OEC Vol 3, p. 315: Purpose of the Reserved Payment Account: To prevent a false idea of the financial position of the org from occurring by providing a place where money awaiting disbursement can be placed before it is actually paid out, thus removing it from the general accounts and estimates of financial position of the org.

OEC Vol 3, p. 316: Savings: When the org desires to buy something big or expensive, it should not use time payments, hire, purchase or mortgages. It should start putting money into the Reserved Payment Account and, when the full sum is there, buy the item for cash, using the fact to obtain a good, big discount. While the Building Fund on building purchases is also intended to help buy buildings outright, there is nothing wrong with also depositing available amounts of the disbursement sum in the Reserved Payment Account to help out.

OEC Vol 3, p. 42: The primary purpose is to provide a cushion by which an organization which is becoming insolvent may be salvaged.  The secondary purpose of the Building Fund is to purchase property, but when this is done, the purchase must be for cash or, if any mortgage is involved, all further payments than the initial payment must be made from expense sum.

The secret to solvency is:

1. Make a lot of money.

2. Spend less than you make.

3. Make it before you spend it.

4. Gather bit by bit a cushion of cash to fall back on and don’t ever fall back on it.

5. Keep your credit excellent as a second cushion.

6. Refuse to spend reserves

Etc.

These basic LRH policy letters on finance plus the many others contained in Volume 3, give a perfect roadmap for expanding any org, whether the local org in your local sphere or the upper level orgs in Int’l Management. Clearly there is an abandonment of LRH finance policy, witnessed by the Ideal Org fund raising program, which is off- policy and not to be found in any LRH policy. With off-policy as the current operating basis from COB, David Miscavige, I have no choice but to withdraw my allegiance to the Church of Scientology as I can no longer support anything but pure LRH.

To give one a little history. I found Scientology in 1984. I was living in Tyler, Texas and my sister-in-law had just been introduced to the subject and had done Life Repair. I could tell from talking to her on the phone that she was different.  At that time, life had kicked me in the teeth enough times and I was looking for answers. I asked how much money I needed and I was told around $2,500. I was a single woman at the time, teaching school and had no resources. I went around to 3 banks, asking for an unsecured loan and when they all turned me down, I then lied and said I needed money for my daughter who needed health care. That was the magic ticket and I left with a loan for $3,000, getting just a little extra in case I wanted to do a course.

I purchased the Dianetics book and then I took off for Dallas to the Mission of the Southwest, there on Mandeville Road, off Central Expressway.

I paid for Life Repair and cleared words while in session, as I had no prior information about this subject. My life turned on a dime, and I handled a long-term situation with my father. I was really happy for the first time.

I returned to Tyler, taught school and one day while mowing my lawn, I decided that I wanted to go Clear. I called my ex sister-in-law (we had both since divorced the boys) and I moved in with her, quit teaching, had no idea where I’d work or what I’d do, but I knew I wanted to go Clear.

Shortly thereafter I joined staff and was the PCS in Div. 6 for a 2-1/2 year contract. During that time we had highest ever statistics with new public and the org was booming.

Not to bore anyone with the full story, suffice it to say, that I have worked totally in an environment with fellow Scientologist since 1984, and have been dedicated and very engaged in my Church.

In 1987, I regged Jay Proctor for staff as well as my 2D and from that point forward, we both loved and used LRH policy to navigate our marriage and the raising of our son, who was delivered by standard LRH birthing policies in our home with a mid-wife. In October 2009, Jay dropped his body, with a full LRH Last C/S, surrounded by OTs. We applied LRH tech to our everyday life.

LRH tech was the glue for our life, as there is no situation that we were unable to handle using the tech.  In the 1980’s – early 1990’s, it was fun being a Scientologist and a staff member, even though we worked very long hours. We had community activities, we played the Birthday Game for blood, we had great parties at the org on Friday nights, both public and staff included. We had church picnics and a real sense of family.

In 2001, shortly after September 11th, my mother dropped her body and my OT levels had been paid for some time. I arrived at AOLA and began, going straight through from R6EW to OT V, completing in September 2002.

All along the way, I saw more and more outpoints. And now, to see our church be so off the rails with regards to finance policy deeply saddens me. LRH provided all of us with this beautiful tech, and it is being misapplied by Chairman of the Board, David Miscavige.

This is unconscionable for me.

