Open Letter to Residents of Ingleside on the Bay Texas

June 28 morning update (10:15 a.m.).   I just got back from a six mile bike ride.  Thanks to the good citizens of IOB I am afforded such luxuries because as you will see a number of unnamed heroes have got my back.  I was followed down a relatively desolate 2-lane hiway by a gold sedan manned with cult spies with cameras.  As I returned to IOB I was greeted (in what was supposed to be an ambush) by three cult members in a golf cart as I rounded the corner into our little town.  All of this was witnessed and  then reported by locals the moment I arrived home.

June 27 morning update.  The incident captured on video immediately below occurred at ten a.m. this morning. It is apparently the Miscavige Cult’s response to the post that follows:

My name is Mark “Marty” Rathbun.  I live at 115 Bayshore Court .  My wife Monique and I have been residents of Ingleside on the Bay (IOB) since November 1, 2006.   For three years we rented the light blue house at 902 S Sandpiper from Janie and Pat Hunt.  We leased a home on the canal on Woodhaven for a year before moving to our present location last November.

I worked for the Coastal Bend Herald (The Conscience of the Coastal Bend) and We the People monthly newspaper in Corpus Christi and did a number of other writing assignments from essay writing to contribution to an historical book. Until recently Monique worked as a supervisor at Superior Health Care in Corpus Christi.

I worked for the church of Scientology from my twenty-first birthday in January 1978 until Dec 12, 2004. Wikipedia has a relatively accurate and succinct account of my career in the church:

I moved to IOB primarily to write, fish, boat, and spend some years enjoying some of the fundamental virtues that drive humanity but that I found so lacking during most of my adult life in the church of Scientology.

In 2008 I learned that several former high level Scientology officials had followed my lead and left the church of Scientology.  Some of those old friends found me through the internet and came to visit.  The more stories I heard about how the organization had continued to deteriorate under Miscavige’s command after my departure, the more I grappled with responsibility for doing something
effective for those who continued to suffer in part for my having helped
empower what had become a ruthless madman.

I was also urged by many friends to make myself available to help former members “decompress” and make sense of their time within the cult.  That necessarily involved application of some of the principles of the philosophy of Scientology. I found many former members of the cult felt most robbed – and the chief reason they stayed in an abusvie, cult-like environment  – was
their fear of the cruel, well funded attacks Corporate Scientology had become
infamous for leveling against those with the temerity to say, as the first
Protestants did in 16th Century Europe, “I do not need the imprimatur of a corrupt priest to read, understand and live the words written by the Founder of my chosen faith.”

I put up a website in Feb 2009, which expanded into a blog in July that year, that announced what I intended to do, Moving on up a Little Higher.

Within days Miscavige’s cult took extraordinary measures to intercept three of the first five people who expressed interest in seeing me.  Also within days I received requests for interviews from news media around the world.  I chose the St Petersburg Times (the largest newspaper in Florida) because I knew its writers and editors, knew they had integrity, they had a lot of experience
investigating Scientology for decades and would not back down like other
media.  The result was a several part series entitled the Truth Rundown.  The Times put over three hours of taped interviews with me on their website with the
series, where I discuss in detail my entire history with Corporate Scientology
from the beginning to the day I left.  While I subsequently did a five part series on CNNs’ Anderson Cooper 360, a two-part ABC Nightline special, and an hour-long documentary aired on British Broadcasting Corporation, the Times videos are the most comprehensive, least edited account of my history directly from me.  That video interview – organized by topics – can be found at:

A consequence of my having spoken out as loudly and thoroughly as I did was the creation of an exodus of sorts from the Scientology cult.  Houghton-Mifflin publishing company commissioned a two-year objective study into Scientology.  The author of the resultant book (which will be officially released next month) Janet Reitman was interviewed this week by the Editor in Chief of the New York Village Voice, Tony Ortega.   She concluded her interview with the following which probably serves as  the best explanation why the cult of Scientology’s head David Miscavige has directed unlimited funds be utilized to destroy me utterly:

Which brings us to the reason for this post now.   Many residents of IOB have been surprised, shocked, or simply intrigued at the antics of the cult and its hired private investigators over the past several weeks.  Prior to about mid April their activities against me were limited to:

  1. Hacking my email.
  2. Illegally buying my phone records.
  3. Buying my trash from BFI and searching it for
    any clue they could use against me.
  4. Setting up 24/7/365 surveillance of my every
    move; they have had agents embedded in Ingleside and IOB for over a year.
  5. Hacking airline computers to get my flight plans
    so that every time I left town in the past two years, i) my wife was confronted by two unidentified cult members each time, and ii) I was picked up by teams of private investigators at each destination airport.
  6. The hacking of my blog and shutting it down.
  7. Putting up 28 websites in attempts to slander and discredit me – including such allegations that my wife is in fact a man and
    that I murdered my own brother thirty years ago.  The cult is well heeled and will invent and publish the most vicious defamation, inviting libel suits so that they can ruin the plaintiff utterly by
    abuse of court processes.
  8. Sending private investigators to every former member who has met with me,  multiple times, offering cash incentives to bad mouth me in any way.
  9. Sending private investigators to harass each of Monique’s associates, friends, and even her former husband.
  10. Sending teams of dummies to put cameras and microphones in my face in restaurants, sidewalks, airports, and other public places, obstructing my path, then bringing bogus assault charges against me for gently guiding them out of my way when they obstruct me, my wife or friends.  To give you an idea how insane it gets, they hired a former FBI agent lawyer in Corpus to heavily lobby to have me prosecuted for grasping a microphone they stuck in my face, over my own property line after I had to herd four of them off my doorstep. Four unidentified intruders who traveled from California for the exclusive purpose of harassing me on my doorstep. The county attorney  who evaluated the case said she
    had seen nothing more frivolous in her career (and could not believe anyone in their right minds would spend money to have an attorney try to lobby for such a case).  They have done this to me nine
    times that I am aware of in three states.  All nine cases have been heavily lobbied by their expensive lawyers and cop private investigators. All nine have been laughed out of existence
    by the officials receiving them.  Zero for nine.

