David Miscavige on the Internet and Scientology

Attached is but one of dozens of utterances of David Miscavige that are recorded and  excerpted by his staff and delivered to International Scientology Inc Management as orders on a daily basis.  As we have covered before, Miscavige orders on any given subject never seem to end and more often than not conflict with previous Miscavige orders.  They also more often than not conflict with L. Ron Hubbard policy.  The Miscavige orders take precedence over L. Ron Hubbard policy – and the standing order that all Miscavige orders ,such as the one below, must be word cleared method 9 (a method implanting the message into the head of the reader) by the recipients guarantees that. The net result is nothing gets done – except apparently alteration of L. Ron Hubbard’s words and the six annual events Miscavige lies and preens at.  Wanna know why the church of Scientology will not catch up with the times and make L. Ron Hubbard tech available to the world?   This order from Miscavige will give you some insight.

Internet:  You didn’t give me a report on what all is going to be on this Internet.  I need to know exactly what it is since I don’t know that you have to launch every single part of it, including the Source Library.  I am curious what’s on there and I really don’t want something on there that’s going to be outdated in short order.  For instance, there are 80 PLs to be fixed.  There are books being corrected.  So preempting all those books by putting all the text on the Internet could really be a disaster.  Further, there’s a bunch of Internet cronies who like taking things out of context and you are going to give them easy picking to be able to do this.  To tell me that they won’t be able to get access to the Internet tells me nothing.  Because I don’t know how a Scientologist is going to get an access to it.  In fact, it seems like the thing should be IAS required membership, which would both help get memberships and would get the correct access.  I don’t know that the plan is on it, which is not unusual.  I had a whole comm cycle with Sky Dayton and did not hear a single word from anybody in Int following that letter which was cc’ed to everybody.

Why Cold Steel and Scientology Don’t Mix

Over the past three decades Scientology Inc head David Miscavige has proudly and increasingly implemented what he calls the ‘ruthless, cold, chrome steel’ personality ‘necessary’ to manage Scientology.   It started with Religious Technology Center (RTC, the top of Scientology Inc’s chain of command).  Cold, chrome steel has made its way all the way down to local churches of Scientology.  More and more cops to prevent more and more potential ‘crime.’  More and more cops policing more and more dynamics. Public Scientologists taking on the valence of cops, confronting and informing upon friends and family members for creating an independent thought, for example. Look at the end product.

L. Ron Hubbard tells us why this has had such disastrous effects, and why the independent Scientologists movement has thrived and can be counted upon to continue to do so.  Fittingly, from the 4th of July, 1958 in a lecture titled The Fact of Clearing:

Man definitely has a right to certain happiness.  He isn’t going to experience that right under the circumstances of his own past. He can’t.  He’s too wound up in this and that. It’s not the mores of the society that prevent him .  It’s all of these delusions about how bad the other fellow is. 

You have police because other people are so bad. I investigated police one time. I became a cop. That’s the best way to investigate something — become it for a while, you know?  You can go too far with that sort of thing. But where do we have, in essence here, a cave-in of the society?  What could cave the society in?

Well, all you’d have to do is have a police force and a society would start caving in.  Why? The police force constitutes a constant reminder that men are evil, which is a constant reminder that we must agree with these evil men.  Do you see how this would work?  Neat little trick.

Now, that doesn’t say that we are so starry-eyed as to believe that at this time we could dispense with all police. Or could we?

Now, you have to make up your mind which way you’re going to go with a society if you’re thinking about a new society of one kind or the another. And if you say, “Well, this society would be totally unregulated,” then we would be proposing an anarchy.  And all the anarchists tell us that the only way a society would work as a total freedom without government would be if everyone in it were perfect.

Well, I don’t know whether we propose — when we talk about a cleared society — whether we propose or not to have an anarchy.  That’s beside the point.  That’s up to the people who get cleared.  But I don’t think you’d wind up with an anarchy. I think you’d wind up with a much finer level of agreement and cooperation because I think you’d then be able to realize the rest of the dynamics. 

The cops are there only because the rest of the dynamics aren’t there! So, if you put those back into society, then you’d get a society.

What Is Wrong With Corporate Scientology?

For starters, from L Ron Hubbard 6 July 1958:

We have found that staff requires this prerequisite: a good Scientologist.

