More Miscavige on Internet – Stopping Scientology

Some who have not experienced it may have trouble believing it, but I am sure those who have experienced it will confirm my interpretation of what follows.  Here’s an order from David Miscavige’s office to ED Int (Executive Director International) and Exec Ints (whatever members of ED Int’s team who had the misfortune of listening to the rant live).  The order is excerpted, as is Miscavige’s standard operating procedure, from an audio tape that records every insanity that issues from his mouth morning, noon and night while he stomps around the International headquarters of Scientology Inc.  ED Int and his Exec Ints then must report written compliance, with evidence, to the order so issued.   On average, ED Int  receives dozens of such orders on any given day – as do many others.  When Miscavige refers to the ED Int thinking  ‘And then it becomes, “oh, you’re stopping it”’ Miscavige – the perceptive one he is – is accurately reporting on exactly what ED INT and the Exec Ints were thinking at that very moment.  He knows that because it is a daily recurring thought of all members of Scientology Inc international management.  They think it because this order here represents Miscavige’s daily op.  He bats back violently at anything that is originated to him – including compliance to the insane orders he issues and even the programs that attempt to execute his dictates.  

The net result is, everything he tells anyone to do never gets done because Miscavige won’t ever approve the program that is proposed to get done what he has ordered to get done.  It is a vicious cycle.  It is like the movie Groundhogs Day played over and over and over,  day in and day out, year after year at Miscavige’s cult camp.  Except his version of Groundhogs Day is not a comedy, it is the most gruesome horror picture imaginable.  Miscavige very often tells International staff members and execs “oh, and you are thinking COB is stopping this” (after he sits on a submission for several months,then verbally lambasts the submitter with some incomprehensible cross order of himself) I suppose in order to make the person feel guilty and wrong and ultimately  stupid for perceiving the truth. More accurately, the op Miscavige runs day in an day out is making people believe they are incapable of understanding that which is incomprehensible (his orders) in the first place.  L. Ron Hubbard described the op in the lecture The Freedoms  of Clear, 4 July, 1958:  

“You know how people convince people they’re ignorant?  They take something which cannot be understood and they say, ‘You stupid jerk. Why don’t you understand this…’

“…Don’t ever make the mistake of believing that you are ignorant simply because you do not understand the incomprehensible.  Because that’s the oldest trick in the universe.”

And on Marketing, they keep coming up with a million other things, because the guy doesn’t understand it.  It’s, get the Internet done, goes out and talk to Sky Dayton, comes up with a bunch of ideas, “yeah, we’ll send it out to the org.  Hey, any dissemination is better than none.”  No it’s not.  How many more people am I willing to blow out of Scientology.  And by the way, put that aside, why didn’t he program it in and do any part of his job?  Tell the org staff, “Here’s how you answer.”  Get out a basic program on this?  Why not?  Why put it out without that?  Oh, I wanted to wait 3 years to get out his program and they’re just going to get a computer manual.  And then it becomes, “oh, you’re stopping it.”  No actually, I’m the one who’s been pounding to get it done and get a standard line in.  So what were we about to put out?  [CallInExecInt: A line that’s not complete.]  You don’t get it yet.  Your respect for org policy and what happens down there is not accurate or you would literally feel your stomach twisting right now. And to you, it’s glib.  You don’t really live and breathe this purpose and know what’s happening.  You should though.

Our things are supposed to forward it.  And the reason it doesn’t make sense, because you don’t know what the basic purpose is.  You go, “Hey, I know how to forward that great idea.  I know how to really get that book line in.”  What do I get from Marketing?  “Yeah, we’ve got an Internet there on Scientology on-line, we’ll have a way where they can log in and we can 8C them through the books.”  Now, I haven’t seen the 8C in one of those issues.  In fact, what I’m trying to do is get them to want them.  What did it turn into instead?  “8C them.”

The only place that thinks they need 8C is here.  I plan on getting people and saying, there it is and they go, “whoa, I want it.”  But nobody there would even push it and 8C them anyway.  You already know that.  That’s what’s so stupid.  Marketing—you’re supposed to create want.

David Miscavige on the Internet and Scientology

Attached is but one of dozens of utterances of David Miscavige that are recorded and  excerpted by his staff and delivered to International Scientology Inc Management as orders on a daily basis.  As we have covered before, Miscavige orders on any given subject never seem to end and more often than not conflict with previous Miscavige orders.  They also more often than not conflict with L. Ron Hubbard policy.  The Miscavige orders take precedence over L. Ron Hubbard policy – and the standing order that all Miscavige orders ,such as the one below, must be word cleared method 9 (a method implanting the message into the head of the reader) by the recipients guarantees that. The net result is nothing gets done – except apparently alteration of L. Ron Hubbard’s words and the six annual events Miscavige lies and preens at.  Wanna know why the church of Scientology will not catch up with the times and make L. Ron Hubbard tech available to the world?   This order from Miscavige will give you some insight.

