Ron Minor Declares Independence in Las Vegas

The David Miscavige dark star chamber continues to cough out poisonous, oily smoke according to the latest below from Ron Minor of Las Vegas.  Good on you Ron for clearing the air and making it known and available to those still choking on Miscavige’s noxious fumes in Scientology Inc.

I began my scientology adventure in 1973. While stationed at Nellis AFB I did the comm course and started training in the academy up to Cl IV. During this time I decided that Scientology was the best way to make a positive effect on the world and joined staff in 74. I was on staff in the Las Vegas org from 74 until 83 holding various technical posts up to Grad V Case Supervisor. I moved to Georgia for a time and did some volunteer work for the Atlanta mission for a brief period of time. I returned to Vegas in 89 and gave staff another try from 90 to 92. Could see how things had changed from the 70’s and left. I’ve recently retired from the manufacturing sector (30 years) and have been working with friends here in Vegas on expanding the independent field.

Recently I’ve learned that a declare has finally been issued on me. I’ve been dead filed for many years now, but someone forgot to issue a declare on me.

In the last few months I’ve been in comm with someone still in. When ethics tried to tell them how bad I was, to their surprise, there was no issue on me. So, they hastily made one. Of course this is one of those …show only when necessary declares.

Not that declares matter at this point, but I thought I would write a letter to some of my still in friends. I’ve posted this as a message to their face book accounts, which they may or may not read. Last time I did this I posted Debbie Cook’s email message and actually got a response. So, maybe this will get through to some.

(Start of the Letter)
Hi, I would like to communicate to you about any declare that has been issued about me.

First, I would like to say, I have not been given or been shown any copy of my Declare. I have heard it is being shown to those who have been in comm with me, but no one is allowed to keep it or pass it on to others. This seems to be the common process now. What better way to spread lies, and not give anyone a chance to correct them?

With a low level knowledge report, at least you are sent a copy (or should be) but when using the highest ethics gradient, the person this is being issued on isn’t even told about it or allowed to have a copy? Also, with the large amount of people leaving the church, this is just another means of hiding the fact that people are leaving.

Scientology is a live religion, made up of you. You determine the face of Scientology.
L Ron always said, “What is true for you is true for you.” If you see things that aren’t true for you, you could leave anytime. All that was asked of you was to truly look at the facts or observe the truth of something, with your own eyes.

Here is the truth about my declare. Most of what I’m covering is based on what I’ve heard from other people who have read the declare.

Practicing Scientology outside of the church…. Yes I’m guilty. I’ve been a Scientologist since 1973. I have continued to be a Scientologist to the present, 2012. Scientology has changed my life beyond my expectations and continues to do so after 39 years. I continue to apply the tech to myself and others around me. As an example, I delivered assists to my X-wife who was dying of colon cancer in 2004. This helped her to peacefully leave her body when the time came.

Running or spreading squirrel OT levels.
You may not realize this but the entire Scientology Bridge is available outside the brick walls of the Church of Scientology. Everything being used are HCOBs written and produced by LRH. The auditors and C/S’s that apply this tech are the same ones that you may have known a few years or months ago. Many are highly trained (some by LRH himself) with the focus of helping the PC or Pre-OT go free. Not working/regging them on obtaining their next “status level” or selling the latest/greatest release. You progress up the bridge the way LRH intended it to be.

Being part of a squirrel group.
If you consider being with other Scientologist who have left the church, then that would be a guilty. But are these people squirrel just for the fact of leaving?
They are passionate about Keeping Scientology working (for some this was the reason for their leaving the brick/mortar Church). They only follow what LRH has written in the Tech volumes or stated on LRH tape recordings.

Going up the entire bridge is easily done outside the brick/mortar Church.

These are just some of the points that I’m aware of in the Declare. There may be others. If you care to share them with me, I would be happy to go over them with you.

Final note, I admire those of you who are still at the brick/mortar Church, doing what you can to keep it there. In spite of all the suppression that you have been subjected to, internally and externally you are working on creating a physical presence of the church.

The question I have to ask you……Is this what LRH wanted?
Did he want large beautiful buildings or planet wide clearing?

