Daniel Montalvo Cases Are Settled

references: Daniel Montalvo vs. Church of Scientology, et al, and Free Daniel Montalvo

Daniel Montalvo recently settled his lawsuits with Corporate Scientology entities.  The terms of the settlement were not particularly favorable to Daniel, but the settlement provides him: a)  protection from future liability for having taken computer hard drives with him when he left Corporate Scientology, and b) a little something to make his transition into outside life a bit easier.

When I originally posted about the lawsuits in early March 2011, I posted the following comment in response to a number of comments speculating how the suits would accomplish sweeping effects:

I have noted a number of comments speculating on strategies and potential outcomes. I think people should know that this case is Daniel Montalvo’s. His lawyer is a consumate, ethical professional. He is representing Daniel and ONLY Daniel. I am confident that he will do everything in his power to make his client whole ensuring he has the best chance possible for living a productive, fullfilling life. That is his obligation, no other. Whatever path this case takes the fact of it being brought, and hopefully the fact of it resulting in a wrong being justly remedied, will serve as benefit to the public at large and others similarly situated. Anything beyond that is of no concern to me. I would hope others will grant Daniel and his counsel that space and power of choice.

Daniel and his counsel did not consult with me about the settlement before entering into it as was their privilege.  They both felt that under the circumstances, and given the opponent they were facing, they did the right thing for Daniel at that juncture of the litigation.  What they ran into was precisely what Mike Rinder and I informed them they would prior to filing suit; something I don’t think either of them fully appreciated at that time. Nonetheless, having learned the circumstances after the fact, I believe Daniel was well served by his counsel Kit Winter.  Given the hand he was dealt Kit pulled off a minor miracle.

To those who donated to get Daniel out of jail and the charges against him dropped, your intention was fully accomplished.  Corporate Scientology officially dropped charges against Daniel.  To all of you, thank you very much, and very well done.

While Corporate Scientology expressly reserved the right to continue to come after me for something Daniel testified truthfully under oath that I had nothing to do with, you probably already know my response to that: “make my day.”

While Daniel handled his suit as I noted he should in the italicized passage above, he and Kit provided a great service to all of us. They kept the Corporate Scientology legal battalions pinned down for several months; obsessed with staving off Kit and Daniel’s advance made many other advances across the world possible.

Thanks to everybody who contributed, not just money but their time, their homes, their food, their vehicles, themselves.  You truly are appreciated.

Wake Up Time for the White House

Just when we all thought it was time to take a collective breath of relief, what do you know?   At the very time we were shoulder to the wheel on the final stretch of the White House Petition to investigate the corruption between the highest levels of the US Department of Justice and David Miscavige’s Corporate Scientology,  the highest levels of the US Department of Justice were scheming with Miscavige to use the credibility of the United States government to wipe out any lingering truth in the public’s mind about Corporate Scientology’s rampant Human Rights violations.   Here is the incredible, blatant evidence in the form of an email flier being sent out en masse by the Seattle Corporate Scientology organization:

Know Your Human Rights!

You are invited to an evening discussion

on human rights featuring:

Kareem W. Shora, Senior Policy Advisor

Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties,

U.S. Department of Homeland Security;

Senator Jeanne Kohl-Welles

speaking on the impact of human trafficking

Senator Maralyn Chase

on the importance of educating

our children on civil rights.

AND

Scientology’s Human Rights Campaign!

You read it right, the Department of Justice is lending the name and presence of its “SENIOR POLICY ADVISOR” on Civil Rights, Civil Liberties, and Homeland Security to overtly pimp and pander for David Miscavige by promoting Corporate “Scientology’s Human Rights Campaign!” (note, while a technical argument can be made Homeland Security is different than the Department of Justice – see footnote below, Homeland Security ultimately answers to the head of the Department, the Attorney General)fn

If this does not immediately shock your sense of right and wrong, then I implore you to re-read the following post:

https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2011/09/25/petition-the-president-of-the-united-states/

If you do not have the background on the tomes of evidence that have been provided to the Department of Justice that serve as the foundation for the original FBI Human Trafficking investigation, then please read the entire Truth Rundown series in the St Petersburg Times:

http://www.tampabay.com/specials/2009/reports/project/

In a way Miscavige has just strenghtened, as is his wont these days, the next move I was working on. Knowing the White House is shackled by its own devotion to politics and the money that requires, I knew the White House petition was only the next step in the struggle.

This latest event provides the evidence required for phase II.