Internet:  You didn’t give me a report on what all is going to be on this Internet.  I need to know exactly what it is since I don’t know that you have to launch every single part of it, including the Source Library.  I am curious what’s on there and I really don’t want something on there that’s going to be outdated in short order.  For instance, there are 80 PLs to be fixed.  There are books being corrected.  So preempting all those books by putting all the text on the Internet could really be a disaster.  Further, there’s a bunch of Internet cronies who like taking things out of context and you are going to give them easy picking to be able to do this.  To tell me that they won’t be able to get access to the Internet tells me nothing.  Because I don’t know how a Scientologist is going to get an access to it.  In fact, it seems like the thing should be IAS required membership, which would both help get memberships and would get the correct access.  I don’t know that the plan is on it, which is not unusual.  I had a whole comm cycle with Sky Dayton and did not hear a single word from anybody in Int following that letter which was cc’ed to everybody.

OF COURSE, I BLAMED IT ALL ON YOUR IDIOTS AND TOLD HIM I WAS ALL FOR FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND GETTING LRH OUT. I WROTE HIM A FLOWERY LETTER SAYING AS MUCH. I COPIED YOU ON IT – EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOTHING BUT MEANINGLESS PLATITUDES STROKING THE GUY (BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY ONE AROUND HERE WHO CAN STROKE WORTH A DAMN – VIOLENTLY OR LOVINGLY) – SO THAT I COULD AGAIN BLAME MY PRE-HISTORIC AND MEDEIVAL IDEAS ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGIES ON YOU SORRY SAPS.

What Is Wrong With Corporate Scientology?

For starters, from L Ron Hubbard 6 July 1958:

We have found that staff requires this prerequisite: a good Scientologist.

A long time ago they used to tell us what we needed was a good businessman. We’ve had good businessmen, and we fired them.  What they used to tell us was, what we needed was a good publicity man that was really trained in publicity.  And we’ve had them and they laid an egg, and we fired them.

And every once in a while we have had to fill a post with somebody who was not quite up to handling that post, and we missed.  And we finally found what the common denominator was of an individual who could handle the post in an organization or any post in the organization.  And that person was – the common denominator is – a good auditor.  If a person is not a good auditor, there will be something wrong with his organizational activities.  

Boy, that is something to remember…

…There are people around that believe that a Scientologist – a Scientologist is somebody exclusively who audits people professionally.  There are a lot of Scientologists who do this.  But that is not everything one does.  Let me tell you that on staff, as sharp as we are about this sort of thing, we find that a person who is not a good auditor (that’s not a good Scientologist) — a good auditor, who can sit down there and turn out an excellent session, who can get good results on a preclear, is the only person we really like to have on staff because they always do a good job.  They always have the ability to understand the problems of those around them, and they have the ability of handling a situation.

Anatoly Sharansky’s Final Statement

The following might resonate with some who have experienced the corporate Scientology culture of David Miscavige. 

Anatoly Sharansky’s Final Statement in the Soviet Court
presented before being sentenced on trumped-up charges for treason and espionage, July 14, 1978

(Sharansky addressed his first remarks to those who were not in the courtroom, his wife Avital who emigrated to Israel and the Jewish people):

“During my interrogation the chief investigators threatened me that I might be executed by a firing squad, or imprisoned for at least fifteen years.  But if I agreed to cooperate with the investigation for the purpose of destroying the Jewish emigration movement, they promised me freedom and a quick reunion with my wife.

“Five years ago, I submitted my application for exit to Israel. Now I am further than ever from my dream.  It would seem to be cause for regret.  But it is absolutely the other way around.  I am happy.  I am happy that I lived honorably, at peace with my conscience.  I never compromised my soul, even under the threat of death.

“I am happy that I helped people.  I am proud that I knew and worked with such honorable, brave and courageous people as Sakharov, Orlov, Ginzburg, who are carrying on the traditions of the Russian intelligentsia in defending human rights in the Soviet Union.  I am fortunate to have been witness to the process of the liberation of Jews of the USSR.

“I hope that the absurd accusation against me and the entire Jewish emigration movement will not hinder the liberation of my people.  My near ones and friends know how I wanted to exchange activity in the emigration movement for a life with my wife Avital, in Israel.

