Ziba Feulner – Independent OT VIII

I am a Scientologist, and I know that LRH’s technology works 100%
if applied correctly. I started my journey in Scientology in
1988 in Germany, and over the years I have learned a great deal: I
am a trained auditor – Class 5 Graduate, FPRD, HRD. As a trained
Auditor I have delivered several thousands of hours of auditing to
others. I am also a trained supervisor. Additionally, I have done
many courses to learn about Scientology Ethics and Administrative
Technology. Furthermore, I have gone up the bridge to OT8 (I have
attested to OT8 in 2007).

In recent times I have come to understand that many parts of
Scientology technology is no longer being applied in a standard
manner. I have also observed that worldwide Scientology statistics
are downtrending with Scientology organizations not expanding.
Furthermore, I have observed that prices for auditing and training
in Scientology are exorbitantly high so that only a small
percentage of people are able to go up the bridge and experience
the wins LRH had intended for them. Being that I am trained in
LRH’s PTS/SP technology, I know that these circumstances are not
mere chance but purposely made to be so by a suppressive person; I
firmly believe that this suppressive person is the self-appointed
dictator of the Church of Scientology: David Miscavige.
In the last three years I have conducted extensive research.

Although you may have been driven to silence, by means of
suppressive intimidation by the Cof$, I highly recommend that you
conduct your own personal research to come to the truth, without
leaving SCIENTOLOGY. Below you will find some websites that you can
visit to learn more. My research made clear to me that David
Miscavige is a Suppressive Person. By methods of intimidation,
false propaganda, and general suppression Miscavige uses his
position to eliminate the application of standard LRH technology
and stops Scientologists from going up the Bridge to total Freedom.
Following are some factors to think about:

Over the years I have visited many organizations and as per my
observations these orgs were struggling and not expanding at all,
although the many Miscavige propaganda events falsely try to
convince you otherwise. Scientology organizations are not expanding
because people are purposely held back to go up the bridge:
Scientologists are harassed into donating for all kinds of things
BUT the bridge: the IAS, Super Power projects, Planetary
Dissemination, or for ever-changing LRH books (They are now being
“corrected” for the fifth time to FORCE public to buy them again).
Miscavige’s newest invention to extract money from Scientologists:
“Ideal Orgs”. As a trained EstO, I understand that LRH advises
against “Having to have before one can do”; however, Miscavige
convinced Scientologists that we need posh palace-like org
buildings in order to be able to expand Scientology organizations.
Miscavige’s largest money making machine – the IAS – has gathered
hundreds of millions of dollars from Scientologists over the past
decades; so, if posh buildings are the answer to org expansion why
are those millions of dollars not being used to purchase these
buildings? Why are Scientologists being forced into further large
donations for “their ideal orgs”? However, what are those millions

Another example of stopping Scientologists going up the Bridge and
to deprive them of even more money is the inventions of Bridge
steps that have to be “re-done because we found another LRH
reference.” Furthermore, the invention of “the Golden Age of Tech”
which is a method to learn LRH’s tech verbatim is a means to force
auditors to re-do their prior training “because the old training
was no good.” They of course have to pay for their entire training
again. Golden Age of Tech is a direct violation of LRH’s study
technology and against the way LRH trained auditors: LRH never
wanted you to learn the tech verbatim but instead to achieve conceptual
understanding by applying standard study technology. And by the
way, “the new idea”: “Golden Age of Tech” has not produced any
expansion of Scientology as it was promised by Miscavige.

– For the general public Scientology has become a controversial
subject at best – however, it holds truer to say that Scientology
is being viewed rather as a cult, avoided and detested. LRH writes
in KSW Series 1, “Trouble spots occur only where there are “no
results”. Attacks from governments or monopolies occur only where
there are “no results” or “bad results”.

– Miscavige uses LRH’s Ethics and Justice Technology in a
suppressive manner to silence critics. Scientologists who question
rather unquestionable matters within the church are “handled” with
harsh ethics or even justice. Scientologists such as highly trained
OTs and Church executives who are trying to uncover Miscavige
crimes are being falsely declared suppressive persons in order to
force their families and friends to disconnect from them (see below
websites). The Gestapo-like ethics and justice machinery of
Miscavige cull these people’s PC folders for overts revealed in
confidential sessions and publish them on SP Declares; examples
are Mark Rathbun or Mike Rinder. What other church does this? Would
LRH do something like that? NO, he would NOT! In this context
whatever happened to these highly ranked Sea Org members who had
dedicated their lives to fulfill LRH’s mission and worked for
decades within the CofS: Mr. Mark Rathbun (former RTC executive),
Mr. Mike Rinder (former Office of Special affairs executive), Ms.
Amy Scobee (WDC executive); these executives after having
recognized D. Miscavige as an SP have left the church (NOT
Scientology). And most of all: Where is Mr. Heber Jentzsch, one of
our most favorite leaders in Scientology? What has Miscavige done

– An increasing number of credible victims and witnesses report
physical beatings and mental abuse of Sea Org members and
executives conducted by David Miscavige. He even has a prison
called “the hole” where he imprisons staff for weeks, months, or
even years at a time. Mr. Mark Rathbun reports, “Miscavige’s abuse
of Scientology executives and staff became so extreme and
continuous, he resorted to locking all of CMO INT and Exec Strata
into a building and called the prison “the Hole.” RTC, CMO/WDC,
Gold, IAS, CST, OSA Int and ASI executives and staff have regularly
been deposited in the Hole and subjected to Reverse Dianetics,
including physical beatings and severe mental abuse for months or
even years at a time, (Mark Rathbun, 2009).”

