Scientology Inc’s mafia-like Censorship

In the midst of unprecedented numbers visting my blog during the airing of the fourth post related to the New Yorker Story on Scientology, I was notified by WordPress yesterday that I was locked out of publishing new posts temporarily.  After many hours of investigation, the reason for the CENSORSHIP was finally disclosed:

We have received complaints that you are promoting your site in unsolicited emails. If you are doing so, please cease this activity. If we continue to receive these types of complaints regarding your site, your site can be suspended permanently.

Odd, given the fact that no emails promoting my blog have ever emanated from my blog, nor from my own email. 

Not surprising though given the fact that this was the precise reason given by my url’s domain registrar when my blog url was re-routed to a dead end (effectively shutting down the blog) just  two weeks ago.  Incidentally, take a fresh look at my account of that censorship, and the nature of the information that apparently the grand Censor wished to silence then, https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2011/01/29/attempted-suppression-of-communication-lines/.   See a pattern?

In the interest of keeping the grand Censor in the dark, I won’t disclose the evidence I have linking both of these Ops to the Office of Special Affairs of Scientology Inc carrying out the orders of the grand Censor himself.

When I finally cleared this up with WordPress and re-obtained my right to post, I was about to listen to a Canadian Broadcast Corporation Radio special I was interviewed for on Thursday, scheduled to air this morning. The topic was Paul Haggis and the New Yorker story. The link to that was the likely next post.  However, the show did not air as scheduled.  I pulled some strings and found out why.  Scientology Inc lawyers launched a barrage of threats at CBC, pretty much guaranteeing them they’d be sued if they aired the program.  Don’t worry, I am certain CBC will come through – give them a week or so.  Miscavige just can’t seem to get it through his thick skull that the more he censors, his crimes become more his future; never even considering for a moment that should instead he simply come clean, those crimes would become his past.

These recent events makes me wonder just how many other outlets were shuddered into silence in the last week.

Radical Scientology’s Operation Sleaze Out

Just when it began to look like it couldn’t get any darker than the last chapter…  

I have appended below OSA International’s “[Chuck] Beatty Handling Program.”   It is dated 2007.  It is genuine and will be proven so in a court of law if and when need be.

When I  likened David Miscavige to J Edgar (Mary) Hoover some months
ago, I was not stretching things. The Beatty program is the proof.
Hoover was renowned for using the Federal Bureau of Investigation
to collect blackmail material on Congressmen, Senators,  Civil Rights leaders and even Presidents.  His specialty was creating dossiers covering their sexual peccadilloes.  It was the exposure of this decades-long
conduct nearly forty years ago that spurred the evolution of
ordinary citizens not much caring to know about the sexual secrets of
others, even public figures.

But not even Hoover, by now an infamous icon for the concept of
public corruption and twisted evil, to my knowledge went out and
attempted to frame his targets with sexual embarrassment.  He was
just investigating what was there. 

Not so with Miscavige, as the following program makes clear.  Clearly, the dark premise on which they based their sick operation has been proven to be false. Otherwise, with all their operatives – including by the way the
infamous Dave Lubow (who was assigned targets on this op) – and
unlimited money they would have procured the “goods” and used them.
 They haven’t.  Incidentally, I think if anyone of us were subjected to over three thousand hours of evil purpose sec checking on the RPF as Chuck was, there is no telling what thoughts such mind control would have conjured in our minds. 

I would like to express my admiration for the target of this dark
op, Chuck Beatty.  On three counts.

One, he had an opportunity to specify deletions or include
explanatory notes, just as was done with an earlier OSA Op published on this blog. Chuck declined.  He said to go ahead and publish it in full – let
the chips fall where they may, let the truth be known.  Chuck is a
braver man than David Miscavige will ever be.

Two, Chuck spoke out about the abuses at the international Radical Scientology headquarters before there was much of a network to protect a whistleblower’s back.  For that Chuck is a lot braver than a lot of us.

Three, while Chuck does not (or last I checked) consider himself a
Scientologist, he has made it quite evident through his commentary
on this blog that he wants to see the Church of Scientology reform
by foremost following the policy of its Founder.  Chuck has also
demonstrated to my satisfaction that he duplicates, understands and
can think with LRH policy far, far beyond any  level David
Miscavige has demonstrated.  So, I suppose it is only fitting that
he is targeted by Miscavige in the unprecedentedly vicious manner
in which Chuck has been targeted.

INFORMATION:

 Beatty was in the Sea Org for 27 years, the last 8 of which were spent on the RPF.

Based on several write-ups that Beatty did and reports in his file, he is fixated on the 2D and has been suppressing being a pervert for years (pornography, transvestite activity, masturbation and had a huge button on the size of his penis which was actually a ruin for him). It is very likely that he is no longer under restraint in this area, that he is involved in porn and possibly looking at kiddie porn since he has an interest in this area in the past and it is easily accessible over the net.

