out: I agree with everything written in Debbie Cook’s letter, in Luis Garcia’s letter, in the letters of Renata and Claudio Lugli, in the letter published by Dani Lemberger.

With great sadness I remove myself from the Church of Scientology. At the same time, I am happy to discover that there is a large group of my former friends, people who are free thinkers. Those who are not willing to be led by writings that were not written by LRH, that do not even resemble the spirit of his true writings.

I salute their courage in being pioneers. I join with joy the Independent Scientologists and am proud to see that again, we the Israelis are bold, innovative trailblazers. I am happy that I have an independent organization, DrorCenter, which is busy, in communication, full of affinity and caring.

Dror’s purpose is to set Man free and to build a truly “Ideal Org,” one that is not vain and ostentatious. (A suggestion – maybe we should all sit down and demo in clay the concept “Ideal”, this could be interesting …). At DrorCenter, the Advanced Levels are available for me and for all, standardly. Again I have a group!

I have to thank Tami and Dani Lemberger who were there ready with the only Advanced Org in the Middle East. They made it possible for me to return to the place that I was missing for almost twenty years.

This letter is sent with love and with hope that many more will realize that Scientology can no longer be identified with an organization headed by a man who is terrified. A man obsessed with the idea that he must suppress others and the whole organization he heads so as to preserve his own survival.

Martin Padfield

Martin Padfield was one of the first to declare independence from Scientology Inc way back in 2009.   Miscavige has yet to silence him despite plenty effort.   Martin was profiled today in the London Evening Standard.

Busted! Scientology Spies in South Texas

Please see this story in the Corpus Christi Caller Times, Scientology’s Rathbun questions why cameras are trained on his house in Ingleside on the Bay.

The Times told only a partial story, hamstrung by THREATS and FALSE denials that will come back to haunt David Miscavige, as per usual.

The Private Eye Monty Drake, who admits in the story to doing business out of the house with the cameras at issue, has been the church of Scientology’s go-to gumshoe in Texas since the late eighties.  He was retained then to go after former Inspector General RTC (Vicki Aznaran) after she and her husband sued RTC.   In the nineties he investigated every detail of the life of Lisa McPherson prior to David Miscavige causing her untimely death.

Monty was assigned to surveil my wife and me in 2009.  Because he did not know where we were 24/7/365,  Greg Arnold and Paul Marrick were flown to Ingleside on the Bay twice to case the town and propose to Miscavige a plan ‘ten times the magnitude of what was done for Broeker.’  The proposal included the purchase/leasing of three homes in my neighborhood.   Monty Drake was given the high-paying job of executing the plan.

Truth vs. Greed in Israel

Dani Lemberger and the Dror Life Improvement Center of Haifa Israel are the subject of a lengthy article in a major Isreali newspaper, Haifa Dror Center v. Corporate Excess.  (you need to register, free, to read the article)  I think the article very clearly demonstrates what is more valuable, truth (supplied in abundance by Dani of Dror) or money (all Scientology Inc. will share is a gaudy building and a Hollywood, phony event).  David Miscavige has spent upwards of $14 million on a building in Tel Aviv.  Not only does it not delivery anywhere near the quality of tech as the Dror Center, it cannot even match Dror’s quantity.

And on top of Dani and Tami and their dedicated staff blowing Miscavige and Scientology Inc. away on delivery (solely funded by donations made in exchange for services), when the media want to know about Scientology, they go to and publish Dani Lemberger while the Scientology Inc. org refuses to answer their simple questions.

Yet another country where Scientology Inc., despite throwing millions at the problem, is gone, non-existant, and irrelevant, while Independent Scientologists have picked up and carry on with Ron’s work admirably.

Steve Poore: A Re-Introduction to Scientology

Dear friends and fellow Scientologists,

Some of you may have noticed that I haven’t been too active or visible at OTC meetings, OT Ambassador activities   (I have been an OT Ambassador since 1995), Int Events, Ideal Org fund raising meetings, Ideal Org openings, etc. over the past many months.  I haven’t been back to Flag for about a year.

Some of you may have wondered what’s happened.  Well, the truth is, I have been wondering that myself.  I have pondered this and even concluded that my withdraw must be caused by my own overts and withholds.  I’ve originated this to Tech Terminals at Flag, D of P, Flag MAA, to my FSM and even to close friends (that I must have O/Ws causing withdraw).  I have been in session at Flag several times over the past year or two and in metered interviews with MAA.  I have also written up OWs.  Still, I found myself not really reaching or wanting to participate in these church activities including my own Bridge progress. (And yes, I did complete The Basics about 4 years ago and had good wins).

