For background, I recommend you pull up my video’d St Pete Time’s interview posted almost a year ago at: http://www.tampabay.com/components/video/?bcpid=26806137001&bclid=26821275001&bctid=26948342001
This is the interview segment titled “Command and Control”. Please watch and listen to a one minute section, 05:39 to the end of that segment at 06:39. I discussed how David Miscavige had a personal tanning table in his apartment in Clearwater especially for events. He made a practice of making other Int speakers work around the clock for days, with very little if any sleep, and no contact with the out of doors sometimes for months leading to events. Miscavige, by contrast, would get his beauty rest, and apparently to make himself look like the picture of health compared to the other speakers he would take a number of carefully scheduled sun baths under his special sunning table.
Miscavige recently ordered the renovation of the three Villas that used to serve as RTC offices, his offices, and berthing for a number of RTC and Int execs. The top Villa is now exclusively his personal living quarters. The middle Villa houses his personal staff. The third Villa is a specially appointed space for his guests, mainly celebrities and N.Y. and D.C. attorneys. The Villas were re-constructed to the highest luxury standards and they are blocked off from the road by an imposing eight foot wall. The cost of Miscavige’s personal space on the Int base alone far exceeds any individual space LRH ever resided and worked in, yes, after adjustment for inflation. And Miscavige has similar haunts in Los Angeles, Clearwater, St Hill, and the Freewinds; not to mention at several of CST’s remote vault locations.
Back to a relatively narrow point. Miscavige – despite living in a desertous environment where temperatures regularly top 100 degrees – ordered his Villa outfitted with the latest, most outlandish sun chamber station. Well, here it is:
And to ensure he always looks fit and can flaunt his biceps in his tailor made muscle shirts in order to intimdate Int and Gold staff Miscavige had a state of the art gym constructed for his own self. The one he constructed for himself and Cruise in the nineties was perfectly servicable. But, as is Miscavige’s wont, he wanted all the latest, high-tech equipment in a specially constructed room adjoining his quarters. He so reactively must keep up with Tom Cruise that he continually, blantantly puts the church’s hard-won tax exemption at risk by building temples everywhere he walks so that his precious feet may never touch the same ground walked on by what he considers mere riff raff. The evidence follows. Note the punching bag.
Understand, I like the sun too; great source of vitamin D and energy. But, there is plenty of free sunshine on this planet to provide that. I also like to work out. It costs me 20 bucks a month at the community center. Well, you gotta mix with regular folk, but if you like people it’s a pleasure. At 20 bucks a month I calculate that it will take church public 50,000 months to pay off DM’s gym bill. That is more than four thousands years; or about how long it took the Western civilization to evolve from hunting and gathering to where we are now.
As Miscavige might put it (as scripted by Dan Sherman), “Now that’s building a new civilization!”
Of course, like all else, DM will blame it on LRH. Let me guess. He’ll say it is per LRH ED 339R, THINK IN FUTURES.
I believe that you guys accusing me of playing low ground with DM missed the point entirely. I am calling him out on calling the kettle black. DM walks around in muscle shirts all the freaking time. Ask Jeff Hawkins and Steve Hall. He even has his black uniform shirt tailored to show off his biceps, goes down to Int, settles into his chair with all Int around a big conference table, puts his hands dramatically behind his head and flexes his biceps which his sleaves are tailored to squeeze to make look bigger. Then he routinely tears into hours long rants accusing International Executives of the most graphic homosexual activity. If they do not acknowledge his originations – such as a regular one like “why are you stuttering, what’s the matter, you got Guillaume’s jizz in your throat?” – with the affirmative, “yes, Sir”, you’ve got a 75/25 percent chance of being beaten to a pulp. Ask Mike Rinder, Jeff, Steve, Tom Devocht, Amy Scobee – or anyone who was there – whether I am making this stuff up.
Now on the other side of the coin; I want to tell you about Cooper’s “hissy fit” that DM’s freedom accuses him of. DM and his phalanxes of 800-1000 dollar an hour lawyers pummeled Anderson and his producer Ismael Estrada and their Executive Produce David Doss with several months of outright and despicable harassment. When Cooper opted not to be DM’s bitch, they went to Atlanta to CNN HQ. They brought the Hole with them. A dozen screaming mimi’s with 250 pages of perjured outright lying affidavits. They went to the Mother corporation Time Warner and played the “remember the 90’s suit when we cost you 7 million dollars and got your insurance coverage cancelled suit? Well, we’ll bankrupt your ass this time” card, while also playing the “look at the all the advertising bucks we bring to AOL, etc” (Time/Warner/AOL, etc. Anybody?).
