Scientology Spy Network Exposed

The pdf version of a Church of Scientology International document linked below gives the names, ranks and serial numbers of dozens of OSA (Office of Special Affairs – Corporate Scientology’s dirty tricks network) operatives for the Western United States (west of the Mississippi).   You may need to use the zoom function under the view tab of your computer to make the names and information legible.  Please feel free to share information you may have on these folk so that dots may be connected.  Also share any dot connecting you can do from your own experience and data so that others may understand, and thus be protected from, Corporate Scientology’s dirty ops arm.   Realize many deep cover intelligence operatives are not named here – but your recognizing connections to some of these official OSA resources may lead to the exposure of such moles. Note that this document is a work in progress (see instructions on top for DSA’s to update it) and though relatively recent is not up to date.

Some names you will recognize as folk who have already declared independence.  In fact, Bert Schippers who has declared independence from the church – and has previously publicly acknowledged and taken responsibility for his OSA volunteer work – on this blog confirmed the accuracy of the entries on him and his wife Lynne Hoverson. May many more on this list follow the ethical, principled path blazed by Bert and Lynne.

Rocio Finds The Right Item

I, Rocio Garcia, hereby declare myself as an Independent Scientologist.

I would like to acknowledge the staff that helped me and those who extended their friendship, all those who have the best intentions but remain trapped inside the church. My experience with the COS does not compare with those of many who have truly experienced hell.

I started in 1982 at the Orange County Org, in California. I took several courses and received auditing and attested to Clear in 1989.

I continued moving and a few months later I was at AOLA for my OT levels. During the preps for these I “reaffirmed the state of Clear.”

This was funny because I didn’t even know I was running such a program until I went to attest its completion. Nevertheless this took 2 intensives.

I was on AOLA lines until I completed OT V. I was happy with the results, had many many wins and I really liked this new state.

A few months later I received a call from my auditor who informed me that I needed to “re-do” OT V because there were now new rundowns. I felt really bad and invalidated. I had no interest in these “new rundowns.” The following week I fell ill. I eventually arrived to AOLA, still ill, to re-do OT V. Once completed I was told that I should go to Flag to continue with OT VI.

For the next 10 years I focused on working and expanding our business and creating my family. I was happy and prosperous.

In 2001 the registrars started to come. In 2002 I went to the Sandcastle for the first time to route onto OT VI. As I entered the building I felt a chill all over my body. I somehow felt in danger. I communicated this to the MAA and my auditor, because I wanted to find out why I felt this way in a place where everything was supposed to be very theta. Nothing was found, and I invalidated my perception and thought it was my imagination. Two months later I returned home, without having started OT VI. I felt I made no progress.

I tried two more times in subsequent visits but again, I did not accomplish much. My auditing sessions often ended with a red tag and I did not understand what was wrong with me. I decided I was done with auditing. I just didn’t want it anymore.

From 2001 to 2007 there was much tension with the registrars. An infinity of calls, unannounced home visits late at night, even a KR written on my husband for “failing to donate the expected amount” and accusing him of being PTS to me. Such was my displeasure with such cycles that in 2007 Clive Rabey ordered the registrars at Flag to leave me alone.

In 2006 my husband had to got to Flag for a refresher, and my kids and I accompanied him. During this time, I was approached by a senior executive and he asked me for one more chance and asked me to go in session. I agreed. The new auditor had me try different cans, wrist straps, the solo cans, a heater directed at my feet, a small fan directed at my face, a folded-up blanket to rest my hand on, a very comfortable chair that he brought in, a special soap to wash my hands with, etc., etc., etc.

I was finally informed that they had found my problem. I ended up with a set-up that included two solo cans on my right hand, the very comfortable chair, the heater at my feet and the fan at my face, and the examiner would always come to the auditing room.

This was the WHY. This was the final solution to all my auditing difficulties.

So the auditing resumed and we run several correction lists. All that was found was BPC on past auditing at Flag and while re-doing OT V at AOLA.