– Suppression of OTs: Here I will quote Mr. Mark Rathbun,
“Miscavige has turned the top end of the Bridge into a dead end:
First, he has programmed the Advanced Organizations, including the
FSO, to regularly security check pre-O.T.s, and then use their
confessions to coerce them into paying more money for atonement, a
practice not unlike the Medieval Catholic Church selling
indulgences. Second, he has imposed an unwritten code of behavior
amongst O.T.s. They are regularly made to conform to correct dress,
language, political thought, and even ideas as to how to use their
personal time. Said practice is anathema to the very purpose of
Scientology, which is to make a person more his- or herself, more
insouciant and independent thinking. Third, Miscavige has entered
arbitrary “contribution as a Scientologist” requirements mid-levels
which can be satisfied by making cash “donations.” Fourth,
Miscavige requires pre-OTs to attend his regular propaganda events
(see Factors 22 and 23) and are treated as ethics bait until they
enthusiastically embrace his projected public image. This enforced
acceptance of falsehood makes attainment of OT technically
impossible. Thus, Scientology, as practiced in Miscavige’s orgs, is
auditing one toward conformity, solidity, lies; in other words,
down the tone scale, or, the precise opposite direction to the
intended aim of auditing, (Mark Rathbun, 2009).”

With the above being declared, I would like you to know, my dear
friend that I no longer can agree with the practices of the current
Church of Scientology and that I hereby resign from this church. On
a positive note: I will remain a Scientologist and apply Ron’s
technology independently from the current Church of Scientology.
Let me also advise you to do your own research and to disconnect
from this suppression as soon as possible. You will experience a
resurgence of power, happiness, and expansion. Additionally, let me
tell you that there are many decent Scientologists in the field
continuing to apply the technology independently of the CofS; among
these people are OTs, highly trained auditors, and ex-sea org
executives. If you are worried for your bridge progress once you
have left the current Church of Scientology: Do NOT worry in any
way. There is help – better help and standard technology outside of
the suppressive Church of Scientology. Knowing the suppressive
methods of this church they will publish an SP Declare for me
sooner or later; at that time you may be forced and intimidated
into disconnecting from me; if you do so I will respect your
decision. However, if you decide to do your own research and free
yourself from this hidden source of suppression I will be very
happy for you, my friend.

Strength, Courage and Wisdom

Church of Scientology members would do well to read the writings of Martin Luther King. In the following one sentence King pithily describes the danger of what they have become individually and collectively:

Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.


That people would continue to forfeit their homes, their retirement funds, and their children’s educations in order to line the pockets of a head of a cult who spends that money consistently, and now very overtly, for the purposes of destroying the constitutional rights, the livelihood, and the very life of anyone with the fortitude to step out of cult lock-step is anathema to the very principles Scientology is built upon (not to mention America, and Western Civilization).  The church’s “creed” for example:

That all men have inaliable rights to think freely, to talk freely, to write freely their own opinions and to counter or utter or write upon the opinions of others…

And that no agency, less than God has the power to suspend or set aside these rights, overtly or covertly.

The Miscavige Cult’s response to this article which was published yesterday was chilling:

1) the cult’s PI Ralph S Gomez stalked my wife and I all day long with three cult members in tow. Seven separate incidents, including the photographing of us at our home and Gomez slowly following us by car during our evening walk.

2) Cult PI Gomez and cult member Joanne Wheaton toured a home across the street from us expressing the intention to purchase it.  Once again, under false pretenses.

3)  Cult PI Ralph S Gomez foreshadowed a Miscavige cult legal threat to the city.  While denying his affiliation with the cult to many citizens over the past weeks, and lying about his identity and affiliations, Gomez wanted to know whether the ordinance was directed at he and his cohorts because of their “religion.”

This coming Tuesday at 7 p.m. the town council will consider the Cult’s application for a 5-day permit to shoot a “documentary” in Ingleside on the Bay.  Notwithstanding the fact they have spent ten weeks disturbing Ingleside on the Bay using the cover of “just filming a documentary.”  The Cult has applied for the permit under the name Squirrel Busters productions notwithstanding Gomez’ and Wheaton’s exchange last week with an Ingleside Police Officer memorialized in the officer’s report as follows:

I asked Wheaton where she worked, and she confirmed that she and Gomez worked for Squirrel Busters.  At that time, I asked Wheaton and Gomez both if they had any business cards for the company, and they both replied no.  I asked who the producer was, who the filmographer was, and who the company is owned by.  Neither Wheaton, nor Gomez could answer my questions, and continued to tell me they are filming a documentary on Mr. Mark Rathbun, and have simple questions that they want to answer, and until Rathbun does, they will continue to follow him.  I asked Wheaton and Gomez if they would have the common courtesy to allow Rathbun privacy while eating dinner, and they both replied, not until we get answers.  Neither Wheaton, nor Gomez produced any identity cards that state they work for Squirrel Busters Productions…

Grant Cardone – Turnaround or Turncoat King?

“OT VIII” Grant Cardone has apparently pulled off the con game of his life.

Cardone has been awarded his own reality TV series showing him in action as an “inspirational” “motivator.”  Judging by the trailers for the show, Cardone passes himself off as a man appealing to the integrity and inner strength of folks:

For reasons outlined below, I believe Cardone has no business telling anyone what inner strength and integrity are.

Grant Cardone is a David Miscavige groupie.  He is a self-proclaimed “self-made” multi millionaire.  A motivated journalist or a half-decent lawyer in a deposition wouldn’t take long to find out that how those multi millions were made don’t quite match Grant’s own marketing campaign about himself.

Cardone has made huge financial contributions to the church of Scientology and its front groups with the stated intent of ingratiating  himself with Miscavige.  He hung around the Scientology Celebrity center continuously wheedling his way onto the lines of celebs. According to a close friend Cardone was driven to be the next Tony Robbins and he wanted Miscavige and the Scientology celebs to take him there.  Judging by the fact of the new series the latter had some success along this line.

Cardone made the Legion of Honor by donatating $1,000,000 to Miscavige’s desecration of Scientology  called the Superpower Project.