Which brings us to the present.  Rather than take a hint that their acts are
making them abhorrent in the public eye, Miscavige has decided to damn the
torpedoes and sink me by any means necessary. In the past two weeks,  his blue shirts have made a practice of harassing us daily by overtly training cameras on our home from the street, then travelling to the entrance to Bahia Marina to do the same to the other side of our home. They harass us at Ingleside restaurants. They have added to their couple of covert surveillance properties by  leasing real estate in IOB to overtly  harass me and my wife.

All harassment efforts are being coordinated by the cult’s chief private investigator, one David Lubow dba Falcon investigations from Los Angeles.

First, they attempted to rent the apartment directly across the canal from our bedroom at Bahia Marina. This photo of their target apartment is taken from our bedroom window:

Luckily, the good people at Bahia caught the investigator lying about his intent and identity and refused on the basis that they would not rent to people attempting to spy on neighbors:

Then, they attempted to purchase several prime lots directly across the canal from our home.  Here is the view of the property from our deck:

Again, another true American refused to sell out to the cult.

Finally, under false pretenses, Ralph S Gomez, making big cult dollars working for Lubow, lied to a local real estate agent in order to rent these premises on Bayshore Circle, less than a quarter of a mile from our home:


This is their staging area for two to three daily visits to the front of our home for filming and to the rear of our home for more filming of our home. Several other drive bys are done of our home by vehicles during each day. Gomez has been seen driving three to five cult members around IOB wearing baby blue t-shirts to perform these “religious” rituals.  The T-shirt have photographs of my head on them with the international strike out symbol across it in red:

Gomez also uses the Bayshore Circle headquarters to drive cult members to Ingleside to interrupt and harass us in town.

Gomez is working for the cult’s most notorious private detective, David Lubow from Falcon Investigations in Los Angeles.  Lubow has worked for the cult for more than twenty-years and will stop at nothing, violate any law he can get away with violating, because he is a card-carrying member of the cult.  Gomez has consistenly refused to indentify himself while stalking my wife and I.  He has lied to a number of people in Ingleside and IOB.  It has been established he is working for David Lubow.

This past Thursday night Gomez was escorting his merry pranksters around IOB in a golf cart clad in their “bust Marty” t-shirts.  Gomez spent three hours trying to prevent us from finding out where the golf cart would wind up.  Finally, he dumped it on Starlight drive and had a cult driven van whisk five cult members away. Gomez trespassed through a closed chainlink gate and hid behind the home at 721 Starlight. With my headlights all over the place Gomez emerged.

I asked Gomez whether he had rented the place since he was deep into the property hiding and there was a for-rent sign in front. Gomez said “no”…..”but I have the owner’s permission to be here.”  A later call and visit by me to the owner confirmed Gomez’s assertion to be an unadulterated lie.  Gomez,
caught in the hot-seat, finally broke down after weeks of following the cult
script:  “we are a media company, we are here to do a documentary, we just want to interview Marty, etc.”   Gomez made a big mistake and let a little bit of truth eke out.  Gomez told me that I just need to go “fix it” with Miscavige’s cult.  Gomez told me that all of what they have been doing to me would go away if I simply caved in and settled with Miscavige’s cult.  Gomez admitted to me that if he was the recipient of what they had dished out to me over the past several weeks he personally would long ago have “flipped out.”   Gomez told me all the harassment would cease if I simply surrendered.

Unfortunately for Gomez, Miscavige and those misguided cult
members doing his bidding, the evidence of their real intent, as admitted by
Gomez in a moment of fear when he was separated from the pack of cult members, has been provided to the Federal Bureau of Investigation which has an ongoing Human Trafficking investigation with Miscavige as the main target, and several local law enforcement agencies.

The cult has two weapons and two weapons only:  a) harassment to a degree unprecedented in a civilized society, and b) money to buy the victim of “a” when he is put into an amenable frame of mind. Just so everybody knows, as Miscavige just won’t seem to get it through his head, I will never fold to any pressure no matter how intense, and I am not for sale – at any price.

To the many IOB and Ingleside residents who have expressed and provided support, Monique and I cannot thank you enough. You have deeply touched our hearts and greatly increased our faith in humanity. I am posting this open letter to the members of my immediate community
here so interested people can readily get to the truth of the situation playing out in their community. I believe it will be of interest to most of the regular readers too. It recaps the history of how I got into all this and how it has wound up to where things are currently at.  As we approach four million visits to this site, I recognize not everybody has been here from the outset or had the ability to read the more than 2000 pages of text that this blog now contains. It also of course provides further evidence of how the hard earned monies of many parishioners are being mis-used by Miscavige and his cult, in grotesque violation of IRS regulations concerning tax exempt “churches.”