Just when I started that to think I was making some progress, a new auditor took me in session. The R-factor was “quick interview.”

Once in session, he asked me to define “reactive mind.” I gave her the definition as I remembered it from the dictionary, and she ended the session. Soon after I was sent to Qual where I was told I was not Clear.

I tried to be strong but I could not help repressing some tears. I left Qual as the Qual officer, Susan, was asking me “are you OK?”

Soon after I was in session once again in my quest for the ever elusive state of Clear. This was yet another “advanced program.”

I then finally started OT VI, and while reading the books I fell ill again. I returned home and went to see a doctor. He prescribed a medication that made it possible for me to move my body.

I told the Flag terminals I could not go back because I was taking this medication but they told me this would not interfere with auditing so they pushed for my return to complete OT VI.

So in June of 2008 I was once again at Flag, and having completed part A of OT VI, the first order of business was another advanced program which consisted of auditing OT IV actions, followed by another advanced program which consisted of some OT V rundowns, followed by another advanced program which consisted of the FPRD basic list.

I was now ready to start my eligibility check.

It went fairly smoothly but right toward the end, I was told that I needed to wear the wrist straps, so we moved away from the ideal, case-cracking set-up previously found. This proved not to be such a good idea. The wrist straps caused high TA so the auditor had someone turn off the air conditioning to our room. This caused me to sweat profusely and a skin rash, so the sessions had to be stopped every 2 to 5 minutes, to wipe off the sweat on my wrist and forearm.

The auditor confided that “we were almost done,” but the next day I was informed that there were more questions added by the C/S. We continued to work on these new questions for about two weeks. But I did complete the eligibility!

I was sent to see the MAA who told me there were no KRs from the eligibility check, but he did want me to read the policy that talks about the requirement for participation. He then told me I would “have to join the OT committee” once I return home. I told him I would not do that, I would participate in other ways but I would not join the OT committee. He left it at that.

So I was on my way and when I started part C, I was told to get my own wrist straps and was sent to Qual to work out their set up for solo. The straps never really worked on me as I would have to get them off to wipe the sweat off every 2 to 5 minutes. But after a few drills, I was sent back to the course room and began solo auditing.

I was doing OK, no red tags, but the C/S sent me back to Qual and had them look into the frequent session interruptions due to the constant removal of the straps. For several days, I reported to Qual every day on a full time basis, and tried innumerable ways of wearing the straps without having to remove them due to sweat. No luck. Finally the Qual sup just had me try the normal set-up, with solo cans, just like everybody. This seemed to work fine so he sent me back to the course room.

So I started solo auditing again but the very next day was sent back to Qual. The C/S wanted to know why I was auditing with the solo cans. At this point I was not very happy and it was probably evident, because my next action was to go in session to “find out what was happening with me.” The session uncovered BPC.

Back in Qual I told the sup that I would not use the wrist straps anymore. So he sent me to an interview with his senior, Susan. She said I could not hold the cans with my left hand so the only way was to hold the cans with my right hand (I am right-handed) and write the worksheets with the left hand. She sent me away to drill it. I tried, I really tried but I just couldn’t learn to write all over again with my non-writing hand.

I went to see Susan again and she asked me how it was going. I told her I just couldn’t write with my left hand. She said: “the only way you are ever going to solo audit is when you learn to write with your left hand.”

I told her I was done and I would leave the base. I then informed other terminals as well that I would be leaving.

A few days later my auditor insisted I go in session but I refused. He told me that I was bound by the “contract” I had signed with the church. I asked “what contract?” He said it didn’t matter whether or not I had read it, the fact was I had signed it.

I knew my decision to leave the base like that could stir up trouble at home, since my husband had recently completed OT VIII, was swimming in Kool-Aid, and I could not freely communicate with him. But I had had enough. I left. My illness was now chronic.

Later, I looked on the Internet for the “contract I had signed,” and what I found left me dumbfounded. I completely read for the first time the enrollment forms I and everyone else signs prior to starting a service at Flag. I had not realized how much power I had granted the church over me. Then I found the stories and experiences of so many other people. My heart grew heavy. I also found a blog that gave me hope.