Cardone made the status of IAS Gold Meritorious by donating $1,000,000 to Miscavige’s war fund.  The same fund that enables my home to be surveilled 24/7 for the past two years, for Mike and I to be followed and harassed by teams of PI’s and OT Ambassadors (high level Scientologists) everywhere we go with the intent of suppressing FACTS about Miscavige’s felonies becoming public. It is now funding the active harassment and intimidation of my pcs and pre-OTs.  Grant’s grants are funding the active suppression of the freedom of religion, the freedom of association, and the freedom of speech right here on American soil.

Late last year I posted a letter signed by Cardone that shocked the conscience of Scientologists on every continent.  In the letter Cardone, along with some Scientology celebrities (Jim Meskiman, et al) used the death of a long-term Scientology staff member in order to pressure people to send more money to Miscavige’s war chest.   Here is the link to that post:

Now, despite all of the above I thought long and hard about publishing this expose.  I don’t know Grant personally.  And like all the rest of the Miscavige fawners, I always give them the benefit of the doubt.

But, Cardone screwed a very close friend of mine for having the courage to stand out of line to do something about the wholesale abuses of Miscavige and his cult.  Tiziano Lugli’s story is by now well know to those who frequent this blog.  It was told in summary in the following post:

Tiziano considered Cardone a friend.  After the church spent weeks flying around the world attempting to splinter Tiziano’s family, Tiziano attempted to have one last word with this friends to tell his side of the story before he was excommunicated and the DISCONNECTION  policy was put into full force.  Cardone was one of those who DISCONNECTED on the orders of David Miscavige before Tiziano was even declared.  There apparently is nothing Cardone won’t do for David Miscavige.

And even then, I might have spared Cardone this ethics gradient. But, this is not the first time Cardone has acted as a ruthless turncoat at the behest of David Miscavige.

A bit of background is in order.  The late Milton Katselas was one of the most productive disseminators in the history of the Scientology religion.  Milton was the Founder and operator of the Beverly Hills Playhouse acting school.   You can get a short summary of his life’s products at this wikipedia link:

It was through Milton that most of Scientology’s high profile celebrities made their way in,  either directly or indirectly.   Milton was very independent.  He did not run crush registration; he simply did his professional job well, and people saw his success and were drawn to Scientology by wanting some of what Milton demonstrated. Milton was a very active Scientologists until sometime after Miscavige’s coup d’etat.   Milton never bought into the little dictator and his depersonalization technology and culture.  That fact was a constant thorn in Miscavige’s rear end.  When I was Inspector General of the highest church body (Religious Technology Center) I was ordered by Miscavige to study up on Milton in preparation for personally dealing with his “counter intention” to the Miscavige regime.  I did so, but before arranging the showdown Miscavige cross ordered me onto some other high profile celebrity flap.

About four years ago, Cardone was put through the OT VIII eligibility meat grinder. Having quite a history of con and deceit, Cardone needed to do something dashing and daring that would convince church officials he was loyal to David Miscavige above anyone else, most particularly L Ron Hubbard.   Cardone found the perfect head to return to his master Miscavige, Milton Katselas.   Cardone decided to use rumor and innuendo he had heard about Katselas in an attempt to destroy him through Miscavige ethics tech. The following is the text of an email Cardone sent to many Scientologists affiliated with Scientology’s Celebrity Center purportedly assigning Katselas the ethics condition of Treason:

Sent: Tuesday, May 15, 2007 3:19 PM
Subject: milton katselas treason condition limited publication
It has come to my attention that Milton Katelas continues to go unhandled and it is my intention to stop him finally!
The fact that so many have of you have left his school and written KR’s has not ultimately handled this being as he continues to go unhandled and will continue to wreak havoc and spread his abberration until his ethics are put in.   
“IT IS A FAILURE OF THE INDIVIDUAL GROUP MEMBERS TO CONTROL THEIR FELLOWS THAT MAKES A GROUP HARD FOR ALL TO LIVE AND WORK WITH.” LRH   
I am not an artist as many of you, but I know the importance of the artist to our society, as LRH states.  
As I write this email to you Elena gets an email from another artist who says, “I just left the Beverly Hills Playhouse as I could no longer handle the personal life critiques anymore.”  Its a terrible shame that this young artist may never reach for Scientology due to any association she has had with Milton and the disaffected that stay around him.   ” Suppressive Person-a person who suppresses other people in his vicinity.”  LRH
“The true character of these people (the SP) is usually masked in many ways.  there are expert only in deception and can take on any guise.”  LRH
“Three areas of detection:”  LRH
1) no ethics change
2) no case gain
3) no admin change
Milton Katelas, I believe to be even more dangerous than others as he wears our clothing, is an opinion leader to the artist, and suggest that he is one of us.
His ACTIONS do not support that he is one of us!  
The Facts:
milton katselas has made no bridge progress since Old OTV completion over 14 years ago.  From time to time he will get an action done and then disappear again.
milton katselas does not attend local or international events .  COB stated at last year’s event,” if you are not on board it is suppressive!”
milton katselas does not participate in any of the Churches expansion efforts.
milton katselas does not attend or participate in any direct hard-sell dissemination projects to grow our church and make others aware of our efforts.
milton katselas has not made any direct contributions to Ideal Orgs, IAS or any other of COB’s command intention.
milton katselas does not demonstrate being any part of the team of Scientologist who are doing what they can to make a difference.
milton katselas has not gotten behind any of the social betterment programs our Church spearheads.
milton katselas admitted to [salacious sexual innuendo and rumor deleted] 
milton katselas has encouraged member of his school not to report him to Ethics.
milton katselas states that being a wife is no more than being a glorified prostitute and made other suppressing comments regarding the Second Dynamic. 
milton katselas kicked an actress out of his class because this person chose to do a Clear cycle and missed classes without approval from him.
milton katselas has [salacious sexual innuendo and rumor deleted] .
milton katselas told at least one [salacious sexual innuendo and rumor deleted].
milton katselas has encouraged abberrated and out ethics demonstrations on stage under the pretense of art.
milton katselas has people that are disaffected and blown from Scientology working in the administrative portion of his school. 
milton katselas asked [salacious sexual innuendo and rumor deleted].
milton katselas suggested to others that [salacious sexual innuendo and rumor deleted].
Per Ethics Book page 253- “#8- Any person who knew of an outness or crime and failed to report it and thus became an accessory receives the same penalty as the person disciplined as the actual offender.”  LRH

Shortly after sending the above email, the church caught wind of it.  Recognizing the potentially catastrophic public relations ramifications of such a communication, Cardone was ordered to destroy all evidence immediately.   Cardone then sent out the following email to recipients of the first email.

