Cynthia (Cindy) Pinsonnault – Another Texan Ya’ll

  Please give a warm welcome to yet another Texan (Houston) with integrity.

Dear Friends;

I have been a Scientologist for 44 years, since age 11, when my mother decided to take the Communication Course at a small mission in New York State and enrolled my sister and me as well. From that very first course my life was changed for the better.

I have tremendous respect for L. Ron Hubbard and I am grateful to him for the gift of his discoveries. I will continue with the study and application of his technologies and philosophies in my life.

I am also grateful to every auditor, staff member and friend who has helped me learn and apply the technology and thereby helped me attain greater spiritual awareness and affinity for my fellow man and the universe. And I commend all those dedicated staff and volunteers in missions and orgs around the world who tirelessly work to help others.

However, I can no longer support what the church has become under the leadership of David Miscavige.

I remember LRH’s church; it was fun, it was spiritually uplifting, the environment was safe, affinity was very high. For a long time, I have observed a slow but continual departure from Ron’s purpose of bringing spiritual freedom to man. My observations lead me to believe that the church is in decline and that David Miscavige is the suppressive person responsible for that decline.

For years I’ve ignored my doubts and made excuses for the outpoints I saw. My decision has been a long time coming and is the result of my own observations and my own integrity.

I thought I understood “Keeping Scientology Working,” and yet for years I have remained silent while the technology has been degraded and misapplied. I accept my share of the responsibility for allowing this to happen.

International events present flashy but false statistics in an attempt to show success where there is none. Events have become overhyped sales pitches for the latest round of fund raising and the aggrandizement of David Miscavige, who now presents LRH materials that he has “fixed.”

Fund raising has become more important than tech delivery, more important than spiritual freedom, more important than the bridge.

Finance and org policies have been ignored or altered to support a flawed ideal org scheme.

Because of the above and much more, I hereby announce that I am withdrawing my support and leaving the organization of the Church of Scientology.

 Whether or not you have observed any of these outpoints is for you to determine. If anyone wants to know more about what led me to my decision, I hope you will think for yourself and start with the websites that report information Mr. Miscavige does not want you to have. The letter written by OT VIII Luis Garcia does a very good job of documenting the outpoints and departures from policy. HCO PL 4 March 1965 : Reserved Payment Account

OEC Vol 3, p. 315: Purpose of the Reserved Payment Account: To prevent a false idea of the financial position of the org from occurring by providing a place where money awaiting disbursement can be placed before it is actually paid out, thus removing it from the general accounts and estimates of financial position of the org.

OEC Vol 3, p. 316: Savings: When the org desires to buy something big or expensive, it should not use time payments, hire, purchase or mortgages. It should start putting money into the Reserved Payment Account and, when the full sum is there, buy the item for cash, using the fact to obtain a good, big discount. While the Building Fund on building purchases is also intended to help buy buildings outright, there is nothing wrong with also depositing available amounts of the disbursement sum in the Reserved Payment Account to help out.

HCO PL 18 Jan 1965:  Financial Management Building Fund Account

OEC Vol 3, p. 42: The primary purpose is to provide a cushion by which an organization which is becoming insolvent may be salvaged.  The secondary purpose of the Building Fund is to purchase property, but when this is done, the purchase must be for cash or, if any mortgage is involved, all further payments than the initial payment must be made from expense sum.

OEC Vol 3, p. 247: HCO PL 28 Jan 1965: How to Maintain Credit Standing and Solvency

The secret to solvency is:

1. Make a lot of money.

2. Spend less than you make.

3. Make it before you spend it.

4. Gather bit by bit a cushion of cash to fall back on and don’t ever fall back on it.

5. Keep your credit excellent as a second cushion.

6. Refuse to spend reserves

Etc.

These basic LRH policy letters on finance plus the many others contained in Volume 3, give a perfect roadmap for expanding any org, whether the local org in your local sphere or the upper level orgs in Int’l Management. Clearly there is an abandonment of LRH finance policy, witnessed by the Ideal Org fund raising program, which is off- policy and not to be found in any LRH policy. With off-policy as the current operating basis from COB, David Miscavige, I have no choice but to withdraw my allegiance to the Church of Scientology as I can no longer support anything but pure LRH.

To give one a little history. I found Scientology in 1984. I was living in Tyler, Texas and my sister-in-law had just been introduced to the subject and had done Life Repair. I could tell from talking to her on the phone that she was different.  At that time, life had kicked me in the teeth enough times and I was looking for answers. I asked how much money I needed and I was told around $2,500. I was a single woman at the time, teaching school and had no resources. I went around to 3 banks, asking for an unsecured loan and when they all turned me down, I then lied and said I needed money for my daughter who needed health care. That was the magic ticket and I left with a loan for $3,000, getting just a little extra in case I wanted to do a course.

I purchased the Dianetics book and then I took off for Dallas to the Mission of the Southwest, there on Mandeville Road, off Central Expressway.

I paid for Life Repair and cleared words while in session, as I had no prior information about this subject. My life turned on a dime, and I handled a long-term situation with my father. I was really happy for the first time.

I returned to Tyler, taught school and one day while mowing my lawn, I decided that I wanted to go Clear. I called my ex sister-in-law (we had both since divorced the boys) and I moved in with her, quit teaching, had no idea where I’d work or what I’d do, but I knew I wanted to go Clear.

