Mike Rinder: The Antithesis of David Miscavige

Now, the rest of the story.

I’ve alluded it to it before. But, now I’ll make it crystal clear. Mike Rinder was beat on the order of fifty times by David Miscavige. The reason is simple. Mike Rinder was the shock absorber between David Miscavige’s psychotic intentions and the public at large. Pure and simple.

I witnessed many of the beatings. This is typically how they would play out.

Miscavige: Rinder, those protest signs are aimed at one person and one person alone, me! What the f*** is OSA doing about it?

Rinder: (calmly, cooly) Sir, we are re-routing the staff and public so that no one sees them. We are investigating the instigator to determine if some vested interest is behind this…

Miscavige: (turns to Marty) Did you hear that SP?! He couldn’t care less. Totally nonchalant. He is perfectly fine with ME getting smeared! (turns to Rinder) You f****** SP! I don’t want the sons of bitches “investigated”, I want them destroyed! Squashed like F****** cockroaches. Get that fat Nazi bitch Kurt Weiland up here Shelly. Get f****** OSA to make up signs now about the pig who started this – and get some real public who love me – unlike this SP Rinder – go picket his f****** house. (turns to me, points at Rinder) Look at him, he’s just sitting there…I have to handle everything, even my own defense…f****** pie face. (Miscavige cups his hand and whacks Rinder full force on the ear, storms out of room cursing up a storm).

(Rinder is his inimitable, diplomatic style quietly interjects himself back into the cycle, editing OSA’s signs so that they are not so blantantly unlawfully threatening. He also sustains another beating or two for reporting directly to Miscavige that the public in front of such-and-sos home are creating a terrible PR situation. Ultimately, after three vicious beatings Mike survives when a PR flap of magnitude intercedes and Mike has got to clean up, dress up and appear on national TV as the public face of Scientology. Mike somehow regains his equilibrium and comes across as the calm, rational guy he is. Only then does Miscavige stop obsessing on the protesters and Wieland wisely and quietly follows Mike’s advice and calls off the dogs)

No exaggeration. I’ll give examples in my book – but this is a distillation of a day in the life of Mike Rinder at the International Headquarters of Radical Corporate Scientology.

Yeah, I got choked up in Germany. And I’m choking up now because fact of the matter is every time (and they were multiple per week) that I served as a sounding board for Miscavige in this wise, I not only perpetuated the destruction of Scientology, I allowed a great man and a good friend to be tortured and denigrated.

But, Mike is the living proof of one truth Nietzsche offered:

What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.

Mike Rinder is perhaps the strongest man I know.

Mike Rinder was and is a better man than I.

Germany, Europe and Human Rights

During my trip this week I heard from some folks that they had heard on the rumor line that other folks doubted the sincerity of my comment a couple weeks back that “I have David Miscavige right where I want him.” My comment did not mean that things are easy in our life. But, we don’t seek an easy life. We’re working on just what we have said we are working on for the past two years. It is well covered in the Welcome section of this blog as well as the section entitled The 31 Factors that Scientologists Should Consider.

If people think that we are wasting much time on the ass clowns who come to our home each day and follow us all around the world, you are not watching very closely. Look at the Bert Leahy interviews. We don’t just have six ass clowns in a golf cart here. That is just the first layer of daily diversionary tactic. There is an elaborate network throughout our region, backed by teams of private investigators who monitor our every move and relay to the ass clowns when to strike. There is an entire unit at OSA INT that does nothing but coordinate operatives throughout the US to make our lives a living hell, impede us, and stop us by any means necessary. And there are OSA operatives throughout the Anonymous network, ESMB site, the Freezone and Independents running backstabbing, covert propaganda campaigns while we are “tied up” under siege. Just look for the 1.1s using the safe Independent Scientology space we are creating to promote such practices as no-training-needed to get onto OT levels, “OT I and OT II are of little importance”: especially coming from “Class VIIIs”,”Class VIs” and folks claiming to be “trained by Ron.” They may as well be saying “Scientology is a fraud, because after all I studied it all, and violently disagree with the Bridge created by Ron.” Think about it. Beware of anyone who has “studied it all” and discourages you from doing the same.