Alexander Jentzsch – In Memoriam

Alexander with his father Heber Jentzsch

In spite of Alexander being coerced economically and emotionally to turn on his mother and act as an Office of Special Affairs (OSA) spy against her and the independent movement (see Karen De La Carriere), it appears that at the end of his life Alexander’s only friends were Karen De La Carriere and her friends.   Karen organized and conducted a funeral ceremony aboard a boat sailing out of Los Angeles on 13 July.   Photos below are from that event. The following is a spontaneous, real remembrance of Alexander written by Karen one night after receiving news of his death.   I asked Karen for permission to publish this to serve as the In Memoriam for Alexander on this forum because it says so much in so few words, and with such great impact.  She gracefully agreed.

Alexander Jentzsch by Karen De La Carriere

Alexander Jentzsch

I was informed of my son’s death on the rumor line; his corporate Scientologist family and friends who knew were prohibited from talking to me by Miscavige’s oppressive disconnect policy.
I rushed to the Coroner’s office to see Alexander’s body and discern the cause of death.  I was informed that an autopsy was performed and nothing was found. The in-depth tests come back in 60-90 days for “cause of death.”

Karen at service with Tori Christman

Alexander was extremely healthy, even athletic. I bought him this darned Mountain Bike and he would bike down steep Mountain trails in Griffith Park. (dangerously and recklessly). He lived in Dallas/Fort Worth for about a year. He said he wanted to be out of the “Insanity” of Los Angeles and Sea Org recruiters who wanted him back in the Sea Org. He was routed out of the Sea Org 2 years ago because his wife was pregnant (No babies allowed in the Sea Org).   Alexander’s child didn’t make it, his wife suffering a spontaneous abortion. The marriage fell apart a while back, and they were separated. Then I heard he was fired from the Scientology company in Dallas. He called Kerstin Caetano, Security Chief at OSA INT, to let them know he was unemployed. He flew back to Los Angeles, developed a high fever Monday and was dead on Tuesday.   He was living with the corporate Scientologist parents of his wife Andrea, even though he had been separated from her for some time.

Trey Lotz ministers

The LA County Coroner informed me that California law prevented me from viewing his body – only the wife, in this case Andrea, had that right and could grant permission.  Andrea and her parents informed me that they would not talk to me in keeping with Miscavige disconnection policy and that there would be no funeral service for Alexander and proceeded to have the body cremated after allowing Alexander’s body to sit in the morgue, unvisited for several days.  The Coroner  also reported  to me that when Andrea’s father found Alexander’s body unresponsive the day he died,  the man did not phone 911.  Instead, he drove his daughter to school, then returned home, and only then did he dial 911 to report.
Alexander referred to himself as “The Boy without a Dad” Due to Heber’s lock down for the last 14 years (see Free Heber). You could count on your fingers how many times he saw his father. Almost never. Two times for a few short hours in 8 years. Heber was not permitted to call him to even wish Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas. This wounded Alexander emotionally and we spoke of it often. Heber is still in the dreaded “SP HOLE” that Debbie Cook talked about so eloquently (8 years in the hole), see Debbie Cook tells the Hole Truth.

Alexander, the boy without a dad

Alexander yearned to have a dad and had a tendency to “adopt” older men as surrogate dads. Fathers of his friends and buddies.  I was there for him as a mom as a safety net through his UPS and DOWNS. He served 16 years in the Sea Org from the tender age of 8 years old. I had left but he insisted on returning to the Sea Org on the belief he would see his father more often (but it never happened). But once I got declared a Suppressive Person, he had virtually no dad and no mom. He was out of the Sea Org the last 2 years of his life, so he had tasted freedom. Alexander HATED being orphaned. That I know from multiple Facebook sources.

In lieu of withheld ashes, flowers were spread at sea

Despite this deprivation,  Alexander sacrificed his childhood and nearly the rest of his shortened life to perform at a stellar level in the Sea Org.  He held up his end of the bargain.
Is there such a thing as one dying of a broken heart ?
love to you ,
Karen

Treason Assignment – David Miscavige

I suggest that the following letter from Dani Lemberger will cause effects on the order of those created by the letter of Luis Garcia, the email of Debbie Cook and the email of Karen De La Carriere concerning her son Alexander.  It is a reference work worth studying.  Please see that it gets the distribution it warrants.