Whether any of these outpoints are true for you, you have to determine that. But, outside of the Ideal Org program, here are some additional outpoints I began to observe:

1.       For many years, at major events, none of the usual Int’l Management Executives shared the stage with COB as they formerly had been. They used to be part of every program.

2.       There is a distinct upper strata structure that LRH laid out to provide checks and balances within the organization, which would include these International Executives. Where are they?

3.       Has RTC (Religious Technology Center), Church of Scientology Int’l (CSI) and Church of Spiritual Technology (CST) been un-mocked and collapsed? Is David Miscavige chairing them all?  http://www.savescientology.com/

4.       Heber Jentzch, the President of the Church of Scientology. Where is he? He had not been seen in many years, and he has to be nearing 75 years in age. He didn’t die, so where is he?

5.       Saint Hill-size orgs were popular in the 1990’s which provided for orgs to build their staff and public ranks to the size of Saint Hill Org in the UK. ASHO in Los Angeles achieved this status for a brief segment in time in the late 90’s. What happened with this program? And why was it disbanded?

6.       I noticed there aren’t Class VIII auditors produced as before? Why?

7.       I was at Flag in the mid 90’s and at that time, there were several Class XII auditors that LRH trained. I can’t find any of them now. Where are they?

If any of this has resonated in any way with you, please check for yourself some of the key stats in your local org. Observe them for yourself on the OIC board – which is the stat board that HCO keeps posted in plain view or should.

1.       NNCF – New Names to Central Files. These come from Books sold to new people or new people arriving for first service at a mission or org.

2.       BIS – Bodies in the shop. This would be of interest with regards to both Division 6 (new people) as well as Division 2 (returning public).

Observe for yourself and if these stats are up trending in your org? And if the #’s are sufficient for viability?

To ensure survival, LRH finance policy must be applied and applied standardly. This means monies come from a well-oiled operational org that delivers services in such abundance, making more money than the org can waste.  These abundances are channeled into the Reserves Accounts and the Building Fund account.

Then when repairs are needed for everyday operations OR a new phase of expansion, which could include renovations to the existing structure or a new structure, the monies are available, as there has been complete adherence to proper finance policy along the way, thus ensuring  the infrastructure is in place to facilitate the expansion. LRH gave us the tech and the road map to ensure stability both in terms of monies, structure, staff and public.  When followed, true expansion occurs and all is stable.

However, the caveat is that orgs take orders from International Management. Now, that is a single individual – David Miscavige.

Please “Look, don’t listen”.  Whether your reality is similar to mine or light-years different – from this point forward, I invite you to look closer.  Check out things further – allow no carte blanche acceptance.

In no way am I discrediting all the wonderful Scientologists, both staff and public that I have come to know along the way — some incredibly lovely people that I love dearly, including the staff members who devote their lives to this cause.  

But under the current leader, we have lost LRH’s Church to “Miscavige’s Church”. It is no longer the LRH that we once knew and loved, and therefore, I cannot continue to show support.

Recently, on national television, Tommy Davis, the Church’s spokesperson, said that it was false that the church’s policy was that you had to give up your friends if you chose to leave the church.

You now have that choice. I will always keep my comm lines open to any of you who wish to call me that cherished word, friend.

My decision is made. Please respect and grant beingness. It is my wish that each of us flourish and prosper. That is my plan, and I will be moving along with the correct application of the LRH conditions to achieve that.

The Golden Age of Fraud

Many have noted here that since shortly after the death of L Ron Hubbard in 1986, usurper David Miscavige promised Scientologists that New OT IX and X would be released upon the attainment of the target of ALL orgs reaching the size of Old St Hill.  Nearly twenty years of very expensive events and promotion ensued depicting what looked like a Miscavige management working day and night to achieve LRH’s objective.  Well, for the past two years people who were willing to look got a bird’s eye view of what Miscavige was doing instead.  But even without that insight,  anyone who has not lost all of his or her power of observation could not miss a couple of clear facts:

a)  No Class V orgs on planet earth are anywhere near St Hill size.  Those declared as such in the past are mere shadows of themselves during more productive periods.

b) Miscavige has simply ignored two decades of promotion of LRH’s intention – the making of St Hill size orgs, and promoted instead a real estate scam under the guise of “Golden Age of Organizations”.

In the event you are dealing with Kool Aid drinkers who insist on not-ising this out and out fraud, why don’t you show them Miscavige’s own words.  First, here is what Miscavige said to the “top OTs on the planet”, the OT Ambassadors at the Maiden Voyage,  June 2000 – nearly eleven years ago:

So, with the first three prerequisites well in hand, this last target is obviously of vital importance.