 Beatty’s history on staff shows him incapable of applying standard tech. He got removed from every post he held. He had over 120 PC folders and 3,256 hours of RPF auditing but committed continuous overts and out tech and got nowhere. Beatty compulsively outflows and has been a key instigator in stirring up and turning ex-Sea Org members and getting them to post their disaffection and natter.

 He is continually promoting for ex-Sea Org members that he can contact in order to get them to come out publicly and spread more black PR in order to discredit the Sea Org, the Int base and COB. He feels safe behind his computer but he is basically a coward in person and is easily influence. He says that there are six people above him (in the hierarchy of enemies) including Arnie Lerma.

 When Beatty was routing out, he signed non-disclosure agreements but he realized that the Church was not going to this and he has since actively promoted to disaffecteds that the Church won’t attack you for committing further SP acts. Beatty has not wanted to get into any legal confrontations with the Church. He does not make much money and doesn’t have a big drive to make a lot of money. He likes low level work. He has wanted a simple life where he can pay his rent, eat and have a little expense money and pursue his “intellectual” interests, which for him entails documenting the lives and experiences of ex-SO members.

 Beatty works at the Pittsburgh Post Gazette selling subscriptions to the paper. Getting him fired from this job would accomplish nothing in terms of getting him to cease his anti-Scientology activity. He has felt that the paper would come to his defense if he got attacked by the Church, however when Ken Shapiro sent out an email exposing Beatty to the XSO message board, Beatty did nothing except complain and claim that OSA was behind it.

 Beatty seems to be protecting his new found status on ars and with the XSO board. He really considers himself to be a big, intellectual, intelligent person and an expert on Scientology, which he is working to reform. When repeatedly confronted by an ARS poster asking him what the real reason was that he left the Church (hinting that Beatty wanted to be free to be a pervert) Beatty blew the comm cycle. Information was previously but out there about Beatty’s real history in the Church, which is a lot different that what he represents. 

Beatty is also protecting what little money he has, as he has to survive on it. If someone actually came up with a viable legal threat against him, off our ground, he would more than likely back down.

 PURPOSE:

 To end CB’s black PR of Scientology.

2. CB dismissed as an attacker or totally restrained and muzzled.

Radical Scientology’s Protection Racket

A protection racket is an extortion scheme whereby a criminal group or individual coerces other less powerful entities to pay money, allegedly for protection services against external threats (usually violence or property damage, and sometimes perpetrated by the racketeers themselves).

I cannot think of a better term to describe Miscavige’s standard operating procedure.  Inside, the apparent aim – like run of the mill organized crime – is money.  But, Miscavige’s operation is far more insidious than the mafia.  He also coerces blind, ignoratant loyalty.  And when one finally decides to stop playing the ponzi scheme mark, and exerts some outside independence,  his racket steps it up a few notches with the sole aim of extorting fear and consequent silence.

Recently, Miscavige mounted a full-scale offensive in my direction.  Anonymous emails have been sent to independents far and wide accusing me of all manner of lies, including auditing with an r/sing meter.  On that score, please see David St Lawrence’s post on his blog putting that lie to rest (http://possiblyhelpfuladvice.com/?p=1363 ).  RS (Radical Scientology) has also sent the infamous Private Eye Lil’ Dave Lebow (aka Lebeau, aka Lubow) to a number of independent pre-Clears and pre-OTs whom I have audited and otherwise counseled.  

I have heard of a few guesses by friends as to why now.   One, I have recently been involved in assisting certain Independents with turning RS legal threats into legal offensives.  Another theory, this is in response to my recent start of  the full exposure of  the black ops techniques and  network of RS’s OSA.  Another, a number of OT’s and Opinion Leaders within Scientology fields have been announcing their independence on the blog over the past couple weeks. 

While it may be a combination of all the above, I think the following factor trumps them all.   We are really becoming quite proficient at rapidly and thoroughly reversing Miscavige’s Black Dianetics and Reverse Scientology techniques, and rehabilitating abilities once suppressed by RS.   This is particularly true and marked with OTs – OT VIIs and OT VIIIs.   This is a very scary development for Miscavige.  Holy cats!  Real, live OTs!

LRH describes the phenomena in HCOB OT Levels:

Pyschotics deal with doing people in. Their whole mission in life is destruction.

They inveigh against lower-level gains and seek to discredit them since these run contrary to their aberrated purpose. 

But when it gets to Clears and OT levels, psychos go berserk!

They are, it happens, terrified of punishment for their own crimes.

The thought of someone being sensible or powerful enough to punish them (the way they would do) is more than they can stand.

You can, with the utmost certainty, identify a criminal psychotic by the way he vilifies or degrades or seeks to stop Clears and OTs from coming into existence.

Hence, the protection racket on steroids.  They are attempting to enturbulate through intimidation.  They are not achieving their aim in the slightest with a single one of my friends.  But, after what has occurred over the last two weeks I feel compelled to comment on an important aspect of all this. I think it might help those who might get contacted directly or indirectly put things into context.

First some background to demonstrate I am not just talking theoretically when I use terms like “protection racket” and “organized crime.”