Now DM had the entire process shut down. And Anderson Cooper, god bless his soul, rather than throwing a “hissy fit”, simply and in his inimitable, T.R.s-in style said “no!” And Estrada and Doss backed him up. Jobs were threatened. And they stood strong. Why? They had no dog in the fight. They had a nine month investigation that demonstrated lives were at risk. And they were damn right. And they were forced to compromise on the final product. But they would not be silenced.
And that is the “hissy fit” from the “male model.” The same guy Dennis Clark, and other DM-bots, are being a lot more explicit about in email campaigns and in covert black propaganda ops being run by OSA.
Anderson Cooper is more of a man than David Miscavige could ever hope to be if he ever g0t up to the point of even hoping to be. The same goes for Tom Cruise, whom DM routinely uses (including his most powerful talent Agency CAA) to put political and financial pressure on those who might muss a hair on Dave’s carefully coifed head.
Am I calling DM a “hissy fit” throwing creep who acts and lives like a diva male model?
You are goddamn right I am.
And if that results in ARC breaking a lot of folk and losing a lot of readership, so be it.
Ask Paul Haggis if I give a damn about somebody’s sexual preferences.
I do give a damn about a man on the verge of getting away with hundreds upon hundreds of aggravated felony assault and batteries, in the name of L Ron Hubbard no less.
And I will see that justice is done.
And tonight’s post was part of a larger, long term program that I believe will achieve it. I apologize for not providing more context earlier.
Thank you for letting me vent.
I’m out.
Some of you may have seen the docudrama David Miscavige produced attacking Anderson Cooper, AC 360, CNN and a number of CNN producers and executives. Miscavige has been working on that gem nearly full time for the past seven weeks. Electronic remote-control helicopters and large cranes were hired to take those idyllic shots of what he calls a “workers paradise.” The org formed by LRH to advance technical standards and promote Scientology, Golden Era Productions, has been on the project full time since the series aired too.
I have only one thing to say in response to this obscene waste of parishioner donations and hard-working staff time. You will notice that the master implanter chose one anchor to keep coming back to throughout the piece. That was shots of Anderson Cooper in a black t-shirt, along with snide 1.1 voice overs commenting upon Cooper’s attire.
Those images all lead to the carefully orchastrated crescendo where the conclusion was posited that more than subtlely challenged Mr. Cooper’s manhood. To wit, the narrator gravely states that Mr Cooper had served to “blur the line between anchorman and male model.” That loaded evaluation all based on an occasion where Mr Cooper chose to wear a black t-shirt during news coverage.
Now, let us take a look at who is calling the kettle black.
Please examine the the photo below of David Miscavige literally embraced by Tom Cruise, both wearing their omnipresent black designer silk muscle shirts. It just so happens that Tom has that photo positioned in such a manner that he gets to look at it just about every day. You can enlarge it and look real close.
Now, if wearing a designer black t-shirt means all Miscavige implies it does about Mr. Cooper, what does it say about Miscavige himself?
Here is some video footage demonstrating how the contributions of Church of Scientology members are being spent by their dear leader David Miscavige and the fellow he shares a very unhealthy and unnatural relationship with, Tom Cruise. I gave Tom the benefit of the doubt up to this day, even though I am in possession of information that suggests to colleagues of mine that I am overly “reasonable” for being so magnaminous. My last post was intended to give Tom one last chance to demonstrate he is not continuing to actively support the suppression of Scientology and Scientologists with Dave. Having seen no sign of that, I am preparing to put ethics in over the coming weeks. It will be chronicled on this blog. It is being done in consideration of the greatest good for the greatest number of dymanics, including ultimately the benefit of Tom (though it may be lifetimes before he recognizes that).
Guide to video: The first clip is across the street from a Mexican restaurant in Corpus Christi, 2nd and 3rd clips are from the Corpus Christi Airport, and final clip is at my home in Ingleside, Texas. It is in sequence and records the events of Tuesday this past week.
Boys, you don’t scare me and cannot. I am not afraid to die. I, apparently unlike yourselves, have complete certainty of my spiritual nature and believe it or not of your spiritual nature too.
