There’s been a lot comments about stats and false stats on the blog recently. Well, this fresh document just crossed my screen. It probably constitutes more reliable documentation than any DM proferred during the entire March 13 event in terms of reflecting the true stat picture. Apparently they have dropped the threats and still people won’t come to see the Flag reg tour. What is next?

Almost anything put out by the Church can now within minutes be seen and read ~published on what C of M determines is a hostile site.
I wonder what OSA thinks about this.
Do they think they will be able to plug the leaks ?
Do they have any idea of how many members (quietly) have empathy and allegiance to the OTHER side ?
What is the annual budget for PIs? I am guessing it is in the high six figures. But then PIs are used to harass and follow , intimidate and do “noisy investigations”
PIs are not really hired to find out where the LEAKS come from.

I can see Maria Robb’s frustration. We (Indepedents) usually have more than 30 people at out parties and gatherings, because we are fun, real and don’t threaten or reg people!!!:)
Scientology is only fun among Independent Scientologists, not inside the C of M.
This fits with my own recent observations of an empty FSC office at 5 pm on a Weds. Also virtually empty AOLA, empty street at dinner time except for a few public and staff going to dinner, virtually empty new premises LA Org. Next day I went to Santa Barbara to say hello. Door was open but nobody was on the entire first floor, had to call up the stairs to get the ONE staff member on post, Div 6 Supe, to tell me no staff but him show up on Thurs until after Noon. He had 1 student. After crying my eyes out, I drove to Los Gatos, still Thursday, got there 5:50 pm, in time to see 3 public leave at the dinner break. On the board up for LRH B’day Comps there were @15 names, all were Basics Comps, with 1 Solo One Comp. The staff all put up a brave front. I was devastated and could not believe how bad things have gotten since I was unwillingly routed out of the S.O.
The thing is that these “Mr. Rabey is coming to town” meetings/events happen maybe once a month and have for years. There just isn’t the field anymore. How many times can the same person say the same thing and expect public to show up? Mr. Rabey has been saying basically the same patter varied this way or that for years. I was on the Flag WUS OT Comm for 13 years and went to tons of these. Same ol same ol. “Come to Flag NOW”.

I see a deeper meaning in the above comment than what’s apparent. I have no proof….just a hunch, that these poor folks are experiencing an absolutely visible, undeniable shrinkage. As an SO member it would be so damn confusing what’s going on. That is hard for me to stomach. I was never in the SO but I’ve seen the hard work and dedication you guys have and so the above data, while valuable as hell for us to see *(thanks Marty!) is also quite tragic. Good people getting fucked over by a psychopath. Not cool. Not cool at all.
The church of Scientology will have to come to the realization that people want truth and real comm. Not phoney PR and heavy ethics.
We as independents have to be willing to confront putting ethics in on the group until they have the cognition that things have to change.

I remember those first couple of mandatory events in LA.
It was right after the news about Ron and of course I’d never been called to a mandatory meting as a public. On staff you don’t think much of them, but as public…well you’ve worked all day and been on course till 11PM, mandatory meetings get old fast. I went to the first few but when the threats started I dropped out of them.
Ahh, the good old days of standing room only in the hall outside the ethics office. Back then if you really wanted to see how many public there were at asho LA you had to skip down one flight to the MAA area, haha.

It is tough to confront the scene, but that’s the first step in gaining the ability to actually handle it.
An anecdote: way back in 1975 I was a new Sup in Toronto. I had about a half a dozen half-conscious students on course with barely a clue myself on what to do about it. The guy that LRH gave a briefing to on Supervisor Two Way Comm and the Misunderstood Word, Bill Foster came to the org on a Garrison Mission. He called me, a young man of 19, into his office and informed me clearly, effusively, directly and with no uncertain terms that I couldn’t find a MisU on a person if they presented it to me in glittering lights. I had a dressing down that changed my life utterly.
I left that ‘briefing’, and went back to my semi-conscious course room and dressed them down! I also became, almost instantly, adept at Method 3 Word Clearing (that was part of my R factor from Lt. Bill Foster).
I drilled the 3 barriers to study every night after post under the KOT George Baillee, along with my fellow Sups.
Within weeks we had more than 250 students on course and over the next months made tons of auditors ( I got my lower Bridge auditing from one of them!).
The place turned around almost overnight it seemed.
Don’t despair Ceileen, Scientology does work. Beings want it. When it’s delivered for real, you will see it and those empty buildings will fill up.
First things first, confront the is-ness, SP at the top and out-ethics down the line. Handle. Tech goes in. People return.