 

Not just to our group, but to you personally.

 

It’s what will make your ascent possible.

 

When LRH first suggested it, the reason was made clear — To create a real era of full OT, we cannot fall prey to the pitfalls of yesteryear.

 

All orgs to the size of old St. Hill is a quantitative target, representing Scientology beyond the “make-break point” on a planetary basis, accomplishing its aims at the correct order of magnitude.

 

Factually, the actions required to achieve this target are no different than what you yourselves have experienced with the Golden Age of Tech.

 

Put it this way — We know that if Scientology is applied standardly, it gets results every time.

 

The key to that is that there is a standard way to do things.

 

Well, that same datum applies with third dynamic technology — the entire panoply of admin technology upon which orgs and Management operate.

 

So when looking at org expansion, one cannot merely look at “statistics.”

 

What it means to achieve St. Hill size is the standard performance of all functions in management and our organizations, which are detailed in HCO Policy Letters.

 

And the number of functions to be performed in our organizations are voluminous.

 

When one spans out across the globe, and takes into consideration everything management provides, one is easily talking about tens-of-thousands of products that are required to achieve real expansion.

 

And yet, producing each of those products is vital, if we are to Clear the planet.

 

Well, the good news is this — We are making greater progress than ever in our history.

 

Look at it this way — For Tech to work, Ethics must first go in.

 

Correlate that datum with removing 4th dynamic suppression and you see why the first prerequisite to the release of New OT IX was so important.

 

But there is another datum — To get in Standard Admin, one must first get in Standard Tech.

 

And that was the Golden Age of Tech and Golden Age of Tech for OT’s.

 

And it not only saw to dramatically accelerated case gain across the planet, but spearheaded a new era of administration like we’ve never seen.

 

So to brief you on some of the many actions ongoing by International Management to accomplish that last target, and their progress in helping all orgs expand to the size of old St. Hill, please welcome Captain Guillaume Lesevre, the Executive Director International.

Now, compare that to four years later – Miscavige’s words at the 2004 Maiden Voyage, introduction to  the “Org Night” briefing.  Here he uses PROPAGANDA BY REDEFINITION of LRH’s words.  He effectively cancels LRH’s LRH ED339R Int by redefining purpose from creating “big booming orgs” to creating a  “new civilization”, which he proposes to do through construction of over-the-top gaudy, expensive, soulless, audio visual centers.  As anyone can see by walking into any one of these multi million dollar mausoleums Miscavige’s propaganda by redefinition has fleeced the public of hundreds of millions and left the orgs bereft of Scientology delivery, staff and beings.  The neutron bomb strategy perfected.

And that’s the whole point of doing it all.

 

For the purpose of our orgs is NOT to “be” “A BIG BOOMING ORG.”

 

No, that’s what’s needed to accomplish the purpose of “creating a new civilization.”

 

And so — each one of these new breed of “Central Organizations,” incorporates every application of LRH Tech, for their geographic zone.

 

That’s how — with every org itself generating new groups, missions and every type of Social Betterment and Field activity — we increase our impact 150 times like “that.”

 

As for where it goes from there — the answer is obvious.

 

— Each org moving “up-the-org-board,” so to speak, as the central training center for it all,

 

— New AOs in each zone to cater to the flow moving to the top of the Bridge,

 

— And so, PLANETARY CLEARING.

 

Which brings us to this evening’s event.

 

Because what you are about to hear is the “overview” of what’s now happening, in the wake of March 13th.

 

And while that only represents three months of “activity”, it brings us to the final point of “speed.”

 

For as we’ve gone over — it will be “exponential.”

 

And once again — just to pound it IN — the reason for that “exponential expansion” is PURPOSE.

 

When you crunch the numbers on those “lending a hand”, and “forwarding the crusade”, it takes on a whole new dimension when you consider everyone who is really “ON OUR ORG BOARD.”

 

When you “make our purpose their purpose,” the answer is EVERYBODY.

 

So with all of that in mind, tonight’s OVERVIEW encompasses two things:

 

— Where the creation of IDEAL ORGS is newly happening,

 

— And, what has happened in the wake of the “dones” so far.

 

Because that last one is not only the ultimate “EP.”

 

But, rather, the inevitable “result” from those just now beginning.