There just seemed to be these nagging considerations of outpoints that would not as-is, go away.  As of this date, my Ethics File at Flag is very empty with the exception of many dozens of Commendations as an OT Ambassador for 17 yrs., Power FSM and Front Lines Disseminator in the WISE Sector for the past 29 years.  I’m not saying here that I am some perfect little angel, but those of you who know me, know that I have been an unwavering, staunch supporter and defender of our church, Scientology and LRH for 35 years.

Why am I communicating to you?

“We of the Church believe … that all men have inalienable rights to think freely, to talk freely, to write freely their own opinions and to counter or utter or write upon the opinion of others…” The Creed of the Church of Scientology, 1954.

Hung-up at Doubt.  “But if he’s PTS, he’s stuck in a problem and is unable to come to a decision.  When a person is faced with suppression…The first manifestation of and the first consequence of a problem is indecision…FALSE DATA.

False data can also cause a hang-up on the Doubt Formula…stuck with this suppressive false data.” – HCO PL 18 DECEMBER 1982 ETHICS CONDITIONS: HANG-UP AT DOUBT

Did I have “false data” was I under “suppression”?

I’ve realized in recent weeks, that I have effectively been in sort of a state of indecision and silent protest for many months, even several years now.  And that I have had some major and basic considerations that I just couldn’t reconcile.

Precept # 7 TWTH: “Seek To Live With The Truth.  False data can cause one to make stupid mistakes.  It can block one from absorbing true data.”

I also know as a trained Data Series evaluator, that behind Out-points there is a Situation and below that a Why.

“Personal  integrity is knowing what you know – what you know is what you know – and to have the courage to know and to say what you have observed. And that is integrity.” -LRH

There is a tag line message in Church Promo that states: “think for yourself.” I personally think this is good advice.

LRH states this another way:  “Look, don’t listen.”  HCO PL 7 February 1965 KSW Series 1, Keeping Scientology Working

“A true group must have a management which deals in affinity, reality and communication, and any group is totally within its rights, when a full and reasonable examination discloses management in fault of perverting or cutting ARC, of slaughtering, exiling or suspending that management.   ARC is sacred.”  Essay on Management

Okay, so I’m speaking freely and speaking out.  If my observations and comments are just lies, and I’m only attempting to rabble rouse, then how can reading this harm you or anyone?

“There is an ironbound rule in handling things:  WHERE YOU FIND OUTPOINTS, YOU WILL THERE ALSO FIND A SITUATION.”  SITUATION FINDING, Data Series 30

Below are just a few of the outpoints and situations that I have been attempting to understand or to think with.  The outpoints and situations I’m listing here have become increasingly impossible to ignore.  This is of course my data and observations; you will need to think for yourself and decide for yourself based on your own observations and your own data.  “Look, don’t listen.”

New definition of Floating Needle at Flag.  About 2 years ago, I was given an interesting indoctrination by a Word Clearer in the OT VI course room at Flag. The Word Clearer insisted on me agreeing that the definition of “rhythmic” as in “…rhythmic sweep of the dial…” was that the needle had to swing three times before it could be called an FN.

Here is LRH’s definition:  “A floating needle is a rhythmic sweep of the dial at a slow, even pace of the needle.  That’s what an F/N is.  No other definition is correct.”  HCOB 21 July 1978 What Is A Floating Needle? (Tech Vol. II, p. 204) this definition of FN is also in the Tech Dictionary.

I also noticed over the past few years at Flag, in the AO HGCs, that at the after session examiner, the examiner would consistently sit there after I picked up the cans and stare at the meter, wait and wait.  This was very odd (outpoint) as in each case I obviously had FNed at the end of session and here I was having trouble FNing at the examiner.

After this happened a couple of times, I learned to sit there and review in my head or in some cases verbalize my wins and cogs in session, and even in some cases, when that didn’t work, begin thinking about just some win in life to get the meter to FN.  This experience was very odd (outpoint), as in all my 30 + yrs. of auditing, I’ve never experienced having trouble at the examiner.  I just sort of thought, oh well, I guess it’s just me.