Shortly thereafter I joined staff and was the PCS in Div. 6 for a 2-1/2 year contract. During that time we had highest ever statistics with new public and the org was booming.

Not to bore anyone with the full story, suffice it to say, that I have worked totally in an environment with fellow Scientologist since 1984, and have been dedicated and very engaged in my Church.

In 1987, I regged Jay Proctor for staff as well as my 2D and from that point forward, we both loved and used LRH policy to navigate our marriage and the raising of our son, who was delivered by standard LRH birthing policies in our home with a mid-wife. In October 2009, Jay dropped his body, with a full LRH Last C/S, surrounded by OTs. We applied LRH tech to our everyday life.

LRH tech was the glue for our life, as there is no situation that we were unable to handle using the tech.  In the 1980’s – early 1990’s, it was fun being a Scientologist and a staff member, even though we worked very long hours. We had community activities, we played the Birthday Game for blood, we had great parties at the org on Friday nights, both public and staff included. We had church picnics and a real sense of family.

In 2001, shortly after September 11th, my mother dropped her body and my OT levels had been paid for some time. I arrived at AOLA and began, going straight through from R6EW to OT V, completing in September 2002.

All along the way, I saw more and more outpoints. And now, to see our church be so off the rails with regards to finance policy deeply saddens me. LRH provided all of us with this beautiful tech, and it is being misapplied by Chairman of the Board, David Miscavige.

This is unconscionable for me.

Whether any of these outpoints are true for you, you have to determine that. But, outside of the Ideal Org program, here are some additional outpoints I began to observe:

1.       For many years, at major events, none of the usual Int’l Management Executives shared the stage with COB as they formerly had been. They used to be part of every program.

2.       There is a distinct upper strata structure that LRH laid out to provide checks and balances within the organization, which would include these International Executives. Where are they?

3.       Has RTC (Religious Technology Center), Church of Scientology Int’l (CSI) and Church of Spiritual Technology (CST) been un-mocked and collapsed? Is David Miscavige chairing them all?  http://www.savescientology.com/

4.       Heber Jentzch, the President of the Church of Scientology. Where is he? He had not been seen in many years, and he has to be nearing 75 years in age. He didn’t die, so where is he?

5.       Saint Hill-size orgs were popular in the 1990’s which provided for orgs to build their staff and public ranks to the size of Saint Hill Org in the UK. ASHO in Los Angeles achieved this status for a brief segment in time in the late 90’s. What happened with this program? And why was it disbanded?

6.       I noticed there aren’t Class VIII auditors produced as before? Why?

7.       I was at Flag in the mid 90’s and at that time, there were several Class XII auditors that LRH trained. I can’t find any of them now. Where are they?

If any of this has resonated in any way with you, please check for yourself some of the key stats in your local org. Observe them for yourself on the OIC board – which is the stat board that HCO keeps posted in plain view or should.

1.       NNCF – New Names to Central Files. These come from Books sold to new people or new people arriving for first service at a mission or org.

2.       BIS – Bodies in the shop. This would be of interest with regards to both Division 6 (new people) as well as Division 2 (returning public).

Observe for yourself and if these stats are up trending in your org? And if the #’s are sufficient for viability?

To ensure survival, LRH finance policy must be applied and applied standardly. This means monies come from a well-oiled operational org that delivers services in such abundance, making more money than the org can waste.  These abundances are channeled into the Reserves Accounts and the Building Fund account.

Then when repairs are needed for everyday operations OR a new phase of expansion, which could include renovations to the existing structure or a new structure, the monies are available, as there has been complete adherence to proper finance policy along the way, thus ensuring  the infrastructure is in place to facilitate the expansion. LRH gave us the tech and the road map to ensure stability both in terms of monies, structure, staff and public.  When followed, true expansion occurs and all is stable.

However, the caveat is that orgs take orders from International Management. Now, that is a single individual – David Miscavige.

Please “Look, don’t listen”.  Whether your reality is similar to mine or light-years different – from this point forward, I invite you to look closer.  Check out things further – allow no carte blanche acceptance.

In no way am I discrediting all the wonderful Scientologists, both staff and public that I have come to know along the way — some incredibly lovely people that I love dearly, including the staff members who devote their lives to this cause.  

But under the current leader, we have lost LRH’s Church to “Miscavige’s Church”. It is no longer the LRH that we once knew and loved, and therefore, I cannot continue to show support.

Recently, on national television, Tommy Davis, the Church’s spokesperson, said that it was false that the church’s policy was that you had to give up your friends if you chose to leave the church.

You now have that choice. I will always keep my comm lines open to any of you who wish to call me that cherished word, friend.

My decision is made. Please respect and grant beingness. It is my wish that each of us flourish and prosper. That is my plan, and I will be moving along with the correct application of the LRH conditions to achieve that.