Journalists Beware of Scientology Inc Spy

Jason Beghe phoned me to catch up with hurricane aftermath news. He told me that shortly after the New Yorker story ran a John Connolly, who represents himself as a Vanity Fair regular contributor, phoned Jason.  Connolly tried to pump Jason for anything he knew about the New Yorker’s investigation.  A covert investigation of the author Lawrence Wright.  While doing so Connolly attempted to drive a wedge between Jason on the one side and Mike Rinder and I on the other.  Since Jason didn’t just fall off the turnip truck Connolly did, hard.  

John Connolly has been a Church of Scientology Office of Special Affairs informant for nearly two decades.  He has infiltrated several journalists doing stories on Scientology during that time, posing as a like-minded investigative journalist working on a Scientology story.  Journalists have apparently either not compared notes, or simply not noticed that Connolly hasn’t delivered on a Scientology story in the twenty years he says he’s been working on one.  Connolly was originally recruited by Eugene Martin Ingram.

Here is an excerpt from a document authored by then-DCO External OSA INT (currently CO OSA INT – and at all times since the early eighties to the present Intelligence Chief OSA Int effectively) Linda Hamel.  The document is dated, coincidentally, 14 February 2006 – five years ago, today.   It reports on Connolly’s spy work against the author of the unauthorized biography of Tom Cruise, UK journalist Andrew Morton.

Connolly was here in LA working on the Pellicano story and contacted Morton and met with him on the basis of gaining his cooperation to be interviewed for an article for Vanity Fair about the books Morton has done on celebrities including the one he is writing on Tom Cruise. Connolly wanted to see what Morton was like and get any information about where Morton is currently at with regard to writing the book and to see if Morton would agree to be interviewed for an article. Based on the meeting, Connolly said that Morton seems to have finished his research already and is busy writing the book.

 Connolly told Morton that it would not be a puff piece and would show both sides including what would be said about Morton. (Connolly will use the article to  investigate Morton’s past treatment of other celebrities, use of sleazy sources, etc. that would undermine Morton’s credibility). Morton said he would check with St. Martin’s Press to get their take on cooperating for the story. Morton seems to be interested in generating publicity for the book.

 Connolly’s impression of Morton is that he is a serious writer and is a focused person but enjoyable to talk to. He knows how to use his charm to get people to talk. Morton also told him that it only took him five weeks to write the Monica Lewinsky book – so he is capable of churning out a lot in a short period of time.

 Morton said that he thought that Tom Cruise was a good story and that is why he wanted to write the book. The reporter got the impression from talking with Morton that Morton has collected a lot of information about the Church and that this will be well covered in the book. Morton also mentioned that he has an assistant who is working for him.

 Morton also said that he had met Paul Barresi a couple of times but did not go into the details of what Barresi said.

 Connolly’s impression is that Morton is a formidable adversary who is not going to back down. He thinks that Morton has made up his mind already as to the angle of the book but did not specifically say what it was.

 Morton mentioned that he had received a nasty letter from Bert Fields – he didn’t have any further comment about this.

 Morton asked if Anthony Pelicano ever worked for the client (the Church). Connolly, who is an expert on Pelicano said “no” and he doesn’t think that Tom Cruise has ever met Pelicano. Connolly will be getting back to Morton to see what St. Martin’s Press says. He has been given background documents that we have on Morton and on Barresi who we know that Morton has been using.

 This UK reporter that we have a line to has helped get information out about Morton hiring Paul Barresi. He is willing to continue to feed information and documents to the UK tabloids to discredit Morton. He made a proposal that he could rapidly write a pre-emptive positive book about Mr. Cruise, which he thought would undermine the one from St. Martin’s Press. However, when this idea of a pre-emptive book was checked with Tommy Davis, it was not something that he felt Mr. Cruise would want. 

This UK reporter will continue to be used for feeding information and stories to the UK tabloids about Morton. There is a rumor about Morton no longer being with his UK publisher Michael O’Mara which will be checked into to see if there was a conflict or a falling out. This could possibly be another attack point on Morton if it is found that there was a falling out.

 In the US Connolly, wants to do an investigative story and put a piece together on Morton and his use of sleazy sources in the books he has done about celebrities such as Madonna, the Beckhams and Tom Cruise. This would attack Morton on his reputation questioning the credibility of his sources.