Mosey, Dani, Tami, and Marty at Casablanca, Tejas

Dani Lemberger, Dror Center, Haifa, Israel

11 July 2012

Dear friends, fellow Scientologists,

The History of the Attached Letter

The writing of the attached letter, “Assignment of Treason
Condition – David Miscavige,” was completed by Dani Lemberger and
the execs of Dror Center on 10 June 2012. The planned date of release
was 4 July 2012, upon the return of Tami and Dani from the U.S.
Tami and Dani went to New York on 15 June. On 20 June we flew
to Corpus Christi, Texas, where we spent 8 days with Marty and Monique
Rathbun. We enjoyed fabulous hospitality and continued there our
research of “independent Scientology”. We flew to Tampa on 28 June,
planning to spend a few days with close friends in Clearwater (CW) and to go in for scheduled interviews at Flag on 30 June. When we landed at Tampa airport, on 28 June at 8pm, we were handed a letter by Flag HCO, informing us that we had been declared SP’s (Suppressive Persons, excommunicated). We have never seen the SP Declare itself. Our friends in CW were notified of the ‘declare’ earlier that afternoon, so they could not let us stay at their home. At midnight we checked into a hotel in CW. We could not meet any of our “old” friends in CW, but made new friends with Mike Rinder, Christie Collbran and mighty Jack King Rinder. The Rinder’s made us feel at home and introduced us to many more “indies”, loyal Scientologists who had to flee the church so as to practice Scientology peacefully and honestly.

Obviously, many of the planned recipients of this letter will not
read it now, since those cowed by the church are not allowed to receive
any communications from us. We are proud and relieved to be part of the
rapidly expanding “indie” movement. It is painful to lose friends of many
years but our many new friends are courageous and of high integrity and
we share the goal of making Scientology available to all. The days of monopolies and tyrants are over. Now, even in the Middle East. Bashar al-Assad is butchering his people so as to hold on to power over the ruins of Syria. Miscavige is ‘declaring’ half of Scientologists so as to maintain his stranglehold on the other half – dazed, confused and ignorant. Zinedine Ben Ali, Hosni Mubarak, Muammar Gaddafi are gone. Assad and Miscavige will soon follow.

My dear friend, please allow me your time and read the attached letter. Pass it
on to all your friends. We are the friends of L. Ron Hubbard, the greatest friend of Mankind.

Love, Dani Lemberger

An Open Letter to All Scientologists

NBC Today – Indies Day and Cruise/Miscavige Victimhood

See this morning’s NBC Today Show segment on Scientology Inc.

Janela Webster is true blue.

Rich Behar smokes Scientology Inc.’s victimhood play – a card fully predicted before Cruise/Holmes settlement.

By the way:

To clarify the segment with respect to Nicole Kidman, Scientologists should understand Nicole Kidman is not a suppressive person (anti-social personality).  Nicole Kidman’s only “crime” was to see through David Miscavige and spot his own suppressive person characteristics.  She never publicly attacked Scientology, nor even slighted it – despite its supreme leader infiltrating her household and driving a wedge between her and her husband.

With respect to alleged violation of privilege and privacy rights, despite attempts to buy it I have never disclosed information imparted in an auditing session, see e.g. Attempt To Buy Information.  See also that Miscavige’s conduct has been quite the opposite, Miscavige Violates Tom Cruise’s Confession.

Tonight’s NBC Rock Center ought to be interesting.

Differentiating on Cruise, Miscavige and Scientology

I was interviewed by a very intelligent syndicated radio show host today named Michael Smerconish.   We wound up doing a little differentiating that might be of interest to you all.  You can tune in at the following link:

Interview with Michael Smerconish.

Holmes vs. Cruise – The End Game

The following is my opinion along with the facts I base it on.

The Cruise camp’s only three utterances since the divorce filing of Holmes were:

1) First, reports that Tom Cruise was ‘suprised’ by the filing and was ‘saddened.’