“For more than two thousand years the Jewish people, my people, have been dispersed.  But wherever they are, wherever Jews are found, every year they have repeated: ‘Next year in Jerusalem.‘  Now, when I am further than ever from my people, from Avital, facing many arduous years of imprisonment, I say, turning to my people, my Avital,  ‘Next year in Jerusalem.’

“Now I turn to you, the court, who were required to confirm a predetermined sentence: To you I have nothing to say.”

Life After Death And The Scientology Axioms

L Ron Hubbard wrote the following in 1954:

The Axioms

Axiom One: Life is basically a static. (Definition: A life static has no mass, no motion, no wavelength, no location in space or in time.  It has the ability to postulate and to perceive.)

Definition: In Scientology, the word ‘postulate’ means to cause a thinkingness or consideration. It is a specially applied word and is defined as causative thinkingness.

Axiom Two: The static is capable of considerations, postulates and opinions.

Axiom Three: Space, energy, objects, form and time are the results of considerations made and/or agreed upon or not by the static, and are perceived solely because the static considers that it can perceive them.

Axiom Four: Space is a viewpoint of dimension. (Space is caused by looking out from a point. The only actuality of space is the agreed-upon consideration that one perceives through something and this we call space.)

Axiom Five: Energy consists of postulated particles in space. (One considers that energy exists and that he can perceive energy.  One also considers that energy behaves according to certain agreed-upon laws.  These assumptions and considerations are the totality of energy.)

Axiom Six:  Objects consist of grouped particles and solids.

Axiom Seven: Time is basically a postulate that space and particles will persist. (The rate of their persistence is what we measure with clocks and the motion of heavenly bodies.)

Axiom 8:  The apparency of time is the change of position of particles in space.

Axiom 9:  Change is the primary manifestation of time.

Axiom 10: The highest purpose in the universe is the creation of an effect. 

Robert Lanza wrote the following in 2011:

Does the Soul Exist?  Evidence Says Yes

and

 Is Death An Illusion?  Evidence Suggests Death Isn’t The End.

Both of these articles were published in Psychology Today.

Is it not a travesty that corporate Scientologists would be burned at the stake (figuratively) if they were to dare to even take a peek at such a magazine?  Is it not a travesty that Scientology Inc is busy using the billions you have donated to them to stage public demonstrations of their flat earth mentality while science catches up with L Ron Hubbard?

Thank God for independence in religion, science and other vehicles of truth-seeking.

Italian Independents open up Thunder Road

In addition to our other follies, I do a lot of C/Sing from Casablanca.  The most productive team of auditors I C/S for do far more than audit.  Claudio and Renata Lugli audit, train, and recover auditors, all while also contributing to the cause of educating those still under the spell of Corporate Scientology.

Claudio has done a write up to give you an idea of how production has been accelerating down Italy way.  Realize that only a year ago Claudio and Renata had just decided that they would not be denied Scientology by a ego-intoxicated dictator.

 Since we started putting our attention on delivery we immediately pulled in Independents that were in need of help in relationship to the Reverse Scientology received in the “Church” of Miscavige.

The first Auditor that joined the team was Giovanni Bonzani an OT VII Class V Graduate that Renata convinced to start auditing again.

He is an old timer and has greatly contributed to the expansion of Scientology in Italy and has been a key element for the establishment of the original Novara Org in where he audited several years, staff and public, not as a staff himself but as an OT.

He brought one Independent, Omar Marsiglia from scratch to the State of Clear – He is now auditing regularly on the lower Bridge 5 Pcs.

One of his PCs recently wrote:

Now I am happy and willing to go in session, I am relaxed, and I am interested in the processes, but most of all I am in great ARC with my Auditor, he has my total trust and the sessions just flow as smooth as ever!!!

……. Before I always had my attention on those things that I thought were wrong with me, and had a constant sensation of anxiety and of being overwhelmed and this was causing that I was withdrawing from life.

But now I am finally getting the REAL Scientology and right after the very first sessions I was feeling better and I was seeing that I had the chance of reverting the dwindling spiral.

The first sessions had been amazing; I knew my needle was floating and hearing the auditor saying that, every time, was really a release for me. The auditor’s TRs were natural, not robotic and he was making me feel at easy and I stopped worrying how the session was rolling along, I was just IN session.

Then there is of course Eliana Alaimo. Renata was in comm with her for a few weeks before she declared her Independence and made her feel safe and validated her abilities as an auditor.