The Hardest Working Man in the Independent Movement

I sometimes refer to Steve Hall as the hardest working man in the Independent Movement.  He has probably dedicated more time and energy to forwarding our ideas than anyone I am aware of and has been the most effective. Just as  important for me personally, when I surfaced publicly I found he had already been working along the same line I had announced I would be.  Steve completed his NOTs Rundowns during Hurricane week at Casablanca.  We had an opportunity to catch up and reflect on the early days of Indpendence, where we have come, and where we are going.   A video capturing some of that is below.  Steve also green lighted the publication of his NOTs success story and it follows the video.

Wow!, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow x 10. This has been a long time coming — well, getting onto my next action was a long time coming — specifically counter-intentioned by David Miscavige.  But only weeks after I disconnected from his organizations and him and spoke out — I found myself by total surprise starting my indoc for NOTs.

I first read about NOTs in 1979 — when I visited Austin Org and read LRH ED “The Year of Technical Breakthroughs.” I had heard about the wins and gosh…hoped one day I might be so lucky to experience them for myself if Scientology were really true.  You see I was still new to the subject then so my postulates were still mixed with a tinge of hope — hoping it all wasn’t “too good to be true.”

In 1984, after completing OT 1, I joined the Sea Org – again hoping that by casting my bat in with “the most ethical group on the planet” I wasn’t  also condemning myself to being parked on the Bridge.  I finished New OT IV in 1986 and then went into Central Marketing Unit — part of Exec Strata — and thus part of Int Management…and thanks to DM was blocked from taking my next step for the next 23 years. 

Then I met Marty — the most standard auditor I ever met.  Within minutes it seemed I was FLYING on my next step.  And I flew all the way through to the end with fantastic ease.  This is how NOTs should be. 

Effortless. And with all the gains. Since I started NOTs my life went into Power — (Normal condition in a higher range).  I’m having a ball kicking DM’s ass like it deserves to be kicked and living a full life across the dynamics.  My case is in excellent shape and I’m totally set up for my next action – Solo NOTs.

I would like to thank of course two people without whom this would not be possible.  First, my auditor Marty Rathbun — the greatest Scientologist I ever knew. If auditors are the most valuable people on the planet, and this guy is the best of all living auditors, that makes him in my book the most valuable being on earth. Period.

And the second person I would like to thank is of course LRH. The genius of these levels is unfathomable .  NOTs is not a rehash — it is brand new, mind  boggling discoveries. Words fail to describe the magnitude of his gift to Man. 

For where all this is leading, not even the sky is the limit.

Coast to Coast Calamity – BFG makes waves

Marc Headley will be on the popular late-night Coast to Coast radio show tonight.  Marc will be discussing, among other things, the Scientology Inc intelligence operations that have been run on he, his wife, and his two young children.  He will be discussing a number of internal Office of Special Affairs documents which demonstrate the unethical and illegal nature of those ops.  So that you all can follow along as Marc connects the dots I am posting below the documents he will be referring to.

These documents include proof of what Mike Rinder and I have been saying all along about how OSA routinely bribes telephone company employees to criminally invade people’s privacy by turning over their phone records to church thugs. 

These documents also demonstrate the perverse mentality of Miscavige that has been forced upon the entire OSA network.  I have met Marc and Claire’s children. I like them and they like me.  And I am some kind of hot right now about the “church’s” regard for their first-born, an extremely intuitive, smart, and friendly fellow.

While Marc and I don’t always see eye to eye on the worth of the technology, I am wishing him the best on having as much impact as possible in bringing Miscavige to justice tonight.

Scientology Inc’s mafia-like Censorship

In the midst of unprecedented numbers visting my blog during the airing of the fourth post related to the New Yorker Story on Scientology, I was notified by WordPress yesterday that I was locked out of publishing new posts temporarily.  After many hours of investigation, the reason for the CENSORSHIP was finally disclosed:

We have received complaints that you are promoting your site in unsolicited emails. If you are doing so, please cease this activity. If we continue to receive these types of complaints regarding your site, your site can be suspended permanently.

I have unlocked your site and you may now use it again.

Odd, given the fact that no emails promoting my blog have ever emanated from my blog, nor from my own email. 

Not surprising though given the fact that this was the precise reason given by my url’s domain registrar when my blog url was re-routed to a dead end (effectively shutting down the blog) just  two weeks ago.  Incidentally, take a fresh look at my account of that censorship, and the nature of the information that apparently the grand Censor wished to silence then, https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2011/01/29/attempted-suppression-of-communication-lines/.   See a pattern?