Miscavige’s Public Relations Program

What we are seeing in real time on this blog is David Miscavige’s Public Relations program played out from coast to coast.   Yesterday his six mayonaise sandwich eating OSA volunteers made utter asses of themselves to a number of people never before exposed to the subject of Scientology (including seven local law enforcement officials).  Miscavige’s proclivity for playing such hijinks is the very reason I began doing something about the problem of Radical Corporate Scientology.   After three years of observing the monster from an exterior viewpoint I came to the conclusion that David Miscavige left unchecked would deny the subject of Scientology to future generations by so thoroughly sullying it in the public eye that no one of sane mind would go anywhere near it.   So, Miscavige’s solution to my solution is to speed up the process and bar no holds in rushing headlong into it.  This video captures the scenes they are creating every day now in cities across the country.

In the meantime, we identified Neo Norman Bates.  He also goes by the name of Jim Moore.   Consult your OSA Volunteers list under “Austin” and you will find his name.  A Jerry Boswell trained CCHR guy.  In the past year, on three occasions when I was half way across the country Moore lurked in the weeds waiting for my wife Mosey to return from a long day’s work and commute.  He came to her door – with another OSA Volunteer, since Corporate Scientologists do not even go to the bathroom alone – asking accusative questions about me, refusing to identify himself, and leering at her like some repeat sex offender.  Three times the punk stalked and attempted to intimidate my wife while I was 1,800 miles away.  Now, he is on the streets of Ingleside continuing to leer at my wife and my home, and assaulting my visiting friends.

Jim is an alleged Purif completion.  He is married to an older woman named Salila Travers who calls herself an OT VIII.  It is well known that Travers has had to sell her soul (and sell a lot of other people out) for the privilege to get onto OT Levels.  And apparently she even sold out her sorry excuse for a husband to stalk well-meaning and well-doing women at the behest of her God David Miscavige.  If you don’t think Travers gets status, props, and privileges for pimping out her mindless, unemployed, gigolo wannabe then you do not understand the culture of David Miscavige’s Radical Corporate Church of Scientology.

Oh, yeah, how did Travers make the small fortune she handed over to IAS to fund this kind of harassment?  She owns a Pest control company. Woman, you are supposed to eliminate pests, not loose them across the land.

While Dave was sweetening Scientology’s image in Texas, Mike Rinder got even worse treatment on the streets of Pinellas County Florida.   Right down to, Christie being ambushed alone by four OSA thugs.  Nine more law enforcement agents from  three different agencies in Pinellas County received their David Miscavige’s Introduction to Scientology.

At this rate of meltdown Miscavige’s IAS intro rolling thunder is likely to go something like this:

“Some of you old timers might recall when it took OSA months to enrage a single public official on the subject of Scientology.  Since the Golden Age of Thuggery all of that has changed.   The proof is in the statistics.  This June in a single 24-hour period, Office of Special Affairs OT Ambassador OSA Volunteers pulled off what was once considered an impossibility. Sixteen officers and executives representing five different law enforcement agencies, in two states – a full, veritable ocean apart, as it were – were introduced to COB brand Golden Age of Thuggery Scientology.  Now that’s effective destruction of any possibility anyone will ever have the notion Scientology might be of use to anyone.”

I’ve read some heartfelt pleas to treat current OSA agents with compassion and understanding, since “gee, weren ‘t we all once like that?”  If you were really like the vermin I have described and video taped over the past few weeks then I feel for you.   I wasn’t.  I’ve got no mutual out rudiments with them.  And neither do a number of other incredible people on my team. And that is why we are putting their ethics in so effectively.

If anyone is offended by this type of talk, it is a free country and you are free to sound off in disagreement or walk on or quietly continue to walk your own path while staying tuned in for information.   I have a handful of close friends and associates, who for the reason of those distinctions are being hammered on many fronts.   And the harder we get pounded the stronger our resolve becomes.   We recognize that we traveling through the Third Wall of Fire.  Miscavige has reversed Scientology so that the higher one goes on the grade chart the more they are abused, ripped off, controlled and made into pliable sheep.   The ONLY credible evidence of someone actually making it through this sausage grinder implant factory to something resembling the purpose and awareness characteristic of OT VIII – Truth Revealed – is very PUBLIC disassociation and exposure of Miscavige’s cult as being the 180 degree dichotomy of TRUTH. The rebels who do see this and care enough to say so and do something about it are then treated to what we’ve been treated to over the past two years – escalating with every minute we persevere.   We recognize we are enduring David Miscavige’s version of OT IX and X.  The EP is that we survive saner, stronger, more aware, and more able to help others.  Realization of CHARACTER and recognition of ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE.

For many years Mike Rinder and I served as shock absorbers for David Miscavige’s evil intentions toward those who defy him.  When we left there was no more buffer between his escalating madness and Scientologists and the world at large.  We compared notes when we met again on the outside a couple years ago.  We shared our necessarily till then unspoken thoughts while serving as shock absorbers.  We both did all we could internally to prevent or check Miscavige’s habitual and continuous compulsion: to make enemies for Scientology.

Miscavige’s design is clear to us: he seeks to do to us what he did to so many others over the decades – hurt them so badly that they cave and generalize and they come to despise and attack “Scientology” instead of focusing on the source of suppression, David Miscavige himself.

Through all this I have not for one second mistaken the philosophy and technology of Scientology for the Radical Corporate “church” of Scientology.   And therefore, every penny of the close to one hundred million dollars worth of Radical Corporate Funds expended to turn us into enemies of L Ron Hubbard and the philosophy of Scientology has been utterly wasted.