Now, looking back on this over the past few months, I have also realized that maybe I wasn’t the only one experiencing this as I’ve noticed consistently long lines at the examiner.  I had the same experience at the Success Examiner, trouble FNing. The last time at Success I was red-tagged, sent to Qual and told by the Qual Sec after she watched the video, that I in fact did FN and then I proceeded to attest.  Recently, I was able to confirm with other Flag Public that they have had the same experience and observations.

LRH:  “One often wonders why people are so ‘reasonable’ about intolerable and illogical situations.  The answer is very simple: they cannot recognize outpoints when they see them and so try to make everything seem logical.  The ability to actually see an outpoint for what it is, in itself is an ability to attain some peace of mind. …The human reaction is to react to an outpoint. And then get ‘reasonable’ and adopt some explanation for it, usually untrue.

You can safely say that ‘being reasonable’ is a symptom of being unable to recognize outpoints for what they are and use them to discover actual situations.”  HCO P/L 30 September 1973 Issue II Data Series 30, Situation Finding (Management Series Vol. 1, p. 128)

“A lot of people are on a stuck flow of being sensible and sane — and that winds up in stupidity.   So they get reasonable.  Their confront of evil isn’t up to it — basically, their confront of outpoints.”  HCO P/L 18 March 1977RA Data Series 43RA, Evaluation and Programs (Management Series Vol. 1, p. 167)

“It is horrifying to behold how easily people buy dub-in.  This is because an illogical sequence is uncomfortable.  To relieve the discomfort they distort their own observation by not-ising the outpoint and concluding something else.”  HCO P/L 18 May 1970 Data Series 7, Familiarity (Management Series Vol. 1, p. 29)

Back to this new definition of FN. Was there a Hidden Data Line?

“The first goof relating to Releases is the one done for fifteen years — running past a free, floating needle on any type of process. THIS is the goof that held back all Scientology.  And if it continues to be done, known as well as it is now that you mustn’t, one can only consider it suppressive — not just ignorant — as who now doesn’t know you wreck a Release by running past the floating needle?”  HCOB 2 August 1965 Release Goofs (Tech Vol. VII, p. 631)

“But how would one, who has not studied policy or is not very far advanced in his tech training know when he was being given an off-policy or out-tech order?

1. If it seems kind of stupid it is probably off-policy or out-tech…

2. Require that one be shown in the exact issue or book what the policy or tech actually is.

3. Read it for yourself and don’t listen to any interpretation that seems far-fetched.”  HCO P/L 13 January 1979 Orders, Illegal and Cross (OEC Vol. 0, p. 145)

“Some students have believed there was a “hidden data line” of tech in Scientology, a line on which Scientology tech was given out by me but not made known to students.

… There is no such line. The whole of technology is released in HCO Bulletins and HCO Policy Letters and tapes I do and release.  I don’t tell people anything in some private way, not even Instructors. ‘…If it isn’t written, it isn’t true…’ Somebody says ‘Ron said to — ‘ and on a veteran staff you hear the rejoinder ‘Let’s see it…’ So we have learned the hard way —  ‘If it isn’t written, it wasn’t said’.   HCO P/L 16 April 1965, Issue I KSW Series 22, The “Hidden Data Line” (OEC Vol. 4, p. 347)

“A ‘hidden data line’ is a pretense that certain data exists outside of HCOBs, books, and tapes.”  HCOB 1 September 1971, Issue I C/S Series 57, A C/S as a Training Officer—A Program for Flubless Auditing (Subject Vol. 1, p. 214)

I discovered that “Since this redefinition of F/Ns was first incorporated into the Pro Metering and Solo courses, students have been referred to sources as far-fetched as the Art Series, the Marketing Series, a physics text, and The Encyclopedia of Music, in order to understand it.” www.friendsoflrh.org     Friends of LRH web-site.

The above (re-defining FN) is JUST ONE example of gross corruption of the Tech, Policy and KSW.

THE CHARGES ARE GIVING OUT DATA WHICH IS CONTRARY TO HCO BULLETINS OR POLICY LETTERS, OR OBSTRUCTING THEIR USE OF APPLICATION, CORRUPTING THEIR INTENT, ALTERING THEIR CONTENT IN ANY WAY, INTERPRETING THEM VERBALLY OR OTHERWISE FOR ANOTHER, OR PRETENDING TO QUOTE THEM WITHOUT SHOWING THE ACTUAL ISSUE.  ANY ONE OF THESE CATEGORIES CONSTITUTES VERBAL TECH AND IS ACTIONABLE PER THE ABOVE.”  HCOB 15 February 1979 KSW Series 24, Verbal Tech: Penalties (Tech Vol. XI, p.447)

“So we can assume that people who are a bit inclined to malign, knock apart and shoot the human race, and have that as their only goal, can get into Scientology and can remove things from the technical line, or pervert or alter things in the technical line, which then makes Scientology unworkable.”  “And the higher on a command line the power is drawn from, the wider area the alter-is covers.”  Class VIII TAPE 1 “An Introduction To Standard Tech” 24 September 1968

CHURCH  MANAGEMENT (RTC):

It has been very perplexing to me why so many high profile senior execs (most on post for decades and are now “blown” or declared), have resorted to talking to the media about alleged injustices and human rights violations occurring at the very highest level of our church.