I audited a number of intensives of confessionals on Tom Cruise from July through November 2001. By order of Miscavige many of those sessions were secretly recorded by a well-concealed video camera and voice recorder system built into the VIP auditing room at Celebrity Center International. I was r-factored that it was for the purpose of having the CS check up on the quality of my delivery. All I knew at that time was that I forwarded the videos to my CS at Int (RTC). I was also required by Miscavige to write reports on the content of every session I delivered during that period and send them directly to Miscavige. I was told by him that he needed to know because recovering Tom to Scientology was the most important mission possible. I never received a single suggestion from Miscavige during the recovery process. He quite apparently wanted to keep his distance until the messy divorce was over and there was no chance of Scientology becoming an issue.
The only C/S comments I received during that period, besides “VWD”, and during the subsequent 2 1/2 months of full time auditing I delivered in 2002, were out-tech suggestions to re-check things that were confirmed as FLAT by me. They were forwarded from COB Asst Shelly (who had virtually no tech training); all of which I refused to carry out in order to protect the pre-OT. Finally, I unilaterally decided to stop recording sessions in Feb 2002 – despite flak from Shelly for ceasing – on the basis that it was simply unethical to record him for no apparent purpose (the video was certainly of no importance for auditor correction purposes) and without his knowledge.
Well, my suspicions about DM’s real purposes for recording Tom’s confessions have been confirmed as warranted. I have recently learned from a very reliable witness that DM regularly held court with others in his personal lounge in the roadside Villas at the Int base, and while sipping scotch whiskey at the end of the night, Miscavige would read Tom’s overts and withholds from my reports to others, joking and laughing about the content of Tom’s confessions. My witness is unimpeachable in my eyes as his account contains too many accurate details from someone who had zero reason (or ability) for being anywhere near Tom’s folders, videos and reports direct to DM. I also know he was a regular, preferred guest at DM’s scotch night caps during that period.
Wake up, Tom. It is not too late. Though, time is getting very, very short.

For those of us who assumed Cruise was wisely distancing himself from Miscavige, I’ve got news. DM is still deploying Tom’s lawyer Bert Fields as an attack dog. After his failed attempts to shut me up Fields is now trying to shudder Amy Scobee into silence. I have included a link to a letter recently sent from the august Mr. Fields directly to Amy. TC 4.6.10 L-Amy Scobee
Now, I have some unsolicited advice for Fields (and by extension his nominal client Tom and his de facto client Dave):
Re drugs. Amy simply recounted a conversation wherein DM’s wife and Assistant Shelly Miscavige told Amy that Tom was “so gung-ho” that he wanted to join the Sea Org but he didn’t qualify because of his previous drug history. Bert, you “doubt” Shelly ever said that? Then why not talk to the wife of your client’s best friend and find out? She is at the CST Mile High property near Lake Arrowhead California. She has been under constant surveillance by my former wife whom DM has turned in to a prison guard. But, I am sure Tom’s pal DM can get you brief visitation.
Re Break up with Nicole. Amy doesn’t cover it in her book because she did not have any first hand information about the circumstances of their break up.
Re Tom’s money being lost by Scientologists. Amy covers her first-hand experience with Alan Hollander. He was sent to Amy to get him to join the Sea Org (even though he had huge pressing debts). DM had Alan immediately put in the bilges on the ship for punishment – for what reason, Amy did not know at that time. When Alan served his sentence and resurfaced, he told Amy he had been assigned to hard labor because he messed up on some investment for TC. She then was ordered to post him in CC Int. She complied, but he had to leave the Sea Org shortly thereafter because his debts were so bad and were not getting handled. Bert, first check your facts with Hollander and your client. Then what you need to do is apply some “varying of the question” and ask DM about the Feshbachs. DM got Tom to invest a bundle with them as he had also done personally. The F brothers were making DM so much money personally from their short selling DM wanted to impress Tom with the caliber of his brand of OTs. The Feschbachs lost Tom’s and DM’s (new) investment money. In order to stay in with the in-crowd (perhaps so that their progeny might one day pimp for DM) they put their own money up to cover both Tom’s and DM’s losses. It seems the more DM tries to muscle people, the more he refreshes my memory.
Re church paid staff working for Cruise. Amy did a project to hire Scientologists for TC’s household. Amy went to Tom’s house and Jenny Gaynor (LRH Household Unit staff member) was there working for TC at the direction of Miscavige. Gaynor told Amy that Amy was replacing her on all the functions she was performing for Tom… (executive housekeeper, maid, cook). Again Bert, why don’t you ask Jenny whether that is true, or DM, or Shelly, or perhaps even your nominal client?