@ Flag, WDAH, VSD, GI have been affluence trending since Sept 09, now over 3M. Mostly due to lower bridge delivery. Oak Cove was HE for weeks if not months. AO on the other hand, was crashing. AO-wide lowers assigned, a lot of justice actions (over 90) in that month. Recovered after that Dec-Feb affluence. It is claimed that the increase is due to a increased delivery of OT levels. That’s Dept 12 and 12-1.
Dept 11, STP, and STC Danger Trending for nearly 3 years. Recently recovered from.
6B, STC, STP, danger last year. Big affluence after Basics Release, but Danger started after a year. OH, 6B, BIS is up. almost at 1500, DM’s goal.
Sounds like a pinch me material to an untrained person, like Tommy, maybe…
Now, let’s use a totally unused tech, which was replaced by DM-made programs, the DATA SERIES.

DM reminds me of the malevolent sorceress Mab in MERLIN (1998 film with Sam Neil). How she was defeated can be compared to how DM is being defeated in PT. If you have three hours to spare, I highly recommend this movie.

Actually I think the team is communicating exactly what they want to communicate by not showing up and not supporting the current church. Their message and communication is coming through loud and clear.
In a sick way, Miscavige’s stats are up since his product seems to be the destruction of the Church.
A couple of days ago I got a call from a very prominent person in the LA OTC scene. (name and exact role withheld for obvious reasons) We had swapped voice mail messages for a week or so and finally caught up.
My intention in trying to get in comm was to let her/him know that I was no longer among the fold, no longer drinking the DM CoolAid and so we probably couldn’t be in comm going forward. (she/he is very connected Bridge wise)
I hadn’t really expected the conversation would go much beyond that and that it would be a short comm. It wasn’t.
We ended up talking for 45 minutes with her/him mostly listening. And I didn’t hold anything back. From squirrel tech of GAT, abuses of staff (I have a family member who she/he knows well who was severely damaged by the SO fairly recently and it is that situation that is restraining me from going public currently), to the bs Idle Org program…on and on. I let it all hang out. And she/he didn’t hang up or even question the data very strongly.
When I mentioned Heber she/he said they had wondered what happened to Heber.
The response, or lack of response more accurately, was heartening to me. I know the bullets I let fly hit home and it served to confirm what has been mentioned here often…that the field is simmering with discontent.
If a major field leader and current on-lines public like this is open and doubting then we must truly be close to the tipping point in this effort.

We all have to understand that the 7 Div org board is our tool. And you just used it and we all use it.
So what happens and how does the org board fit in?
Dept 21, ok: Source.
Now DM comes in and what happens, he tampers with Source. We all have our share in this, no need to say more.
Then we have Dept 20, Existence.
So, Source under DM becomes inexistent as time moves on.
And Conditions (the next Dept 19), are or better have become what they are NOW, TODAY. We know those, too.
What is happening now with the Independents?
The Independents refuse to agree anymore with travesty Dept 19 and Dept 20 of the Church, they bypass those and go back to Dept 21 as it was. Form up their own Department 20 (Existence of an Independent field) and Department 19 (Conditions which they start changing) and
they start Recognizing (Dept 1 Recognition) what is going on. Recognition now is that this IS the situation with Miscavige. More and more Recognize this, this is Department 1.
And then what do you do?
You go to Department 2 which is Communication, true Communication, honest. We communicate on blogs, on TV channels, via e-mails, to friends like you did, we tell them, we communicate and more and more communicate the Condition. Because we now have Recognized the Condition: DM is destroying the church. He has been doing that and he has harmed many good staff members. This is a Condition now (actually has been) but more people now SEE it, they RECOGNIZE it.
So this is what we are doing and we will come to True Perception which is the next Department (No 3) which by the way is Ethics on the Org board.
But now by Recognition alone and Communication we are moving on.