2) Next came a ‘source’ from Cruise’s camp expressing dismay that people would think Scientology had anything to do with the matter since Katie had nothing but wonderful things to say about Scientology.

3) Cruise’s attorney Bert Fields taking the incredibly childish swipe at Katie for allegedly orchastrating the international media storm of the past week.

2 and 3 above give strong indication that Tom Cruise is still listening to his best man, Scientology Inc. cult leader David Miscavige.   They both sound like vintage Miscavige.

As to the claim that they are so suprised because Katie only expressed ‘love’ for Scientology, that is right out of Miscavige’s well-worn strategy to use pressured, documented, positive utterances (called success stories) against former members in the following wise.  Success stories are required after every Scientology Inc service (counseling or study courses) in which the individual puts in writing how the counselling or course changed his or her life for the better.  Those succcess stories are the first thing that are mustered and organized for defense when a former member sues or speaks ill of Scientology Inc. to the media. Miscavige has Scientology Inc lawyers and hacks wave about previous success stories and claim that Scientology Inc. is shocked the person who wrote such stories has ‘suddenly’ had a change of heart.  Along with that comes their baseless, shrill charges that the person must have been ‘deprogrammed’ by ‘enemies’ with horrid, anti-religious motives.

As to #3, Miscavige and Scientology Inc can’t help but play the victim with  queer media conspiracy theories.  Has Katie Holmes made a single utterances publicly about the divorce in the past week?  No. Yet, the august, venerable Bert Fields snidely claims as a fact that Katie has been working the media against poor Tom.

Based on Miscavige’s white-collar-criminal/abusive-wealthy-corporation way of going about business of late, here is how I see Miscavige/Cruise dealing with this unprecedented public relations flap.

Well before the first court appearance, or next filing in the case, that could set off further media storms, aggressively and intensively negotiate the case to settlement.

Likely terms Miscavige/Cruise will obtain at an astronomical price (Miscavige may even need to dip into Scientology Inc’s war chest to help pay the price):

a)   Katie signs a document that indicates there is to be joint/equal custody of the daughter of Tom and Katie.  However, there will be a side agreement (that will sit locked up in their lawyer’s safes) that gives Katie sole custody, control over education, and some visitation rights to Tom.

b)  Katie signs a document that indicates that Scientology was never an issue nor consideration in the filing for divorce.

Miscavige and Scientology Inc hacks then make the media and their sources wrong for having allegedly jumped the gun to insinuate Scientology into the matter in order to bludgeon Scientology Inc, Miscavige and Cruise.

Miscavige, at bottom, loves the victim card and when his back is against the wall he always plays it, and plays it well.  He has, and will, pay untold sums of money to orchastrate the apparancy that he and Scientology Inc. were the victims.

The scenario I predict (buy silence at any price) is precisely what he did earlier this year when former member Debbie Cook testified that Miscavige ordered her to be tortured by associates (see post, Debbie Cook Tells The Hole Truth).  He has been doing it for thirty years.  The price to accomplish it keeps getting higher.  While the price will likely be in a whole new strata when it comes to Katie Holmes,  Cruise and Miscavige have plenty of cheese in their Scientology Inc. war chest to pull it off.

In the brave new world of Miscavige/Cruise’s Scientology Inc., image is the only thing.

Update: For those unfamiliar with the character of Miscavige, this just in from the BBC’s John Sweeney writing for the UK Independent,  Sweeney on Miscavige.

Mark Shreffler Goes Indie on Indies Day

UPDATE 7/9/12:

Pancho and Squirrel

Greetings to everyone who is independent and even those who have not made the decision who yet struggle to be independent while still in the church  (good luck with that!).

This photo was taken the day after I made the decision and told everyone.  The power of coming out of Doubt for real!

This PIG is the biggest fish I have ever caught, and it was out of a small river where he was marauding the trout population.

I named him “SQUIRREL,” and I’m going back for more!

Thank you ALL for your wonderful acknowledgements and welcomes to this community!  I have been working on acknowledging you individually but only just became Cause over Answering on Blogs!

My own blog will be up in a day or two.