Certain Independents have already began paving the way to the Congressional Oversight committees that exist to police corruption within US government agencies.  Now, armed with evidence of how overt and unabashed the collusion between Corporate Scientology and the Department of Justice has become, it is time in my view to communicate loud and clear to the members of the appropriate Congressional committees to start preparing, because chances appear great that the White House is about to deliver a White Wash for the benefit of the biggest perpetrator of slavery on American soil since the Jim Crow era.

My suggested course of action is as follows:

a. Review the members of the House Oversight Committee and the Senate Oversight Committee.  Determine which ones that you are a constituent of.

House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform members:

http://oversight.house.gov/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=191&Itemid=19

Senate Committee On The Judiciary members:

http://judiciary.senate.gov/about/members.cfm

b. Write to appropriate members of the House and Senate Committees asking them to take note of what appears to be every indication that the “church” of Scientology has not only bought the Department of Justice to back off a two-year, momemtum gaining investigation but to go the extra yard and promote the suspects as defenders of the very rights they were being investigated for destroying wholesale on American soil.

As far as evidence is concerned, I would print off and utilize the flier and the two links that I have provided above – in addition to whatever else you believe is relevant to the specific communication you would like to deliver.   In anticipation of corporate Scientology attempts to attack the credibility of my linked post above, you might want to note that this little blog that could, on its little unfunded lonesome is visited by far more readers than all multi-million dollar Corporate Scientology sites combined – by a very long shot.  The specifics as of today, according to Alexa (the Web Information Company) are as follows:

Moving On Up A Little Higher  traffic rank in the US:  23, 383

Scientology.org (with all front groups linking back   :  52,548

c.  Ask for a meeting so that the member may be briefed by witnesses who observed first-hand the buy out of the United States Department of Justice at the highest levels.  As of Nov 15 I am willing to travel to visit with any US Representative or Senator on the above committees, provided someone covers the travel cost.

d.  March on the Seattle church of Scientology to arrive at 6 p.m. on Wednesday October 26th.  If  I were not committed to a pc visiting from across the country, I would be there myself, demanding entrance to confront Mr Shora with the evidence of the atrocities he is helping to cover up and promote.  I may still find a way to get there. If an industrious Seattle Indie has some time to devote to organizing, you’ve got a bee line to me between now and then.

I believe it is time to increase the volume of the alarm to wake up the White House. Even assuming this is all going on unbeknownst to the White House, it demonstrates just how smug the US Department of Justice is and just how confident it is that President Obama will cover Eric Holder’s and Robert Swan Mueller’s rear ends. I believe it is time to act.   I believe it was situations like these that L Ron Hubbard was talking about when he uttered the following words in 1960:

We are not helpless There is something we can do about it. We can tell you the wrong thing to do always.  That’s nothing. Nothing is the greatest overt act you can commit.  If you don’t believe it, run into it sometime on your case.  The times you did nothing: those were the overt acts.  Well we needn’t be guilty of it in this particular lifetime, because you’ve got just as big a share in this as I have, as anybody has.  And with your knowingness goes a certain increased responsibility. That’s a terrible thing, isn’t it?  You say, “Well, I want to know more about this.”  The second you know more about it, you’re more responsible for it. Do you realize that? – 3 January 1960 Zones of Control and Responsibility of Governments

Thank you 5,005 Times

We wish to personally thank all 5000 people who signed the petition to the White House to investigate the corruption and graft between the “church” of Scientology and the US Department of Justice.

I know there are dozens of people who went the extra mile by reaching out and educating other citizens prompting them to also sign the petition.   Double thanks to you all.

There are also five people who I know personally who went even further beyond the call of duty to educate the public in big ways to assure the petition made its targeted total.  If I omitted anyone who was involved on that level, please inform me.  Do not take this as an invalidation if you were at that level of involvement and I failed to mention you by name.  These are the folks I have been made aware of as deserving of special mention.

5.  Theo  Sismanides

4.  Sandy “Data Dir” Richards

3.  Steve “Thoughtful” Hall

2. Karry Campbell.

And the most effective connector and networker in the Independent field:

#1. Karen de la Carriere.

Again, thanks to everybody who signed.  You all are special.

Catch some z’s.   I’ve got some fireworks to share tomorrow.

Good Night.