It would appear to me that all you have accomplished for your client over the past year is to write letters that position Tom as being as paranoid and aggressive as the cult leader he apparently follows.
Bert, I have some more fundamental advice for you. You damage your client’s reputation more each day by aggressively pursuing DM’s agenda to bury TRUTH than by any TRUTH that Amy, or anyone else for that matter, might impart.
As Mr Hubbard put it: truth, though often fought, always in the end prevails.
PS: Don’t bother bitching to Amy about this post. She simply forwarded the letter for informal advice, since I had dealt with you qua DM’s lawyer in the past. I decided to post this on my own initiative, because I find your cover up tactics (particularly after being put on notice so thoroughly by me) are deplorable.
Take a look at the chain emails C of Mers are sending around, and the uninformed, crass letters they are soliciting to bombard CNN with. Now, recognize this. Anderson Cooper’s investigation has been ongoing since July 2009. The C of M has put him under unrelenting harrassment since. They have sent reams of paper and letters from high priced lawyers coast to coast. They are chock full of outright lies. They are also chock full of threats. They have used their celebrities to pull strings with CNN and parent company Time Warner executives. They have run a campaign to discredit Anderson and his producer. Both have worked far more than any two professionals should have to to report on serial felonies committed by a man who has collected 3/4 of a billion dollars by falsely portraying himself as victim of outside oppression. A man who spends those billions to have slick videos produced using children and unwitting celebrities to promote the church as a defender of Human Rights, while Miscavige himself violates Human Rights on a daily basis. A man who has spent millions attempting to buy off Anderson’s bosses with advertisement placement while hammering them with unending threats predicated on lies. A man who stooped so low as to have Tommy literally stalk Cooper in an attempt to intimidate him into silence. OSA even began investigating and leaking lies and innuendo about Anderson to stop his investigation from airing. I can tell you from personal experience that Anderson did a real journalist’s job. He didn’t just listen to me. He pressed me hard with every allegation the church made about me. He made me produce witness after witness to corroborate every fact. And now, Miscavige is having his Kool Aid drinkers telling Anderson’s bosses he is a bigot and tabloider? If you have detected a hint of militantism creeping into my writing voice recently, it is this type of travesty that is causing it. I don’t apologize for it. If any of you feel you need to balance the organized lobbying that is going on by speaking up yourselves, I strongly suggest that you make your missives far more professional and informed than the garbage that C of M is attempting to make stick on CNN’s walls.
THE C of M campaign:
Dear Friends and Family,
Anderson Cooper is doing an bullshit “expose” on our church. I have
written the mucky-mucks at CNN a letter (see below). We must act on
this. I urge you to write your own letter about this disgusting

Dear Mr. Cooper,
I would have thought that you of all people would stay far away
from tabloid journalism. I found out today that you intend to run a
piece on my church that is by definition “tabloid fodder” and was
shocked by it, to be honest. I have always respected your honest
and forthright approach to journalism, and would never expect such
titillating type gossip to come from you.
Salacious reporting has no place in a newsroom. This piece that you
are doing isn’t news, it’s gossip that has been forwarded by ex-
members who are a bunch of cry babies and losers. Their ethical
standards did not live up the credo of our church as set forth by
its founder, L. Ron Hubbard. I am a parishioner of the Church of
Scientology, and was raised to be a Scientologist, as both my
parents are Scientologists. I have known life both inside as a
church member, and outside as a non church member. There was a
period of time as a young adult that I chose to take my own path
and see what other religions had to offer me. I was never
persecuted, or harassed, or followed or kept. I was wished well by
many very gracious and lovely people. My parents, both upstanding,
long-time Scientologists, did nothing but SUPPORT my decision, and
even encourage me to see what else was out there.
I had, of course, done many of the Scientology religious services
so I had a good picture of what Scientology had to give me. I
studied many religions, and even gave Agnosticism a try. But
ultimately, I came back to Scientology. In all my searching, I had
never and still haven’t found a group more open to accepting me for
ME, or more supportive of my thirst for knowledge. I found that
Scientology consists of a really good group of members who want to
help. And that is the group of people that I wanted to be a part of.
You go ahead and feed the masses your slops, they, I’m sure will
gorge on it. But know that you are not presenting the true picture
of Scientology. You can’t possibly know the life that a died-in-the-
wool Scientologist lives until you see one of us in action. Don’t
compare the honesty and integrity of true Scientologists to
lowlifes who are bitter and unhappy because they were booted out of
the group.
Thank you,
Jenny Good