From 1982 through 1986 I was engaged in an investigation into the attempted looting of LRH’s personal bank account via counterfeit checks. The investigation lead into organized crime in the New England area. I dealt directly and at odds with several veteran organized crime figures.  I ultimately testified in the trial that resulted in the extortion conviction of the “financial wizard” of New England’s organized crime syndicate in a related case.

Two years ago I dealt with organized crime on the street level. Through a forty-plus article investigative series I assisted local law enforcement in driving adjuncts of the Mexican Mafia out the county in which I live.   

In both investigations my life was threatened by organized crime figures.  I know how organized crime outfits create and profit off terror.  I also know the tiny clinkers their leaders call their souls and what despicable cowards they are outside the pack.

They operate on an instinctive, beast pack-mentality  level.  You may have heard the adage about how an aggressive dog can sense fear, and sensing it becomes far more aggressive.   It is precisely the same mechanism at play with organized criminals.  Run or cower and they’ll have you hiding in your house and paying protection fees in no time.  Stand up and see them for what they are, and they’ll scatter like cockroaches when the light is switched on.

Now, here are three facts that lead me to conclude David Miscavige has become nothing more than a organized crime boss wanna be. 

You heard this week from Lori Hodgson.  I’ve been informed that the Allender character that creepily assaulted her and sleazily inferred beatings were in the offing, is an OT VIII in good standing with Miscavige.  Remember, Allender cased the place, hid out surveilling and ambushed Lori.  To pull that stunt on a woman who survived the treatment they gave her is pure cowardice and moral depravity.  It is what RS expects of an “OT VIII” (which incidentally, is no small part of the Black Dianetics and Reverse Scientology that is practiced at the “top of” the RS bridge).

Two weeks ago when I was on the west coast,  like clockwork, Miscavige’s OSA sent an operative to visit Mosey (after a hard day’s work) at our home.   As per usual he was a creep, with a creepy beingness, a creepy smirk, and a creepy sort of message.  Every time I am gone, Miscavige sends such an emissary.  Of course Mosey, as per usual,handled the operative much like Lori did with Allender in San Jose, well, much like a cockroach.  But please note, they always come when I am away.  Never has one of his boys come near my place when I am home.

Then this past week Luis Garcia visited Casablanca.  Right about the time we started shinin’ like Lazlo and Rick, Luis receives a call from his wonderful wife Rocio that one Lil’ Dave Lebow came calling at his home, nearly 2,000 miles away.   Rocio gave him the cockroach treatment, making it crystal clear she did not wish for him to return.  For the next 24 hours she was overtly surveilled by Miscavige’s creeps, and the next night (with Luis still 2000 miles away) the Lil’ depraved one returned.

Now, consider this.  Sudden Sam Domingo and Mosey both witnessed a few minute phone call I had with Lebow several months ago.  I told him to tell his namesake employer to take a look at this unseemly, juvenile – and quite frankly cowardly – behavior.   That is, I called him out on RS’s already prevelant practice of running their Operation Creep Out ops exclusively on women who were alone.  The punk didn’t even deny it…instead stammered until I got bored and ended the call.

So, based on FACTS that I have witnessed – some of which I have related above – I firmly conclude that Miscavige has degenerated into a full-time dramatization of his life-long goal of becoming an organized crime boss.   He always wanted to become Michael Corleone.  Problem is, he wound up no better than Tony Montana.

Now, to the point I guess.  I’ll tell you all what I tell people individually who receive this treatment. 

Miscavige’s objective is to get into your head.  If he does, he wins and you lose. If he doesn’t, you win and he loses.  SIMPLE and PLAIN.

Being a good general is as easy as breathing.  Lest anyone mistake this post for feeding the trolls (in this case DM and RS OSA), the only reason I bother with it is to impart some advice that has served me quite well over the past couple years.   Again from the Tao:

Daniel Montalvo – the latest

Since escaping unscathed at the Sunset Blvd cafe, see https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2010/10/09/montalvo-update-the-wild-wild-west/, Daniel has been enjoying his stay with a family that has accepted him and treated him as their own.  Realize that Daniel lived in the Sea Org from the age of four until the age of nineteen, never really experiencing what family is all about. In this time of crises, he is rapidly learning the true value and meaning of family.

Daniel was quite touched by your outpouring of concern, care, and genorsity.  He asked me to try to convey that to you all.  But, I don’t know whether words can really do the trick.  He is in awe of what you did.

Montalvo Update – The Wild, Wild West

Daniel Montalvo continued to be under effective house arrest most of the day.   A multi-agent Radical Scientology cult  private eye team has had Daniel under surveillance full time since his release.  Twice the investigators have made aggressive moves with their vehicles toward Daniel’s friend and host Tiziano Lugli.  