On November of 2010, I visited Mr. Marty Rathbun at Casablanca. I arrived sad and broken. I spent five fabulous days receiving auditing I really needed. I got exactly what I wanted that addressed my concerns and condition. I did not have a heater on my feet, or a fan on my face, or the wrist-straps. Gone were the special soap and blankets and even the magic chair! Instead what I had was incredible wins and I regained my health, my well-being, stability and self-confidence. I am truly grateful and I know I can count on Marty and Mosey for anything. They are honest people with a very clean space and I felt peace next to them.

Now, a few months later, I do not feel overwhelmed, I have a well-balanced happy life, I don’t use much effort to accomplish tasks and my kids continue to grow happily.

I am auditing on Solo NOTS with great wins. I am finally flourishing and prospering… outside the “church.”

Love,

Rocio Garcia

Freedumb Mag

Here is the Freedumb crew harassing Mike and his business associates yesterday:

Today Leblow and four goons in baby blue anti-Marty t-shirts and head cameras were chased out of my neighborhood by the neighbors,  then chased away from Monique’s former place of employment by her friends and erstwhile co-workers.

While Miscavige has jacked the daily PI budget on us to close to twenty thousand a day, his minions are apparently fixin’ to renege on yet another of his big shot words; namely, a promise to pay the City of Clearwater fines for delaying his SP building for a decade:

http://www.tampabay.com/news/scientology/will-clearwater-press-scientology-to-pay-450000-fine-in-full/1174576

Funny how the man who told them “money is not an issue”, but is now begging for mercy, is spending parishioner donations like a cocaine addled banana republic dictator.

Why Come Out Now? – Greta Eckhoff Alexander

Rapunzel got the knots out of her hair, braided it and is climbing out of the tower window…..

I am here = Crime no 1.

I have duplicated what has been, is happening in the Cof$ and the history of Scientology = Crime no 2.

Despite a DM bot strongly advising me NOT to post on this blog I dared to communicate here and defied the implied threat of what would happen to me if I did = Crime no 3.

Time permitting I have occasionally posted under a temp name of ‘IndieNow’. From now on it will be ‘ZEPHYR 101’.

I have felt as a part of this group for a year now. After applying LRH’s “PERSONAL INTEGRITY” (Ability Issue 125) to my situation this was the only acceptable choice. I was a “Closet Indie” and was afraid to lose my old friends. Now I have decided it is better to look forward to finding new friends who are not afraid to look, see and accept the truth.

Following the “Red Radish-Principle” -that was applied in East Germany before the Berlin wall came down, appearing red on the outside to blend in with the communistic trends but being white on the inside- worked for a while. Then it dawned on me that that there are better choices here, like taking a stand. One inspiration came from my local park: VICTORY OVER VIOLENCE – ONE OF THE GREATEST CRIMES OF ALL IS TO STAND SILENT IN THE FACE OF WRONGDOING. SANTYANA.

Having been in the Sea Org for 27 years and being a trained NOT’s C/S, mid OT VII, I have seen and experienced a lot. It took me almost 2 months to wade through the data presented on the Internet, sorting out the wheat from the chaff, lies from truths and then connecting the dots to my personal experiences. I will touch on some of these in “MY SCIENTOLOGY ADVENTURE”, at  http://www.scientology-cult.com/greta-eckhoff-alexander.html

It was amazing to look back and see how I spotted many of the off policy, the out-tech points at that time. While I then protested, wrote KRs or crammings orders I was nevertheless often quite reasonable or simply apathetic about those situations. Looking back and as-ising some of my own failures brought about great Tone Arm Action and a renewed zest for the subject of Scientology and life. Call it a rehabilitation for what is good and workable in Scientology.

I have now completed my Doubt Formula in writing and want to thank the terminals who helped me along. Ah, it is a two-terminaled universe!