We are doing far more than auditing pcs and pre-OTs and training people and contending with ass clowns. We never lose sight of the mountain and always have the broader, longer view in mind and keep long-term projects advancing. I generally try to adhere to the advice of the Tao: Just do your work and then stand back.

However, today I am going to have to talk about some work in progress. That is because, David Miscavige has caught wind of it and is going absolutely apoplectic attempting to put period to it. It is not minor work. It is of vast importance to the free practice of Scientology for future generations.

Two years ago the German government invited me to come there and to testify about Scientology. I told them they might not like what I have to say since my view is that the work of L Ron Hubbard and the philosophy of Scientology should survive and thrive. Interest waned; and we carried on with our work here.

A couple months ago I was approached by the German government again. This time they informed me they had studied very thoroughly everything I had written and done over the past two years, and that they understood what we have done has accomplished more in curbing “church” of Scientology abuses than any other factor. They expressed great interest in my informing not only their government, but representatives from a number of European countries, about our work, distinguishing the philosophy from the acts of the corrupt organization so that their own actions vis a vis Scientology were focused on actionable abuse and not on belief, faith, and workable help. And so, we agreed to attempt to do so.

While I was in LA last week, Miscavige ordered the ass clowns to pack up and leave our town. They did so, bringing in special trailers to remove their golf carts and a moving van to remove their rooms full of electronic surveillance equipment.

The “church” of Scientology – hacking international airline reservation computers as they do – recently noted our planned trip to Germany.

When I arrived back home last night, six of them promptly arrived at our driveway squealing like stuck pigs about Mosey and I going to Germany.

This morning the ass clowns moved back into the house less than 200 yards from our home that they had quietly abandoned five days earlier, claiming they only came back because Mosey and I were going to Germany.

Our efforts to educate them predictably fell on deaf, cultist ears. However, I believe the record we made of that attempt is very educational. It sets forth precisely why we are going to Germany and it shows the level of Miscavige’s violent disagreement with our mission.

Cleaning up the image and damage that Miscavige has created for Scientology is not very difficult absent his gargantuan efforts to disrupt such work. But, hey we’re not complaining; like I said at the outset, we’re not looking for “easy” lives – instead, we’re going ahead living meaningful ones.

We shall see what Mosey and I can accomplish in three days in cleaning up what Miscavige has been busy destroying in Europe for three decades. My prediction in the long term is that – much like what happened (though little known in the victors’ history books) during the civil rights movement of the fifties and sixties – Europe will embarrass the U.S. into taking responsibility for that which it was bribed into perpetuating. It certainly won’t be boring – and may bring far more concentrated hell upon us than we’ve seen to date from vested interests in the U.S. government and the U.S. media who have effectively become whores for the cult. But, as a wise, effective man once said: You may be a minority of one, but the truth is still the truth.

Public Safety Announcement

This is a public safety announcement primarily directed at the person micro-managing the South Texas Siege (now it its 120th day), the self annointed Chairman of the Board of Religious Technology Center, self proclaimed “ecclesiastical leader of Scientology” David Miscavige.

Your hired thug Ralph S Gomez almost ran over my dog Chiquita for the second time today.

You are hereby put on notice (since we know from reliable sources you read this blog multiple times per day, this is the most effective form of notice possible) that by the law of averages, your continued abberant behavior in our humble town of 651 good souls is putting lives at risk.

While you reportedly watch the rushes (daily footage) which is uploaded to Los Angeles until the early morning hours each night, apparently you are either not noticing or are actively encourageing the reckless and dangerous behavior of your agents as evidenced in the following clip:

Please note that Ralph S Gomez is so busy sticking his iphone camera in visitors’s faces, in order to satisfy your aim to intimidate, he nearly killed my dog Chiquita. Even when called out on it by Monique, he continues pointing the camera back as he weaves his golf cart onto the wrong side of the street. Monique, me and other IOB residents have witnessed Gomez and his side kick Joanne Wheaton on many occasions making reckless moves on IOB streets in efforts to ambush and film while driving an otherwise harmless golf cart.

Miscavige, the corner that sits one house away from your operations headquarters is often frequented by elementary school aged children who live nearby and play there. Your heretic buster squads’ practice of rushing out of the house you leased them on Bayshore Circle, piling into the golf cart like firemen off to a fire, and frantically rounding onto Bayshore Drive so as to get in front of Monique and/or I every time we go to the store, or take a walk along the beach is a hazard to the safety of the lives of children and oncoming drivers. Many times we’ve witnessed Gomez or Wheaton fixing their cameras on us or our friends and neighbors while nearly driving their golf cart into oncoming traffic, parked cars, dogs, and people.