A long time ago they used to tell us what we needed was a good businessman. We’ve had good businessmen, and we fired them.  What they used to tell us was, what we needed was a good publicity man that was really trained in publicity.  And we’ve had them and they laid an egg, and we fired them.

And every once in a while we have had to fill a post with somebody who was not quite up to handling that post, and we missed.  And we finally found what the common denominator was of an individual who could handle the post in an organization or any post in the organization.  And that person was – the common denominator is – a good auditor.  If a person is not a good auditor, there will be something wrong with his organizational activities.  

Boy, that is something to remember…

…There are people around that believe that a Scientologist – a Scientologist is somebody exclusively who audits people professionally.  There are a lot of Scientologists who do this.  But that is not everything one does.  Let me tell you that on staff, as sharp as we are about this sort of thing, we find that a person who is not a good auditor (that’s not a good Scientologist) — a good auditor, who can sit down there and turn out an excellent session, who can get good results on a preclear, is the only person we really like to have on staff because they always do a good job.  They always have the ability to understand the problems of those around them, and they have the ability of handling a situation.

Anatoly Sharansky’s Final Statement

The following might resonate with some who have experienced the corporate Scientology culture of David Miscavige. 

Anatoly Sharansky’s Final Statement in the Soviet Court
presented before being sentenced on trumped-up charges for treason and espionage, July 14, 1978

(Sharansky addressed his first remarks to those who were not in the courtroom, his wife Avital who emigrated to Israel and the Jewish people):

“During my interrogation the chief investigators threatened me that I might be executed by a firing squad, or imprisoned for at least fifteen years.  But if I agreed to cooperate with the investigation for the purpose of destroying the Jewish emigration movement, they promised me freedom and a quick reunion with my wife.

“Five years ago, I submitted my application for exit to Israel. Now I am further than ever from my dream.  It would seem to be cause for regret.  But it is absolutely the other way around.  I am happy.  I am happy that I lived honorably, at peace with my conscience.  I never compromised my soul, even under the threat of death.

“I am happy that I helped people.  I am proud that I knew and worked with such honorable, brave and courageous people as Sakharov, Orlov, Ginzburg, who are carrying on the traditions of the Russian intelligentsia in defending human rights in the Soviet Union.  I am fortunate to have been witness to the process of the liberation of Jews of the USSR.

“I hope that the absurd accusation against me and the entire Jewish emigration movement will not hinder the liberation of my people.  My near ones and friends know how I wanted to exchange activity in the emigration movement for a life with my wife Avital, in Israel.

“For more than two thousand years the Jewish people, my people, have been dispersed.  But wherever they are, wherever Jews are found, every year they have repeated: ‘Next year in Jerusalem.‘  Now, when I am further than ever from my people, from Avital, facing many arduous years of imprisonment, I say, turning to my people, my Avital,  ‘Next year in Jerusalem.’

“Now I turn to you, the court, who were required to confirm a predetermined sentence: To you I have nothing to say.”

Life After Death And The Scientology Axioms

L Ron Hubbard wrote the following in 1954:

The Axioms

Axiom One: Life is basically a static. (Definition: A life static has no mass, no motion, no wavelength, no location in space or in time.  It has the ability to postulate and to perceive.)

Definition: In Scientology, the word ‘postulate’ means to cause a thinkingness or consideration. It is a specially applied word and is defined as causative thinkingness.

Axiom Two: The static is capable of considerations, postulates and opinions.

Axiom Three: Space, energy, objects, form and time are the results of considerations made and/or agreed upon or not by the static, and are perceived solely because the static considers that it can perceive them.

Axiom Four: Space is a viewpoint of dimension. (Space is caused by looking out from a point. The only actuality of space is the agreed-upon consideration that one perceives through something and this we call space.)

Axiom Five: Energy consists of postulated particles in space. (One considers that energy exists and that he can perceive energy.  One also considers that energy behaves according to certain agreed-upon laws.  These assumptions and considerations are the totality of energy.)

Axiom Six:  Objects consist of grouped particles and solids.

Axiom Seven: Time is basically a postulate that space and particles will persist. (The rate of their persistence is what we measure with clocks and the motion of heavenly bodies.)

Axiom 8:  The apparency of time is the change of position of particles in space.