 MAY 16. 2007

This is regarding the email I sent on milton.

1)    Immediately please destroy all forms of the email I sent you. 

2)    Do not forward that email in any form.

3)    Please forward this comm.. to whom ever you may have forwarded original comm.. 

4)    This was not a correct action on my part as it was off lines and should have been coordinated with the correct terminals within the Church.

5)    It is my understanding, that the proper terminals are presently addressing the situation regarding milton.

6)    Any questions you have or information you have should be coordinated directly with your MAA.

7)    It was not my intent to create a negative effect of any kind.  This action was my attempt to better conditions and for that to happen it should have been properly coordinated through the proper terminals so that it is a safe environment for everyone. 

8)    Lastly, I know that the tech of Ethics and Justice written by L. Ron Hubbard and promoted by the Church of Scientology produces a safe environment when applied exactly and when correctly coordinated.

Note that Cardone does not apologize for having attacked Milton with vicious defamation.  Instead, he notes “It is my understanding, that the proper terminals are presently addressing the situation regarding milton.”   The damage had been done to Katselas’ reputation among his many Scientologist friends.  And Grant was shortly after awarded his David Miscavige loyalty stamp, went to the ship and received REVERSE OT VIII. Other prominent members (some of whom owe their careers to Milton) followed suit and turned on Milton and forwarded the campaign to destroy him utterly.

Less than a year and one half later Milton passed away from heart failure.  Whether the propaganda campaign played any role in the timing of his death I do not know.  I do know this with certainty.  Milton Katselas was treated by David Miscavige and his minions like every other great figure in the history of Scientology.  That is, reputation destroyed, friends and family turned on them, betrayed, isolated and left to die in infamy.

Turnaround King?  Or is it Turncoat King?

That is a question Grant Cardone – and other prominent Miscavige enablers –  needs to contemplate thoroughly.

At the end of the day Grant Cardone will thank me for helping to put his ethics in.

Or, should he not possess the strength of his own convictions, he will surely find himself in the same position as Milton Katselas, the target of the newest kid on the block attempting to curry favor with the little dictator.

While Miscavige has jacked the daily PI budget on us to close to twenty thousand a day, his minions are apparently fixin’ to renege on yet another of his big shot words; namely, a promise to pay the City of Clearwater fines for delaying his SP building for a decade:

A Race Against Jail

I learned recently that the Radical Corporate Scientology (RCS) group hired a former FBI agent Corpus Christi lawyer to act on behalf of DSA Stevens Creek Org Mark Warlick (one of the four who came to my house in April and made international news with their silly antics) to lobby the San Patricio County Attorneys Office to bring criminal charges against me.  They alleged criminal mischief for my having  grabbed the microphone that John Allender stuffed in my face over my property line while he was stalking Lori Hodgson.  Of course Warlick can’t even buy himself a cup of coffee on an RCS staff member salary – so the ex-Fed fellow was obviously paid by RCS.  IAS war chest donations hard at work. Their costly efforts were unsuccessful.

Twice while in LA this past week RCS invested tremendous amounts of capital and credibility in extreme efforts to have me arrested.

Seven times in the past year the Radical Corporate Scientology organization has used expensive attorneys, off-duty cops, and the most blatant false testimony imaginable in order to have me criminally prosecuted.  Seven cases opened and seven cases closed.  Zero for seven from their perspective. Seven for seven from ours.

Some of you may have read the Scientology planted tabloid story that Daniel Montalvo brought charges against Jason Beghe for assault.  It is a blatant lie. When the dust settles on this one, I am reasonably assured that at least one member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office will be out of a job.  At least a government job.  He’ll get his pay off – as is RCS’s modus operandi – by being provided endless work making an ass of himself by chasing me and others around the country.  The point is Miscavige will stop at nothing to have Jason, Mike Rinder or me jailed.  In his sick mind it is us three who will put him in jail first, not his own conduct. In his mind, this mocked up conflict has reached doomsday proportions. Where there was once a race against the atomic bomb, in typical PAB 13 fashion, looming larger than the destruction of the world is the destruction of Dave.  The most important race, beyond Dan Sherman’s four horsemen of the apocalypse (drugs, education, immorality and crime), beyond the urgency to clear the planet and the destruction of the human race is the race against who winds up in the clink first.

During our three days in Los Angeles RCS deployed on the order of twenty full-time Private Eyes, off duty cops, OT Ambassadors and ten rental cars to stay in our faces 24/7.   Several times they employed two cars in front of our car, two on the side, and two to four cars to our rear, controlling our movement at 20 mph in a 55 mph zone; severely hampering LA traffic.  Dave Lublow  and others in his crew continually put innocent pedestrians and drivers at risk by driving up to eighty miles an hour on the wrong side of the street, running innumerable red lights and stop signs, and even driving on the Santa Monica boardwalk.  Every time we stopped for a meal, a van full of PI’s calling themselves “Freedom” journalists pulled up the rear of Lublow and got into our faces with cameras and mics.  When that didn’t impinge they brought “public” RCSers to join the party engaging in infantile public behavior, such as John Allender chiming in from the rear calling me “pussy” and the effeminate Nisbet calling me “woman.”