As per The Way to Happiness, Precept 10: SUPPORT A GOVERNMENT DESIGNED AND RUN FOR ALL THE PEOPLE, now knowing that the Scientology ‘Government’ is NOT run for all Scientologists I hereby withdraw my support of it.

A Message to Izzy and Mary Ann Chait

Iz and Mary Ann,

It was wonderful meeting with you this past Friday at the Enterprise Car return lane at LAX.  Unfortunately, Lublow, Allender, et al had to interrupt – but, you are gonna continue to carry fleas as long as you sleep with unkempt dogs. (see video below)

Thank you for promising to read my blog.  Mosey is on the Student Hat course and came across a gem she wanted to share with you knowing you are conducting an investigation and study as part of your doubt formulas.

The reference from Monique:

from Evaluation of Information, L Ron Hubbard:

So now, let’s realize that part of our understanding when we are engaged in secondhand observation – which is to say study on a via or something…we are engaged upon this – then our understanding must include an evaluation of the reliability of the information we are being given.  You follow that?  Our understanding must include the understanding of whether this is good dope or bad dope, whether this is straight data or this is data with a curve.  In other words, we have to be capable of evaluating the truth of the relayed observation.

“Common Sense” Is Still Common Sense

by Michael Fairman

On January 10, 1776, Thomas Pain published his pamphlet “Common Sense”. In it he described how a society could develop a government that  operated in a state of “natural liberty”. He went on to analyze the Constitution of England and how its system of checks and balances had been corrupted so that there was absolute rule by the monarchy (King George III).  He then examined the hostilities between England and the American colonies and concluded with a sober and rational appeal that there was no other course for the colonies to take but to become independent and self determined.

On July 4, 1776, the representatives of the American colonies declared their independence from England and to this end pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. This took enormous courage and responsibility for what was to come. It  also required a clear vision for the future — a postulate for freedom and liberty.

The fundamental ideas expressed by Paine hold true for us here today.

The Church of Scientology is corrupt; and because its system of checks and balances has been purposely destroyed, the church is being ruled by a self-chosen monarch — David Miscavige. The numerous incidents of physical, emotional and spiritual abuse, alterations of Administrative and Ethics policies, alterations of Auditing and Training technologies, human trafficking, spying, etc have been discussed in detail on this blog and elsewhere. We  know what they are. Because of these circumstances, many have left the church and have publicly proclaimed their departure with varying degrees of consequences to themselves– most often very ugly and destructive.

Others have left the church and remain “under the radar”. These are well aware of what will happen should they “come out” and have possibly chosen to wait for the right moment or the right circumstance to reveal their identities. Very likely others are “sitting on the fence” perhaps waiting to see what will develop within and outside the church.

That the Independent movement is flourishing is clear. The number of people already “out” and the frantic activities of Miscavige and OSA give continuing testimony to that. What is also clear is that as more and more parishioners and staff members leave the church, either to join the Independent movement or pursue other goals, Miscavige’s power diminishes. It is only a robotic loyalty to him that sustains that power. Without that, his power evaporates.

To those of you “on the fence” and “under the radar” who may be unable to completely free yourselves of the church, ask yourselves: “Is my life moving forward and expanding?” “Am I flourishing and prospering?” “Am I still careful of what I say and to whom” “Are my actions paralyzed because of the fear of what may be done to me and my family and friends?” Then look at the following LRH references: HCOPL 18 Dec 1982 Ethics Conditions: Hang-up At Doubt; HCOB 14 Oct 1965: Potential Trouble Source, Mechanics Of, and all the other bulletins in the PTS/SP pack.

Your decision to come out, make yourselves known, and tell your stories will shatter the lies that Miscavige keeps feeding to the people who are sustaining him. He does not exist without them. Decide to become totally free and independent and choose the path you need to follow. Many will come after you, and Miscavige’s hold will begin to evaporate. It will take courage, responsibility and perseverance. It will take a clear vision for your future. The consequences may be difficult at first, but you will be free.