Axiom 9:  Change is the primary manifestation of time.

Axiom 10: The highest purpose in the universe is the creation of an effect. 

Robert Lanza wrote the following in 2011:

Does the Soul Exist?  Evidence Says Yes

and

 Is Death An Illusion?  Evidence Suggests Death Isn’t The End.

Both of these articles were published in Psychology Today.

Is it not a travesty that corporate Scientologists would be burned at the stake (figuratively) if they were to dare to even take a peek at such a magazine?  Is it not a travesty that Scientology Inc is busy using the billions you have donated to them to stage public demonstrations of their flat earth mentality while science catches up with L Ron Hubbard?

Thank God for independence in religion, science and other vehicles of truth-seeking.

Italian Independents open up Thunder Road

In addition to our other follies, I do a lot of C/Sing from Casablanca.  The most productive team of auditors I C/S for do far more than audit.  Claudio and Renata Lugli audit, train, and recover auditors, all while also contributing to the cause of educating those still under the spell of Corporate Scientology.

Claudio has done a write up to give you an idea of how production has been accelerating down Italy way.  Realize that only a year ago Claudio and Renata had just decided that they would not be denied Scientology by a ego-intoxicated dictator.

 Since we started putting our attention on delivery we immediately pulled in Independents that were in need of help in relationship to the Reverse Scientology received in the “Church” of Miscavige.

The first Auditor that joined the team was Giovanni Bonzani an OT VII Class V Graduate that Renata convinced to start auditing again.

He is an old timer and has greatly contributed to the expansion of Scientology in Italy and has been a key element for the establishment of the original Novara Org in where he audited several years, staff and public, not as a staff himself but as an OT.

He brought one Independent, Omar Marsiglia from scratch to the State of Clear – He is now auditing regularly on the lower Bridge 5 Pcs.

One of his PCs recently wrote:

Now I am happy and willing to go in session, I am relaxed, and I am interested in the processes, but most of all I am in great ARC with my Auditor, he has my total trust and the sessions just flow as smooth as ever!!!

……. Before I always had my attention on those things that I thought were wrong with me, and had a constant sensation of anxiety and of being overwhelmed and this was causing that I was withdrawing from life.

But now I am finally getting the REAL Scientology and right after the very first sessions I was feeling better and I was seeing that I had the chance of reverting the dwindling spiral.

The first sessions had been amazing; I knew my needle was floating and hearing the auditor saying that, every time, was really a release for me. The auditor’s TRs were natural, not robotic and he was making me feel at easy and I stopped worrying how the session was rolling along, I was just IN session.

Then there is of course Eliana Alaimo. Renata was in comm with her for a few weeks before she declared her Independence and made her feel safe and validated her abilities as an auditor.

This made it possible for her to get back on OT VII and also to get back on the chair as a Class IX. She is making wonders with her PCs, she has 4 pcs now moving on up a little higher on their  OT IV and NOTs.  Marina, one of her Pre-OT wrote the following:

 

In today’s session I handled several areas, but at one point my back became straight, I felt taller and mental masses were blown … gone forever!!!!!

At session end was fantastic hearing my auditor saying” Your TA is Floating! End of Session!”

For almost 15 years, at least one time every week and sometime two I was getting strong headaches, it became a chronic somatic but I was used to live with it

About a month ago I did one session with a Class IX and handling an item on a list I had the feeling that I did handled that somatic.

But I did not want to fool myself and I kept this win for myself…. But today I thought “In the last 15 years it never happened to be without a headache, so what am I waiting for???  Its GONE.

Final Reckoning – Cook v Miscavige

I have it on very good authority that David Miscavige is a seething wreck at the moment.

It seems over the past three days he has suddenly begun reckoning that in the last four months he has been taken to school, spanked hard, and sent home crying.  He has not quite yet come to grips that he has lead a bunch of immature boys against men.

Well, assuming he can get a grip on himself, this will be my final word on Scientology Inc v. Debbie Cook.

Below is the accounting for funds collected for the defense of Scientology Inc vs. Debbie Cook and Wayne Baumgarten.  These are all of the funds received by me through this website and by mail and all of the disbursements for purposes of the Baumgartens’ defense.

I cannot account for any funds that were sent directly to Debbie Cook. I was never given access to the total figures received by the Baumgartens, let alone the details of the donations.