VITAL DATA ON PROMOTION
Successful orgs, good dissemination, a salvaged planet, require the following basic things:
1. Workable Technology. This means something to offer that is desirable and will be received by individuals in the public body.
2. Good execution of the technology. This means holding a constant of application without variation in how it is done from person to person or place to place. This outlaws at once all squirrelling and individual variations even when they are good for they bring about an inconstant of execution and this can wipe out technology, leaving one with nothing to promote and a dead end of all spread of technology. Hence, no articles in magazines giving different points of view. Hence, no officially authorized books giving variant methods. Even if they were good, it would halt all promotion and end freedom for the planet.
3. Accumulation of the identities of persons. This is done by getting lists of names, by personal contact, etc. But however it is done, it is totally the accumulation of identities.
4. Offering those identities something they will buy, a book or a service.
5. Delivering what is offered.
That is all there is to successful promotion. There are a thousand ways to do (3) the
accumulation of the identities of persons and (4) offering these identities something they will buy, so promotion looks complex. It is not. Successful promotion means continuing. One cannot continue to promote as per (3) accumulation of the identities of persons, and (4) offering these identities something they will buy, unless (1) workable technology, (2) good execution of the technology, and (5) delivering what is offered, are in place. However, (1) workable technology, (2) good execution of the technology and (5) delivering what is offered, can be wholly in place without any world beating a path to the better mousetrap maker.
By the nature of the bank, collective opinion is always derogatory or bank, this being the one thing held in common by all. So the group ignores the good and embraces the bad. One contacts people by any media including word of mouth, ads, rumors, etc. In (3)
Dissemination, it is enough to accumulate names and addresses of persons who have been contacted. In (4) Salesmanship, one effectively offers these individuals something they can and will buy-service, status increased potential, anything they will buy.
In (5) Ethics, one delivers what is offered.
If you just remember that’s all there is to promotion, you will be very successful.
Therefore you:
(a)Never seek public or group repute or collective bank. You do not do “good will” advertising or just try to get the name about. You only accumulate identities as per (3) Dissemination and use them for (4) Salesmanship offering them something they will buy.
(b) Never count on an individual to “spread the word if he experiences a miracle” as you can
always contact more people than he can. (c)Never via your comm line heavily through a “powerful person” or “authoritative group” as you can promote better directly.
(d) Never seek a subsidy for what you are doing as at once you or any subsidized office will.
cease to promote to the public individuals. You throw out anything or anyone who is
working to make you get a subsidy or who demands a subsidy to operate an office, as there
goes your public contact. It ceases to have point as there’s no dependence on the public
individual so he ceases to be served. Subsidy is a fine way to. fail and always leads to a
dead end. A subsidized office ceases to promote as it no longer depends on doing (3)
Dissemination -accumulation of the identities of persons, and (4) Salesmanship- offering
those identities something they will buy, for its daily bread. So it is useless in the scheme of
things and, not serving, becomes dangerous.
If you don’t promote, the whole effort will dead end, the individual will no longer be reached, the group bank reaction will set in and that’s the end of it.
Inadequate promotion, not reaching the individual, and any violation of (5) Ethics -delivering what is offered, are the sources of all the difficulties we have experienced.
Therefore adequate promotion, reaching the individual and making sure of (5) delivering what is offered, will be responsible for all the successes we will experience in the future.
It is as simple as that.
When you hear proposals to reduce mailing lists, know somebody is trying to kill you.
When you see something being offered that the individual cannot buy, know that somebody is being silly. When you see lists of people being collected who will not buy, know somebody is being extravagant.
Err on the side of too many names accumulated, however, and burn the midnight oil figuring out what they can and will buy, that you can deliver. Sell it for enough to let you keep on promoting and soon you’ll have the planet.
ORGANIZATION
The Earth measure of success is the amount of power, authority, people, wealth and property one controls.