The Golden Age of Fraud

Many have noted here that since shortly after the death of L Ron Hubbard in 1986, usurper David Miscavige promised Scientologists that New OT IX and X would be released upon the attainment of the target of ALL orgs reaching the size of Old St Hill.  Nearly twenty years of very expensive events and promotion ensued depicting what looked like a Miscavige management working day and night to achieve LRH’s objective.  Well, for the past two years people who were willing to look got a bird’s eye view of what Miscavige was doing instead.  But even without that insight,  anyone who has not lost all of his or her power of observation could not miss a couple of clear facts:

a)  No Class V orgs on planet earth are anywhere near St Hill size.  Those declared as such in the past are mere shadows of themselves during more productive periods.

b) Miscavige has simply ignored two decades of promotion of LRH’s intention – the making of St Hill size orgs, and promoted instead a real estate scam under the guise of “Golden Age of Organizations”.

In the event you are dealing with Kool Aid drinkers who insist on not-ising this out and out fraud, why don’t you show them Miscavige’s own words.  First, here is what Miscavige said to the “top OTs on the planet”, the OT Ambassadors at the Maiden Voyage,  June 2000 – nearly eleven years ago:

So, with the first three prerequisites well in hand, this last target is obviously of vital importance.

 

Not just to our group, but to you personally.

 

It’s what will make your ascent possible.

 

When LRH first suggested it, the reason was made clear — To create a real era of full OT, we cannot fall prey to the pitfalls of yesteryear.

 

All orgs to the size of old St. Hill is a quantitative target, representing Scientology beyond the “make-break point” on a planetary basis, accomplishing its aims at the correct order of magnitude.

 

Factually, the actions required to achieve this target are no different than what you yourselves have experienced with the Golden Age of Tech.

 

Put it this way — We know that if Scientology is applied standardly, it gets results every time.

 

The key to that is that there is a standard way to do things.

 

Well, that same datum applies with third dynamic technology — the entire panoply of admin technology upon which orgs and Management operate.

 

So when looking at org expansion, one cannot merely look at “statistics.”

 

What it means to achieve St. Hill size is the standard performance of all functions in management and our organizations, which are detailed in HCO Policy Letters.

 

And the number of functions to be performed in our organizations are voluminous.

 

When one spans out across the globe, and takes into consideration everything management provides, one is easily talking about tens-of-thousands of products that are required to achieve real expansion.

 

And yet, producing each of those products is vital, if we are to Clear the planet.

 

Well, the good news is this — We are making greater progress than ever in our history.

 

Look at it this way — For Tech to work, Ethics must first go in.

 

Correlate that datum with removing 4th dynamic suppression and you see why the first prerequisite to the release of New OT IX was so important.

 

But there is another datum — To get in Standard Admin, one must first get in Standard Tech.

 

And that was the Golden Age of Tech and Golden Age of Tech for OT’s.

 

And it not only saw to dramatically accelerated case gain across the planet, but spearheaded a new era of administration like we’ve never seen.

 

So to brief you on some of the many actions ongoing by International Management to accomplish that last target, and their progress in helping all orgs expand to the size of old St. Hill, please welcome Captain Guillaume Lesevre, the Executive Director International.

Now, compare that to four years later – Miscavige’s words at the 2004 Maiden Voyage, introduction to  the “Org Night” briefing.  Here he uses PROPAGANDA BY REDEFINITION of LRH’s words.  He effectively cancels LRH’s LRH ED339R Int by redefining purpose from creating “big booming orgs” to creating a  “new civilization”, which he proposes to do through construction of over-the-top gaudy, expensive, soulless, audio visual centers.  As anyone can see by walking into any one of these multi million dollar mausoleums Miscavige’s propaganda by redefinition has fleeced the public of hundreds of millions and left the orgs bereft of Scientology delivery, staff and beings.  The neutron bomb strategy perfected.

And that’s the whole point of doing it all.

 

For the purpose of our orgs is NOT to “be” “A BIG BOOMING ORG.”

 

No, that’s what’s needed to accomplish the purpose of “creating a new civilization.”

 

And so — each one of these new breed of “Central Organizations,” incorporates every application of LRH Tech, for their geographic zone.

 

That’s how — with every org itself generating new groups, missions and every type of Social Betterment and Field activity — we increase our impact 150 times like “that.”

 

As for where it goes from there — the answer is obvious.

 

— Each org moving “up-the-org-board,” so to speak, as the central training center for it all,

 

— New AOs in each zone to cater to the flow moving to the top of the Bridge,

 

— And so, PLANETARY CLEARING.

 

Which brings us to this evening’s event.

 

Because what you are about to hear is the “overview” of what’s now happening, in the wake of March 13th.

 

And while that only represents three months of “activity”, it brings us to the final point of “speed.”

 

For as we’ve gone over — it will be “exponential.”

 

And once again — just to pound it IN — the reason for that “exponential expansion” is PURPOSE.

 

When you crunch the numbers on those “lending a hand”, and “forwarding the crusade”, it takes on a whole new dimension when you consider everyone who is really “ON OUR ORG BOARD.”

 

When you “make our purpose their purpose,” the answer is EVERYBODY.

 

So with all of that in mind, tonight’s OVERVIEW encompasses two things:

 

— Where the creation of IDEAL ORGS is newly happening,

 

— And, what has happened in the wake of the “dones” so far.

 

Because that last one is not only the ultimate “EP.”

 

But, rather, the inevitable “result” from those just now beginning.