This evening, Tiziano and Jamie took Daniel to dinner at a cafe on Sunset Blvd.   A four car team of Radical Scientology cult investigators leered from across the street. When they finished eating,  Tiziano and Jamie approached the PI team. As the two neared the pack of gangsters, team leader Mike Kelly (same guy who lead the JB surveilance team at Tiziano’s  this summer; and surveilled Mosey’s and my arrival at LA International the week before last)  screamed like a stuck pig crying he was fearful that Jamie and Tiziano were going to “mug” he and his three hired thugs. Kelly slammed Tiziano’s arm knocking his video camera to the ground. Jamie called 911.  Twenty LA County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on the scene aiming shotguns at all the PIs and Tiziano and Jamie.  Tiziano and the pregnant Jamie were cuffed along with the PIs until the watch commander arrived to sort out what was going on.  When they realized it was the Radical Scientology cult PI’s at work again, they gave Tiziano and Jamie a head start home detaining the PI’s in the meantime.

When the smoke finally cleared, Daniel had vanished.

Don’t worry. He is in good hands.

Tiziano and Jamie took some knocks,  but the kid rides again, at least for now, free from effective house arrest.

Minutes later another four cars full of Scientology cult PIs arrived at Tiziano’s home demanding that Daniel be produced to be served with  a restraining order.  Too late, there was no Daniel to produce.

Turns out Eliott Abelson went to court – with no notice to Daniel – representing Daniel’s wife alleging physical spousal abuse purportedly occuring several months ago.  Never reported to the police of course.   They claimed it was an emergency matter to restrain Daniel from going within 100 yards of the Hollywood Blvd management building and the Complex.  The very premises he has been attempting to forever leave behind.  The very premises the church utilized legal threats and family pleas in order to lure Daniel back to. Abelson continues to be a shameless, lying shyster.

As to spousal abuse, what else do you expect?  Isn’t that precisely what they accused me, Amy, Tom and Mike of in their Freedom mags? 

The Criminal Mind of Miscavige apparently mandates such allegations be made. He is obsessed with accusing others of his own sordid intentions and activities.

Miscavige is one sick, sick puppy. 

And an increasingly ineffective one.

Hopefully, Sheriff Baca will wake up and restore order in a county gone lawless when it comes to the Radical Scientology cult.  Hopefully, Miscavige doesn’t take him down like he did his other LA buddy, a certain one-time movie star. 

Interesting how Miscavige is so effective at bringing down apparent friends he tricks into trusting him, while being so utterly ineffective at ruining those who are wise to his tricks and are exposing him for what he is.

David Miscavige and David Lubow – My own Frankenstein monsters

One of the reasons I call Dave Lubow Lil’ Dave or Mini-Dave is that historically he is brought in in times of desperation for David Miscavige when Black Ops are called for in his mind.   For many years we made a conscious effort to keep a tight reign on investigations so that no felonies were committed or overly aggressive actions were taken that might indicate we had adopted or condoned the Black Ops days of the GO. That was for survival reasons, since the public and courts had been given a heavy dose of Guardian’s Office Black Ops through the release of tens of thousands of documents by the DC Federal District Court in the late seventies.

But, when Miscavige’s own goose was being cooked, and his demands for retalitation and silencing became overpowering, and post removals became imminent, we brought in Dave Lubow.  Lubow is a creep to be sure.  But, he is a perfect 1.1 which is  qualification number one for a spy or Black Ops operative.  In many ways he is the perfect duplicate of Miscavige himself. That is, clueless when it comes to fundamental human virtues like love and forgiveness and empathy.  But utterly ruthless and devilishly clever when it came to manipulation, black propaganda, and destroying lives by any means necessary.

His first major assignment was to infiltrate the Las Vegas crowd in the early nineties. Miscavige was obsessed with Terri Gamboa, former Commodore’s Messenger and ED Author Services Inc.  Lubow lead a double – or triple or quadruple – life in Las Vegas, California and Australia during that op that lasted for several years.  Lubow lived with and befriended the Gamboas, the Gradys, Mark Fisher and others while doing all he could to pursuade them not to attack Miscavige. 

When Bob Minton of Lisa McPherson Trust fame had his attorneys on the verge of putting Miscavige square into the middle of the McPherson case (where he firmly belonged) Mike Rinder and I were personally assigned by Miscavige to  run Lubow on a no-expenses-spared international operation to  cave Minton by threatening his money.   Lubow created a number of identities, trotted around the globe creating a web of third party about Minton to the point where we actually had a large portion of Minton’s money frozen in a Swiss bank account.  Unfortunately for Minton, and regardless of his later humanitarian motives, his fortune was in fact amassed by less than ethical means. 

By that time – early 2000s, Lubow had made so much money committing overts on behalf of Miscavige that it became relatively easy to convinced him to begin taking Scientology courses and auditing – with the not so subtle hint that because of the nature of his work he could not be trusted unless he was firmly on board.  Considering himself a “Scientologist” (Miscavige style) created the perfect terrorist.  A man with absolutely no scruples when came to taking out Miscavige’s enemies by any means necessary.  A black ops specialist on a radical religious mission.

Since I do not have large Swiss bank accounts nor the backing of well-heeled enemies of Scientology to draw upon, Lubow’s tactics with respect to me are different. 