Love,

Shreff

I have been told by a number of Independent Scientologist friends that Mark Shreffler has been perhaps the most effective and productive advocate and promoter of the religion of Scientology in the United States over the past thirty years.  Two of those friends are Dani and Tami Lamberger who are making international waves of their own at the moment, see Israel Goes Independent.   Mark made an announcement on USA’s Independence Day, and I think it is only fitting that we publish it here on day one of the third annual Independent Scientologists weekend celebration.  Judging from the clarity and wisdom of this communication, I can see why Mark is renowned as such a wonderful communicator of truth. Mark, you are more than welcome here in the sunshine.  I am sure your ability and purpose will lead others to see the light.
July 4, 2012For my Scientologist friends everywhere, good afternoon!Over 38 years of disseminating around the world and introducing many thousands of people to the miracles of Scientology, I have without a doubt established myself as a fan and a friend of LRH and the technologies he has developed for our benefit.  They offer salvation to anyone who honestly makes use of them.

I have recently gone through an extensive search for answers to troubling questions concerning the nature of various programs being forwarded by our church’s management.  These programs include the IAS, the “Ideal Org” project, the institution of “International Events” and a few other activities and anomalies for which I could find no support in policy and no answers at Flag.

I have learned that honest people do not squirrel, but squirrels need honest people to get away with it.  Honest people are more easily fooled and frequently generous.  Hence the very honest and helpful and generous congregation of the Church of Scientology has fallen victim to an operating basis that describes a very different church than the one I joined so many years ago.

It’s rather like discovering as an adult that your favorite pet when you were a child is actually a stuffed doll.  The first realization is not-issed, but as you continue to look you become more and more dumbfounded by the realization.

It used to be so alive!

I have awakened to the fact that many in our church today have lost their tongues and hide their notions that something is not right in our group.  Social personalities don’t like to accentuate the negative, and anti-socials rely on this fact!

Communication has become a crime unless it is along “company lines.”  There is the nagging presence of an outpoint yet unrevealed, and we have turned against each other as LRH said would happen in the presence of suppression.

The Doubt Formula today cannot be fully applied regarding these things because questions concerning intentions and activities and stats are treated like the spawn of the enemy, and one is not allowed to fully examine all sides of an issue. Full disclosure is a thing of bygone years.

To restore our group to it’s earlier glories – the 70’s and 80s when stats were going up –  requires a dramatic change of operating basis and a real and thorough examination of what is going on.

For starters, we have to STOP looking for leaders and START looking to LRH.

I am heartsick about these discoveries as I have many friends who match these sterling qualities of generosity and honesty and gullibility who yet do not perceive these foul winds and disturbing trends, and hence will be dumbstruck by my announcement:

I am hereby withdrawing my support from the current management of the Church of Scientology and from these programs they have created with no sanction from LRH or from the policies he wrote that form the very glue of our union as free beings.

I will henceforth be operating as an independent Scientologist in the field.

I welcome as friends anyone who wants to Keep Scientology Working and bring about the Aims of Scientology, and is a genuine friend of LRH.

And so forth…

Media That Seeks to Clarify and Edify

I spent a good part of the day yesterday attempting to educate dozens of inquiring media on the issues likely impacting the Cruise/Holmes dispute.  For the most part, it was a failure.   With their limited attentions spans, and overriding obsessions to be first with the most bizarre allegations, the media jammed the airwaves and cables with ill-informed assertions (sometimes even retracted) and speculation.  Reviewing the fall out I noted a couple of pieces that stood out as fair and informed journalism that served to edify.

First there was editor in chief of the Village Voice, Tony Ortega’s interview on Current TV:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uTD1bMYOBg&feature=em-share_video_user

Then, there was Guy Adams’ piece in the UK Independent:

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/the-school-at-the-centre-of-cruise-split-7904497.html

Oh yeah, the New York Daily News really got it right:

http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/church-scientology-inspector-general-marty-rathbun-explains-escaped-a-destructive-cult-katie-holmes-article-1.1106735

The rest of it was pretty much a lot of noise.

Again, for those linking in for background, the following are key posts published here over the past three years on the unnatural level of control Miscavige has asserted over Cruise and Katie Holmes.  Few media have taken the time to study the ample documentation provided here of the dynamics between Scientology Inc leader Miscavige and his pal Tom Cruise.