The Hardest Working Man in the Independent Movement

I sometimes refer to Steve Hall as the hardest working man in the Independent Movement.  He has probably dedicated more time and energy to forwarding our ideas than anyone I am aware of and has been the most effective. Just as  important for me personally, when I surfaced publicly I found he had already been working along the same line I had announced I would be.  Steve completed his NOTs Rundowns during Hurricane week at Casablanca.  We had an opportunity to catch up and reflect on the early days of Indpendence, where we have come, and where we are going.   A video capturing some of that is below.  Steve also green lighted the publication of his NOTs success story and it follows the video.

Wow!, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow x 10. This has been a long time coming — well, getting onto my next action was a long time coming — specifically counter-intentioned by David Miscavige.  But only weeks after I disconnected from his organizations and him and spoke out — I found myself by total surprise starting my indoc for NOTs.

I first read about NOTs in 1979 — when I visited Austin Org and read LRH ED “The Year of Technical Breakthroughs.” I had heard about the wins and gosh…hoped one day I might be so lucky to experience them for myself if Scientology were really true.  You see I was still new to the subject then so my postulates were still mixed with a tinge of hope — hoping it all wasn’t “too good to be true.”

In 1984, after completing OT 1, I joined the Sea Org – again hoping that by casting my bat in with “the most ethical group on the planet” I wasn’t  also condemning myself to being parked on the Bridge.  I finished New OT IV in 1986 and then went into Central Marketing Unit — part of Exec Strata — and thus part of Int Management…and thanks to DM was blocked from taking my next step for the next 23 years. 

Then I met Marty — the most standard auditor I ever met.  Within minutes it seemed I was FLYING on my next step.  And I flew all the way through to the end with fantastic ease.  This is how NOTs should be. 

Effortless. And with all the gains. Since I started NOTs my life went into Power — (Normal condition in a higher range).  I’m having a ball kicking DM’s ass like it deserves to be kicked and living a full life across the dynamics.  My case is in excellent shape and I’m totally set up for my next action – Solo NOTs.

I would like to thank of course two people without whom this would not be possible.  First, my auditor Marty Rathbun — the greatest Scientologist I ever knew. If auditors are the most valuable people on the planet, and this guy is the best of all living auditors, that makes him in my book the most valuable being on earth. Period.

And the second person I would like to thank is of course LRH. The genius of these levels is unfathomable .  NOTs is not a rehash — it is brand new, mind  boggling discoveries. Words fail to describe the magnitude of his gift to Man. 

For where all this is leading, not even the sky is the limit.

Larry Wright and The New Yorker

Whether I agree with some of his views and conclusions or not, I  am fairly certain about two things concerning Larry Wright and his work.  One, he is honestly attempting to understand the phenomena that is Scientology from the outside. Two, he has opened a public debate on Scientology in such a thorough, balanced, newsworthy fashion  it will have huge and continuing repurcussions.  

If anyone wants to moan about a less than flattering treatment of LRH and the tech, again, you can thank David Miscavige in large part for that.  The church’s reaction toward Mr. Wright and the publication he works for is enough to make any outsider believe he is dealing with a destructive cult.  The incessant church badgering and threats to steer clear of writing anything about Miscavige can easily, and not even necessarily consciously, lead a man looking for answers to attribute more of their insanity to the Founder than is warranted in my view. 

 Miscavige and his minions spent hundreds of thousands throwing L Ron Hubbard under the bus so as to protect Miscavige.  That they continue to do so is no reason for us to shut up.  That is Radical Scientology’s intention.  More communication is the answer, not less.  And now is not the time to shy away from the public debate. You will see it roll out with gusto starting this week and continuing for many weeks.  Your voices are integral to the public discussion.

At the end of the day, Mr. Wright and The New Yorker  deserve props for making it out the other end of the Miscavige meat grinder with one of the more informed, accurate pieces of journalism on the subject to date.

Prevention of Bridge Progress in Corporate Scientology

The upshot of “Golden Age of Tech”, “Golden Age of Tech for OTs”, and what has become the standard operating procedure OT VII every six month “fixation on pt life rudiments intensives” is the prevention of auditing and progress up the Bridge toward spiritual freedom.  These practices have implanted a super fixidity in auditors upon pt behaviors of pre Clears and pre OTs.  And it gives pre Clears and pre OTs  ARC breaks and Present Time Problems they did not have before engaging in such expensive “auditing.” It is a violation of the CONTRACT entered into by every pre Clear and every pre OT with the church at the start of his or her journey.  The EP of Miscavige-tech super fixation on rudiments – whether it be actual rudiments (at the start of each session) or effective rudiments (repeated and endless sec checking) is OUT RUDIMENTS.  Where did I get such a blasphemous idea?  From auditing dozens of refugee Corporate Scientology folk in the manner L. Ron Hubbard suggested they be audited and from L. Ron Hubbard himself stating it as a TECHNICAL FACT:

Well, the first obersvation we can make, that rudiments go out to the degree that auditing doesn’t get done.  That’s a direct ratio. Rudiments go out to the degree that auditing does not get done.

Now, this poses you a problem. If you are using no session to put rudiments in, if you use no time at all to put rudiments in, of course, you’re apparently around the bend as far as handling the pc, because the rudiments are out. You see, here’s a puzzle that we face  at once.  If you’re not spending any time putting the rudiments in, of course, the rudiments are going to go out. But the more time you spend putting the rudiments in, the more rudiments you’ve got to put in. Have you got that?