In the interest of keeping the grand Censor in the dark, I won’t disclose the evidence I have linking both of these Ops to the Office of Special Affairs of Scientology Inc carrying out the orders of the grand Censor himself.

When I finally cleared this up with WordPress and re-obtained my right to post, I was about to listen to a Canadian Broadcast Corporation Radio special I was interviewed for on Thursday, scheduled to air this morning. The topic was Paul Haggis and the New Yorker story. The link to that was the likely next post.  However, the show did not air as scheduled.  I pulled some strings and found out why.  Scientology Inc lawyers launched a barrage of threats at CBC, pretty much guaranteeing them they’d be sued if they aired the program.  Don’t worry, I am certain CBC will come through – give them a week or so.  Miscavige just can’t seem to get it through his thick skull that the more he censors, his crimes become more his future; never even considering for a moment that should instead he simply come clean, those crimes would become his past.

These recent events makes me wonder just how many other outlets were shuddered into silence in the last week.

Whether I agree with some of his views and conclusions or not, I  am fairly certain about two things concerning Larry Wright and his work.  One, he is honestly attempting to understand the phenomena that is Scientology from the outside. Two, he has opened a public debate on Scientology in such a thorough, balanced, newsworthy fashion  it will have huge and continuing repurcussions.  

If anyone wants to moan about a less than flattering treatment of LRH and the tech, again, you can thank David Miscavige in large part for that.  The church’s reaction toward Mr. Wright and the publication he works for is enough to make any outsider believe he is dealing with a destructive cult.  The incessant church badgering and threats to steer clear of writing anything about Miscavige can easily, and not even necessarily consciously, lead a man looking for answers to attribute more of their insanity to the Founder than is warranted in my view. 

 Miscavige and his minions spent hundreds of thousands throwing L Ron Hubbard under the bus so as to protect Miscavige.  That they continue to do so is no reason for us to shut up.  That is Radical Scientology’s intention.  More communication is the answer, not less.  And now is not the time to shy away from the public debate. You will see it roll out with gusto starting this week and continuing for many weeks.  Your voices are integral to the public discussion.

At the end of the day, Mr. Wright and The New Yorker  deserve props for making it out the other end of the Miscavige meat grinder with one of the more informed, accurate pieces of journalism on the subject to date.

The Calm Before the Storm

A Category 2 hurricane is sure to hit early this coming week.  What we don’t know is how large this product of Mother Nature will expand to.  Pundits are all over the parking lot on the subject. It could wind up as anything from a Cat 3 all the way up to Cat 5.   In the meantime, a little calm before the storm:

One of many winter visitors. Even when it gets cold, it is hot at Casablanca.  This cat, by the way, is one of the most intelligent, compassionate, spiritual dudes you’d ever want to meet. Tom Felts, Independent from Washington D.C., has got some big time surprises in store for Corporate Scientology in 2011. 

Oh, yeah, two OT Vs who were severely abused by Corporate Scientology were rehabbed and gotten back on the Bridge, three abused OT VIIs were brought back up to  cause, and several complete Scientology Grades were completed from beginning to end to full EP.  And here is just one sprouting wings at the foundation of the bridge:

Oh My God! I just attested to my ARC SW. I knew it was going to be pretty damn easy being trained and having done quite a bit of auditing on SW and all the Grades, NED and Grad V actions. After my floating TA earlier today, however, I really felt done after only a handful of sessions over the last few days. My needle has been floating over that entire time. I blew masses I never expected to handle at this level of the Bridge and I know I’m on my way to Clear and beyond and definitely won’t be getting worse.

 

I have other wins brewing and will be writing them as they come because I can clearly predict the cognitions coming fast and furious. I can hardly put into words the gratitude I have for being able to blow through stops on getting to this point. Of course, I simply persisted in doing what Ron says and kept my integrity in and my eye on the mountain.

Prevention of Bridge Progress in Corporate Scientology

The upshot of “Golden Age of Tech”, “Golden Age of Tech for OTs”, and what has become the standard operating procedure OT VII every six month “fixation on pt life rudiments intensives” is the prevention of auditing and progress up the Bridge toward spiritual freedom.  These practices have implanted a super fixidity in auditors upon pt behaviors of pre Clears and pre OTs.  And it gives pre Clears and pre OTs  ARC breaks and Present Time Problems they did not have before engaging in such expensive “auditing.” It is a violation of the CONTRACT entered into by every pre Clear and every pre OT with the church at the start of his or her journey.  The EP of Miscavige-tech super fixation on rudiments – whether it be actual rudiments (at the start of each session) or effective rudiments (repeated and endless sec checking) is OUT RUDIMENTS.  Where did I get such a blasphemous idea?  From auditing dozens of refugee Corporate Scientology folk in the manner L. Ron Hubbard suggested they be audited and from L. Ron Hubbard himself stating it as a TECHNICAL FACT:

Well, the first obersvation we can make, that rudiments go out to the degree that auditing doesn’t get done.  That’s a direct ratio. Rudiments go out to the degree that auditing does not get done.