You are now on notice. Should someone get hurt, law enforcement and the courts will know that your injury inflicting was done with malice aforethought.

Grow up.

Heretics and the Scientology Inquisition

A heretic is a person who committed heresy.

Heresy (from Greek αίρεση, which originally meant “choice”) is a controversial or novel change to a system of beliefs, especially a religion, that conflicts with established dogma.^[1] It is distinct from apostasy, which is the formal denunciation of one’s religion, principles or cause,^[2] and blasphemy, which is irreverence toward religion.^[3] The founder or leader of a heretical movement is called a heresiarch, while individuals who espouse heresy or commit heresy, are known as heretics. Heresiology is the study of heresy.

The word heresy is usually used within a Christian, Jewish, or Islamic context, and implies something slightly different in each. In certain historical Christian and Jewish cultures, heresy was punishable by law. In modern times, the word heresy is often used in jest and without religious context.

All the noise about “squirrels” and “squirrel busting” is a nifty distraction to mask corporate Scientology head David Miscavige’s operations in Texas of late.

What Miscavige is dramatizing is the centuries-old control device of burning heretics in an attempt to protect a dirty monopoly. And as with everything Miscavige his dramatization is done with a criminal-mind twist. The heresy he attacks is the original doctrine of the Founder of Scientology, L Ron Hubbard.

The following completely spontaneous video illustrates that what I state here is the truth:

Now, do you think that for one moment David Miscavige’s reaction to Erin Haskell’s heartfelt words will be anything other than “Squirrel! Can you believe that? Mixing Scientology with Christianity, the Tao. Squash the b____ along with Marty, goddamn it!”?

Here’s the twist and the heart of the matter. L Ron Hubbard would beg to differ with Miscavige’s view, and might even have defended Ms. Haskell:

Why the Obsession?

Some have pondered lately why the Miscavige obsession with Casablanca. I have some ideas to share on that score.

First please review a portion of an essay I posted on 26 September 2009, Independent Scientologists community:

I am fairly certain that if a decent percentage of independent Scientologists stand up, identify themselves, and freely associate with like-minded friends in the light of day at least three things will happen:

a. Many individual lives will regain meaning. Many more lives still will reap the gains from each of us who independently and freely use Scientology with no other motivation than to help others reach higher states of beingness.

b. Scientology (the subject and community) will experience a renaissance within society at large.

c. Miscavige’s church will be forced to either radically reform by reversing its suppressive operating basis or face its inevitable demise (note the intransitive is used; it is not because of anything that you or I will do to it that will cause it other than being there comfortably – it will be a self-inflicted fate).

At this point, at this Ethics stage, I am advocating that independent thinking Scientologists think hard about being proud of exercising their independence. That they make themselves known and use the title “Scientologist” without shame or embarrassment. That they create community with other independent Scientologists and make it that much safer for those people to get their strength up and flourish. To the extent we tip toe around imaginary egg shells, we are PTS. We cripple our own ability to as-is. If we walk tall, we rehabilitate one another’s abilities to as-is. The Lord knows that this world could use some more of that.

People who have been following this blog for some time understand that this is a message I have often repeated: when enough real Scientologists stand up and be heard as Independents, Miscavige’s resources will be spread so thin trying to intimidate them that his actions will be so ineffectual that the world will see there is nothing to fear from Radical Corporate Scientology.

It is my contention that such a tipping point has been achieved. I think most overtly announced Independent Scientologists recognize that, even if the society at large – certain press and law enforcement agencies included – is lagging a bit behind.

In the light of that, Miscavige’s current plan is quite rational for a psychotic motivated by intent to enslave and destroy everybody else in order to survive. His think goes something like this:

“If we can’t scare them into compliance or shivering fear any more and we can’t control any more resources to keep trying, why, we concentrate all resources on ruining utterly the guy who told them to stand up the first place. Then you’ll see them scattering like cockroaches.”

I personally believe Miscavige is rushing headlong toward the second option in point “c” of the essay excerpt above in frantically executing his current thinking.