So, somewhere here there’s an optimum amount of rudiments putting-in and it’s not very much. It’s on the order of five minutes. You know, five minutes and the rudiments are in; the pc will bear with that,  and not much more.  And when it goes to a half an hour, his present time problem is actually, basically, the fundamental problem of getting auditing.

Now, he’ll say the present time problem is something else, is something else, is something else, is something else; but his basic problem: is he going to get any auditing?  And after he’s had half to three-quarters of the session thrown away on a bunch of things that he didn’t care about, why, of course now, he has a new present time problem called “getting auditing.”  In the next session, he comes in with this new present time problem: “Am I ever going to get audited?” because he doesn’t consider any of these other things auditing…

…The endless handling of rudiments is a limiting factor in auditing, because it produces eventually the ARC break of obtaining no auditing. (emphasis supplied)  So, the decision is, audit.  You’ll have less ARC breaks the more auditing you do. And of course, if your auditing is flawless from a standpoint of Model Session, and if some of these other things I’m bringing up are also present smoothly in the session, your days of having ARC breaky pcs ends as soon as you recognize that point — that he is there to be audited, and his basic contract is the basic contract to be audited.  And the more you audit him on the things his attention is fixedly on — I mean fixedly on, on the long track basis, you see – and the more attention you give to that and the more you handle that, the more he knows he’s being audited, the less ARC breaks you’re going to get.

It’s amazing what a pc will put up with to get auditing, quite amazing what they wil put up with to get auditing. Why make them put up with anything, but at the same time go on and audit.  So the best, hottest message I can give you on that exact subject is audit! Don’t fool with it; audit! See?

Tom Cruise’s Life Controlled by Sinister Cult

The internal Church of Scientology documents reprinted below demonstrate Tom Cruise’s personal personnel are chosen, handled and controlled by David Miscavige’s personal office.   The originator of the communication is a Church of Scientology staff member.  She works full time on Miscavige’s and Cruise’s vehicles.   The recipients of the communications are as follows:

COB Asst RTC – Shelly Miscavige (since sent to a Miscavige gulag) was Miscavige’s personal assistant for two decades and his wife. 

COB Comm RTC – Laurisse Stuckenbrock in that capacity filtered ALL of Miscavige’s communications.  She usurped Shelly Miscavige’s position when Miscavige sent his own wife to the gulag.

As one can see from the second document all upper Scientology organizations and networks are involved in assisting Miscavige control Tom Cruise’s life.  

“CCI” stands for Church of Scientology Celebrity Center International

“ASI” stands for Author Services Inc – LRH’s personal organization when he lived, now reduced to serving as an arm of Miscavige’s celebrity control network.

“RTC Rep”  the representative of Religious Technology permanently posted in Churches of Scientology around the world.  The reps are trained and conditioned to carry out the intentions of David Miscavige, even when they counter the policies of Scientology Founder L Ron Hubbard.

In a phone call approximately 2 weeks ago you told me to get Josh handled as he had turned in his resignation to Michael Doven and I am now reporting compliance.

What was ordered:

Get Josh handled.

What was done:

Josh has been handled so as to remain at Odin.

He realized that his actions were not greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics and wants to stay at Odin, be the driver and get his exchange back in with Mr. Cruise and then ask for promotion.

He has been over this with Michael Doven as regards what he is qualified for at Odin and will ask for the promotion once he feels that he has his exchange back in as well as a suitable replacement has been gotten. He definitely feels he can do more for Mr. Cruise directly on films and has communicated this to Michael.

He really wants to ensure that whoever the driver is, is qualified and can handle the motorcycles as well.

In the last 10 days he has finished Personal Values and Integrity Course, How to handle relationships with others Course, UPS AND DOWNS IN LIFE COURSE (2nd time), and how to start a successful marriage course.

He is starting STCC this weekend.

He called this evening to tell me that is staying at Odin absolutely; 2 days ago he still was undecided when he talked to me. He also thanked me for repeatedly telling him in the last couple of weeks that he was full of crap for wanting to leave and it was not the greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics – as it wasn’t.

Based on his phone call tonight I wanted to send this compliance and let you know. He was extremely uptone and very happy to tell me he was staying at Odin.

Josh told me he wants to be Michael Doven’s Assistant i.e. be a Production Assistant on film production under him and take this load.

He feels he has experience to do this – he has been a Production Assistant on a number of other films such as One Time in Mexico, Terminator 2 etc.

He is still in a 2D with Jen Hammond in present time. She has been getting an overhaul and the RTC Rep is reviewing this and getting you a report separately on her handlings.

Italian Liberation

With this letter of resignation myself Giovanni Servalli, my wife Giovanna Ongaro and our son Luca are hereby announcing our leaving the current Church of Scientology because we have observed for a long time, it has not been working as planned by Ron.

We applied “Look don’t Listen” and we arrived to the conclusion that the head of the Church David Miscavige is a Suppressive Person.

We witnessed ethic abuses.

When you are honest they shoot you with the accusations of being enturbulative and where you lie they back-you up.

We observe False statistics being publicized at Events.

There is no true expansion and the Orgs and Missions are empty.