The little demon cannot get it through his bypassed case, ncg head that he could electro shock me with twin hydrogen bombs as electrodes, and the result would be the same.  I will never forfeit my ability to perceive differences, similarities and identities and therefore know the difference between his CULT  and the subject of Scientology.

In closing, I leave you with words that Thomas Paine wrote in the Crisis Papers, the essays that rallied near mutinous troops at Valley Forge to victory over the world’s most mighty empire.

Scientology Spy Network Exposed

The pdf version of a Church of Scientology International document linked below gives the names, ranks and serial numbers of dozens of OSA (Office of Special Affairs – Corporate Scientology’s dirty tricks network) operatives for the Western United States (west of the Mississippi).   You may need to use the zoom function under the view tab of your computer to make the names and information legible.  Please feel free to share information you may have on these folk so that dots may be connected.  Also share any dot connecting you can do from your own experience and data so that others may understand, and thus be protected from, Corporate Scientology’s dirty ops arm.   Realize many deep cover intelligence operatives are not named here – but your recognizing connections to some of these official OSA resources may lead to the exposure of such moles. Note that this document is a work in progress (see instructions on top for DSA’s to update it) and though relatively recent is not up to date.

Some names you will recognize as folk who have already declared independence.  In fact, Bert Schippers who has declared independence from the church – and has previously publicly acknowledged and taken responsibility for his OSA volunteer work – on this blog confirmed the accuracy of the entries on him and his wife Lynne Hoverson. Obstruction of Justice

The following is an excerpt from one of the nearly three dozen anti-Independent sites operated by the “church” of Scientology (aka Radical Scientology or Corporate Scientology).  It constitutes evidence of mafia-like tactics  currently being employed by Radical Corporate Scientology under the direction of its leader David Miscavige.

By way of background Mike Rinder and I have been scheduled through airline reservation for some time to visit Los Angeles this week.  The only reason we are going is to meet with targets of Radical Scientology’s mafia-like tactics and their lawyers.  The only purpose of  the visit – which is an uncompensated week of our time- is to assist targets of Radical Scientology to receive JUSTICE in the forums for such constitutionally established in our democratic Republic.

Here first are some explanatory notes of the excerpt: Where it notes that at the end of May I am going to Los Angeles with Mike Rinder, that is in reference to 31 May when Mike Rinder I are scheduled to fly to Los Angeles.  That information would be obtained by the cult by their access to airline reservation computers; and no where else.  The reference to a “friend” in New Jersey is a thinly veiled message that Radical Scientology knows that Mosey and I met with Hy Levy (New Jersey resident) in NY City just over a week ago.  It also serves as a cover for Radical Scientology’s continued illicit use of airline reservation computers. Hy had no idea Mike and I were going to Los Angeles.
The reference to disappointment because someone wanted to do an “interview” again – that is a direct threat to repeat what they did last month at my home with four Cult members attempting hold me at bay at my own front door – https://markrathbun.wordpress.com/2011/04/18/miscavige-shock-squad-hits-casablanca/.
Note, they note they will have to visit Mosey (Monique Rathbun, my wife) whom they know will be alone by virtue of their access to airline computers. Please also note the lewd sexual allusion.  They recently sent a dildo addressed to my wife at her work address.
The allusion to “interviewing” Mosey “alone” is a oft used tactic by Miscavige – “every time Marty leaves, send thugs in on his wife, and step up harassment just before he leaves in hopes he doesn’t leave and thus arrive at his appointments with justice.”
 I am making this report in advance of anticipated harassment to my home and family expected and threatened sometime between 31 May and 3 June.

Nothing to Fear – Thanks to the James Gang

Did anyone notice how the AO MAA Julian, OSA Ext Security, the local DSA Steven’s Creek – the whole lot of the staffers – ultimately dealt with their little problem with Susie Lewis?  They shunted her to the self-described “stand-up guy” Rick Manning, Susie’s boss at Wise-licensed dental consultants “Pacific Management Consultants.”

Who better to do the bidding of the money-motivated, real estate “religion” than the boss – who writes the checks – of the mark being handled? One little problem with this handling, it is illegal and unconstitutional in the United States of America.

I have learned over the past two years that the potential financial loss of disconnected business connections is as suppressive – if not more so – than the potential friends and family losses threatened.  In many cases it is so.

So, the timing on this one couldn’t have been better.  Haydn and Lucy James visited Casablanca this weekend bearing a gift to many, many people out there.  The gift of freedom from mafia-like, financial coercion from the Radical Corporate “church” of Scientology.

Villareal has to pay for having been found liable for a violation of the James family’s federal constitutional civil rights by the United States Department of Justice’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  But, Haydn and Lucy like most good ole Indies I know – and unlike virtually every lie ingesting,
lie emiting lemming Corporate Scientologist I know – ain’t in it for the
money. Haydn and Lucy are in it – and sacrificed nearly two years of
hard times and proceedings – on principle.  And they want to share
what they worked for so that nobody else has to go through what they
went through – or if they do, they come out the other end vindicated for their
efforts like the James Gang.

By the way, for those small minded ones who buy into the “church” propaganda machine about the supposed lack of long-term objectives, planning, and execution in the Independent field – eat this one.   This is only one of many, many long-range projects we have, are, and will continue to execute – all the while Miscavige does little more than dramatize the final days of Stalin, Hitler, or any one of a number of infamous smelted dictators.

Probably the only man who hates the Washington Post more than Richard Nixon did is David Miscavige, leader of the Corporate Scientology Cult.