UPDATE, Friday morning 21/10,by Steve Hall:

Marty — you and Karen de la Carierre especially deserves props, as does Graham Berry (signature #1) and our incredible ally, Ursula Caberta. I want to let everyone know that this entire accomplishment was a direct result of our trip to Germany (thanks to everyone who supported us on that project). After Marty and Mosey arranged to go there, Ursula quietly arranged for Graham to attend — to help heal some old wounds (the CoS went after him murderously and tried to destroy him in the late 1990s). As LRH said, “Problems end when communication begins” so we all got in comm. From communication came real friendships and the next thing you know, Graham came up with this bright idea for a petition. Karen (signature #4) helped phrase the wording of it — she and Graham spent two days working it over. The result was a magnificent petition that really listed out the Church’s crimes. But when Graham clicked “Submit” a dialog box opened saying that it was too long. Petitions were limited to 840 characters!

As everyone knows, the CoS is so loaded with crimes one could go on for tens of thousands of words and still only be scratching the surface. Alas, back to the drawing board went Graham and Karen, shortening and condensing it down to a pithy 840 characters.

Conferring with Karen on people who very much went the extra mile to push this along were the following names in addition to those already stated:

Emma of ESMB created a sticky to promote the petition on her forum for everyone to see.

The moderators of OCMB — Sponge and I’m Glib — also pushed it hard on their forum.

The decent activists in Anonymous who pitched right in and helped to push this along — they deserve acknowledgment.

Special acknowledgment to Greebly who brought enormous energy and attention to the petition.

Mark Bunker tweeted it and pushed the petition hard on all his lines and pushed it on his website Knowledge Report.

Old Auditor helped big time by really pushing it on his Possibly Helpful Advice website.

Terrill Parks promoted the petition on 100 different forums!

As the creator of Scientology-cult.com, I wanted to extend a heart-felt thank you to all. This cause brought together not only people who have been ruthlessly victimized by the “church” but also their friends and families. And more, it brought together thousands of people whom OSA and David Miscavige desperately want to divide and conquer: critics, Independents, ex-Scientologists, Freezoners, free thinkers, human rights activists, Anonymous, and all the hundreds of Scientologists under the radar who signed the petition anonymously.

Whatever It Takes

As we approach a tipping point of sorts inspired in part by recent societal events,  Tony Ortega at the Village Voice provides us with graphic reminders of  the wisdom of what we are doing.

http://blogs.villagevoice.com/runninscared/2011/10/grant_cardone_occupy_wall_street.php

The 2 1/2 % who have seized control of the church of Scientology have sold out to the 1 % who are destroying the world’s economy by turning Wall Street into their personal casino.

Meanwhile, corporate Scientology continues to make its bid as the perfect medieval candidate for the religion of the 1%:

Why the Federal Government Must Be Held to Account

Please see the documentation of illegal and unconscionable conduct of David Miscavige’s Radical Corporate Scientology (RCS) intelligence network the Office of Special Affairs at the end of this post.   I covered this conduct in a post date 27 April, https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2011/04/28/latest-corporate-scientology-felonies/ and we now have the documents to back it up.

My phone services have been on the account of Monique Carle (my wife’s previous married name) for the past five years.  Mike Rinder’s, as you can see by the second letter below, have been under his own name. Both of our accounts were illegally accessed at the direction of David Miscavige in order to identify and harass those who might communicate with us.

Nearly two years ago Mike Rinder and I reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation that our phone records were regularly being stolen by the RCS and utilized to harass those in close communication with us.  At the time, both of us were intensively involved in assisting victims of Federal Human Trafficking violations by the RCS with escaping virtual slavery. We shared precisely how the RCS gets at the records, having been parties ourselves to such activity when we worked for RCS.  We provided the FBI with the names of those people (and even some of the phone numbers) conducting such operations against us in real time.

We also provided the FBI with the exact modus operendi of RCS’ continuing and blatant hacking into airline reservation computers to track our every move and disrupt our efforts to free people from illegal human trafficking operations of the RCS.  We gave them the precise locations of the computers the RCS was conducting these illegal operations from. We also pointed out to the Feds how with relative ease they could document this ongoing criminal activity. The highest levels of the Department of Justice in Washington responded by busting the veteran Human Trafficking agent who originated and had spent a year working up the case.

Months later a replacement agent met with Mike and I and told us to our faces that the FBI did not have the capability of confirming our claims of phone tampering and airline reservation hacking.   I have yet to meet a Federal Aviation Administration agent or Homeland Security agent at airports who has not shook his or her head in disbelief and disgust about the FBI’s ostrich-like behavior – and I have met many.  They – like most rational citizens who hear of this conduct – react something like this: “Wait a second. Here we are xraying grandmothers day in and day out, all the while Al Qaeda could just be monitoring like Scientology waiting for a couple key Congressmen to get onto any given flight, and boom!”

But, the Department of Justice reigns supreme in Washington when it comes to law enforcement.  And they apparently have other fish to fry.