I do know that when they demanded that donations be made straight to them, they posted in writing the guarantee that any funds received would be returned upon conclusion of the case.  The case is concluded.  I understand from at least one donor that there is indication the guarantee will be honored provided donors send their addresses to Wayne and Debbie with a request.

I was asked by a donor to Debbie’s page whether receiving such money would be to receive blood money.  My answer was that I do not think that at all given the representations under which it was collected, other public representations on this blog by Debbie, and given my well educated estimation of what the defendants received.  I think not to get it back would be to saddle Debbie and Wayne with an overt that would plague them further on down the road.

I think that the energy of independents should be returned to them.

I so think that that should Miscavige obstruct that in any way, fashion or form all bets are off on the third paragraph of this post.

I never made any refund representation prior to soliciting donations for the defense.  I did two nights ago when more than one person expressed in blog comments disappointment with how the funds were utilized.

Since last night more than one person has offered to help me cover refunds (as you can see from the accounting virtually all funds received were spent on the Baumgartens’ defense) since I don’t have the money to do so.

I have a record of every person who made donations to the Indies defense fund through my paypal account and by check mailed to me. I do not have addresses for you.  For purposes of my record keeping I need to issue checks for refunds. If you want your money back from the Indies Defense Fund I collected the initial monies from please send your name and address to me at howdoesitfeel@hushmail.com  along with the amount you donated and I will issue and mail you a check from the defense fund account.  Please have patience since as you can see the account is nearly empty.

Scientology Inc v Cook – Textbook Backfire

The San Antonio Express News summed up Miscavige’s Texas folly better than any other news service to date when it characterized it as follows:

But the suit became almost a textbook example on how litigation can sometimes backfire after Cook was called to the witness stand for a pre-trial injunction hearing in February and, with a courtroom full of reporters, outlined under oath a history of alleged oddities and abuses by the organization.

Even if Miscavige’s latest Big Lie were true (that Scientology Inc paid out nothing) and Debbie wound up paying nothing for having spoken out – then testified for good measure – for the world to hear after receiving 100 thousand dollars not to, what kind of product is this?  What kind of product is this for the millions of church of Scientology parishioner dollars expended on this fiasco?

Debbie Cook and David Miscavige

The end product of their agreement:

Injunction

This instrument has no legal precedence value.

It does have evil value in that Miscavige can utilize it internally as a club with which to intimidate people in similar situations that Debbie and Wayne faced in leaving the cult – the Hacienda video-taped agreement signing ceremony.  It will have an in terrorem effect upon the clueless. No doubt Miscavige has told those in Int Management and OSA INT who know of the case that this “judgment” is the fact – Debbie received nothing and wound up with a Permanent Injunction against her.  And so it will be used to keep those folk in the pen too.

I have to take some time to evaluate this treachery.

I need to take responsibility for it.  I’m just not sure immediately how to do so – but I will figure it out.

Abuse of Process – David Miscavige

Abuse of Process is a civil violation of law.  An Abuse of Process is accomplished when the court’s processes are used for an improper purpose – a purpose other than that which a party purports to use that process for.

In my professional opinion David Miscavige has used the Bexar County District Court for purposes that are improper and fraudlent.  That is assuming that the Tampa Bay Times has reported straight facts this evening.

The Times reported on the Scientology Inc v. Debbie Cook case as follows:

 The agreement dated Monday allows both sides to essentially call it even and go their separate ways. Neither pays the other side money, and Cook and her husband are legally prohibited from ever again speaking ill of the church.

I am willing to bet everything I own that this is a blatant, outright lie lodged with the court for the purposes of making David Miscavige somehow look innocent of the testimony laid on his ass on 9 February 2012: Debbie Cook Testimony

Since David Miscavige has instructed his lawyers to fraudulently use the court’s processes to lie in order to cover up his serial criminal acts committed against a woman, I will weigh in with my professional opinion.

You can take it to the bank that Miscavige agreed to pay Debbie Cook and Wayne Baumgarten seven figures, at least two times – and possibly three times  – over to make them go away.

In fact, I have bet everything I have on it.  That is because if I am wrong, David Miscavige has every means available to haul me into court.

Bank on it that the bitch won’t bring it.

Bank on it also that I will stay on this like white on rice.