On Thursday we decided to lose Lublow and co so that we could get some particularly important business done without distraction.  Mike and I removed the batteries from our cell phones as we have already documented that they illegally track us through our phones’ GPS programming.  Not three blocks from Tiziano’s home, Dave Lublow used his vehicle as a missile by slamming it into our vehicle to stop us.  The police who responded gracefully held Lublow till we could get some distance.  Without the aid of GPS tracking we easily lost them.   One hour into our meeting however Mike and I were informed that both Christie in Tarpon Springs Florida and Mosey in Ingleside Texas were being ambushed at our homes, simultaneously. We recognized that they literally had OSA agents within striking distance of our homes ready to go the moment we lost the losers in LA. Nonetheless, we both fired up our phones to call our wives.  Lo and behold, an hour later when we left the high rise office building 16 PIs, OTAs, and other assorted OSA detritus were waiting in the parking garage to get in our faces – once again making total asses of themselves in front of dozens of LA accountants and lawyers and film makers in the name of the only road to total freedom.

All told, Lublow was detained by the police four times, OTAs and other OSA agents along with the PIs created bizarre public scenes across Los Angeles several times each day, Lublow and OSA lobbied heavily with false reports twice to have me incarcerated, and dozens of uninvolved innocent LA citizens had their lives put at risk.

Finally, as we arrived at the Los Angeles airport for departure yesterday, Dave Lublow sped at us, screeched to a halt, leapt from his car, positioned himself inches from Mike Rinder’s face and delivered a whining promise.  Lublow said he would be investigating Mike intensively in order to see that he is incarcerated.

All of this tells Mike and me a thing or two.

Primarily it tells us that Miscavige is losing his grip on maintaining any public veneer that he is operating anything other than an implant station that furthers its existence by mafia-like fear tactics.  He is demonstrating in real time that he is a complete criminal. That is, he cannot conceive of the consequences of his actions.  He cannot think of tomorrow – he is stuck in a living hell that he thinks is present time, but in fact is somewhere far down the track in some extremely painful incident.

The discussions Mike and I had during the trip primarily focused on 2012, 2013, and far beyond.   Miscavige’s discussions focus on the surreal now that in reality is some far back then.  “Where are they now?  Is it safe for me to go to ASI (Author Services)?  Where are they now?  Can I come down from CST (up by Rim of the World)?  Are they in jail yet?  Did the Freedom guy piss off Marty?  Well, you aren’t in his face enough – you didn’t push the buttons I told you hard enough, you cramp his space enough and he’ll push back. Did you make Rinder get into an accident yet?  Then you didn’t cut him off enough, you didn’t dirty his needle enough, you’ve got to drive the fucker off the road. Put them in jail goddamn it!  Put the motherfuckers in jail.  Fuckers, Rinder and Rathbun would have had them in jail by now!”   This is the type of drivel that issues from Miscavige as he micro-manages such antics as happened in LA this week. And the outrageousness of the performance this week was at an unprecedented level; so that the sample talk above in fact is probably quite mild compared to what really went down.

When we dropped our car off at the LAX rental agency, the grand finale resulted in Tiziano and I being surrounded by 12 PI’s, the 5 man “Freedom” crew, assorted OTA’s like Allender, and Izzy and Mary Anne Chait.  Izzy had on his script to ask why I wanted to create bad publicity for Scientology. When I pointed out what RCS was creating at that very moment, Iz couldn’t help but crack a knowing smile in acknowledgment.

As a public service and public warning I will be periodically publishing various videos documenting Miscavige’s exportation of the HOLE to the streets of Los Angeles.

In the interim, I ask that people get more active in educating others who are drinking the Kool Aid and continuing to contribute to and empower this menace to society. Even if it wasn’t such a terrible travesty that such behavior further and further discredits the philosophy of Scientology, the behavior is dangerous to the public at large.  Anyone contributing to it ought to know what their fees are buying, and how rather than halting earth’s dwindling spiral under David Miscavige RCS is greatly contributing to that descent.

Mecca Meltdown

What follows are the official minutes of the Flag OT Committee (OTC) of 4 April, 2011.   Mind you, this is the senior OT Committee of all OT Committees, being the OT Committee of the “Mecca of Technical Perfection”, the OT base of Scientology Inc.

It should not require a lot of interpretation for those in the know in order to explain the title I’ve chosen for this post publishing the OTC minutes.

Nonetheless, I will raise a couple of questions to get the ball rolling.

1. What does a briefing on the TOOLS OF FINANCIAL SUCCESS have to do with the campaign to get 10,000 people onto Solo Nots?

2.  Why all the sudden is the OTC sponsoring a meeting to discuss OT Phenomena, when the subject has been effectively banned for the past couple decades?

3.  Should this passage be added to the Data Series Evaluator’s course as an elementary drill for spotting OBVIOUS outpoints?  ” Kaye said the Neighborhood Project is very effective with getting people back on the Bridge.And since quite a number of people have fallen off the Bridge, more volunteers are needed to get them back on and through the Basics.”

4.  What’s up with these pearls of wisdom from the Captain of the Mecca?:

a.  “It is unsuccessful to leave people out of control.”  Note, this is specifically in reference to OTs.  Yes, a frightening proposition to set OTs free of their nannies.

b. “He said we need to get a lot of people into the Oak Cove who are mid their lower grades or fell off at the lower Bridge and get them through and over to the AO because we need a lot of people for Super Power when the building
opens.”

c. “Scientologists will be ALIVE.”   Great idea Harvey.

d. “A lot of people are retreading the Purif, Drug Rndowns, Objectives.
Everyone’s folders are being reviewed.”  Oh my God, run!

e. “WE need to get raw public intoTampa! Eight thousand people are needed to sign up for the Oak Cove who will then go on Super Power!”   Right away, Sir. Shall I scream at the thermometer while I am at it?

f. “Only half the OT Committee members were at the meeting and the
Captain wants ALL OT Committee members at the meeting next week:
All Flag OT C members, all Freewinds OT C members and all Tampa OT
Committee Members. The Captain said the Flag OT C is THE OTC.”    The Ideal OTC?  Especially since we have 50% attendance and need to stack it with two other OTC committees. WTF?

g. Now, reconcile “f” with this statement and you pass on having sufficiently solid serv facs to make it big time in Corporate Scientology: “WE
have to ramp the commitment, there has to be an annihilation of
dilettantism. No drifting or wandering, we need that dedicated
glare. The Ethics Level needs to go up. The purpose is to get in
ethics tech, to get more intense with each other, so everyone is
going in the same direction.”

h. “All these above things need to be done before the Super Power building opens.”  Oh, crystal clear. David Miscavige is setting up dozens of people as heads on pikes for non-compliance on getting Super Power out, because “all these above things” is a cluster of random,off policy cross orders.