Incidentally, that very meeting with the FBI was surveilled by a dozen RCS private investigators whom Mike and I documented with video tape attempting to prevent us from getting to the meeting physically:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=UV6mFJSDYqM

If you are offended by your tax dollars subsidizing this type of expensive, oppressive, criminal behavior there is something you can do about it. If you haven’t already done so, please sign the petition demanding that the Administration act lawfully and ethically with regard to this domestic terror organization that has apparently been given carte blanche to ruin the lives of responsible citizens:

If you have already signed, urge friends and neighbors to do the same – and use the information provided here to educate them.

THE EVIDENCE:

the sociopath next door

Over the past three decades David Miscavige has done his best to reverse the practice of Scientology. That is, the further one moves up the Bridge in the church of Scientology the more zealous, tractable, solid, narrow-minded, and in most cases miserable one becomes.  That is not to say that people cannot attain higher Grades and Levels of spiritual state and understanding. It means that those gains are manipulated by deceit and conditioning and stress toward molding a person into a conscienceless, deployable agent for an ill-intentioned cult leader.  Being the consummate covertly hostile suppressive person, Miscavige has managed to do so while stage managing a false identity to his public that he is L Ron Hubbard’s guy.

Miscavige is very well described in the Science of Survival and in PTS/SP technical bulletins, policy letters and lectures.  In fact, the reason why Miscavige could manage his complete reversal of the subject of Scientology with the willing help of thousands of staff members and thousands of once-well-heeled public Scientologists is all explained rather neatly in these Hubbard materials.

Becoming disaffected with the “church” and Miscavige, leaving one’s life works in the “church” behind,  some people have tended to leave behind some of what they learned too.  Most commonly, first and foremost they leave behind PTS/SP technology.  It makes sense.  After all, it is the technology that protects good people against people who intend harm to others.   And so many good people’s experience within the church proved to them that PTS/SP technology is faulty, does not work, or in many cases is the cause of their own travails.

Most people I have encountered who have left the church went through decompression periods of their own. That is, a length of time to destimulate (settle spiritually) from the collective, suppressive acts that finally prompted them to cut ties with the cult while trying to put those experiences into some kind of perspective against their new experiences in the outside world.  The lengths of those periods have varied from months to years to decades.

During my own decompression period I did not want to read or hear anything about Scientology.  That included reading Hubbard books or listening to his lectures.  While I never doubted any gains I had achieved and used my training in living life, delving back into the subject brought about depressing emotions with the recognition that the entity that “owned” the technology was for all intents and purposes destroying it.  I have found that many people shared that resistance during their decompressions.

But I never lost the love of reading and learning and devoured many books on other subjects that interested me at any given time.  Some of them helped immensely in giving perspective in evaluating my life, including my then twenty seven year experience in and with Scientology.  Some books validated and enhanced understandings I had attained from studying Hubbard. I have shared some of those books in the Recommended Reading section of this blog – see the subject bar on the home page of Moving On Up A Little Higher.

I am adding to that list a remarkable book that I just finished, The Sociopath Next Door by Martha Stout.  I am adding it because I think it might do quite a lot of good for a lot of people who left the church of Scientology.  Not only for those not wanting to review any Scientology material, but for anyone who has encountered David Miscavige or his minions dutifully carrying out his directives.

Stout is a clinical psychologist who specialized for twenty-five years in helping the victims of sociopaths.   The first half of her book shares her real life observations about sociopaths and the effects they have upon social personalities.  Her observations are remarkably parallel to Hubbard’s description of the Suppressive Person.   Note, modern accepted characteristics of the sociopath very closely align with Hubbard’s descriptions of the emotional tone level of Covert Hostility and of the Suppressive Person.  This is so much the case that I have taken to using the terms “suppressive person” and “sociopath” interchangeably.

But, Stout’s first and foremost marker for the sociopath is more complementary of Hubbard’s work than it is duplicative.  Per Stout, the sociopath first and foremost lacks conscience.  It is a very useful and workable observation she shares.

Stout’s second chapter, ice people: the sociopaths, provides an actual case history that, but for career choice and resulting milieu of operation, could serve as the biography of David Miscavige.

Later in the book Stout gives another common denominator of sociopaths that again insightfully adds to one’s arsenal against being ruined by one, the pity play:

The most reliable sign, the most universal behavior of unscrupulous people is not directed, as one might imagine, at our fearfulness. It is, perversely, an appeal to our sympathy.