This made it possible for her to get back on OT VII and also to get back on the chair as a Class IX. She is making wonders with her PCs, she has 4 pcs now moving on up a little higher on their  OT IV and NOTs.  Marina, one of her Pre-OT wrote the following:

 

In today’s session I handled several areas, but at one point my back became straight, I felt taller and mental masses were blown … gone forever!!!!!

At session end was fantastic hearing my auditor saying” Your TA is Floating! End of Session!”

For almost 15 years, at least one time every week and sometime two I was getting strong headaches, it became a chronic somatic but I was used to live with it

About a month ago I did one session with a Class IX and handling an item on a list I had the feeling that I did handled that somatic.

But I did not want to fool myself and I kept this win for myself…. But today I thought “In the last 15 years it never happened to be without a headache, so what am I waiting for???  Its GONE.

The Church of Scientology Itself Is a Front Group

There is some truth to some comments of late on this blog about the original altruistic motives of some church of Scientology affiliated groups.  Yes, the Delphi Academy started out as a cutting edge educational experiment until it was converted by Miscavige into a center to educate youth in mindlessly worshiping Miscavige as the second coming of L Ron Hubbard.  Yes, Narconon has done, and continues to do, some spectacular work in handling drug addiction.

But, for the most part church of Scientology affiliated groups such as Artists for Human Rights, Youth for Human Rights, Yellow Shirt Disaster Volunteers (a complete and utter betrayal of LRH’s intent and advices for Volunteer Ministers) and a host of others were conceived and promoted for one purpose and one purpose alone: Public Relations Area Control (increasingly meaning making David Miscavige more prominent and less accountable for his attempted hijacking of the Scientology religion for personal wealth and self-aggrandizement).

Of such priority is David Miscavige’s PR and safety that Front Group madness has even replaced the organizations (churches) of Scientology.  We have covered extensively the waste of hundreds of millions of dollars by Miscavige in creating ornate, inanimate institutions that repel people coming in to Scientology.  All building and no people; or as we say in Texas ‘all hat and no cattle.’

Now, I am going to violate a little personal policy that I’ve held to fairly closely to date: not providing links to Scientology Inc’s gaudy and lie-infused web pages.  Yes, those webpages that rank 54,715th in America (compared to our 24,008th) despite millions spent by Miscavige on design, building and search engine optimization (including paying bundles to Google, Bing, and Yahoo for even more preferential positioning).

Scientology Squirrels Busted

Tony Ortega has published a Squirrel Busters anniversary retrospective at the Village Voice.   Tony asks whether the saga marked the beginning of the end of Scientology.   I might agree with him if he had added to  “Scientology” the preceding adjective “corporate” or the following-modifier “Inc.”.  In either event, its an interesting read.

Kirstie Alley Defends David Miscavige

I have appended below excerpts of a verified transcript of an interview by the BBC’s John Sweeney with corporate Scientology celebrity Kirstie Alley. The interview was ordered and orchastrated by David Miscavige.  It was conducted on 21 March 2007 at church of Scientology Celebrity Center International in Hollywood Caliornia. I think this interview demonstrates a couple things that Scientologists ought to know about David Miscavige and his management of Scientology Inc.

First, the interview shows how celebrities are used to cover up the serial crimes of David Miscavige himself.  As we all know by now, the premise of the initial questions by Sweeny about the penalties for daring to harbor a thought contrary to Miscavige’s views is based on well-established fact.

Kirstie does a yoeman’s job of pretending those facts do not exist and diverting the conversation by positioning Sweeney’s question as akin to asking about alien sightings.

Which leads us to the second point of interest.  Kirstie by raising the specter of “aliens” sends Sweeny right down the Scientology space opera rabbit hole.  So much for Miscavige’s religious persecution complex.

Kirstie even resorts to claiming that as of the year 2007 she does not access the Internet in order to feign no knowledge of the RPF (Rehabilitation Project Force, Miscavige gulag).  Even if true, what does that say about a prominent member of the church of Scientology?  Medieval mentality?  Controlled to the point of being shielded from the outside world?  Just plain dishonest?

Kirstie did an admirable job of defending her religion against a lot of loaded questions.

However misled she may pretend to be though, the facts remain:

a)      Miscavige is a liar and a coward having people like Kirstie thrown out as canon fodder to cover his crimes.

b)      Kirstie is in fact last on record singing Miscavige’s praises, denying his documented crimes, and thus helping to perpetuate them.

KA = Kirstie Alley

JS = John Sweeney BBC

SEGMENT 1:

JS: People who have been in Scientology say that there are effectively dungeons of the mind.  Places where people who have annoyed the management, David Miscavige, end up in the desert.