In 2006 Washington Post Senior Editor Richard Leiby was working on a story concerning the corporation that according to its founding documents (as directed by L Ron Hubbard) had the power to prevent David Miscavige from  creating a dictatorship of Corporate Scientology, the Church of Spiritual Technology (CST).

Leiby was no stranger to Scientology stories.  He had been targetted by the Scientology’s Guardian’s Office in the 1970’s for his investigative reporting for the Clearwater Sun newspaper.

Accordingly, in 2006 Miscavige called for OSA (Office of Special Affairs, the Guardian’s Office successor) to hit Leiby with all slick ops in order to silence the Washington Post and try to prevent disclosures about CST.

The first op included sending  “a source” in on Leiby to elicit personal information from him, searching the trash of Leiby and of his wife with whom he was separated, and launching investigations to use the Leibys’ ongoing divorce proceeding as a club against Mr. Leiby.  Recent investigations indicate Leiby’s wife – who was blanketed by OSA initially – ultimately caved and accepted Corporate Scientology assistance in using her divorce proceedings as a boot to Mr. Leiby’s throat.  That is the way it goes with Corporate Scientology, it is all about leverage.  And it is all about crushing the “opposition” by any means imaginable.

The following is an Office of Special Affairs Investigation (Intelligence) Division report of March 27, 2006 detailing the initial Leiby offensive.

RICHARD LEIBY

 

In approximately March of 2005 Leiby was living with Arnie Lerma as he was having marriage trouble and was kicked out of the house by his wife.  He had planned to stay there for a month or two while he got things together.

 

At the end of January we found the new apartment that Leiby moved to in Rockville, Maryland, about 2 miles away from his wife (Theresa) and their three children. 

 

Although they have been separated for a year no divorce papers have been filed as yet, as he and his wife are fighting over the equity in the home and are working out property settlements with their attorneys before filing anything in court.

 

The wife, Theresa Defino, is the Executive Editor of the Physician’s Practice magazine – a magazine for doctors that covers the business side of the medical field such as insurance contracts, billing etc. She has been a medical writer her entire career. She works from home and the children are with her – a 16 year old girl and 12-year-old twins, a boy and a girl.

 

Special collections [Ed note: euphemism for stealing the garbage] could not be done at Leiby’s apartment but this was checked regularly at the wife’s home [her garbage WAS collected]. Thus far nothing of interest has turned up. 

 

Leiby has been very stressed out about the divorce and per a source, he gave up his gossip column “Reliable Source” with the Post, as he could not handle it.  He also has a situation with his personal finances as he has to pay for the divorce and the attorney fees, plus the house and his apartment.

 

Leiby made two calls to CST on March 24th each time leaving just his name and his Washington phone number. DSA DC made a call on the 27th Leiby’s senior at the Washington Post, Deborah Heard. She was informed that as Leiby was so completely biased, we were not going to be calling him back but we would talk to anyone else at the Post.  Deborah responded that she hoped that someone would call him back as she had 65 juniors and she did not know what they were all working on. It was reiterated that Leiby was extremely biased and had recently been a roommate with someone who is a major attacker of the Church, who has threatened the Church and has been involved with extremist right wing groups. Deborah was taken aback but was still repeating that we should call Leiby back. She was told that this was not going to happen, as while we have had other reporters that were biased, at least they gave us an opportunity to respond and quoted what was said. However with Leiby it was felt that he would not fairly represent what was said.

 

Deborah responded that she was sorry we felt that way, but in her 15 years of working with Leiby at the Post, she has found him to be a “serious, dedicated, meticulous reporter.” She said that with any complaint, there are three avenues – Legal and go to the Legal Dept (she was informed that it was not a Legal issue), that the ombudsman, Deborah Howell is the readers advocate and we could write to her. Lastly, the Department Head can hear complaints and she wants to hear complaints about her staff.  She was informed this was a complaint and she then suggested that a letter be sent to her with the complaint. 

 

A letter will be sent to Deborah Heard that details the past relationship with Leiby and what the upsets are that make us feel he is not qualified to report on the Church.

 

         We are currently workout out a new meeting with Leiby with the resource to get more information to find out what the current scene is with his wife, any specific data as to why she kicked him out, what he is planning on doing, etc.

Brian Mandigo Acquitted

Brian Mandigo, also known as Anon Sparrow, was acquitted of charges of Stalking and Wearing a Mask to Intimidate.  Brian is the fellow who does the frequent, many times solo, protests in front of the Founding Church of Scientology Washington D.C.  I have commented before that I have found his tactics offensive, sometimes tasteless and counter-productive.

However, I have also found the Corporate Church’s tactics in dealing with him far more offensive than Brian’s.  Those tactics included having members of the Nation of Islam come out to overtly and covertly physically threaten Brian.  Worse, they wheeled in lawyer Rick Moxon to work with the District Attorney to trump up the charges that were recently dismissed.

The church of Scientology has unclean hands when it comes to stalking and using costumes to intimidate as they proved very recently at my home.  Their form of stalking and intimidation goes on day after day, using sophisticated equipment and myriad highly paid cut outs so as to lurk undetected and effectively without liability to Corporate Scientology.  And it occurs nationwide and worldwide.

Further, their tactics of lying to law enforcement and spending thousands upon thousands to influence prosecutors in order to abuse the processes of law so as to  “dead agent” a single person execercising his or her constitutional rights is unconscionable.