It is not necessary to bank it to your own name if you can dictate its expenditure.
The reason we are interested in success of this kind is because it is the wherewithal to reach and get the job done. Without that, these things, except for people, are trash.
It is all very well to idealize poverty and associate wisdom with begging bowls, or virtue with low estate. However, those who have done this (Buddhists, Christians, Communists and other fanatics) have dead ended or are dead ending. That route doesn’t get the job done so it can’t be a workable route.
The hard fact of this civilization is, given enough money or control, you can usually buy or
demand your way out of any game you don’t want to play. Thus you can keep on playing the game you do want to play. It is always a matter of amusement to me to find out some attacker is after money. For that’s an easy one.
To keep going on a planetary salvage job you have to have the means to salvage in the frame of reference of the planet. Hence, we need the above things to get the job done.
Therefore you have to have an organization. This makes it easy to handle the activities needful for salvage and to acquire or control the wherewithal to continue to salvage.
Without power, authority, people, wealth and property you cannot make enough impact at the level of reality of the individuals you are seeking to salvage.
If you only wanted salvage for one or two, then none of these would be needed in any vast
amount. But large numbers being salvaged require organization. And organization requires the otherthings to keep operating and remain real.
You can therefore know your enemies by those who seek to knock out any part of your
(a) Power (b) Authority (c) Personnel (d) Wealth (e) Property.
As collective-think demands that these items particularly be knocked out, handling and
continuing an organization is a rather arduous activity.
The individual is the effect of these items, however, so if one can maintain them, one wins.
One forms an organization only in order to do (1) workable technology, (2) good execution of the technology, (3) accumulate the identities of persons, (4) offer those identities something they will buy, (5) deliver what is offered, under Promotion.
Because of the character of the bank and collective think, number (1) workable technology,
under Promotion, is not possible to achieve by an organization or group. Group research is not merely too expensive, it is also only re-search of the work generated by an individual. New ideas never appear in group research so it merely polishes at best (and messes up at worst) what has already been done technically by an individual.
Therefore organization begins at (2) good execution of the technology, exists to do (3)
accumulation of the identities of persons, and (5) deliver what is offered. (4) Salesmanship- offering those identities something they will buy, again is usually the work of an individual thinking up ideas and offerings.
Therefore the central control point of an activity puts an organization there to do (2) good
execution of the technology, (3) accumulation of the identities of persons, and (5) delivering what is offered, and works individually to find new ways to do (3) accumulation of the identities of persons, and originates (4) offering those identities something they will buy.
Thus a central control point has a dual engagement-(a) To put and keep the broad organization there to do (2) good execution of the technology, (3) accumulation of the identities of persons, and (5) delivering what is offered, and (b) to originate better ways to do (3) accumulation of the identities of persons, and new ways to do (4) offering those identities something they will buy.
Thus the relation of a central control point to the organization is very easy to understand.
The hardest work consists of keeping the organization from going banky and not doing (2) good execution of the technology, (3) accumulation of the identities of persons and (5) delivering what is offered. The most brilliant work consists of better ways to do (3) accumulation of identities of persons, and effective things for (4) offering those identities something they will buy.
This is the totality of action by a central control point. If done well, the whole organization
achieves the final objective and if done badly the whole thing dead ends.
Great pressures exist against a central control point to violate its needs for (a) Power (b)
Authority (c) Personnel (d) Wealth and (e) Property under Organization above, and it is easy to surrender without realizing that surrender is fatal in our case to every one on this planet and perhaps ourselves as well.
Resist these pressures successfully and the central control point then can do (2) good execution of the technology (3) accumulation of the identities of persons (4) offering those identities something they will buy, and (5) delivering what is offered, and everybody wins.
And that’s all there is to organization.