I got tired of listing outpoints – there are more and I am sure you all point them out.  But, there is one passage in particular that demonstrates the Mecca is well into meltdown mode.

“There are 4600 local Scientologists. OF these, 1000 are actively on
the Basics. Three hundred Basics completions (of the thousand local
Basics completions) are on other courses.”

4600 is roughly 40% of what that number was ten years ago. A 60% attrition rate.  If 2,000 have done or are on Basics, then less than half of those few remaining even made it onto Basics – the program that every last bit of goodwill Scientology Inc may have retained was expended to coerce, con and connive people onto.  If 1,000 really completed, and only 300 are on “other courses”, they’ve got 30% re-sign percentage.  Just a tad higher than the LRH’s estimate of the thoroughly PTS members of any given population.

Per their own purported statistics, the ones the Captain FSO is announcing to the Ideal OTC, the Mecca is in full-blown state of Meltdown.

Div 4-Tammy is the I/C of the 10,000 on Solo Nots Project. She told
us why she was on the post. She talked about Tuesday night’s
briefing for that project in the Sandcastle which will be delivered
by Pat Clouden: TOOLS FOR FINANCIAL SUCCESS. She said come if you
can and pointed out that an AO C/S speaks too and also the Deputy
Captain (for the AO?).

Also Tammy said that next Thursday the 14 April there is an OT
PHENOMENA evening at the Wintereggs. Have a good time and good food!

NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT I/C Janice Kenne said on the 1st Tuesday of
every month they have a dinner for their volunteers. Tomorrow is
the first Tuesday of April. They will be showing films about MV ( I
think. I tried to reach Janice to clarify and could not reach her).

Kaye said the Neighborhood Project is very effective with getting
people back on the Bridge. And since quite a number of people have
fallen off the Bridge, more volunteers are needed to get them back
on and through the Basics.

Div 5 Denise said she wants everyone on the HQS course! (This
course is also on our OT A Project Orders.)

Kaye said there are key OT C posts needing to be filled:

Personnel Control Officer
Ethics Officer

A Constant Contact person to send out emails, etc.

CAPTAIN FSO ARRIVED AT THE MEETING

The Captain spoke about Super Power. He said we need to get a lot
of people into the Oak Cove who are mid their lower grades or fell
off at the lower Bridge and get them through and over to the AO
because we need a lot of people for Super Power when the building
opens.

He said the Field needs to be geared and geared up for Super Power.
He said there will be 2 L’s HGCs in the Super Power building and
two thousand people a day will be serviced on all the courses, all
the Grades.

Specific things are needed by him:

1-Get the entire Clearwater field together going in the same
direction.

2-All local lower Bridge public need to be rounded up and gotten
into the Oak Cove which can service 250 people per day!

Then all those people over to the AO.

3-There are a few hundred people not moving on OT VI and VII. This
is either those on OT V who have not gotten onto OT VI or those who
were on VII and fell off. These people have to be moved into the
AO. It is unsuccessful to leave people out of control.

4-Anyone not on the Basics needs to be gotten onto the Basics.
EVERYONE needs to get through the Basics. There are many who have
not started the Basics and those people need to be gotten on and
moved through the Basics. Those already on need to be encouraged to
get through faster.

5-Re Super Power, this is an enormous building and Super Power is
going to make a massive change. Scientologists will be ALIVE. We
will have the Mecca opening and Flag is the biggest org in the
world! All the Flag only Rundowns will be delivered there. People
who have reached and failed in their reach will come into the
building.

We really do have an Ideal Scene Field. He wants everyone active,
no slacking off. Flag is the biggest supporter of the IAS. Flag
will be responsible for the creation of AO LATAM, AO SOUTH AFRICA,
AO CANADA. Flag will create an IDEAL PLANET. There is no other
place, there are no other people and there is no other time!

A lot of people are retreading the Purif, Drug Rndowns, Objectives.
Everyone’s folders are being reviewed.

6- Tampa is a Model Ideal Org. A lot of people are needed to boom
Tampa. There is the PE course.  WE need to get raw public into
Tampa! Eight thousand people are needed to sign up for the Oak Cove
who will then go on Super Power!

We the OT Committee and the field, we are on the Flag Org Board, in
Division 6. This is our org. People are needed for Tampa, the Oak
Cove, the AO, IAS Memberships and to get through the Basics.

Only half the OT Committee members were at the meeting and the
Captain wants ALL OT Committee members at the meeting next week:
All Flag OT C members, all Freewinds OT C members and all Tampa OT
Committee Members. The Captain said the Flag OT C is THE OTC. Kaye
is the one he goes to, he said.

All these above things need to be done before the Super Power
building opens. Also, a couple hundred more staff are still needed
for Super Power. Get people to the recruiter in the Coachman, they
need help.

There is a new FSM Section in the AO. The Captain introduced Mirre
Carrara who is the Senior FSM In-Charge, Flag. She is doing a
briefing at the FSM Convention on Saturday and Sunday the 16 and 17
April. Rick Alexander will be there too (who has gotten 42 members
of his family into Scientology). There will be an FSM school at
this Convention.

THE BASICS

Charlotte from Div 6 gave us some numbers.

There are 4600 local Scientologists. OF these, 1000 are actively on
the Basics. Three hundred Basics completions (of the thousand local
Basics completions) are on other courses.