We observed people donating large sum of money, and experiencing very heavy personal financial difficulties, without exchange to Ideal Org, IAS, The Basics. But what does DM thinks? That if you build gigantic palaces people will just come in?? It is not what LRH says, what he says is:

“When buildings get important to us, for God’s sake, some of you born revolutionists, will you please blow up central headquarters.”

The Genus of Dianetics and Scientology 

My wife Giovanna during our experience at Flag, was arbitrarily audited on Dianetics while being a OT III this to the point she got so devastated and keyed-in that she did not know who she was anymore.

We wanted to describe other Out Tech that we experienced but Luis Garcia in his letter described it all very well so we refer you to his writings and will not talk about those subjects.

It is for all those reasons we decided to leave the church, but not Scientology, since we joined the group of the Independents and within this group we experienced that when the Tech is applied standardly it works! In fact me and my husband Giovanni just attested OT4 with great wins.

All this thanks to our Auditor Ignazio that gave us our life back, and this when we thought that our life was over.

My name is Armando Comincini.  I’ve been in Scientology more than 20 years. I’m Clear and I studied all the Administrative and Technical Courses available at Brescia Org.

I’m a Class 4  and for years have been a memebr of the OT Committee.

I have been at Flag several times.

For a few years I have decided to not “participate” to the puzzling games of the Golden Age, the Basics, and the Ideal Orgs.

As an Auditor I believe that there is only one game that is worthy to play as an Org, and that is to create Auditors, Clears and OTs. For this reason I refused to give my support to the Org’s Real Estate Business.

I came into Scientology when the Org in Italy had been shut down due to the various legal cases arising in mid 1980’s, so I received my auditing and I had to study with a lot of enthusiasm in the “strangest” place in which an HGC or a Course Room for the Academy could be set up. I experienced incredible gains, even if I was doing my sessions in the back of a restaurant, and I never felt the urge of having an Org with gold pillars, or sofas covered with “Human” skin; as Ron tells us only results will fill an Org and not the way it is furnished, and I can testify to it being the truth.

I have been working for many years with Claudio and Renata Lugli, and I experienced indirectly all the recent events they had to go through, and I shared with them all their disagreements and ARC Breaks for all the attempted “handlings” and pressures that they had to bear in the last year from our “church”.

That attitude and the information that I studied started to bring light of the day in relation to the behavior of the church management. It definitely convinced me that it was not enough just to be “disaffected”, so I decided to publicly announce my TOTAL DISAGREEMENT with the current church management.

My admiration and respect for Ron and for his work are the same as always, and all that will always be my guidance for life.

To him, and all the people that follow Scientology without compromise goes my deepest ARC.

My name is Paolo Grazioli, my history in Scientology is relatively short but very rich and intense.

 I came to know Scientology in 2002 thanks to my wife, an old time Scientologist and her son.

 During my path I have gotten huge wins and I had opportunities to review and handle areas of my life that weren’t fully ok.

 Even through all the wins, there was something wrong, controversial sensations, inconsistencies between what I was studying and what I was seeing. However, I wasn’t sure  what was it.

 They were perceptions that, unfortunately, I always invalidated thinking that I would have to understood in the future.  However, this wasn’t happening.

 One day, casually, I discover the website of Independents Italy “L’Indipendologo” and from that point on, it has been a continuous cognition, suddenly everything got cleared up and I realized what was that sensation.

 I realized why on the occasion of the Basics Release, when I was at Flag, after the huge event everybody stood up for the applause while I remained seated.

 I realized why even if I did not read the data of Ron about Ideal Orgs, the importance given to that cycle was completely unreal etc ….

I consider that for me it has come the time to declare officially and publicly my Independence and with that not be part any more of the current Official Church of Scientology.

I will nevertheless continue my spiritual road in an independent way following what Ron left us, that Precious and Pure Source of data capable of saving an entire Universe.

 Moreover, I must say that I recently met some people already Independents and I experienced a truly Big Family sensation and this is true for me.

Confront of Evil

JB told me that just prior to his blow from the Int base last Spring that he felt particularly ill at ease after a brief encounter he had with David Miscavige’s father, trumpeter Ron Miscavige Sr. Ron stopped JB as he was walking across the base and asked him if he knew about me and others being interviewed by Anderson Cooper of CNN. JB knew little to nothing about it at that time and communicated as much. Ron, faced flushed red and trembling, said “they ought to be shot.” Mike and I know that Ron Miscavige receives his briefings about such “external flaps” directly and only from David Miscavige. When JB learned that, the incident was all the more chilling to him. He then connected the dots with another incident that occurred just prior to that, wherein Miscavige’s communicator asked JB to retrieve a .38 caliber pistol from the guns room for Dave. From the descriptions the pistol belonged to me. The church failed to send it along when I demanded all of my personal MEST after leaving. All of this was reported to law enforcement authorities and it has been investigated thoroughly. So that nobody get too excited about it, apparently, the intended op was not to have me murdered with my own gun, but instead to somehow link it to my brother’s murder thirty-one years ago, five years before the gun was even manufactured. To add irony to insanity, the gun was given to me as a gift by Miscavige and I had only shot it once on his exclusive target range at the Int base because I had to per protocol come there when invited by him. Law enforcement found out that the gun was in fact registered to Rick Aznaran, a former staff member who double hatted as Guns I/C on the base in the eighties. Incidentally, most guns – dozens of them – on the base were so registered, and David Miscavige is the ONLY person who controls, and thus effectively owns, all of them. His personal arsenal makes David Koresh look like a kid with a sling shot.