These 2 stats could also be showing a “recovery” only because of an influx of staff outer-org trainees.

This could also be from outer-org trainees on internships or ordered onto “all-hands” and taken off their training programs to deliver for the FSO.
One of my family members who is still on the fence about which group to be a part of went to the LRH birthday event last night. It was reported that Guillaume leserve was part of the event speeches (the only Management person besides DM), but no post title was given to him other than International Management. What happened to his post? It was also reported that he doesn’t look so shiny and bright anymore. The pressure must be getting to him!!!! It was also reported that Rena Weinberg is still missing who use to be publicly available at all events in LA. It has been several years since she was on public lines. Not sure if she is drinking kool-aid by the gallons, or she is out.
Seriously have they really not gotten the memo about the economy? Are they that far out of touch that they have no idea that people are for real broke now and have no credit and may lose their cars and homes due to losing their job?
I know they aren’t supposed to watch the news or read the paper but you think at least one of them would know what is going on! Jeez.

Not only that but they are denying the public scientologists a chance to take responsibility for and handle the scene, since they aren’t being told the truth about what’s really going on.
The public spend a portion of their life out in the world making the money to bring into the church. The SO members are failing a vital part of their duty to report, yeah to the PUBLIC.
I bet they haven’t thought about it that way in a very long time. This isn’t a dinner theatre where there is chaos behind the curtain but as long as you can pull off a halfway decent show you’ve done well. It doesn’t work that way when you have a real mission.
The SO might be the last to stand up and admit to the outpoints, but there was a time when I would have trusted them to be the first, the elite. They have been granted that title and I won’t argue with it, I just ask that they live up to it in the line of duty.

The arguement to get 10,000 onto solo nots to save the planet seems bogus. If it was that important DM would be getting staff through it and would lower the prices to make it easier for people to get on.
I think it is money driven myself due to getting all those onto six month sec checks at $8,000. an intensive.
Your idea of getting 10,000 onto auditor training is great. They probably don’t do it because there is no money in it.

The issues 17-1 especially, and 18, which are apparently “too confidential for the public” REALLY lay it on the line that promotion to raw public is where it is at; orgs should put 100X times the resources into getting new public on the bridge rather than cannibalising existing public. Anybody who got, as I would, around 20 – 30 pices of glossy promo a week from various orgs and sectors, while seeing NO adverts for DMSMH, SA etc in the public domain, knows what a joke application of these vital issues has become.

FreeAndClearNow, you are absolutely correct! The recovery was date coincident with the rush to fire the Roma, Vegas, etc ideal org OOT’s, not public.
Furthermore, STP, and STC, from TR’s Obj courseroom also counts in Dept 11 stats. There was a major, major revolution on that.
Nah, BIS is only public. There was an increase in public too. Uhmm, which would be expected if you count any public that walks in to Flag for anything. Seriously, many staff would run around on Thu and ask the MAA’s, Security Guards and other terminals if they saw any public that week to count on BIS. Many double even triple counts. Even further, this stat was not for 6A, it was for 6B. It was used instead of courseroom attendance as a solution to avoid DM’s fury via Ty Webb, D/IG MAA, for the failure to reach the 1500 people on Basics. Anyways, this was one my invests, and it involved many terminal up and down the org board. Unfortunately, it is still done this way.
Lastly, there are many OOT’s who are doing “apprenticeships” in the FSO, delivering to public. Needless to mention, these apprenticeships are done after their training and last 4 months or longer to learn how to deliver auditing like done at Flag, GAT II.
Yeah, don’t get me started. I suffered from seeing outpoints and real why’s, but not being able to fix them. It drives one insane.
I second Bob Johnson’s recommendation of the book, “Blown for Good.” It’s the only critical book I’ve enjoyed reading. In an ideal world the author would never have been in the Sea Org, but a set of circumstances led to him working for many years at Int and he has written a fascinating and detailed account of what its like there. It’s a perfect book for anyone who wants a bit more detail about the kind of stuff discussed on this blog. I downloaded it via Amazon’s Kindle service and read it on my computer.
Thetans love a little mystery sandwich and Mr Rabey provides none. There’s no reason to go to any of these “important” events because they’re just reg fests. Every single call I’ve received for years I now see had at the end of its string, Which credit card would you like to charge that to?