If you have followed this blog for long, you will know that I have several times wrote of Miscavige’s unnatural ability to paint himself as a victim.  As Stout notes, when a true sociopath is about to get caught out, he or she can very convincingly garner sympathy to divert attention from self.   Miscavige’s ability on that score has become institutionalized.  Virtually all International Association of Scientologist promo and briefings over the past two decades are outright fraudulent, falsely painting pictures of persecution against the cult.  Another example, the folks who have used 24/7/365 surveillance on my wife and me, who have overtly harassed us for 180 odd days running, with straight faces convince a clueless magistrate they must arrest me to protect them.

Stout recognizes the potential for suppressive/sociopathic groups, particularly “religious” ones.  Her description of one “church” sounds hauntingly like what has become of the conscienceless radical corporate church of Scientology:

As an illustration, one can cite the Creativity Movement, a militantly anti-Semitic and anti-Christian group formerly known as the World Church of the Creator, which is a religion founded on the love of the “White Race” and the prescribed hatred of everyone else. Within this doctrine, everyone who is not “White” is by definition a member of one of the “mud races.”  The central moral precept of the Creativity Movement is expressed as follows: “What is good for the White Race is the highest virtue; what is bad for the White Race is the ultimate sin.”   Unsurprisingly, the long-term goal of the Creativity Movement is to organize the “White Race” to achieve world domination.

The conscienceless organization, justifying any means by its alleged assistance toward an end, committing any crime against another person without remorse as long as it can be rationalized as forwarding the group’s power.

Perhaps most importantly, Stout describes how good, intelligent people wind up doing the bidding of a sociopath.

Excerpt:

Why are conscience-bound human beings so blind? And why are they so hesitant to defend themselves, and the ideals and people they care about, from the minority of human beings who possess no conscience at all?  A large part of the answer has to do with the emotion and thought processes that occur in us when we are confronted with sociopathy.  We are afraid, and our sense of reality suffers.  We think we are imagining things, or exaggerating, or that we ourselves are somehow responsible for the sociopath’s behavior.

It goes deeper when it comes to an organization emphasizing the importance of hierarchy and authority. Along the way she gives probably the best sum up and analysis I have read of the Stanley Milgram experiments on how authority can trump conscience.

While the last 1/3 or so of Stout’s book meanders down a sometimes painful path of speculations about possible genetic sources for sociopathy, it still manages to impart useful observations.   It was useful for me in this respect, I was able to recognize that despite Stout’s wonderful contributions (and clearly unintended validation of Hubbard’s work) modern mental health practitioners, regardless of their evolutionary progress over the past four decades, are still shackled by their inability to perceive or unwillingness to credit the spirit or soul.

Just because one is out from under the influence of the cult run by the sociopath/suppressive person of all sociopaths/suppressive persons is no reason not to read this book and hopefully recount, and maybe even re-study your Science of Survival and PTS/SP pack.  Stout, as Hubbard did forty-five years ago, recognizes that our inability to properly identify sociopaths and prevent the havoc they wreak is one of the greatest threats to humankind.

David Miscavige vs St Petersburg Times: “It’s WAR!”

As a lot of you know, in June 2009 the St Petersburg Times began publishing its earth shaking Truth Rundown series:

http://www.tampabay.com/specials/2009/reports/project/

As those closely involved were aware, Miscavige – as is his wont – declared war not only on the Times, but upon the witnesses they interviewed for the series.  It was evident by his setting PI’s loose on Tom Tobin and Joe Childs, the Time’s writer and editor who investigated and wrote the series.  Miscavige also hired failed tabloid reporters – including one Jim “don’t call me a Scientology shill” Lynch to “investigate” the Times and publish a “white paper” criticizing their reporting.  Although it was intended to prevent Tobin and Childs and the Times from winning recognition, it did not stop them from earning awards for their reporting.  There was also the infamous, million dollar minimally, Freedom Magazine attack on the Times and its sources. And last but not least, the continual THREATS and PROMISES to sue.   By the by, the statute of limitations is long gone, and as has become his habit, the dog barked loud with no ensuing bite in sight.

Although it was evident Miscavige had started yet another in a long line of wars to suppress truth, you’d never catch the “church” admitting that.  Until now.