I couldn’t think with this approach.  I considered this an obvious violation of Church policy …reflecting badly not only on The Church, but worst of all, dragging Scientology and LRH’s name through the mud.

This has been very upsetting to me and I’m sure to you too.  My consideration has always been, if there are disagreements of church policy and programs or injustices, then, the thing to do is handle it on the correct lines and within the group using Scientology Ethics and our Justice System.

As I began to check into this, I discovered that these terminals did in fact attempt with great persistence and personal sacrifice, to handle these outpoints on the correct lines.  And in many cases their efforts extended over many years and even decades.

Church management’s response has been to discredit them by asserting they suddenly “went bad” and so have declared them as SPs.  The church has even gone further by proceeding to call them apostates, heretics and squirrels and have orchestrated Black PR campaigns to affect their destruction.

Apparently, each had concluded that there was no justice available and no change/correction forthcoming under current church management.  But instead of keeping quiet as ordered, they eventually resorted to going public in the media and courts rather than just letting it go, or going away—silenced.

This situation of course has made it increasingly difficult for me as a front lines disseminator in the WISE Sector over the past 29 years to do my job and contribute to our mission of a cleared planet – it makes it hard, really, near impossible for all of us to forward our purpose.  Currently the public’s perception of the Church of Scientology is the worst it’s been in our history! This is from my personal experiences of having done thousands of Handle Steps on Raw Public over these many years, and still do in PT as a front-lines disseminator and Power FSM.

It has become a glaring outpoint of the obvious disappearance over the last several years at international events of our senior church leadership/executives.  For example the many senior and veteran Int Execs and WDC members, and CMO Execs including our President, Heber Jentzsch, Ken Hoden, Norman Starkey, Janet Light, Guillaume Lesevre, Ray Mitoff, Mark Yeager, Greg Wilhere, Karen Hollander, Diana Horwich – Hubbard, and even David Miscavige’s brother and father Ronnie Miscavige Jr. and Ron Miscavige Sr. and so many more. Oh yes, Guillaume Lesevre did speak at an event some months back but not as ED INT, and is now absent from the scene once again.

Ever increasingly, veteran SO staff who have served faithfully for decades seem to disappear for years and then curiously re-appear; out, off staff and in many cases declared and now resorting to telling their horrific stories of physical abuse and injustice to the media.

Interestingly (outpoint), the attacks through the media (even the ones we hear about in Europe) in recent years and months are not coming from the real SPs on this planet, the international bankers and their government agencies, the CIA, Interpol, etc and their lapdog controlled media they use to forward their Black PR.  NO, the attacks are coming from the Media, but with who’s data?  Mostly from ex-church staff, especially SO members and high profile public Scientologists who have had to resort to the media and to the courts for the purpose of seeking justice and correction, but mainly to expose the crimes of top leadership in our church, namely David Miscavige.

Why do all the attacks in the media seem to be coming from within; ex-members and ex-SO staff members?  What/who is creating this horrific out-PR situation and poisoning the church’s image?  Why is the public perception of Scientology at an all-time low, even though we are supposedly doing more public outreach programs than ever before?  Why is the media and the entertainment industry incessantly and increasingly making a mockery of and holding up to public ridicule Scientology celebrities, our Church, Scientology and LRH?

Scientology is now a household word, not because of its good works publicized but is sadly now because of the human rights violations and atrocities being committed and condoned at the very top level of church management.

There comes a time when allegations of Senior Sea Org Management Terminals who were speaking out could no longer be ignored.  SO terminals who I respected and admired over the past 35 years, including Mike Rinder, CO OSA, Debbie Cook, CO FSO, Mark “Marty” Rathburn, Inspector General RTC, Vicki Aznaran, ex Pres. & COB, RTC, Marketing Execs: Steven Hall, Jeff Hawkins, veteran FSO registrar, Hy Levy, LRH Trained Class XII, Karen de La Carriere Jentzsch and many more including former FSO CL XIIs and CL VII Auditors & CS’s have come forth and told their experiences of outrageous suppressive behavior from Int Execs including mostly David Miscavige.