Miscavige had Lubow steer clear of me for a year and one half, correctly reasoning that I was not susceptible to either of  the only two missiles in Miscavige’s arsenal – pressure to the point of caving, followed by pay off.  Instead he had Lubow concentrate for months on those close to me – Mike Rinder, each and every one of my pc’s and pre-OTs.  Bless each and every one of their hearts, not a one caved and turned.  And so, quite naturally Miscavige and Lubow (the spineless cowards that they are) are now targetting Monique Rathbun.

It is the worst of the tormented world between the ears of David Miscavige.  Miscavige’s psychotic obsession with breaking up 2D relationships combined with his favorite Black Ops specialist.

So far, aside from rekindling and strengthening a number of old, local friendships of mine  that had sort of gone dormant during my 20 months of whistleblowing, Dave Lubow and the Black Ops Squad, on behalf of Dave Miscavige, did the following recently:

a) Surveilled Mosey’s ex-husband’s (a man whom I have never met)  home and photographed his current wife coming and going, third partied his ex-wife to the point where he felt compelled to defend her.

b) Told Mosey’s current associates that her ex-husband had her surveilled during their divorce several years ago  (before Mosey ever knew me).  A manufactured LIE, creating bonds between Mosey’s past and present associates.

c) Told Mosey’s associates about my mother’s suicide nearly fifty years ago, along with the rest of the Freedom Mag and anti-Marty sites material, and warned there is every reason to worry about Mosey’s well-being with me.

d) Expressed the intention (threatened) to contact Mosey’s immediate family with the same litany.

AND

e)  Said that there is reason to question the validity of the marriage of Mosey and I.  Specifically claiming that Michael J Rinder is not a “legitimate minister”.

Now, you’ve probably heard many stories about Miscavige’s obsession with breaking up 2D couples.  I am not the first he did it to while in the church and then continued to pursue it after I left.  I am privy to documentation that he spent months and huge sums of church parishioner donations trying to break up Marc and Claire Headley after they left the church (something he attempted to do to them for years while they were inside the church). 

 Miscavige has Mini-Dave challenging the validity of our legally performed and certified marriage.  Pursuant to the Cold War era intelligence tech he operates on,  Miscavige simply spreads the lie, full well knowing  it is a lie.

Now, I’ve been waiting for the appropriate moment to share this.  Mosey and I never intended to have a big, public wedding (here it is in the event you missed it, https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2010/07/13/back-in-the-saddle/) .  There was really one reason for being so overt about it. And Miscavige’s latest psychotic behavior serves as the perfect prompter to say why that occurred. That is line 23b of the marriage certificate, which asks for the name and title of the person performing the ceremony.  The answer in bold print is, MICHAEL J. RINDER, MINISTER OF INDEPENDENT CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY. That certificate has long-since been signed, sealed and delivered by the Clerk of the Pinellas County Florida Court to us in Texas. It is the first of a number of precedents being put in place to establish the absurdity and futility of Miscavige attempting to use COMMERCIAL law to dictate who may or may not refer to themselves as Scientologists.

Our marriage is a legal, certified FACT.  But, love is a far stronger bond than any authority can acknowledge or bestow. No matter how many PI’s little Hitler hires to spread no matter how much black propaganda to no matter how many people he will not change those FACTS.  All he accomplishes by doing so is to alienate people (and boy are they creeped out by Miscavige’s crew).   

That Miscavige is reduced to such childish tactics, demonstrates three things in my estimation:

a) He remains fixated on personal destruction of peoples’ second dynamics.

b) He is one of those low-life terrorists you see in the movies; you know, the ones that grab the protagonist’s wife and puts a knife to her throat when his back is to the wall.

c) He does not have the balls to challenge the legal FACT that his agents claim is not a fact.  What he doesn’t understand is that when he has Mini-Dave do that to an audience that has not been made captive (kool aid drinkers) he not only strengthens the bond he seeks to break, he makes enemies by the dozens.

Do not get me wrong, I am not complaining. One reaps what one sews. I helped to create these monsters. 

I think all I can do now is to do what I can to bring about as-isness to that creation. 

So, I’ll continue with attempting to impart truths as it is truth that brings about as-isness.

Know your rights

To: Executives and staff of Int, Gold, OSA, etc

Know your rights.

I know you have heard horrific things about how former staff who left the church with evidence in their possession will be prosecuted . You should know that that is propaganda.

That propaganda is directed to one public and one public alone: YOU.

And it is FALSE PROPAGANDA.

The intent of the propaganda is the same intent behind forcing you to periodically sign five year employment contracts which make you think you have signed your rights to free speech away.

The purpose is to keep you in a state of electrified fear of ever even thinking a negative thought about David Miscavige and his rein of terror, let alone ever doing anything about it.

Now, let’s get to those rights of yours that you probably don’t know  about.

In the United States of America, and in most civilized nations, one cannot sign away his or her freedom of speech. The fiats of David Miscavige do not trump the Bill or Rights nor the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Miscavige’s bloviating does not even have the slightest effect upon settled California case law.