And if you are concerned about your eternity, Miscavige’s church does not hold that in ITS hands, the practice of standard Scientology does, and that exists all around us.

The definition of common sense is “sound practical sense (wisdom or judgement), esp. in everyday matters”: Oxford English Reference Dictionary.

Thomas Paine had the American colonists look at their everyday affairs which were governed by the suppressive and unchecked monarchy in England. He appealed to their wisdom and judgement with a factual and logical argument that their lives would be better served by breaking free of that suppression. The great majority did break free and endured the Revolution, which resulted in the freest country on the planet.

In the Church of Scientology, David Miscvige wields totalitarian power. Like every dictator before him, he has his police force, whisper campaigns and black propaganda to counter the efforts of his perceived enemies. But worse than that, he has replaced L.Ron Hubbard as Source and implemented Black Dianetics to gain control of the minds of those remaining in the church. Those who do remain are your friends and families, public and staff members, whose intention was to help improve the conditions of life for themselves and those around them (as it was yours and mine). That intention has been betrayed by Miscavige and his operation. These people need to be liberated.

Does Paine’s “Common Sense” apply here for us today? You bet. I appeal to you to use it.

A Race Against Jail

I learned recently that the Radical Corporate Scientology (RCS) group hired a former FBI agent Corpus Christi lawyer to act on behalf of DSA Stevens Creek Org Mark Warlick (one of the four who came to my house in April and made international news with their silly antics) to lobby the San Patricio County Attorneys Office to bring criminal charges against me.  They alleged criminal mischief for my having  grabbed the microphone that John Allender stuffed in my face over my property line while he was stalking Lori Hodgson.  Of course Warlick can’t even buy himself a cup of coffee on an RCS staff member salary – so the ex-Fed fellow was obviously paid by RCS.  IAS war chest donations hard at work. Their costly efforts were unsuccessful.

Twice while in LA this past week RCS invested tremendous amounts of capital and credibility in extreme efforts to have me arrested.

Seven times in the past year the Radical Corporate Scientology organization has used expensive attorneys, off-duty cops, and the most blatant false testimony imaginable in order to have me criminally prosecuted.  Seven cases opened and seven cases closed.  Zero for seven from their perspective. Seven for seven from ours.

Some of you may have read the Scientology planted tabloid story that Daniel Montalvo brought charges against Jason Beghe for assault.  It is a blatant lie. When the dust settles on this one, I am reasonably assured that at least one member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office will be out of a job.  At least a government job.  He’ll get his pay off – as is RCS’s modus operandi – by being provided endless work making an ass of himself by chasing me and others around the country.  The point is Miscavige will stop at nothing to have Jason, Mike Rinder or me jailed.  In his sick mind it is us three who will put him in jail first, not his own conduct. In his mind, this mocked up conflict has reached doomsday proportions. Where there was once a race against the atomic bomb, in typical PAB 13 fashion, looming larger than the destruction of the world is the destruction of Dave.  The most important race, beyond Dan Sherman’s four horsemen of the apocalypse (drugs, education, immorality and crime), beyond the urgency to clear the planet and the destruction of the human race is the race against who winds up in the clink first.

During our three days in Los Angeles RCS deployed on the order of twenty full-time Private Eyes, off duty cops, OT Ambassadors and ten rental cars to stay in our faces 24/7.   Several times they employed two cars in front of our car, two on the side, and two to four cars to our rear, controlling our movement at 20 mph in a 55 mph zone; severely hampering LA traffic.  Dave Lublow  and others in his crew continually put innocent pedestrians and drivers at risk by driving up to eighty miles an hour on the wrong side of the street, running innumerable red lights and stop signs, and even driving on the Santa Monica boardwalk.  Every time we stopped for a meal, a van full of PI’s calling themselves “Freedom” journalists pulled up the rear of Lublow and got into our faces with cameras and mics.  When that didn’t impinge they brought “public” RCSers to join the party engaging in infantile public behavior, such as John Allender chiming in from the rear calling me “pussy” and the effeminate Nisbet calling me “woman.”