I also attended the LRH B’day Event for the same reason. There is no doubt in my universe that dm is truly a 2-1/2% SP. What I am not fully certain about is just how best to take him out and what my part in that will be. I just know that I WILL do something.

Couldn’t agree with you more. The difficulty is that BECAUSE of the sincere and dedicated mindset of the true Sea Org Member, you are made to feel wrong if your views/thoughts/feelings are outside of what is considered “Command Intention”. I am no longer actively there doing my post as a direct result of stepping out of that accepted role too many times. Of course, my Comm Ev states that my 25 years of service and production did not outweigh my out-ethics so I should be off-loaded as not fit for the Sea Org. It has taken almost 3 years to recover from that little piece of invalidation. In fact, I was responsible for getting thousands of public ONTO service, many of whom I had to first handle injustices for that prevented them from doing service. I was ‘bad’ because I told the truth about the injustices and sources of them, sought to correct those responsible and demanded standard LRH tech be applied. Rewards and Penalties was not applied, only the penalties part.
We are not perfect beings so can be pressured and persuaded to do/say things against our better sense. When ethics and justice are perverted by those who are trusted and listened to, it can be very confusing to a person whose first instinct is to believe they have done something to deserve what is being said or done. It is the very sense of duty and dedication inherent in a Sea Org Member that makes them vulnerable. It is hard to describe to someone who hasn’t been there.

For the record, Clive Rabey is NOT the source of the 10,000 on Solo NOTs campaign. That came to us DOWN the lines. He has been driven to follow that program. He is sincere and does not deserve to be called names or belittled. Unlike Harvey J who is the best used car salesman/politician you could ever meet.

It did seem like a major outpoint that Guillame doesn’t have a post, he’s just “International Management”. I guess I would look happy, too, if I had been taken out of SP Hall, the hole or wherever and could look and act like a real person again.
Sorry, looked like propoganda stunt to me. “Look at me! I am doing so well!” Got so upset I had to walk out.
Much of the old timer footage was rerun and the FCDC a rehash of earlier event.
Overall, it was a great improvement and I should probably shut up, but I can only wonder what dm has up his sleeve.