550 people who were on the Basics have fallen of. Also quite a
number are not on the Basics at Flag but some of those might be on
the Basics at Tampa or the Missions.

The Captain asked if there was anything we wanted to know and if
you do , please contact him. He asked if there are any tech
briefings we want. The Captain said we need more I/Cs for the
Neighborhood Campaigns, people are needed to take on hats to get
more people doing more!

The Deputy Captain Mathilde Jansson said if anyone has any
originations about what we are good at, for example, get people who
are good at those things grouped. We need to get more people doing
more!

We gave LRH a hand and at 708 PM Kaye ended off this great meeting
with the Captain FSO!

You find out your husband has inoperable cancer and must go through months of chemotherapy and radiation.

Let’s say:

Your husband takes full responsibility for his physical condition and directs his own course of medical treatment with the spiritual aspect being assisted by an assigned auditor and CS.

Let’s say:

After months of medical and spiritual treatment, you find out in the public venue that your husband “isn’t expected to live.”

Let’s say:

You again find out in the public venue that your husband did it wrong in his handling of the financial exchange for helping LRH.

Let’s say:

You are told about documents that exist regarding the financial exchange for taking care of LRH – not by your husband – but in the public venue and verified by an executive at ASI.

Let’s say:

You know the data is false because you were present at the meeting when the exchange was set up.

Let’s say:

At no time were you ever consulted regarding the correct data which thus prolonged the false data and resulted in trouble for twenty plus years.

Let’s say:

When your husband eventually departs – in a fully cognizant condition – you are shunned by former friends and are escorted out of the organization where you have worked for the last four years.

Let’s say:

You are then contacted by the IAS Reg who thinks you should take out a home equity loan to raise your status in the IAS because COB has “a really big situation.”

Let’s say:

You “see where this is going” and decide that there’s a great deal of counter- and other-intention in your current environment, some lasting as long as twenty plus years.

Let’s say:

You decide to take matters into your own hands and relocate to a far friendlier environment.

Let’s say:

You put others in charge of the hats your husband no longer wears as well as the hats you have not been allowed to wear and new hats you refuse to wear.

Let’s say:

Even after relocating you are called, dropped in upon, sent books off account and regged by telephone; in other words, caused trouble by those who think you should be doing anything other than what you already are doing.

Let’s say:

You discover a new venue which is far more compassionate and caring than that which you have left behind, and into which you now can communicate.

Let’s say:  Hallelujah!

My name is Rachel Denk. Dr. Denk introduced me to Scientology in the early seventies and we were married in the Seattle Org.

Dr. Denk departed this life on November 5, 2004. In later 2005, I relocated to Spokane WA, the city where I was raised and still have family. Dr. Denk was born and raised in Omak WA and still has family living there.

In closing, I deeply miss my husband of thirty years and the life we shared. But I lost far too much at one time at the hands of organized Scientology and, stated very simply, had to operate independently out of respect for both Dr. Denk and LRH. This is my statement.

Human Rights – Miscavige’s Response

I am posting Miscavige’s immediate knee-jerk response to my post last night, Human Rights Cover Up.  This is being issued on all OSA Indy Ops Unit lines. I could write a five page analysis, but I am confident that  due to the intelligence level of the participants here its signficance requires no explanation.

To steal a phrase from Ronald Reagan, “I wear their indictment like a badge of honor.”

Marty Rathbun’s Desperation

I have commented before how Marty uses the words of famous Martyrs to try and forward his campaign.  He thinks that by quoting the likes of Martin Luther King or Gandhi, people will think he is a great champion for Human Rights and a great Martyr himself.

In reality, all he does is besmirch those great men by using their names in his filthy campaign.

At best, Marty is like a critic working for some sensationalist rag.  Unable to act, sing, dance, write or in any other way legitimately provide a desirable service to society, he seeks credibility by demeaning the work of others.

None of the people he quotes would have ever associated with him.

All great Martyrs, and all great achievers in any zone, have had their own backstabbers around them, requiring them to become well acquainted with the cunning ways of those whose toothy smiles hid the fact that they had black hearts and sinister motives.

Just as Marty does not hesitate to demean the great Martyrs, so it seems he does not hesitate to besmirch the great human rights campaigners in his latest attack on Tom Cruise.

Marty uses Human Trafficking as his angle, and attempts to embarrass the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the many courageous men and women associated with it with his manufactured lies.

Human Trafficking is a serious crime.  Millions of children are abused annually, imprisoned and forced into slave labor.  Countless others are forced into lives of prostitution and domination.   This is a scourge of the 21st century that needs to be firmly dealt with and which will require the combined efforts of thousands of men and women of good will to overcome the vested interests that maintain the status quo.

Human trafficking is no joking matter.  This is no subject to use to try and score some points in an endeavor of enrichment.

What Human Trafficking is Marty Rathbun talking about?  He is talking about people who voluntarily joined a religious fraternity, pledging to do whatever was required of them in line with their duties, go to whatever location was required of them, and to uphold high ethics standards and discipline.  That a tiny handful now lie and claim they were somehow forced to work against their will does not equate with human trafficking or slave labor. And any hardship of having worked in a tough, dedicated group like the Sea Org, most definitely does not in any way compare at all with the horror that is actual human trafficking and the real distress, pain, and death associated with that activity.

Marty has already tried to get his human trafficking angle into play a few times.  The idea of using the concept was dreamed up by a shyster lawyer in a recent case that was summarily rejected by the court and dismissed with prejudice.

Despite Marty’s lengthy declaration in support of this claim, the Judge threw the case out on summary judgment.

Marty and his band of merry gold diggers had already gone to the FBI with all these same allegations and demanded that the FBI accept and act on their claims in an attempt to make the accusations stick and absolutely nothing came of this.  Marty knows this yet continues to mouth off, pretending there is something going on when there is nothing.  There is no FBI investigation. Repeat, there is no FBI investigation and Rathbun is once again lying to his gullible followers.