There is one thing I am certain of. That is, if more people stand up, step up and be counted it will make the thwarting of Miscavige’s current planning, and realization of the goals set forth in the essay, a heck of a lot easier.

Rome Smolders While the Phoenix Rises

After public humiliation at Ingleside on the Bay, the star of a recent post – Miscavige’s prize “OT H8” Ed Bryan – was shuffled off with a group of 8 other Miscavige operatives to Miami. Reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLOj_f_0P9g

Their mission: attempt to disrupt a trade convention attended by Mike Rinder in an effort to destroy his livelihood.

The result?

Lynch’s hired camera crew abandoned him after they were told about Bert Leahy. Lynch lost his composure and busted his way into a nearby hotel meeting room rented for the ocassion. Apparently, he didnt notice the hotel had security cameras. Lynch was thrown out, hotel security called the police and they cited him for assault (though he had fled the premises by the time they got there). Will update should the fugitive raise his obnoxious head again.

But there is no doubt what happened next in Miami. Ed Bryan was arrested for TRESSPASSING and failure to pay entry fee at the convention center:

Dave Miscavige is mocking up one nasty GPM (a Goal, in this case an evil one, colliding with a counter flow Problem, in this case one of Miscavige’s own creation, with a resultant ugly, nightmarish Mass).

Meanwhile, Rome smolders.

And the Phoenix continues to rise.

Ground Zero For The Future of Scientology

According to the many insightful comments in response to this week’s posts it is clear not much was lost on you all. Thanks for the dot connecting and succinct sum ups and observations of the situation.

Allow me to engage in a little more dot connecting of my own.

The main purpose behind the manner in which the material rolled out – from the first Caller Times article on 3 July, to the follow up on 7 August, to the four segments of interview with Bert Leahy – was to provide the definitive Miscavige mafia repellent. Take the links to the 3 July article, the 7 August article, and the four days of Mr. Leahy and you have a fully self-contained answer and antidote to any invasion of Miscavige’s mafia in your area. Whether it is Lubow or any Radical Scientology private investigator, one or more OSA operatives or even a Radical Scientology lawyer – the combined links, in sequence, are the answer to them all.

David Miscavige does not investigate.

David Lubow does not investigate.

Scientology lawyers do not investigate.

OSA does not investigate.

David Miscvige only harasses in a vain effort to dominate and destroy and to wipe out the exercise of the First Amendment rights of Freedom of Speech, the Press, and of Religion.

David Lubow only harasses to chill the exercise of First Amendment rights of freedom of speech, the press, and religion.

Scientology laywers only harass – and get paid commensurate with their satisfaction of David Miscavige’s perverse intentions to dominate and destroy.

Office of Special Affairs only does a lower, more covert and illegal form of all the above at the insistance and direct orders of David Miscavige.

David Miscavige, David Lubow, Scientology PIs, Scientology lawyers, and Office of Special Affairs staff are not capable of telling the truth. They are only capable of lying. They have lied so often and brazenly for so long, nobody in his or her right mind believes a single bit of filth that issues from their sinister mouths.

From here on out the links I noted above – with nothing else but that – is my answer to anyone swayed by these cretins in the slightest. I highly recommend you use them for the same purpose.

To lie to a major newspaper so persistently and consistently, and then continue to lie after getting busted and caught out is a brand new straight-up-and-vertical level attained by David Miscavige. It is the achievement of TOTAL lack of credibility.

Not only is the church’s credibility dead, but now the credibility of its overpriced “professional” whores too is dead.

Finally, if anyone thinks the South Texas Siege (now in day 118) is merely some personal vendetta against me, think again.

This blog is coming at you from Ground Zero.

This is Ground Zero in the struggle to determine how Scientology will be practiced and how it will be perceived by the world at large in future generations.

The siege is only about preventing that change.

David Miscavige’s answer to the challenge is two-fold:

a) Destroy the communication vehicle that is advocating such change and accurately informing the world about the state of Scientology, by destroying rights guaranteed by the US Bill of Rights and the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the Creed of the Church of Scientology.

b) Destroy the sane and effective practice of Scientology, by destroying rights guaranteed by the US Bill of Rights and the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the Creed of the Church of Scientology.