There are many more senior execs at the highest level of our church who have “blown” and have been effectively silenced.  There are many high profile celebrities including Paul Haggis, film producer/director, Lisa Marie Presley, Larry Anderson (orientation film) Michael Fairman, Dianetics TV Spokesperson, Jason Beghe, actor and many more who are “out” – some silent but many others blowing the whistle.

ARE ALL OF THESE PEOPLE REALLY SPs??

A few relevant excerpts from this policy:

a) – “Back of wrong data you will normally find an impure intent.”

b) – “Now any time you find thirty people on staff being removed because they were suppressive, you know they had the wrong Why, because the percentages are wrong. … I can assure you they’ve left the suppressive on the staff and I can also assure you the guy that did it was suppressive.”

c) – “CLOUDING UP A SITUATION – Occasionally you’ll find a scene wherein a person’s or area’s PR is greater to him than production – PR, personal PR, means more than production.  And that is a characteristic of a suppressive.  He’ll fog the situation up with big PR about how good it is so it can’t be handled.” -LRH

You might ask yourself; Who is causing all this Internal Strife, creating all these enemies, all this hate that the media loves to report on?  I know I have asked myself these questions.  If any of this concerns you (and it should) go to my attachment and read 31 Factors for Scientologists to Consider.

“There are people who suppress. They are few. They often rise up to being in charge and then all things decay. Every OUTPOINT or SITUATION that you or I can observe can be explained, clarified or be backed up by an LRH Reference or LRH References and this can be successfully done without taking said references out of context to apply to these Outpoints or Situations.

PLANETARY DISEMMINATION ORG:

I have been wondering about the big broad Div 6 Dissemination Campaigns that we have all been hearing about at Int Events by COB for years.  These would flood the Orgs and Missions with brand new public.

Over a year ago, I was briefed (regged) by Planetary Dissemination Senior Fundraiser, Rudy Kempner.  He told me that we were very close to securing a huge $1 Billion PR & Marketing Campaign, that as a complete package it was only going to cost the Church $100 Million.  He just needed me to donate $5K.  This all sounded great to me!  Wow!  This would be a dream come true and I shared my excitement by briefing many of you about this.

Of course this has never happened.  Sure, I’ve seen a few of the PR ads, and PSAs, (mostly at Int Events).  The problem is, even if there was big volumes of these in the media, they don’t align with what LRH says about marketing “Books make Booms…” (DMSMH), and he was not talking about all the Basic Books in raw publics hands, or in libraries.  We hear about the millions of website hits, and all the “public reaches”, but why are the Orgs and Missions not flooded with New Raw Public?  Don’t believe me, go to your local orgs and missions and look, and not just at existing Div 2 public on Basics.  Where are the floods of New Public?  Who’s stopping the Big Broad Raw Public Dissemination Campaigns that we so desperately need to boom all the New Ideal Orgs?

And besides all this, LRH clearly states, “Word of mouth is a superior form of advertising to newspapers, radio and TV ads. People tend to believe their friends.”  HCO/PL PR SERIES 41

Is this (good and positive word of mouth) really possible in this current environment?

I have heard some say: “The public is out-ethics” or “PTS”, “The society has degraded and that’s why we don’t see floods of raw public…” as an explanation for why there are so few new public on lines.

I lay full responsibility for this gross corruption of out-tech and illegal policy development and implementation directly at the door step of RTC but moreover and specifically with COB David Miscavige.

Of course, predictably, for speaking out like this, there will now be a full blown concerted effort by the church (OSA) to orchestrate a smear campaign against me and trump up all manner of false charges of “suppression” on my behalf and proceed to Declare, and Expel Me – all in an effort to silence me and disconnect me.

That’s okay. I will not be stopped from doing my Bridge or from supporting and defending LRH and his legacy – and will not be stopped from forwarding my purpose of helping people with Scientology.  And one day, my sincere hope is – that sooner rather than later, we will all get our Church of Scientology back and then we can restore LRH’s legacy, and his aims and goals together.