So, no matter what you have signed or been told to the contrary, recognize it has no effect upon the following settled law:

If you harbor intentions to leave, and you have a reasonable belief that the church might pursue you in order to coerce you to return to some form of environment where you lack the freedom of movement, speech, or association you have the right to take with you evidence that supports that belief.

If you believe people who were once in your position, who have already left, are being attacked by the church in order to coerce them into giving up any of their rights to free movement, speech or association, you have the right to take with you evidence of infringement of such rights.

If you are leaving because you reasonably believe you have witnessed crimes against persons or acts that have denied people their God-given rights to freedom of speech, movement, or association then you are within your rights to take with you evidence of those crimes and/or denials of Civil and Human Rights.

If any doubt exists as to whether you will be protected should you choose to exercise these rights, I personally guarantee you protection. The legal minds available to protect your rights on the outside make Miscavige’s overpaid criminal cover-up artists look like the pikers they are.

Miscavige is less and less seen by the average staff member because he is figuratively burrowing himself further and further into his Hitlerian bunker. He has good reason to choose his ground hog strategy.

His rein of terror is under intense scrutiny by people who make their lives’ work to end effective slavery and mafia-like intimidation tactics by dictators.

Which leads to the next bit of propaganda you would be ill-served to heed. That is the notion being broadcast within that Miscavige is being hunted by the forces of evil on the planet. Quite the contrary, those investigating him firmly hold to the view that Scientology is a religion entitled to its own protections under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The fact of the matter is the biggest threat to the viability of those protections for the future is Miscavige’s continuous crimes committed in the name of the religion.

Think about it.

Or, if you cannot confront thoughts along those lines, try not to think about it.

Lying in Miscavige’s $70 Million Bunker

Miscavige and his minions are painting themselves into the lower corner of the RTC bunker by virtue of being forced to make sworn representations; a slippery slope for a pack of liars.

Warren McShane swore out a complaint to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. A copy of the resultant Sheriff’s report was obtained by the Headleys’ lawyers and it was filed in their cases in support of their opposition to the church’s motion for summary judgment. A link to the document, along with the Church’s urgent motion to strike it from the record, is at the bottom of this report. Note in the motion that the church denies Warren made any such report to the Sheriff.

The complaint was filed based on a photo of Tom Cruise’s and David Miscavige’s motorcycles appearing on my blog. (words in italics are quotations from the official documents.)

“Mr McShane handed me a colored copy of a digital photograph that had been posted on Mr. Rathbun’s web site on April 23, 2010. The site information is listed as follows: https://markrathbun.blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/bikesbuilding50.jpg

Warren really did wonders for the church’s future tax exemption and for ongoing criminal investigations into his boss. He made it very clear to the Sheriff that the hundreds of hours of work performed on those personal bikes of his and Tom Cruise were “operations and projects of the Church of Scientology”:

“It appears that much, if not all, the information and images contained in the two computers are proprietary in nature related to the internal operations and projects of the Church of Scientology.”

“The projects and all the material, data, and images associated with these projects were described as not for public consumption, and proprietary to the Church of Scientology.”

Warren has undermined any future dead agent packs that try to attack JB’s credentials for future appearances:

“JB was an employee of Religious Technology Center (RTC), which is under the supervision of Mr. McShane. JB did not have an official title within RTC, however, due to his tenure with the church and his unique skill set he was an integral part or the lead on many high profile internal church projects.”

Warren confirmed that all base personnel (with the exception of JB, and of course he is now gone) had no access to the internet absent restricting filters:

“JB’s internet computer was different from other employees, in that it did not have any filters and JB could search the internet without restrictions.”

McShane swears to the Sheriff, that with the exception of JB – and of course he’s gone – no “church members/employees…enjoy…freedom of movement”:

“On April 22, 2010 (Thursday) at approximately 0730 hours JB left the main facility driving his privately owned vehicle. It was not clear where he was going, or the nature of the trip, however it was not unusual for JB to come and go due to his work projects. His ability to come and go from the facility is in contrast to other church members/employees, who do not enjoy the same freedom of movement.”

McShane has established that RTC hired professionals to put my home and family under constant surveillance for an indefinite – but clearly lengthy, general – period of time. Hence it should go a long way in proving that RTC, Dave’s org, is utterly responsible for every invasion of privacy and harassment they have committed to date :

“Mr. McShane told me RTC had previously contracted with a private security firm in the State of Texas, to monitor Mr. Rathbun’s activities.”

Now, a little back story before I continue. Miscavige told me on several occasions that there was one reason and one reason alone that Warren McShane remained in RTC after the 1987 take over. That is, “Warren is such a good liar, who else is going to handle RTC depositions and declarations?” Miscavige told McShane to his face that if it weren’t for his lying abilities he’d be busted to Gold to do MEST work the rest of his life.

Now, check this out:

“According to Mr. McShane, JB was spotted by the security detail on April 24, 2010 meeting with Mr. Rathbun at a restaurant in the City of Ingleside, Texas.”