Now, this poses you a problem. If you are using no session to put rudiments in, if you use no time at all to put rudiments in, of course, you’re apparently around the bend as far as handling the pc, because the rudiments are out. You see, here’s a puzzle that we face  at once.  If you’re not spending any time putting the rudiments in, of course, the rudiments are going to go out. But the more time you spend putting the rudiments in, the more rudiments you’ve got to put in. Have you got that?

So, somewhere here there’s an optimum amount of rudiments putting-in and it’s not very much. It’s on the order of five minutes. You know, five minutes and the rudiments are in; the pc will bear with that,  and not much more.  And when it goes to a half an hour, his present time problem is actually, basically, the fundamental problem of getting auditing.

Now, he’ll say the present time problem is something else, is something else, is something else, is something else; but his basic problem: is he going to get any auditing?  And after he’s had half to three-quarters of the session thrown away on a bunch of things that he didn’t care about, why, of course now, he has a new present time problem called “getting auditing.”  In the next session, he comes in with this new present time problem: “Am I ever going to get audited?” because he doesn’t consider any of these other things auditing…

…The endless handling of rudiments is a limiting factor in auditing, because it produces eventually the ARC break of obtaining no auditing. (emphasis supplied)  So, the decision is, audit.  You’ll have less ARC breaks the more auditing you do. And of course, if your auditing is flawless from a standpoint of Model Session, and if some of these other things I’m bringing up are also present smoothly in the session, your days of having ARC breaky pcs ends as soon as you recognize that point — that he is there to be audited, and his basic contract is the basic contract to be audited.  And the more you audit him on the things his attention is fixedly on — I mean fixedly on, on the long track basis, you see – and the more attention you give to that and the more you handle that, the more he knows he’s being audited, the less ARC breaks you’re going to get.

It’s amazing what a pc will put up with to get auditing, quite amazing what they wil put up with to get auditing. Why make them put up with anything, but at the same time go on and audit.  So the best, hottest message I can give you on that exact subject is audit! Don’t fool with it; audit! See?

OT VIII Claudio Lugli to Captain David Miscavige

AN OPEN LETTER TO DAVID MISCAVIGE FROM HIS ERSTWHILE CUSTOM TAILOR, ITALIAN SCIENTOLOGY PIONEER AND OT VIII CLAUDIO LUGLI

Dear Dave,

It has been a while since we last talked and saw each other, so I decided I’d write you a few lines.

I really appreciate how you’ve been thinking about me lately. As soon as my son Flavio reported that I was reading the Blogs on the Internet, you sent directly from the US the dearest Marion Pow and Mike Sutter. Could you please say HI to them at your earliest convenience, because I really miss them. 

Despite the jet lag, having flown cross-world from Los Angeles to Brescia ITALY, I have to say, they have completed a remarkable job in clearing every doubt I might have had in relationship to your strategies on Idle Orgs, the IAS and the new Statuses (btw, these were genius) all the way to the Basics and the imminent release of Super Power. On top of all that they told me all about what you were doing so that Scientology would achieve its goals.

By the way, I was really sorry to hear from Marion that you have to wear reading glasses since you had to personally verify every point on the New Basics! Wow, but what can I say, work is work, right?

Anyway, I saw that they were strictly following a very exact program and they have completely handled ANY doubt I might have had!

On another note, I’d like to bring to your attention their complete lack of obnosis. You might have noticed that by now, since me and Renata publicly declared our Independency soon after their departure.

Oh, now that I brought her up, Renata sends a huge hug to Shelly! And by the way, Marion was so kind to let us know, even though we didn’t mention her name, that she is doing well and that she’s in a special program (must be such a deep and exciting program, because we haven’t seen her or talked to her since 2004), and please give her a big hug from me as well.