PLANETARY DISSEMINATION
There is often an omitted step and sequence part in marketing and Scientology management.
It is a shortfall. And must be given attention.
This planet is an “almost” planet. It almost has airplanes (save they crash). It almost has space
flight (but it costs $100 million every launch and carries no one outside the moon orbit). It almost has radios (except you only listen to your own city). It almost has education (except the students taught can’t do their jobs).
This almost factor is visible on every hand. The best example is almost governments (except
that they have lost control and allegiance of their people and cannot even manage their money).
This factor probably comes from several things. (I will not mention suppressive ones as I am
in a kind mood.)
One of these factors is the short life span. Of all civilizations around, Earth, at 70 years
average, is the shortest. This makes it hard to get anything really started-one has an almost life. This also makes for hectic change-a frantic feeling of it is too late already. Or apathy-why do anything at all?
But regardless of these factors, there is no excuse to almost disseminate, almost market, almost run orgs.
We must not continue to omit the sector of planetary dissemination.
The cycle currently-and ornittingly in vogue-is only to do those things that immediately affect
the org GI.
Admittedly this is vital. On this planet the only real crime is to be broke. But the shortfall
think is affecting this GI and reducing it very greatly.
There is a correct sequence-it goes: planetary dissemination, org procurement dissemination,
high bodies in the shop and service and resulting GI.
By varying or changing or omitting parts of that sequence, trouble is made for an org.
We have seen orgs only sell and not deliver. Their GI fails at last-they crash.
Well, there are other ways orgs can be crashed.
Suppose one sells books only to people who come into the org. Well, this is backwards. If you
sell books to raw public, a certain percent will walk into the org. Another example-Pubs Orgs market to in-org public. If they do only this, their market shrinks-and they can do this in several ways-by omitting to publish basic books is one.
Until its publisher (Grosset & Dunlap) was gotten onto lately, DMSMH paperback was not in most bookstores. Yet no one noticed.
The best ambassadors to the raw public are books and cassettes. Sell enough of them to raw
public and a percent will come into the org.
Yet, aside from an occasional DMSMH or radio or mag ad (very small), there is no Pubs Org
or Management push on books to raw public.
Not only this but a black PR item has been put out and believed that “a radio ad for DMSMH
is too expensive. It costs $20 of ads to get a person into Div 6.” What a mixed outpoint! DMSMH was not even in many wog bookstores. But it indicates that the think was that the only value in selling DMSMH was to get bodies in the shop at once!
DMSMH is not an org come-on leaflet. It was written to begin the clearing of a planet. And it
has made some progress.
But let’s look at this-here Dianetics and Scientology sit, a total monopoly on effective handling of the mind and spirit-no other even close rivals or competitors at all-and a group is selling to in-org public? Preposterous.
Some trainees used to hoard the tech-to be an only one. Is somebody hoarding Dianetics and
Scientology and not letting it flow out? Not me, brother, not me.
What’s missing here is the concept of planetary dissemination.
Here we are in a short-lived planet. The Reds and Democrats are getting ready to hit an atomic
button. And a yellow dwarf star like Sol? Oh, come on, man. A yellow dwarf is not the favored star for civilizations. No way! They’re a last stage impending catastrophe-a yellow dwarf blows up! (Before anyone panics, a yellow dwarf lets out radio signals strong enough to wreck radio for several centuries before they bang and this one may have some life left in it.)
But what I’m saying is, let’s get this in perspective. Let’s put the real values on it and quit fooling.
ONLY Clears and OTs will survive this planet!
And we’re the only ones that can make them.
The order of magnitude of what it takes to do planetary dissemination is not even just now at
this writing being conceived of. In fact Pubs Orgs are not even thinking of raw public marketing. And that is sure an awful shortfall.
The majority of three billion people out there have never even heard of Dianetics and
Scientology, much less read a book!
No, it’s not the enemy. We cream them whenever they raise their heads. It’s simply just not thinking in a correct order of magnitude.
What would one really have to do to clear this planet?
So all this PL is about is just that-planetary dissemination. It simply points out
one omit. At least conceive of it.
So let’s go!

Ask Jeff over at ‘Leaving Scientology’ but I can tell you from my own personal experience for the short time I worked at CMU (Central Marketing Unit). The amount of CI from within the Organization to unmock dissemination. I mean real dissemination as Ron discusses in the above PL has to be experienced top be believed!
That’s why I always admired Jeff’s perseverance.
I mean Art (Ron’s son) couldn’t hack it anymore and the guy is the coolest dude you’d ever want to meet!
Never mind poor Diana and all the other SO and Non SO who worked on various other aspects of Planetary Dissemination!
However, that’s another story.
Deirdre it’s a post within every OTC committee I think and also there’s an SO post for it too apparently. It means every area is assigned a target to 5x the number of people within their area onto Solo Nots, and it’s the person assigned to make this target. I’ve never seen this in writing so correct away if I’m wrong.

Not everyone responds to threats. So they got the ones that do.
I took a cruise out of Orlando last fall and had time to spend in Tampa and went over to look at Clearwater (to hang on the beach). The F.H. seemed abandonded, no evidence of any staff on the street. About six cars in the parking lot of the Sandcastle. No staff walking from building to building along the Avenue. A vast difference from the years I lived and worked there. I really could not make out where an entrance was at the FH. It was refreshing to do a contact assist with the area though. So glad I was on the other side of those walls. Had a little “survivors guilt” then lost it at the beach.

If so, they were very considerate in planning the event on the same day as LA was planning a protest. Now LA knows where to protest and get the most bang for their buck.
I assume people will be given a hard sell to buy Flag packages etc…but generic regging also occur? Looking for what is most effective to put on a sign meant to be seen by publics, that will resonate in the future.