Interesting, since by April 24th JB had not even entered the state of Texas since his 22 April departure from the Int base. Obviously, JB had not set foot in the city of Ingleside, had not met with me and had not dined with me by April 24.

“The security detail reported that at the conclusion of the meeting they followed JB to a “Best Western” motel in the City of Ingleside. The security detail called Mr. McShane and advised him of JB’s arrival and the meeting.”

JB never stayed at a motel in the city of Ingleside, ever – not to this day. JB never ventured within 22 miles of Ingleside by the time he was ambushed by Tommy Davis, Angie Blanenship, Laurance Barram Stumpke, and Bob Wright – which as we shall see McShane admitted to later.

“Mr. McShane summoned (4) church members/employees who know JB the best and sent them to Texas to attempt to contact him and perhaps persuade him to return to the facility in Hemet, CA.”

“According to Mr. McShane the four dispatched employees were able to contact JB in the lobby of the Best Western motel on April 26th or 27th 2010. The group tried to persuade JB to return with them. JB retreated to his room and refused to come out or speak with the group.” (For the record, Warren, it was 28 April)

That’s funny, Tommy Davis (Tommy, of course, needs no introduction as to his history and proclivity for lying) has told at least two reporters that I know of that the Texas Op never happened and he never set foot in Texas. Yet, he testified under oath (in the Headley case) that he went to Texas. But, he again lied claiming that he went there to fetch JB on his own determinism and specifically was not “summoned” by McShane (as McShane told the Sheriff), nor by his female “supervisor” nor Miscavige.

Q: Did your supervisor tell you to go see him?

A: No, she did not.

Q: So, why did you go to Texas to see John?

A: Because he is a very good friend of mine.

…

Q: So no one sent you to see Mr. Brousseau?

A: No.

And so, I suppose in aid of David Miscavige’s ongoing efforts to lose the church’s tax exemption, Tommy testified that the private jet charter (no doubt paid by the church) that sent 20 people to Texas was a wholly “personal affair.”

Q: And you were visiting him as part of your job duties for the Church of Scientology?

A: No, I was not.

Of course, McShane failed to mention the other sixteen people that accompanied Tommy, went to my home, blocking the street with four cars in order to prevent me from rescuing JB from Tommy’s gang of four. Let’s see what Tommy had to say about that under oath:

Q: And at the time that you were visiting Mr. Brousseau, is it true that there also were a number of vehicles that were sent to the home of Marty Rathbun?

A: I don’t know of anybody that sent them. Nobody sent anybody anywhere.

Now, back to more McShane lying.

“There are three motorcycles parked in front of a fountain with the structure behind the fountain. Mr. McShane told me the motorcycles are privately owned by members of the church. According to Mr. McShane the photo was taken in 2005 by employee Yvonne Gonzalvez, using JB’s personal digital camera.”

The church’s lawyers raised a hue and cry that the report from which I quote could not possibly be publicly available because it could compromise an ongoing investigation. Well, I wonder whether these pricey legal Einsteins bothered to read the report. If they’d read it, they’d have found out why it couldn’t possibly be an “ongoing investigation”. The damn pictures in question were taken with JB’s personal camera as McShane himself acknowledges to the Sheriff.

I wonder whether those legal beagles thought through how they would ever explain to a judge that the “proprietary “products” that the church claims are in danger of duplication and undercut are a couple of custom motorcycles and a space age tanning booth produced with slave labor.

Not to mention the fact that everything JB took with him is relevant and credible evidence of felonies committed by David Miscavige.

The insertion of Gonzalvez was another McShane lie.

Finally, McShane had this to say to the investigators:

“Mr McShane told me the structure in the digital image is the front of the RTC Administration building, located across the street from us.” (Note the present tense – indicating the Sheriff’s deputies taking the report were sitting across the street from Temple Miscavige while taking the report, no doubt being doted upon by Cathy Frasier and Muriel D).

And in the photo at issue – taken in 2005 – there is an RTC symbol etched in the expensive, bullet proof glass entrance to prove it is the RTC building. One little problem: Warren said “is”, not “was.” And thus, Warren accidentally told a truth.

Did you know that Jenny Linsen, and a host of other Miscavige insiders, supplied sworn declarations to the St Pete Times (the ones designed to bury Mike Rinder, Amy Scobee, Tom Devocht and I) claiming that the RTC 70 million dollar palace in question was never RTC, was never intended to be for RTC, but instead was always planned to be CSI’s HQ and has been since its construction? While ordering that perjury, Miscavige also ordered, and obtained compliance, that the 30 foot by 20 foot bullet proof glass over the front entrance be replaced. Why? To replace the multi-thousand dollar RTC symbol etched into the glass with a multi-thousand dollar etching of the CSI symbol. All done as part of his cover-up that he spent 70 million dollars for his own personal, 55,000 square foot office palace. All measures taken after I called him out on it.

It is the same building Miscavige and his personal staff occupy to this day.