I tell you this not to frighten you, but instead to illustrate how apparencies projected by a criminal organization can appear far more sinister and threatening than they are in fact. JB – who had more than thirty years on staff – was pretty concerned about my personal physical safety (and bless him for offering to implement all manner of security measures at my home). I could have found a hole to crawl into. But Mike and I knew with certainty, from years inside the evil ops circle, that the facts JB knew were going to wind up fizzling in some comedic, albeit, sick dead end. And so, we reported it but turned most of our attention to getting the show on the road. And JB, holding his position in space against twenty coyotes sent to retrieve him, calmly observing events as they unfolded, decompressing, and learning to comfortably confront evil rather than let it get him, is living a marvelous and fulfilling life.

And so a half a year of one frustrated op after another exploding in Miscavige’s face, today Miscavige apparently is going bat-shit crazy with our success. He seems to react more violently than anything to abused pcs and pre-OTs of his group getting repaired, rehabbed and moving on LRH’s Bridge to Freedom down here. He’s on his third round of having PIs visit my preclears and Pre-OTs offering cash rewards to turn on me by saying anything bad. Two individuals, whom he believes are so newly out of the church they can still be intimidated with his bullshit, have been visited by no less than fifteen people between the two of them over the past week. He has non-tech trained people making all manner of wild stab case indications, along with single, out of context tech quotes to attempt to convince them they were “harmed” by me. One of them, Lori Hodgson, has had her teenage children used against her as missiles. They have disconnected from her with tremendous drama and stagecraft, including pleas that she make that unnecessary by turning on me. Their scripts have them try to make Lori feel as if it is Lori that is causing the disconnection. Reverse Scientology in action.

It occurred to me that if Corporate Scientology put 1/100th of the resources they do to cowing individuals busting out of their pens instead to servicing those same people in the first place, the church of Scientology would be an important, pro-survival force in society. Instead, it is a dwindling, repulsive cult.

I have told anyone wanting to come visit with me that there is a liability. The church has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to procure look out spots in my county so that they – from undercover – can spot those who come to visit me. They never show their cowardly faces of course. There is a pattern, shortly after their visit the queer disconnection ops begin on the visitor. The crime, literally is stated as “you visited Marty.” And the consequences have been largely precisely what I have informed every person in advance of their visits: they will pressure you with every connection to Radical Scientologists that you have, including particularly friends, family, and work associates.

Recently, several independents who have created a particularly large ripple effect on my blog have reported hacked email accounts and Facebook accounts. Surveillance on myself and other friends has been stepped up. Haven’t heard a peep of fear or concern on their parts. Independents are made of hearty stock. I tell them to do what they can to trace the source, but change their passwords regularly so it can’t recur.

Four of my pcs and pre-OTs have been threatened by the church with lawsuits for having been audited by me. This demonstrates just how weak Radical Scientology’s hand is. A year ago they promised prominent public members of the church that they would put me out of the running via lawsuit in short order. No suit – because they cannot even mock up a claim with even a scintilla of credibility not to be heavily sanctioned out of court. To threaten me was a joke and show trial for their fence sitting members. They intended all along to take me out via intel ops. And I guess even they know by now how nastily that has backfired. To threaten to sue the recipient of auditing is so freaking bizarre as to serve one purpose and one purpose only. To demonstrate how weak and desperate they are. Of course they swore to the St Pete Times, CNN, New York Times, and BBC that they would be sued. Where’s the beef? Right where Mike and I promised those four media outlets it would be about now – still deep within the dark recesses of Miscavige’s GPM.

The pathetic and empty nature of their threats serves as confirmation of my oft-repeated analysis: AS INDEPENDENTS BECOME MORE NUMEROUS AND COURAGEOUS, RADICAL SCIENTOLOGY’S RESOURCES TO HARASS WILL BECOME MORE DISSIPATED AND THEIR “ATTACKS” WILL BECOME LESS AND LESS EFFECTIVE. And so it has played itself out in that fashion.

But it ain’t over til the fat lady sings. And last I heard she was still tightening her girdle before making an entrance on stage. She’s a real diva at heart, but you got to love her.

The next few months are gonna get real bad for Radical Scientology. With more in-depth exposes around the corner by journalists with serious credentials , and independent Standard Scientology services proliferating, they are pulling out all stops. At this rate, within a couple months Miscavige will have virtually all of church management working on actively stopping Scientology training and auditing in the only place it is happening standardly and routinely, the Independent field.

What to do?

I can tell you what has been extremely successful for me. That may have some weight, since Miscavige has spent millions of dollars on publications and websites dubbing me the “kingpin”, and since everyone knows the “kingpin” is the only guy who can’t squeal to escape the heat, all ops are pointed in my direction. And he’s spent millions running those Wiley Coyote Ops. And in the face of that, I can’t make enough time or space to satisfy the demand for people wanting to come to Casablanca. Incidentally, that too tells me what an incredible group of strong individuals you are. Evil danger? Bring it on! Do you know how much impact Lori Hodgson, for example, has had on R/Sers by her calmly facing the atrocities they attempt to visit upon her? It is significant. And she is only the latest of dozens who have similarly confronted evil and came out stronger on the other end. I am in awe of you guys and gals.