1.   Target, Tom Cruise.  Details how Scientology Inc’s supreme leader David Miscavige (Cruise’s best man at his wedding) has infiltrated the Cruise household and used personal assistants and family members to serve as informants on every aspect of Cruise’s personal life.

2. Miscavige and Cruise Caught Lying.   A documented expose of Scientology Inc leader Miscavige using church of Scientology slave labor to design and construct custom-made motorcycles and vehicles for Cruise.  Demonstrates the depth of Cruise’s loyalty and commitment to Scientology Inc’s sociopathic head.

3.  Cruise at Cult Compound.  Internal Scientology Inc. document demonstrating level of control over Cruise’s life, and how it interjects itself between Cruise and Katie Holmes.

4.  Tom Cruise’s Life Controlled by Sinister Cult.  Internal Scientology documents demonstrating how cult leader Miscavige vets, chooses and controls Cruise’s personal staff.

5.  To Tom Cruise from David Miscavige With Love.   Photographs of the special airplane hangar that was constructed for Cruise utilizing Scientology Inc. slave labor, at the orders of David Miscavige.

6.  Tom Cruise and David Miscavige, an unnatural relationship.   Graphic, photographic evidence of Miscavige’s interjection of himself into Cruise, Holmes relationship.

7.  Tom Cruise’s Custom Cult Motorcycle.   Miscavige’s slave labor custom-design motorcycle gift to Cruise.

8.  Miscavige Betrays Tom Cruise’s Confessional.  How cult leader Miscavige violates the confessions of Cruise.  Further insight into the unnatural, unethical control Miscavige wields over Cruise.

9.  Tom Cruise’s Scientology Buses.    More documentation on the Scientology Inc. custom-made buses, including documentation of the internal Scientology reporting system on details of Cruise’s personal life.

10.  The Whole Story.  If you really want to understand the mind set of the best friend of Scientology Inc’s supreme leader, as Tom Cruise characterizes himself, you should read my recently published book What Is Wrong With Scientology?  It is now also available on Kindle.

Scientology Inc. Phoenix Fraud

David Miscavige is apparently so out of touch that he thought that sending me his absurd, hype-ridden press release on the Phoenix Idle Morgue would have some sort of impingement on me.  OSA sent it directly to me.

Its text comes right out of the blocks with a misleading representation.  That is, it more than implies that the Phoenix organization has more than 1,500 active participating members.  In a photo of the scene its caption reads “1,500 Scientologists and their friends”; while the press release text calls it “1,500 Scientologists, friends and dignitaries.”

Of course, Dave and OSA did not bother to mention in their press release, nor in the email to me, where they got the several hundred shills to bark approval at Miscavige’s every shermanisn in Phoenix.  From the streets of LA, a seven hour drive from Phoenix.  What follows is only one of many slick promo pieces they sent out in advance of the event recruiting LA area Scientologists for an all-nighter shilling expedition to Phoenix:

Memo to Tony Ortega and his network of ‘indie’ papers in Orange County, Phoenix and LA:  This is the answer to your repeated rherotical question,”how does Miscavige attract civic leaders to his over-the-top-hyped events to pimp his outfit?”   Local adults equals votes equals money, etc.

Wendy Honnor – IAS Freedom Medal Winner is Independent

24 June 2012

Hello Everyone

I, Wendy Honnor, IAS Freedom Medal Winner, Minister and Field Auditor have now resigned both as a member of the Church of Scientology and as a member of the International Association of Scientologists.

I agree with all the points raised in the New Year 2012 email of Debbie Cook, former Captain of the Flag Service Org, and it is for these reasons that I have resigned.

To those of you who are my friends, I shall look forward very much to hearing from you.

  • I am continuing my international practice.
  • I am also continuing the Worldwide Auditors Guild – which I established in 2005 and which now has 600 members in 53 cities 26 countries.
  • I am also continuing my successful work helping cancer patients spiritually by using ethics tech and always in close coordination with their medical doctor. I have a hat write up I am very happy to give any auditor who would like it.

The only way out is out. I am free.