Dear friends, please ask yourself this question:  Is it really possible to go full OT and reach true spiritual freedom in this environment, when day by day the Tech and Policy that LRH worked so hard for, and devoted his life’s work to, is being chipped away, little by little, altered, perverted and even reversed (see Black Dianetics) in very subtle ways and on a very subtle gradient?  This trend is not reverting but only accelerating over the years.  Let’s end this madness!

After much consideration, deliberation and evaluation over the past few weeks and realizing that I can no longer support Church Management or those who support it, I have decided to withdraw my support for current Church Management and am hereby announcing my resignation and disconnection from The current Church of Scientology led by David Miscavige and all those who support him.

My Goal Finder is LRH.

Today I join the world wide group called, ‘Independent Scientologists’ where honest, on source, LRH technology is being delivered by some of the highest trained, On Source Auditors and CS’s (CLVIIs, CL XIIs)  per KSW.  And where exposing the out tech and criminal activities of the current Church of Scientology Management is the order of the day.

AM I PTS?  NOT ANY LONGER!

The Mystique of Casablanca

Why do you suppose David Miscavige has Private Eyes crawling around Casablanca like cockroaches of late?   Here is one particularly obvious one a couple days ago:

Could it be the presence of Paul Marrick, Greg Arnold, Tony Ortega, and three unidentified film makers as seen here?

Or might it be today’s visitor roster, including Lucy James, Steve Hall, Mark Shreffler, and Haydn James?

Scientology Inc. Deforestation Efforts

David Miscavige’s deforestation efforts have become infamous to those encountering his life-draining organizations. Forrest Crane has provided me with photographs that graphically demonstrate the senseless destruction of our biosphere Scientology Inc persists in carrying out.

The gentleman in the photos in this post, Brad Mothershead, is a Purification Rundown completion and is mid Objectives.   In the year since he made contact with the Anchorage Mission of Scientology, he has received the stacks of promotion he is posing with in the mail from Scientology Inc.   He has been bombarded by unwanted, slick advertisting nearly daily.

Unfortunately, Brad is but one of hundreds of thousands who receive this onslaught day in and day out.

Save a tree, boycott Scientology Inc.

PS: Don’t worry about Brad.  He is scheduled to complete his Objectives and move up the bridge with Forrest, instead of remaining buried in paper with the deforestation specialists.

Fairmans Disarm Scientology Disconnection

Michael, Sky, and Joy Graysen Fairman have delivered a big, effective legal blow to Miscavige and Scientology Inc on the subject of DISCONNECTION.

Shortly after Michael and Joy declared independence from the church, two Scientologist doctors informed them that they and their daughter Sky were no longer welcome as patients at their medical practices.

Michael and Joy diligently attempted to obtain a rational, lawful explanation for the sudden terminations.  None was forthcoming from either Dr. Benest or Dr. Thorburn.

Michael and Joy decided to take a strong stand to vindicate their civil rights and assure others were not similarly abused in the future.  They retained a seasoned litigator, Bruce C Gridley of Kane, Ballmer & Berkman in Los Angeles.

They sued Charlene Thorburn, Doctor of Chiropractic, her Thorburn Chiropractic and Wellness Center and Dr. Lisa Benest and her professional corporation in Los Angeles Superior Court for:

  1. DISCRIMINATION IN VIOLATION OF CIVIL CODE SECS. 51, 51.5 AND 52
  2. BREACH OF IMPLIED CONTRACT
  3. BREACH OF THE COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING
  4. NEGLIGENCE
  5. NEGLIGENT INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS
  6. INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS
  7. TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH PROSPECTIVE ADVANTAGE
  8. AND INVASION OF THE RIGHT OF PRIVACY

The suits were not based on any animosity the Fairman’s held against either doctor, who were considered friends, but on the fact that they appeared to be guided by the church’s policy of ‘disconnection’, which the Fairmans’ find abhorrent.

On March 14th 2012 the Los Angeles Superior Court entered judgment in favor of Michael and Joy and their daughter Sky against Thorburn.

More recently Dr. Benest settled the Fairmans’ case against her with a stipulated judgment and dismissal.

The Thorburn case – complaint, pleadings, and final judgment – can be obtained from the LA Superior Court under case number BC474478 (2011).   Those pleadings and final judgment could be used as precedent by your own counsel should you suffer any of the harms alleged in the Fairmans’ case by the application of DISCONNECTION by members of Scientology Inc.

Michael, Joy and Sky did everyone a great service.

I, for one, am eternally grateful to them for standing up for their rights and the rights of all of us.

Thanks to Michael, Joy and Sky for making things change.