Shortly after the first installment of the series hit the news stands, Miscavige sent out a mission to attempt to handle the fall out from many on lines Scientologists – and off-lines ones still in good standing with the “church” – reading the St Pete Times.  Mission In Charge was one Mike Sutter, a long-term RTC (Religious Technology Center) staff member.   It turned out to be the longest failing mission operated in the history of the Sea Organization (church priesthood).  For background, see my post RTC IS DEAD, https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2010/08/12/rtc-is-dead/

Well, thanks to the heads up work of David Lingenfelter, former Golden Era Productions Audio Technician genius, now San Antonio Texas Independent genius, we’ve got the real time arrogance and delusion of Miscavige, through the via of his missionaire Sutter, memorialized.  Please see the transcript excerpt below of Mike Sutter in action.
Mike Sutter (2010):
I don’t know if you ever heard of the St Petersburg Times. It is not a regular newspaper, from our perspective, from the church’s perspective.  Like it has been like since the mid 1970’s a mouthpiece to attack the church.  In other words, they quite uniquely, they have been a very willing purveyor of any type of entheta, whatever you want to call it. And they have especially over the last year, you know, put out several different articles that, you know, are outrageous on their face; but nonetheless, they do it and they’re negative toward the church.  Now, the good news is that they go to such lengths that their animosity is transparent.  Its, you know, very clear they have a vendetta. They’re not, you know, objective at all.
The other thing that’s good news is that their articles are not picked up, other newspapers do not pick up their articles, ok?
It’s not like their a tabloid, literally a tabloid.  Do they have a tabloid mentality, yes they do.  And like many newspapers, they’re desperate. They are not doing well financially.  I’m sure you’re familiar with the newspapers.  They’re within like three years of folding right now.  Just financially speaking.  And maybe that’s one of the reasons why they are doing this.  It’s not assisting their circulation.  If that’s the reason, it is a wrong why.  It shows in their stats.
But my point is, they are a mouthpiece. It’s a known negative mouthpiece.
And it’s in  a narrow area.  We’ve dealt with that. Like, we’ve put our own publications out in the area. And we have our own promotional campaign going. It’s not that we’re just going “poor us” or anything like that.
Believe me…their like… it’s a war!
You don’t screw around with us.  And you know, you know, turn the other cheek.  If you are going to do that then, good, you are going to hear from us.  And that is an ongoing thing which I don’t need to go into here.  It’s happening.
According to Miscavige’s agent the St Pete Times ought to be out of business by now. Let’s see who wins this latest war that Miscavige has declared, refusing to “turn the other cheek” and refusing to allow anyone to “screw around with us.”   While I think the result is already evident, I have a strong feeling that it will be made crystal clear to those still in doubt over the next few weeks.

The Strange Case of Biggi Reichert

I am investigating the circumstances and cover up of the 2006  untimely and unfortunate death of a senior  German Scientologist.

Biggi Reichert

Biggie was an OT VIII.  She was also an IAS Patron.

Biggi married an apparently wealthy Scientologist real estate speculator Juergen Reichert.   Biggi learned after the wedding that Juergen  was in fact deep in debt.

In 2000 Biggi was Mission Holder of the Augsburg Mission.

In 2006 Biggi Reichert was the Public Exec Sec at the Hamburg Scientology organization.

In 2006 Biggi wrote a note to the Flag Solo NOTs Director of Processing that she had allegedly attained the pinnacle of the Bridge, yet the two ruins she got into Scientology to handle were still her ruins: the Second Dynamic (sex, marriage and the rearing of children) and money.  At the time she and her husband were in debt to the tune of approximately ten million Euros (or 16 million US dollars). Biggi had begun a liaison of some sort with a Scientologist banker named Axel Rudel.

Biggi went to Flag for a handling. Her return ticket indicated she intended to stay for two weeks.  After four days at Flag, she was escorted to the airport by two Scientologists.   One of those escorts was reportedly OT VIII Rainer Bierman. Biggi flew back to Hamburg.  She took off in her car.

She spent three days at the horse ranch of her Scientologist friend Gloria Schluter.                     .

On the final day of her visit Biggi was found dead in the garage in her car.  Sleeping pills were spread about the front seat.  The car was fitted with a hose directing the exhaust into the seating compartment.  Autopsy determined she died of carbon monoxide poisoning; and that though she had consumed sleeping pills the dosage was not enough to have caused her death.  A will of sorts was left behind in Biggi’s hand distributing what few possessions she still owned.

Biggi’s scalp contained more than a dozen small third degree burns.  While each burn was about the size of a cigarette ember, they were determined forensically to not be cigarette burns.  Her hair did not appear to be burned; leading to the conclusion the burns were carefully administered.  The burns were determined to most likely have occurred while Biggi was in Florida.

Juergen Reichert disappeared and is not cooperating with police.  Gloria Schluter did not provide any substantive information.  The “church” has been mum, as per usual, as if it was a matter that its staff knew nothing about. And of course they provided none of the tomes of documents such matters by policy would require they write and file.  The United States government is reluctant to provide assistance to the German government in getting to the bottom of this, having been effectively bought off by David Miscavige’s agents.