In this particular case an Independent Scientologist, Tom Felts,  testified on behalf of the defense.  In thanks for performing his civic duty, he was subjected to a particularly hurtful form of  Radical Scientology harassment.

Kudos to Tom for doing the right thing.

And congratulations to Brian for standing up to the beast and prevailing.

A Resurrection Story – Michael Fairman

First, a little context provided by the irrepressible Cowboy Poet (a comment he made on this blog yesterday):

We’re about to celebrate Easter, the Christian holiday celebrating Jesus’s rise from the dead–is exterior, I suppose. (Theologians might dispute my one sentence explanation but we’ll use it.) So now if one were so bold as to examine Christian history with the Church of Scientology history, he would find history repeating itself a thousand fold. There should be no mistaking that the intent of the Suppressive Person declare in modern corporate Scientology is the the public killing of the recipient.  Sort of like the crucifixion of old Roman times, don’t just kill them, hang em’ up so others will get the message.

David Miscavige – as is his wont – has evilized the practice so greatly as to have it blow up in his face.  He has enforced a firm policy over the past couple years – no SP declares are to be circulated broadly – intstead to be used privately so as to quietly stab the recipient in the back among his friends, family and associates. A sort of stealth crucifixion.

The rationale is three-fold: a) he is declaring so many opinion leaders, the omnipresent Golden Rod would be the best advertisement for people to get the hell out of his “church”,  b) his black PR manifestos are so full of easily demonstrable falsehoods that they would “be made fun of on the internet”, c) the accused might try to obtain a comm ev (as everyone who is declared is entitled by Policy to) and the presentation of EVIDENCE at a  number of such trials would likely result in comm ev members leaving the burning house too. 

So to date, very few high profile Independents have ever seen their own declare orders. Well, leave it to Miscavige’s outfit to get careless with one of the highest profile declare orders ever written.  Michael Fairman’s badge of honor mysteriously wound up in his hands.  And not surprisingly Michael has a few things to say about it.  So, what follows are Michael’s publication of and commentary on his own declare order.  And with it goes perhaps the last, remaining shred of credibility such orders may have once carried.   And so Micheal’s crucifixion is converted by theta into exteriorization – may all future ones follow suit.

What follows is the declare order on me, Michael Fairman, It was sent to me through the not-so-underground railroad by a contributer to this blog. As you see it is dated January 15, 2011, the day before Tommy Davis and Mike Sutter showed up at my door without warning at the behest of my long time “friend” Lee Kessler, who also accompanied them. The very same goldenrod that TD inched out from between the covers of a manila folder,  as he  warned me that unless I returned this very day to the path from which I had strayed, I would be sued for the cost of re-shooting the tech and public films in which I had performed; lose my family and friends, and of course, forfeit my eternity. Accused — prosecuted — found guilty –and sentenced right there on my door step. And here is my certificate of doom.
 
 
I have excerpted the following two paragraphs (the specific allegations) from the declare and my comments follow each of them. My comments are in BOLD .
 
 
Paragragh 1
    “Michael Fairman has been pretending to be a Scientologist while covertly attempting to divert unsuspecting Scientologists in good standing off The Bridge to Total Freedom. He is not a Scientologist and has also participated in squirrel activities with a squirrel individual, declared SP by HCO, who “audits” with no valid certs, no pc folders, no examiner, squirrel E-Meter and virtually no element of a standard session per HCOB 4 Dec. 1977RA, CHECKLIST FOR SETTING UP SESSIONS AND AN E-METER and HCO PL 19 Mar. 1972, C/Sing OR AUDITING WITHOUT FOLDER STUDY.”
     Michael Fairman IS a Scientologist and continues to overtly attempt to divert unsuspecting members from the Church of Miscavige who are not really on the Bridge to Total Freedom. Being a Scientologist, I have also participated in activities with an individual who audits as I imagined Mr. Hubbard would have audited, because the results this individual helped me achieve were spectacular.
I had a a D of P and a PC folder. He used an E-Meter exactly like the one I used for 10 years ( however, his was not the same color as mine). This meter indicated FN’s to him, which he indicated to me, which I KNEW were F/N’s;  and I did go to the Examiner.
      Now comes a paragraph riddled with hypocrisy, gross exaggeration, lies and even worse, information from my sacred, confidential, never to be revealed PC folders that reside at the Flag Land Base. And how base this is!
Paragraph 2
   “Investigation into Fairman’s background shows a long unchanging pattern of out-ethics and of squirreling the most basic Scientology principles. He was found to have been committing gross out-tech on his Solo auditing, for example: falsifying his Solo session worksheets; omitting data from his worksheets; failing to communicate to the C//S uncertainties on reads and F/Ns which only came up much later; intentionally engaging in out-ethics activities with the purpose of restimulating his own case; and also repeatedly placing the life of others at risk by driving recklessly. He also has a track of financial irregularities and situations of out-exchange, and out-ethics behavior on the 2D, unfitting the ethical standards of a Scientologist and unchanging, preventing him from being able to get Standard Tech in and from getting case gains.”
Because of my “long unchanging pattern of out-ethics….”, I was brought to the Golden Era Studios  at the Int. base in Hemet (after a complete and rigorous personal history check) to perform in (from 1984 to 2004) the following Tech and Public films:
“What Happened To These Civilizations” (for which I received an award presented to me my the on and only David Miscavige)
 