Going back to our discussion on obnosis, I think next time it would be a little cheaper for you to remove the recorded microchips installed in Marion’s and Mike’s pituitary glands. You could just send them over to me in Brescia as I have the last generation – state of the art – implant reader where I can read any kind of robotic programming. But I guess you shall decide what do to with those two your own way, maybe the physical impact is more real to you.

Besides all this, I am writing to you because there is something that Marion and Mike were not able to clarify to my satisfaction. Do you remember in 2006, it was in April at Author Services in LA when we last met? Thanks to your once assistant Emily Jones – a good looking girl, maybe too good looking to be your assistant…and by the way, whatever happened to her? I noticed Lou giving her the stink eye back then…anyway, she had been able to steal about an hour from your busy schedule so that I could finally get some good measurements for your clothes. It is with great pleasure that I recall that meeting. We were all waiting for your arrival, and Georgiana Sommerville (your steward) with Emily yelling, “he’s coming, he’s coming”, what a great experience, everyone standing at attention, really dedicated, maybe a little scared, but what do you want, it is all part of ethics presence.

But you know me, I’m kind of an easy going guy, and our discussions have always been pretty open and down to business. I always told you what I wanted to say, as I’m doing right now, and I always admired your being available. Anyhow, if you remember, I told you that we had just been at Flag and that thanks to a couple of amazing sessions I had with Cristina, I achieved an incredible stability of my Case, to the point where I felt that it was about time to go OT.

Not like I hadn’t done it all along…please! You know I finished OT8 in May of 1989, and thank God, you found out that some things weren’t just right, and as you know, I had redone the “new” NOTs rundowns. I had amazing wins with the original ones – sure, it was pretty easy when you’re audited by Class XII Malin Gelfin, and maybe because she didn’t call the right F/Ns and wasn’t waiting for the three sweeps of the needle, I really didn’t notice she was doing it wrong…I think I’m losing track over here, anyway, after having redone the NOTs Rd, thank God you saw that the blind was leading the blind!!! Imagine if he was deaf too…

And so you really saved us with your Golden Age of Tech. Those seven years of Solo NOTs, done after OT8, were incredible!!! In every way…especially those FPRDs, ten intensives at a time during my six months check, I’ll never forget them!

Lets get back on track here and back to our meeting where I told you that I left it all behind, and I was able to find myself as an OT again, and I was ready! I reminded you that I got into Scientology in 1974 with the sole purpose of going OT. I didn’t have any problems I had to resolve in my life…mine was a spiritual research that had been going on for several lifetimes, and I am as aware of it now as I was aware of it back then.

I told you that I understood LRH’s necessity of lowering the gradient, and that I had been asking my self for a long time…and I was now asking you: “Where are these OT Levels ???”

I did OT8 in 1989. Tiziano was only 11…he married twice since then and has a 12 year old daughter that goes to middle school; Flavio was just a kid as well, he was 12. He joined the Sea Org 13 years ago, and recently you sent him as an OSA spy against his own parents! My wife explained it to you in details with her post called “Flavio, a stolen son”!

Gee, I never lose this bad habit of continually changing the subject! What I meant to tell you is that 22 years had passed!!! You remember when I asked you directly “Where are these OT Levels ???” and thank God you had an answer for me!

And I still remember it now as if it was yesterday, with your penetrating look…your light blue eyes, your solid voice, firmly stating “Claudio, let me tell you, I discovered what had been stopping Scientology for the last 50 years!!!” I was already contemplating…but then you went ahead and told me:

“Claudio, do you know SUPERMAN???? That’s it, that is what we’ll become!!!!“.

Oh my God…COB himself told me we will become like SUPERMAN, I couldn’t contain myself, I said goodbye to you and left with Renata. Maybe I even forgot to get your measurements, but who needs them now that we’re all gonna be like SUPERMAN?

I flew back to Brescia and told everyone the amazing story. Flavio was put on a special project right after…a pilot program, he was telling us about incredible wins, but he couldn’t say anything! It was SUPER SECRET and EXTRA CONFIDENTIAL. And then and there I thought, “here we are!!!”

And soon after the HUGE EVENT arrives, June 2007 and you announce to the whole world:

The real reason that had been stopping Scientology for the last 50 years is:

“THE TRANSCRIBERS !!!”

Dave, I gotta tell you. Got a little disappointed right there.

But I’m still dying for OTIX and OTX, and I’m not giving up. I bought 2 great copper poles, and every morning I hook them up and try to discharge, still not having any benefits, but I look up, way up high in the sky, beyond the clouds where I’ll soon be with my big S on my chest.