You know what it is like to live a lie? You gotta remember the lie and all the subsequent cover up lies all the time so as not to get caught out in another lie. I reckon you all know that because you broke that cycle for good on Grade II and/or OT II.

Imagine for a moment the personal hell that Miscavige lives day in and day out. Not only does he live a lie and lies habitually, he orders his inner circle to lie continuously; and under oath. He even spends tens of thousands of dollars altering MEST to conform with his lies.

Memo to Warren, Jenny and Tommy:

I know that you had to learn to remorselessly lie to remain close to the top. It is a survival requirement. Regardless of the manner in which I have reported facts here, I want you to know that there are many people out here who will receive you with open arms and help you get rapidly onto your feet to live honest, productive, and happy lives. Scientology actually works. Clean hands actually do make a happy life.

Memo to Dave:

You have apparently fully accomplished what you are so fond of accusing others of, buying your own bullshit. You have surrounded yourself with liars you created and so your mocked up universe continues on its dwindling spiral unabated. But, don’t worry, your one source of accurate information on the true state of affairs concerning Scientology is still broadcasting daily strong and clear, Moving On Up A Little Higher.

One last word of advice, borrowed from Nas:

I have recently learned that you have committed unethical and illegal acts against me for which I could have you and your ultimate boss, David Miscavige, prosecuted.

As you well know, I am not the vindictive type. In fact, as you are acutely aware, I went out of my way in my first public interview to not mention your name so as to not expose you to possible criminal prosecution and disbarment for previous acts I witnessed you engage in. You know what that means. But, I will spell it out for Miscavige, because I know he cannot even conceive of such an ethic level. It means that I put myself at risk of criminal prosecution alone for acts that you participated in and as an attorney had a higher level of duty, and thus responsibility, in not engaging in.

You may have noted several weeks ago I mentioned on my blog that my OSA sources informed me that David Miscavige has ordered that I be incarcerated and that since your investigators could find no basis upon which to do so in eighteen months of trying, I was to be framed.

Never in my wildest imagination did I believe Miscavige and his agents would stoop as low as they did to try to accomplish such. I was disappointed and saddened when I learned that it was you who personally executed Miscavige’s order.

I have been interviewed by a detective John Maciel of the Garden Grove Police Department. Det Maciel informed me that a private investigator working at your direction and you personally ran an operation to have the good detective re-open the 29-year old case regarding the murder of my dear brother Bruce. It was done using the most sleazy type of innuendo and outright known falsehood in order to mislead Det Maciel that I should be considered a suspect.

Eliott, please understand these facts:

  1. I joined Scientology for the sole purpose of helping my troubled brother Bruce. The only reason I was not able to pursue that objective for long enough to perhaps prevent his death was because the the client you represent persuaded me to join the Sea Organization on the false promise I would be given an assignment that would directly help my brother.   2. My brother’s body was found on July 1, 1981. I was working in LRH external comm, a very important responsibility during the life of L Ron Hubbard. I had not seen my brother because of work commitments for perhaps a year or more. Your client, who ordered you to run this operation, has a written record of my whereabouts for every hour for three years prior to and up to the date of my brother’s death.
  3. Your client, who ordered this operation, has pre Clear folders, containing a number of sessions over several days after I was informed of my brother’s death – all detailing every aspect of my relationship with my brother and the devastating impact his death had on my life.
  4. Your intent and the intent of your client in making the false allegations are well documented by your client’s websites that have told falsity-laced, invented stories woven to leave the impression I had something to do with my brother’s death.
  5. I know from 22 years of working directly for Miscavige, and several years working over you, and from my OSA sources, that a secondary intent of your intentional false statements to a law enforcement agent was creating an “ongoing case” that you could – in a libel proof fashion – make reference to in order to destroy my reputation on your websites and in utterances by your investigators.
  6. Your involvement, and the particulars of it, are documented and secured.

 

Regardless of how you choose to handle this matter, your Consigliere days are over.

The only causation you can exercise at this point is the manner in which those days end. That is, whether they are ended with some level of dignity or by way of the penitentiary and the California bar.

And just so you don’t go into another of your reactive, false “ah hah” routines you are so well paid to perform and say “this sounds like extortion”, recognize the following.  In the interim you are ordered to preserve all of my pc and pre-OT folders, ethics folders, OSA intelligence and PR folders, and any and all files created by anyone in Church of Scientology International and Religious Technology Center pertaining to me and pertaining to your demented “dead brother operation”.

Miscavige is so hard up for valences apparently that he is attempting to buy the identities of  Mike Rinder, Michael Rinder, Marty Rathbun and Mark Rathbun.

I am not going to connect all the dots at this point  for strategic reasons, but I predict this type of over-reaching is going to wind up biting the greedy one in the posterior in a big way, a little further on up the road.  He doesn’t get it, because criminals cannot conceive of the consequences of their acts. 

In the meantime, maybe he’ll start up another half  dozen anti-M and M sites – their presence has done wonders for our visits;  just as his inane Freedom magazines and videos did.