“Evolution of a Science”  (for which I received another award)
“The 2D Film” (not absolutely sure of the title)
“How The E-Meter Works:
“Man The Unfathomable”
“The Story Of Book One” (which has played for years at the LRH Exhibition in Hollywood)
The Dianetics Documercial” (which played on commercial and cable late night television for over two years, and I was informed by reliable sources that these airings helped bring thousands of people to Book One) AND I was personally validated by DM at a Flag graduation after it was shown to the congregation.
“Body Motions Tech Film” (in which I played a gorilla-psychiatrist lest no one recognized me)
The Testing Tech Film (I was the nimble-fingered, dollar snagging D of P)
In addition I hosted the IAS’s 8th Anniversary Gala Show on the Freewinds and was presented with one of the first copies of “What Is Scientology?” I was invited to perform in the initial readings of Mr. Hubbard’s pulp fiction stories at Author Services.
I was a voice actor on four recordings of Mr. Hubbard’s pulp fiction stories at the Mad Hatter Studios.
And I performed for several years in Christmas Stories at Celebrity Centre Int in the company of many, if not all, of Scientology’s luminaries. (These events helped raise funds for the LA Police Dept to buy toys for kids.)
Not once, at any of these events, was an MAA attending me or looking over my shoulder.
As to “committing gross out-tech on his solo auditing” these were all immediately or eventually brought to the attention of my C/S or originated in a D of P. 
As to intentionally restimulating my own case,  and driving recklessly (my god, I live in Los Angeles!) I guess I still had some case gain to make in those areas. I have not reached the “ethical standards of a Scientologist”  or other Scientologists “in good standing”, who are, of course, perfect in-ethics, Homo Novis, super beings. 
As to “out-ethics behavior on the 2D”. A BALD-FACED LIE!  I was married to my first wife for nine years, my second, a year and my present wife eighteen years (we’ve have been in love twenty). Not once, NOT ONCE, did I go out 2D in any of my marriages. 
Now to the final straw. “He also has a track of financial irregularities and situations of out exchange…” This is a shaggy dog. Bear with me. 
In  early 1993,  I had  already finished my second round of NOTS (The first round was Mayo-tainted). I was debt free and had 8K in the bank. I had just married and my wife and  my FSM, Divona Lewis, were urging me to buy OT VI, VII and VIII. I found myself in the FSO office depleting my bank account and maxing out about a half dozen or more credit cards. With assurances from all that my career would leap into affluence after getting onto VII,  I increased the credit limits  on most of the cards to pay for the services, accommodations and airfare. My wife was to accompany me so we could conceive a child at Flag, and she purchased L-11 with her own money. This left me deep in credit card debt and she was broke.
When we ran out of accommodation funds, my wife helped create the Late Nite Cafe at the Sandcastle in  exchange for a room. She performed there Saturday nights  for fifteen straight weeks. It was always jammed with people from both on and off the base, bringing in quite a bit of change to the Org. She also performed the Flag Song to standing ovations every Friday graduation during that period. 
In July she completed L11 and conceived our daughter. One of the miracles of the rundown and by October I was auditing on Solo NOTS.
From January of 1994 to the Fall of 2004 I audited continuously on VII. However, we did not earn enough money together in that decade to support “The Level”. All our funds went for FP. I had to get handled at Flag in March of 1994 because of heavy restimulation from the Northridge Quake. I could not pay for it, and  I was “carried” by Flag because I was an “important person to the Church”.
In April, my daughter was born. Now I had to start reporting for “the six month checks” and pay the 6 month C/S’ing fees. I could make the air fares, but had to stay at my sister-in-law’s adjacent to the Sandcastle; ate there most of the time and on the base sporadically to conserve funds. Money flow from work was not making it. Credit card bills were crushing me and I had to use funds set aside for taxes to pay them. So in 1995 and 1996 I paid no income tax. In 1997, I declared bankruptcy to keep from completely being squashed.
All this time on Solo and in Ethics, I was constantly trying handle the financial PTP, but there was no appreciable increase of income. I could not afford the necessary intensives or six month C/S’ing fees, and was assured by one Flag President and two Flag Vice Presidents throughout this decade, that it would be taken care of because the valuable contributions I had made and was continuing  to make to Scientology. 
I originated over and over to the Flag VP’s that I felt out-exchange, and that it was becoming more and more difficult to accept the offers of being “carried”, but was told not to worry. I was assured that I had already exchanged with the Church in abundance. In the ten years I was on VII, aside from the initial service “donations” I personally paid for two intensives — money that was borrowed from friends and fully repaid. 
Sometime in 2003, I was presented with a bill for 28K, which included  the intensives I had used and several C/Sing fees. 
I stopped auditing in early 2004, but that is a story for another time. I continued with some studies –the VM, Course the PTS/SP Course, DMSMH and SOS Basics. My pensions and Social Security were just keeping us afloat. I did not have the funds to get back to Flag, the 28K debt to them had to be paid first,and by early 2008 I decided not to participate in ANY Church activities.
Well, lo and behold! In the Spring of 2008 I booked a TV series. By the Fall of that year, I was doing the series, AND was a regular on the soap opera “Young and the Restless” Also included in this period was a run on the series, “Sons Of Anarchy”. I  also finally travelled to New York City and handled a long standing estrangement with my son. We are now in great communication.
In the Spring of 2010, my wife and I moved into separate homes, a decision that was made in 1995. In addition I have completely handled my IRS debts. I owe them nothing and have paid all my taxes on time. 
In 2009 I read Paul Haggis’letter of resignation,  and began my research into the Church of Miscavige. 
I have been debt free since early 2010, and am supporting two households.
I make car and insurance payments on my Mercedes. Thaaaat’s All Folks!
So what “financial irregularities and out-exchange” are they  fucking talking about???
And what does this so called “investigation” have to do with my being a Suppressive Person????  What it is, plain and simple, is an attempt to defame my character in the eyes of the other dedicated, robotic, cool aide drinkers, who know who Michael Fairman really is. Well, my goodness,  Fairman  would NEVER see the“King Pin Squirrel”,  Marty Rathbun unless he was a dyed-in-the-wool perverted, out-2D, technical fuck-up! 
Well, here’s some news for all you automatons who turn purple at the mere mention of possible DM corruption and leap up like a jack-in-the box at the sight of the little Napoleon. You are on the wrong side of history. I know it with all the knowingness I know I possess,
And here’s a plea to those of you still left with a modicum of awareness. I urge you to read Plato’s allegory of the cave. No need to venture on to the dangerous internet, You’ll find it in his “Republic”, and ask yourselves: Who are those chained in the darkness and are able to look only at the projected realities on the parapet? Where, really, is the light of truth?
And as to not getting Standard Tech from the “individual squirrel”? May I reiterate. I had more wins and continuing cognitions in the four days with Mr. Rathbun than in years of Solo and eligibility and from plodding through scores of conditions formulas. He has helped me unchain myself completely and bask in the light.
And finally an anecdote:
When my daughter was less than a year old, the three of us traveled to Flag to clean up some  things in our marriage (the decision to live separately was made then) and hold a naming ceremony for her. My wife’s sister, mother and grandmother joined us to make it a holiday. 
A day or so later my wife, my daughter and I were finishing lunch in the Hibiscus restaurant. Also there, seated across the room, was David Miscavige and his entourage. As he and his  be-braided minions were leaving, they  passed our table. I stood up, greeted him, and invited him to meet my daughter. (We were passing acquaintances because of my many trips to Gold). He stopped, leaned down toward her stroller and said “Hi, Sky”. There was a moment of silence and then she gave a him a raspberry loud enough to be heard throughout the room. His entourage stiffened and became stone-faced. I paled as well and looked at my wife. Then Miscavige  laughed and that cued his minions to laugh as well, and they all left.
The thetan that is my daughter knew something then that my wife and I didn’t.
Now fifteen years later, Mr. Miscavige, in response to this piece of crap you have published on my behalf — PPPPPTTTTTTHHHHH!!!!!!