Scientologists in good standing who inquired of the church about the disappearance of Biggi were lied to.  They were told that Biggi suddenly suffered a heart attack and died, period.

If anyone has any information leading to the resolution of the mystery surrounding the death of Biggi Reichert, please share them.  If you require anonymity, contact me at my secure address, howdoesitfeel@hushmail.com.

Please, if  you have any possibly relevant facts, pass them along for the benefit of Biggi.

Minimally, Biggi was abandoned by her “church” and her “friends”.

We apparently are the only friends she’s got left.

Jason Beghe

Jason and me August 2008

Jason Beghe was just written up by Village Voice editor in chief Tony Ortega for his important role in “crippling Scientology”, http://blogs.villagevoice.com/runninscared/2011/09/jason_beghe_top_25_crippling_scientology.php

While I respect Tony for his ability to confront the cult and his intelligence in understanding the goals and purposes of Independent Scientology vs those of Radical Corporate Scientology, I don’t see eye to eye with him on what Jason Beghe’s products and intentions are.  The video interview Jason did with Mark Bunker in early 2008 accurately captured the raw, painful truth that was Jason’s shortly after he made the lonely and courageous step through the wall of fire that is cutting ties with Miscavige’s cult.   But, to define Jason by that moment does him a tremendous injustice in my view.

Jason is one of my closest friends.  He spent a week at our home in August 2008.   We spent dozens of hours together on the deck overlooking the bay grappling with the subject of Scientology.   By the end of the week we had synthesized a vision.  That vision was to help Scientologists heal and to heal Scientology itself by means, primarily, of letting the truth be known.  Though the church, and apparently Scientology haters too, will never believe it, Jason and I concurred that to waste much time “fighting” or “taking down” Miscavige would be counter-productive.   Jason – who is one of the most intelligent and well educated people (and Scientology trained to boot) I have had the privilege to know as a good friend – understood when I demonstrated that Miscavige has sucked the church into a nightmare GPM (Goal/Problem/Mass – the positive/negative, resistance trap that makes one becomes what one resists) that now routinely produces the precise opposite (Problem) of what it postulates (Goal) resulting the in the destructive cult (Mass) it has become.

Jason is not out to “cripple” or even harm in any way “Scientology.”   Jason is all about the truth.  I’ll provide two examples to demonstrate that fact.

Jason went through ten years of the most vicious Black Dianetics within RCS (Radical Corporate Scientology).   It began in 1996.  Jason had completed training through Class V at Celebrity Center International (CCI).  Jason was such an effective auditor during his internship that a number of people began requesting that he by name deliver their Grades and NED.   CCI, as is the church’s wont, of course extended his internship because they were making beau coup bucks off their star auditor.

Then Miscavige decided overnight to destroy the training line up that L Ron Hubbard spent three decades perfecting.   Jason was told that he had to re-train because Miscavige had determined some unnamed people had messed up the tech.  Jason said “ok, let’s get started.”   He was told he had to go to the reg.  Jason, being Jason, then uttered the now famous words (paraphrase), “let me get this straight, you screwed up the tech, and you want me to pay for it? Get the fuck out of here!”

That began a ten year “repair”from hell for Jason.   At a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars to himself, Jason was put through endless Ls repairs, NOTs repairs, FPRD, sec checking, and the most reverse, evaluative “ethics” imaginable. I know that for a fact because in 2002 while I was at CCI auditing Tom Cruise, Miscavige ordered that I check out the endless drama that had become the Jason Beghe cycle while I was there.   While Jason claims our couple of weeks together was the one bright light during that decade in hell, I too was making him wrong for his “counter intention” to “Golden Age of Tech” (Miscavige’s 1996 cancellation of the training line up of L Ron Hubbard).  Unfortunately, I was ordered to Flag to handle the McPherson case the moment I completed Cruise on NOTS (OT V, higher Scientology auditing level) and to drop Jason like a hot potato.  Had we stuck it out together perhaps we both would have walked in ’02.

Having met Jason six years later and having the opportunity to talk frankly with no censors or fixed ideas, I came to understand this:

Jason Beghe was persecuted and tortured for ten years because he had the integrity to stand up and say what probably 97.5% of Scientologists thought (but suppressed out of fear) in May 1996.
Second Example.  In April 2009 when the church learned that Mike Rinder was considering corroborating my story with the St Pete Times, Miscavige’s response was to send six cult members and two attorneys to Denver (where Mike then lived) to ambush him, threaten him and attempt to purchase his silence to prevent the truth from seeing the light of day.  The afternoon we learned of the plot, Jason hopped on an airplane immediately on his own dime, and we descended upon Denver from opposite directions as reinforcement for Mike.  The rest is history.