It is notable that the great champion of this cause of action is one Amy Scobee.  Amy is an apostate, who, having been relieved of her duty within the Church due to ineffectiveness, was then invited to leave permanently after repeatedly violating one of the oldest and most sacrosanct admonitions by LRH not getting drawn into a sexual relationship with a preclear. Not only did she engage in a sexual relationship with her preclear, they had sex when they were supposed to be auditing each other and trying redeem themselves for other malfeasance of duty.

Amy wrote and published a book about her experiences within the Church.   Not once within the text of that book did she complain about human trafficking.  Not once does she describe herself as being a slave.

Fortunately the FBI can differentiate between actual slavery and the histrionics of a gold digger.

Just one look at Amy tells one that she does not know what hunger or hard physical work actually mean.

Despite the fact that there is no investigation, Marty Rathbun has knowingly and repeatedly falsely announced that there is one.  I personally know that he knows that there is no investigation, because he has admitted it to my face.

Usually when exposing Marty Rathbun’s insanities I like to poke fun at him.  In this instance though I find humor to be completely inappropriate.

One cannot in all conscience joke about things like slavery, prostitution, massacre, death camps, religious and ethnic bigotry leading to death and exterminations.  These are not laughing matters and I have never laughed at them.

On behalf of all Scientologists everywhere, I unreservedly apologize to the Simon Wiesenthal Center and its supporters for any distress caused by this madman.   I, and all Scientologists I know, have the highest regard for Simon Wiesenthal personally and nothing but deep respect for the organization that continues his work and keeps his ideals alive.

I am utterly disgusted, ashamed and dismayed that one as low as Marty Rathbun was ever amongst our ranks.

Human Trafficking Cover Up

Rex Fowler – Anatomy of a Miscavige “Win”

Rex Fowler was convicted of First Degree Murder in Denver a couple of weeks ago.  Here are some short news summations of the trial:

Here is what the jurors and the media did not find out about Rex.  Rex Fowler was manipulated into sacrificing himself for a First Degree Murder conviction to cover David Miscavige’s sorry ass.

I know the facts that follow from the several witnesses OSA took measures to make sure never saw the light of the court room.   I’ll continue to respect their wishes to remain unknown for their own protection.  However, if I am sued for libel, I know who to subpoena and  like the OJ case we’ll let play out in the civil arena what Miscavige made sure never made it to the criminal court house. 

Rex was an on-lines, active “OT VII” in Scientology Inc.   Rex was – like most on “OT VII” lines at Flag in recent years – under constant, intense, even extreme pressure to leverage his personal and business life in order to fill Miscavige’s coffers.   He had leveraged his own business much like “OT VIII” Dr. Juan Villareal of Harlingen Texas had.  See: https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2011/01/18/how-radical-scientology-rips-off-medicaid/

Exacerbating matters for Rex were two more factors.  First, he was also under mind-bending Scientology Inc pressure because of his contribution to creating a Gay Scientologist community on the net.  Second, he had Scientology Inc affiliated handlers directly on his business lines making the Scientology Inc financial demand even more up front and personal.

The victim of the murder,  Fowler’s associate Thomas Ciancio, was a vocal critic of Rex’s siphoning money from the company to keep up with demands from Scientology Inc.  Shortly before the murder Rex was commanded by a Scienology Inc bot to “terminatedly handle” Thomas.  Shortly after Rex put three bullets into Mr. Ciciano at nearly point blank range.

OSA sent a number of missions to Denver since the murder to be sure the above facts never saw the light of day.

OSA set up a “handlers” unit to keep constant surveillance on the acts and even the thoughts of Rex Fowler’s wife.   Knowing that Fowler was considered non compos mentis – particularly after having put a bullet into his own head after offing Mr. Ciancio – OSA figured Fowler’s wife would effectively wind up calling all the shots with Fowler’s lawyers.  Witnesses were influenced to stay quiet, stay under the radar, and make themselves scarce.

Two facts reported on in the stories referenced above demonstrate the success of Miscavige’s OSA Cover Up missions:

a.  Fowler plead not-guilty of First Degree murder, because he couldn’t have planned it since he had only ever expressed intent to kill himself, not another.

b.  Fowler’s lawyers presented NO witnesses.

CONTRARY FACTS.  OMMITTED DATA. 

The perfect cover up.  Fowler’s only viable defense was contained in the facts shared here; that he was under mind-numbing pressure by Scientology Inc to not only create the expressed antogonism of Mr. Ciancio but also at the same time to “put it to rest.”  The attorneys’ asses were covered by arguing a lesser  charge (2nd Degree Murder) applied to facts that were uncontestable: Rex Fowler shot Thomas Ciancio dead in cold blood. By keeping any truthful testimony from the lawyers about what really went down with Rex, the lawyers couldn’t present a credible defense as that would have exposed the destructive greed that Scientology Inc has become.  So, by making up an unsupported defense the attorneys could not be accused of not being in their clients’ corner even while they performed the absurdity of arguing a case with no evidence to support it.

Only one party to all this was happy with the outcome: David Miscavige’s Scientology Inc. This is the anatomy of a Miscavige “win.”   Who won?   Fowler?  His widow?  His family?  The deceased victim? The victim’s family? 

No, I am afraid that the game directed by Miscavige is the game in which everyone loses.

First Degree Murder requires premeditation and malice aforethought.   The only cold-blooded premeditation and malice aforethought that occured in connection with State of Colorado vs. Rex Fowler occurred between the temples of David Miscavige and his intelligence network (Office of Special Affairs). 

Rex, like everyone else on this planet, is responsible for his own actions.  But there is another contrary fact in all this that just makes the Fowler case not add up.  And that is this. I have heard from a number of people who knew Rex in better times.  To a one they described him as a loving, caring person.  To them, to Rex and to Rex’s family, and especially to Thomas Ciancio and his family and friends – our condolences and may peace be with you all.