KA: People say there are Martians.   Look, I am the tabloid queen.

JS: That’s wholly untrue?

KA: That is–That there are no Martians?

JS: That Scientology has got a punishment, it’s got punishment camps where people go—

KA: Listen, but John, I can’t take you seriously.  I can’t take you seriously.

JS:  –And live miserable lives.  That’s just not true.  You’ve never heard that?

KA: To my knowledge it’s not true, but I can’t take you seriously.  It’s like me asking you, when was the last time you saw a Martian?  Because I know some people in Oklahoma who totally see Martians in their backyard.  And there are those people.

JS: Okay, well let’s talk about that.

KA: But not all Okies.   I’m from Kansas.  Oklahoma’s good.  They don’t all believe in Martians.

JS: Let’s talk about aliens.

KA: Let’s talk about aliens.

SEGMENT 2

JS: Why–Hold on a second.  As the public face of Scientology—

KA: Am I the public face of Scientology?

JS: You are not the leader of Scientology.  As the leader of Scientology, why hasn’t Miscavige given an interview and answered these questions? What’s he afraid of?

KA If I were Mr. Miscavige, I would never sit down and do an interview with you. I love the BBC.  I love the BBC with all my heart.  Probably the best programs in the world.  I am a comedian.  I am an actress.  The best comedies in the world are on the BBC.

JS: Fine.

KA: I love your network.  But if I were Mr. Miscavige I would not sit with you because you clearly—

JS: I’d ask him a question about does he go around thumping people.

KA: And I think that that’s probably why he wouldn’t do an interview with you.  Just like I wouldn’t ask you if you’re still molesting children.

JS: … any other journalist since 1991.

KA: Pardon?

JS: He hasn’t given an interview to anyone, to a TV journalist, since 1991.

KA: Why would he?  My question is, why would he?

JS: He’s the leader of an organization—

KA: So.

JA: –that claims it’s a church.  Other people say, who have been inside it, that it’s a sinister, mind-warping, brainwashing cult.

SEGMENT 3

JS: Terrific.  So why can’t Miscavige.  Why am I talking to an actress who is a loyal Scientologist?  Why can’t we talk to the leader of the Church?  Why can’t we talk to Tom Cruise?  He’s the biggest—

TD : I already told you why.

JS: Look, I can only interview one person at a time.

KA: He has nothing to do—Look, I’d like to answer this.  I’d like to answer this.

JS: Okay. Yes.  Why is that man scared of something like the BBC?

KA: Well see, you’re putting that in there, which isn’t true. Every week I get about 250 requests for interviews.  Now, I don’t particularly like doing interviews. 

JS: Well you’re doing this one.

KA: So I turn down about 249 of those interviews.  Okay.  So I can’t imagine how many interview requests he gets.  But for whatever reason, he’s decided to turn them down.  I did this one because look, it is not my job to run around the world and defend Scientology.  But I happen to know the kind of piece you’re doing.   And I happen to respect the BBC.  And I happen to love Britain.  You know, my shows have been huge in Britain.  I’m getting ready to do a show that was beloved in Britain called the Vicar of Dibley, the American version.   I admire your actors and your artists, and I admire so much and I wonder why, why would you think someone would participate in something that is—talk about immoral and talk about creepy. This is creepy.

JS: Okay.  What is RPF?

KA: I don’t know.

JS: Don’t you?

KA: No I don’t.

JS: Have you never heard of it?

KA: No I haven’t heard of it.

JS: Do you use the Internet?

KA: No I don’t.

JS: Why not?

KA: Because I’m a bit stupid on the Internet. I’m a little bit in the 1940s. I like the phone. I can’t do the Internet.  I don’t know.

Scientology Inc Busted by Village Voice

Editor in Chief of the Village Voice Tony Ortega has published a pretty definitive piece on the source of virtually all black propaganda on the net about Indies.

Tony did a great job of investigating and exposing David Miscavige’s Church of Scientology International Office of Special Affairs (dirty tricks and propaganda arm of Scientology Inc) as the the central coordinating point for dozens of sites filled with false and defamatory material on Indies.

Not surprisingly, given the length and complexity of the piece, Tony got one thing wrong that I would like to correct.

Tony wrote that Monique Rathbun (Mosey) took action against the church of Scientology sites when they began to target her.  Wrong.  Monique went after Scientology Inc’s OSA only after they started targeting our peeps (folks who had come to visit us and supported us in other ways).  Those who know Mosey personally can understand that.