As to the assault case referred to in Tony Ortega’s article, again more context is warranted.  Within a couple of days of Jason returning home from the successful Denver mission, a RCS process server walked more than a hundred yards into Jason’s property.  The process server’s contact was handwritten on the subpoena he was there to serve. The contact was not a lawyer.  It was Greg Schulman, a former Guardian’s Office member and three decade OSA “Intelligence” veteran.   The process server applied many of the tactics to provoke Jason that we are all now familiar with being applied to me daily and to Mike Rinder for nearly a year.

Unfortunately, Jason was not as schooled in OSA’s tactics as Mike and I were and so his reaction was exploited.  Knowing all the circumstances I am proud to this day that Jason used as little force as he did in dealing with the situation.

OSA used teams of lawyers to work the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office and the Los Angeles D/A’s office to bring a case against Jason.   They used the process to harrass him and cost him a lot of  time and money over two years.   Had we had more resources back then, we would have taken it to trial – I advocated for it from the beginning but we just did not have the resources back then to finance such an adventure.

I have had 11 (eleven) criminal cases brought against me by the RCS because of various restrained ways and means I dealt with people getting into my face constantly over time.  They have hired four law firms in Texas (including the largest one in South Texas) to lobby local officials to prosecute me in my own back yard alone.  Unsuccessful to date, and (knock on wood), in the future.

But I will tell you right now who kept me out of jail.  Jason Beghe.  Had it not been for the two years of hell RCS put him through, and the remarkable poise with which he handled it, there is no doubt but that by now I would have done something far more serious than the light open handed taps Jason used to usher a creepy lurker away from his then 4 and 6 year old sons and his wife.

Jason is a man’s man.

And for the benefit of David Miscavige and his thirty some odd anti-me web pages, I’ll make it crystal clear, something you can quote:

I love Jason Beghe.

Heretics and the Scientology Inquisition

A heretic is a person who committed heresy.

Heresy (from Greek αίρεση, which originally meant “choice”) is a controversial or novel change to a system of beliefs, especially a religion, that conflicts with established dogma.[1] It is distinct from apostasy, which is the formal denunciation of one’s religion, principles or cause,[2] and blasphemy, which is irreverence toward religion.[3] The founder or leader of a heretical movement is called a heresiarch, while individuals who espouse heresy or commit heresy, are known as heretics. Heresiology is the study of heresy.

The word heresy is usually used within a Christian, Jewish, or Islamic context, and implies something slightly different in each. In certain historical Christian and Jewish cultures, heresy was punishable by law. In modern times, the word heresy is often used in jest and without religious context.

All the noise about “squirrels” and “squirrel busting” is a nifty distraction to mask corporate Scientology head David Miscavige’s operations in Texas of late.

What Miscavige is dramatizing is the centuries-old control device of burning heretics in an attempt to protect a dirty monopoly.  And as with everything Miscavige his dramatization is done with a criminal-mind twist.  The heresy he attacks is the original doctrine of the Founder of Scientology, L Ron Hubbard.

The following completely spontaneous video illustrates that what I state here is the truth:

Now, do you think that for one moment David Miscavige’s reaction to Erin Haskell’s heartfelt words will be anything other than “Squirrel!  Can you believe that?  Mixing Scientology with Christianity, the Tao. Squash the b____ along with Marty, goddamn it!”?

Here’s the twist and the heart of the matter. L Ron Hubbard would beg to differ with Miscavige’s view, and might even have defended Ms. Haskell:

Scientology is the science of knowing how to know answers.  It is wisdom in the tradition of ten thousand years of search in Asia and Western civilization.  It is the Science of Human Affairs which treats the livingness and beingess of Man and demonstrates to him a pathway to greater freedom

Subjects which were consulted in the organization and development of Scientology include the Veda; the Tao, by Lao-tzu; the Dharma and the Discourses of Gutama Buddha; the general knowingness about life extant in the lamasaries of the Western Hills of China; the technologies and beliefs of various barbaric cultures; the various materials of Christianity, including St Luke; the mathematical and technical methodologies of the early Greeks, Romans and Arabians; the physical sciences, including what is no known as nuclear physics; the various speculations of Western philosophers such as Kant, Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, Herbert Spencer and Dewey; and the various technologies extant in the civilizations of both the Orient and Occident in the first half to the twentieth century.