On Thursday we decided to lose Lublow and co so that we could get some particularly important business done without distraction.  Mike and I removed the batteries from our cell phones as we have already documented that they illegally track us through our phones’ GPS programming.  Not three blocks from Tiziano’s home, Dave Lublow used his vehicle as a missile by slamming it into our vehicle to stop us.  The police who responded gracefully held Lublow till we could get some distance.  Without the aid of GPS tracking we easily lost them.   One hour into our meeting however Mike and I were informed that both Christie in Tarpon Springs Florida and Mosey in Ingleside Texas were being ambushed at our homes, simultaneously. We recognized that they literally had OSA agents within striking distance of our homes ready to go the moment we lost the losers in LA. Nonetheless, we both fired up our phones to call our wives.  Lo and behold, an hour later when we left the high rise office building 16 PIs, OTAs, and other assorted OSA detritus were waiting in the parking garage to get in our faces – once again making total asses of themselves in front of dozens of LA accountants and lawyers and film makers in the name of the only road to total freedom.

All told, Lublow was detained by the police four times, OTAs and other OSA agents along with the PIs created bizarre public scenes across Los Angeles several times each day, Lublow and OSA lobbied heavily with false reports twice to have me incarcerated, and dozens of uninvolved innocent LA citizens had their lives put at risk.

Finally, as we arrived at the Los Angeles airport for departure yesterday, Dave Lublow sped at us, screeched to a halt, leapt from his car, positioned himself inches from Mike Rinder’s face and delivered a whining promise.  Lublow said he would be investigating Mike intensively in order to see that he is incarcerated.

All of this tells Mike and me a thing or two.

Primarily it tells us that Miscavige is losing his grip on maintaining any public veneer that he is operating anything other than an implant station that furthers its existence by mafia-like fear tactics.  He is demonstrating in real time that he is a complete criminal. That is, he cannot conceive of the consequences of his actions.  He cannot think of tomorrow – he is stuck in a living hell that he thinks is present time, but in fact is somewhere far down the track in some extremely painful incident.

The discussions Mike and I had during the trip primarily focused on 2012, 2013, and far beyond.   Miscavige’s discussions focus on the surreal now that in reality is some far back then.  “Where are they now?  Is it safe for me to go to ASI (Author Services)?  Where are they now?  Can I come down from CST (up by Rim of the World)?  Are they in jail yet?  Did the Freedom guy piss off Marty?  Well, you aren’t in his face enough – you didn’t push the buttons I told you hard enough, you cramp his space enough and he’ll push back. Did you make Rinder get into an accident yet?  Then you didn’t cut him off enough, you didn’t dirty his needle enough, you’ve got to drive the fucker off the road. Put them in jail goddamn it!  Put the motherfuckers in jail.  Fuckers, Rinder and Rathbun would have had them in jail by now!”   This is the type of drivel that issues from Miscavige as he micro-manages such antics as happened in LA this week. And the outrageousness of the performance this week was at an unprecedented level; so that the sample talk above in fact is probably quite mild compared to what really went down.

When we dropped our car off at the LAX rental agency, the grand finale resulted in Tiziano and I being surrounded by 12 PI’s, the 5 man “Freedom” crew, assorted OTA’s like Allender, and Izzy and Mary Anne Chait.  Izzy had on his script to ask why I wanted to create bad publicity for Scientology. When I pointed out what RCS was creating at that very moment, Iz couldn’t help but crack a knowing smile in acknowledgment.

As a public service and public warning I will be periodically publishing various videos documenting Miscavige’s exportation of the HOLE to the streets of Los Angeles.

In the interim, I ask that people get more active in educating others who are drinking the Kool Aid and continuing to contribute to and empower this menace to society. Even if it wasn’t such a terrible travesty that such behavior further and further discredits the philosophy of Scientology, the behavior is dangerous to the public at large.  Anyone contributing to it ought to know what their fees are buying, and how rather than halting earth’s dwindling spiral under David Miscavige RCS is greatly contributing to that descent.