Which leads to the handling, because my handling is what I see the likes of Lori, Christie King, Mary Jo Leavitt, Tony and Marie Joe DePhillips, et al, ad infitum successfully doing day in and day out.

They are all POWER terminals; and cannot be hurt by a pack of coward losers as exists in R/S.

Some people have debated which LRH definition of power is correct:

A. Speed of particle flow alone determines power.

B. The ability to hold one’s position in space.

In fact, they are absolutely consistent with one another. That is patently clear when one understands the woof and warp of the universe which we have jointly created. Energy and power are generated only by stable terminals. Listen to the PDC if any confusion remains.

In order for A to occur, one must achieve B.

That is why I believe LRH wrote that the World Begins With TR 0.

If you keep your eye on the ball and see their pranks for what they are they have very little impact. In fact, they can actually serve as entertainment. Don’t ever lose your sense of humor. Recognize, you are dealing with the bully at school who no matter how annoying he could make himself with threats and swagger, never could deliver a bloody nose. What happened to those types in your school? One day, they went a step too far and gave an ethical, strong person a grounds to ground the bastard.

And so don’t get all restimulated. The aim of an SP is to get into your head in order to enturbulate. The ONLY power of the SP is restimulation. If the SP can’t get in your head, he can’t restimulate and thus he is rendered POWERLESS. And you remain stable, and thus able to generate POWER.

And remain vigilant. Remember the price of freedom. And also recognize, the price of freedom does not include the injunction to “be serious.” In fact, “constant alertness” can be a lot of fun. It is about the healthiest advice anyone could give another, creepy cult bad boys lurking in the shadows or not.

And when the cowards creeping in the shadows accidentally leave their fingerprints… POUNCE.

Cause ya’ll know – and more and more R/Sers are beginning to understand – we’re sitting pretty, nine feet above their freakin’ heads.

Most importantly, do like the Old Man said to do when facing suppression:

Independent vs. Radical – more differentiation

Let us not ever lose sight of what sets an Independent Scientologist apart from a Radical Scientologist.  Independent Scientologists represent the hope that the workability of Scientology can and will be salvaged from the reversal of the subject that is practiced and enforced by Radical (Corporate) Scientology.  That will be achieved by recognizing where Scientology has been and is being reversed by RS, and as-ising the reversal by practice of STANDARD TECHNOLOGY. Standard Technology can only be realized by recognizing and validating the fundamental principles and purposes of the subject – and never losing sight of them in practice.   The following passage by LRH from Creation of Human Ability (in an introduction to the Axioms)  describes some of those fundamentals, while at the same time describing the Radical Scientology reversal process quite well. 

Scientology concludes and demonstrates certain truths. These truths might be considered to be the highest common denominator of existence itself.

 

The following  summary of these truths has the aspect of precision observations rather that philosophic hazardings. When treated as precision observations, many results occur. When regarded as philosophic  opinions, only more philosophy results.

 

CONSIDERATIONS TAKE RANK OVER THE MECHANICS OF SPACE, ENERGY AND TIME.

 

By this it is meant that an idea or opinion is, fundamentally, superior to space, energy and time or organizations of form, since it is conceived that space, energy and time are themselves broadly agreed-upon considerations.  That so many minds agree brings about reality in the form of space, energy and time. 

 

These mechanics, then, of space, energy and time, are the product of agreed upon considerations mutually held by life.

 

The aspect of existence when viewed from the level of Man, however, is a reverse of the greater truth above.  For Man works on the secondary opinion that mechanics are real and that his own personal considerations are less important than space, energy and time.  This is an inversion.  These mechanics of space, energy and time, the forms, objects and combinations thereof, have taken such precedence in Man that they have become more important than considerations, as such, and so his ability is overpowered and he is unable to act freely in the framework of mechanics. Man, therefore, has an inverted view.  Whereas considerations, such as those he daily makes, are the actual source of space, energy, time and forms, Man is operating so as not to alter his basic considerations.  He, therefore, invalidates himself by supposing an Other-determinism of space, energy, time and form. Although he is part of that which created these, he gives them such strength and validity that his own considerations thereafter must fall subordinate to space, energy, time and forms, and so he cannot alter the universe in which he dwells.

 

The freedom of an individual depends upon that individual’s freedom to alter his consideration of space, energy, time and forms of life, and his roles in it.  If he cannot change his mind about these, he is then fixed and enslaved amidst barriers such as those of the physical universe and barriers of his own creation.  Man thus is seen to be enslaved by barriers of his own creation.  He creates these barriers himself or by agreeing with things which hold these barriers to be actual.

 

There is a basic series of assumptions in processing, which assumptions do not alter the philosophy of Scientology. The first of these assumptions is that Man can have a greater freedom. The second is that so long as he remains relatively sane, he desires a greater freedom. And the third assumption is that the auditor desires to deliver a greater freedom to that person with whom he is working.  If these assumptions are not agreed upon and are not used, then auditing degenerates into “the observation of effect,” a pursuit which has degraded what is called “modern science.”

 

The goal of processing is to bring an individual into such thorough communication with the physical universe that he can regain the power and ability of his own considerations (postulates).

 

A Scientologist is one who understands life. His technical skill is devoted to the resolution of the problems of life…