Miscavige Shock Squad Hits Casablanca

We interrupt the ongoing exposure of David Miscavige as the greatest suppressor in Scientology history for this News Flash. David Miscavige has directly responded to the posts over the last two days, entitled and subtitled King of Squirrels respectively. Apparently, unsatisfied with ending standard tech delivery behind the walls of his “church”, he’s sending goons clear to Corpus Christi to stop it where he heard it is happening.

The assault by his Scientology (OT Ambassador “VIII” John Allender and friends) Shock Squad was captured on video tape, which can be watched below.

Just a bit of background and context is in order.

This morning I had just completed Lori Hodgson’s first two STANDARD sessions, which incidentally included cleaning up the trauma of having been stalked, assaulted and threatened by “OT VIII”, “OT Ambassador” John Allender.  That assault occured the day after she returned from her first trip to Casablanca in December. While on a lunch break, our quiet theta environment was interrupted by loud pounding at my front door.  When I opened the door, there was John Allender with three other Miscavige goons in full Miscavige squirrel regalia.  Check it for yourself – it is documented below.

After the Sheriff got done interviewing me and Allender and co separately, the Sheriff told me Miscavige’s boys wanted to make a deal.  If I did not bring CRIMINAL TRESPASSING, STALKING, AND CRIMINAL HARASSMENT charges, Allender and co would not bring “assault” and “criminal mischief” charges (the latter for having took the microphone Allender shoved in my face out of his hand and off its cord  – the former for a 250 pound guy who looks like Sonny Barger on a bender sticking his stomach into my path of progress in the doorway of my own home).

Apparently Miscavige just doesn’t get my repeated messages to him that I (and Mike Rinder, and others) just do not make deals with the devil.  I told the Sheriff I’d roll the dice.  Bring it.  Don’t worry about fees, I’m representing myself if the D/A decides to bring the counter-charges.

There will be a trial in the San Patricio County Courthouse, unless of course Allender and co plead no contest.  Should be interesting.

Coast to Coast Calamity – BFG makes waves

Marc Headley will be on the popular late-night Coast to Coast radio show tonight.  Marc will be discussing, among other things, the Scientology Inc intelligence operations that have been run on he, his wife, and his two young children.  He will be discussing a number of internal Office of Special Affairs documents which demonstrate the unethical and illegal nature of those ops.  So that you all can follow along as Marc connects the dots I am posting below the documents he will be referring to.

These documents include proof of what Mike Rinder and I have been saying all along about how OSA routinely bribes telephone company employees to criminally invade people’s privacy by turning over their phone records to church thugs. 

These documents also demonstrate the perverse mentality of Miscavige that has been forced upon the entire OSA network.  I have met Marc and Claire’s children. I like them and they like me.  And I am some kind of hot right now about the “church’s” regard for their first-born, an extremely intuitive, smart, and friendly fellow.

While Marc and I don’t always see eye to eye on the worth of the technology, I am wishing him the best on having as much impact as possible in bringing Miscavige to justice tonight.
